This was one of the most amazing and unforgettable experiences I've ever had. It was my very first NHL game and it was worth every dollar I spent. I will never forget that game, feeling, intensity and overall experience. I'll definitely go to another Wild home game. Next time I'm hoping to take my brother to the home opener.

This was my first experience to see the MN Wild! It was awesome! The crowd gets so involved throughout the whole game... There were 5 fights too! It was interesting to see them live, instead of on tv. They just throw down the gloves and get to business! I cannot wait to go see the Wild play again!

It was a great package. Seats were good and we had a blast. Well worth the money!

It was a very well played game. Lots of hits, I hope Jason Chimera is doing well. You can tell the difference in coaching techniques between Lemaire and Richards. Even though it was a pre-season game we won 2-0. Regular season should be an interesting one, and I cant wait till it starts! Go WILD.

I suprised my boyfriend with tickets to the game. He is a huge hockey fan, going to state himself back in 2003. The Wild game was like always a very good time. The wild looks strong this year and in this game was full of hits. However one of the Columbus players was badly hurt, that is the nature of the game hockey. We hope he is doing well. I look forward to many more games this season. GO WILD!!!!!!!!

what can you say it's the WILD, they're our team. the venue is what ticked me off, I love the energy center, it's the best sports and concert venue i've ever been to, but come on. Broken escalators on game night(oh we have AN elevator, with it's associated line.), hoding class on how to pour beer(while the line gets longer and longer). Not an impressive show on the part of the energy center. Go WILD.

The game was great like always, but I bought the pack because the deal said you got a voucher for a beer and a bag of peanuts along with your ticket. You do, but it had to be redeemed prior to the game on the plaze! I don't know if I missed it in the original information, but I thought I was paying for a voucher for a beer and peanuts during the game . . . that would have been a good deal. When we got to the game the ticket checkers couldn't even tell us where we were supposed to go to redeem our vouchers so we ended up not using them. Go to a game, but skip packet deals unless you are sure you know what the vouchers are actually for.

Well played game and the crowd and atmosphere was excellent.

Intense game till the Wild bring home the win in a double overtime. Zach Parise wins it in the shootout. Nail biting game.

The game atmosphere was really good especially in the third period but it would of been better if we had won

The game was awesome! When I realized that I bought standing rail tickets, I was bummed. I couldn't have been happier. It wasn't crowded and I loved that I didn't have to get up to let people pass. Live hockey is the only way to go, and standing rail seats were the best with an awesome view!

It was my first time at a MN Wild game! So amazing! The energy, atmosphere and just the sheer volume makes me fully understand home ice advantage; way to start the season Wild!!! ❤ Lets go Wild!!!!

Brought my kids to their first MN Wild game an got lower level seats and ended up being a disaster. The seats were obstructed view and didn't say that when purchased. 2 of the seats couldn't see 1/3 of the rink. Will never buy tickets through ticket master again.

Living in MN for a year now I had to watch the NY Rangers in Saint Paul VS. The Wild. I got my tickets and went to the game. It was a great experience!!!!

This was mine and my husband's first NHL hockey game and it was great! Ticket price was a little more expensive than I would have liked considering we were all the way on the top level. Only other complaint is that the food was pretty expensive. I know it is a sporting event but its not like its football. $10 for a cheeseburger and some tator tots is pretty ridiculous. Overall it was really fun and we would do it again. (but eat somewhere else before coming).

Besides the team playing well and the game was very entertaining, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The excel energy center was clean inside and out. I noticed multiple times when an employee rushed to clean up a spill. When a puck went over the glass, there was someone on their way to make sure there were no injuries. Overall a fantastic operation.

The atmosphere at a Wild game is incredible. These are the most devoted fans in the NHL. You can tell you're in the state of hockey!!!

Seats were ok and building was above average. Wild, I am not sure if they are worth the price of a ticket.

The game was so exciting and went into overtime. The Wild ended up losing but it was still so much fun. My Husband, son and newphew all had a great time. So many favorite moments. A shot going off the pipe. Awesome saves by Backstrom and 7ft tall Chara looking into the crowd and smiling big revealing his missing teeth! Pricless

That was one of the best NHL games I´ve ever watched! Wild was really awesome and made a lot of scores!!! The stadium is really nice and I think that you can have a nice view from any seat! Superamerica was giving $5 off per gallon for each goal Wild made! They were 7!!!

My birthday celebration - fantastic arena for hockey! Wild vs Jets division rivalry - even for pre-season game Jets fans made the trip and added to the excitement. Loved every minute of the game - love the Jets fans and of course the Wild players and fans.

Xcel center is a great venue for hockey! Wild fans were awesome to this visiting Hawks fan; kept it fun with lots of energy and just the right amount of good old fashioned ribbing.

These seats were unbelievable, hands down best game I've ever been to!

3 to 3. Went into a shootout, Wild win. Was upset about that. The arena was nice, however they didn't allow a cowbell into the arena.

My girlfriend and I bought on the glass seats to see the Wild destroy the Rangers. The seats were great, the experience was awesome, we just wish we would have known about the lounge for people in the first row. This lounge gave people with first row seats free food and free beverages, to include beer. We didnt find out about it until the 2nd intermission. We were able to each get a free beer but had we known about that in advance we wouldnt have spent money on beer and food. Its not a huge deal, i mean, if you pay $260 for a ticket and are too cheap to spend another 50 on food and drink then you are quite the tight@$$, it just would have been nice to know...

I had such a great time at the Wild v. Blackhawks game! The only thing that was frustrating was parking for the event, as my boyfriend and I were stuck on the 5th level of a parking garage for about 35 minutes waiting for everyone to be filtered out, however I know that is to be expected after such a huge event. Getting my tickets was really easy, the atmosphere was awesome, and I enjoyed every minute of it. I can't wait to go again sometime!

The game was amazing and the seats were amazing! We were in row 8 in section 121 and the view was amazing!!! There is a huge difference between tv and in person and I am planning another viewing again very soon!!!!

The security was particularly overbearing on the lower level during the game on 11/27/2013. My friends and I love the Minnesota Wild and we have been coming to at least one home game every month for the past two years. We love getting loud and supporting our team while we get into the game. We always respect other fans around us too, especially families with children, so things never get disrespectful or out of hand. However, on this occasion as soon as the testosterone levels started to rise the St. Paul Police showed up and started intimidating us. It was awful. The police called us all by name as if they had a dossier on us. It felt like we were watching a hockey game in a communist nation. We were threatened with physical harm from the police if we wouldn't obey their commands to quietly enjoy the game. The fans around us really did not agree with the actions of the police either, but the police were in intimidation mode and did not tolerate any disagreement from any one else. We immediately complied with the police, but it didn't end there. We were followed to and from the restroom as well as followed to the parking ramp. I'm sure everyone appreciates some level of security, but on this night it was way too tight and too over bearing. It really made the Minnesota Wild look bad not just to my friends and I, but to others in attendance as well.

Great venue to see a game. Minnesota fans were great to interact with.

My first trip the Xcel was a positive one, not because of a Blackhawk winner, but the arena is a winner. It has great sight lines, wide concourse, plenty of restrooms, and really all the amenities in good quality and quantity. The fans were nice and friendly, even to opposing team fans. Well recommended.

The game wasn't the most exciting(Wild - 1 , Dallas - 0) but that happens sometimes. The atmosphere at the Xcel Center and the general production of the event were both great and made it a fun experience. I will definitely be attending another Wild game!

The WILD came up short against a good St Louis Blues team. The Blues goaltending and defensive effort was enough to withstand a barrage of offensive activity in the third period by the Minnesota WILD. The local bar's & restaurant's along W 7th have upgraded their facilities for a premiere pre-game or post-game experience.

The Xcel Center is such a fun atmosphere to watch a hockey game at! There is not a bad seat in there either. The only part that was frustrating was the parking situation and the traffic. You just have to make sure you get there early!!!

Great game with OT and a shootout to break a 2-2 tie at the end of the third period. Backstrom replacing Harding in the Wild net after only 6 minutes was a masterstroke as he made 28 saves and then made another in the shootout to see Wild to the win! The NHL is back!!

The Wild are always a treat to watch whether on TV or in person. The arena staff are all great, and very helpful. The food and beverage prices are a bit up there, but it is expected at sporting events these days to pay 8+ bucks for a beer or 3.50+ for a hotdog.

Good game, great seats... Poor goalie desicions! I try to make as many games as possible great time check out Eagle Street Grille across the street before the game for dinners and pre game great place

I'm so glad hockey is finally back in the state of Minnesota! The atmosphere at the Xcel Center is second to none. The games are always awesome and the fans are so passionate! Go Wild!

Who can beat free ten dollars worth of food and seeing Parise at the Xcel for the first time?? Great players and my helmet full of buffalo chicken nachos were incredible!

it was great to be back at the Xcel for hockey! I could tell that the association and staff were ready to have us fans back too. They were overly welcoming, making me feel really great to be there and part of such a fun event. I'm very thankful for a hockey team and a venue that is so great to its patrons. I love the Wild and I love the Xcel.. perfect fit for each other. I was able to bring my 4yo nephew who's never been to the Xcel nor see a hockey game and to see his excitement throughout the event was priceless! I'm so thankful to have been able to bring him and a big part of that was because it was FREE! thank you!

I had the time of my life at Wild Wednesday! Being able to be so close to the players and the hospitality of the Xcel Energy Center was truly amazing!!! I would strongly suggest for the MN Wild and Xcel Energy Center to do something like this on an annual basis to keep the fans going crazy for the game!!!!

It was the first time my sons had seen professional hockey. They got to watch a well-played scrimmage, a four-on-four overtime, and a shootout. Everyone had a good time.

I HAD THE ABSOLUTE BEST TIME WITH MY BOYFRIEND THERE. MY ONLY WISH WAS THAT I COULD HAVE BEEN ON THE "KISS CAM" BUT WE WERE UP IN THE CLUB LEVEL SEATING AND THEY DON'T GO UP THAT HIGH FOR THE KISS CAM.

Great game, shame the Wild lost but it was worth it, buying from ticket master and printing the tickets at home was a breeze.

Drove up to St Paul from Chicago to see the Wild host the Blackhawks. This was my first time being an invading fan, so I was unsure of what to expect. Xcel Energy Center is a great arena, very clean, polite and helpful staff. The fans were wonderful, friendly chirping and the like, but never rude or hostile. Overall the experience is exactly what I needed to convince me to plan future trips to not only this arena, but other arenas around the NHL.

Wild game was great! We ended up losing in a shootout but we got our monies worth that night!

The Wild vs St. Louis Blues game was fantastic! I was vary excited to sit behind the penalty box!!

I am a big Pittsburgh Penguins fan and I was able to purchase tickets in the 2nd row just 2 days before the game. I was so happy. The seats were unbelievable and the game was fun. It was kind of a close game.

Always a good game when they win! Hoping we can make the playoffs!

When I heard the Canadiens were coming, I had to get tickets. They are my second favorite team. When we got the arena, it was amazing the amount of people who were wearing Canadiens jerseys. I think there were more people who came down to see the game than there were Wild fans. It definitely put an exciting feel to everything. They easily drown out any chant or yell from the Wild supporters. Which all in all the Canadiens are playing much better hockey than the Wild have been of late, but it still was an exciting game, regardless of the final score on the boards. The Wild were playing hard and so was Montreal. The whole arena was loud and insane with energy. It was great!

I took my cousins to see their first Wild game. Besides the general overall excitement of the arena, watching the game just left them literally at the edge of their seats. Since it was a close game the whole time, and ending in a sudden death over time, there was no way to not get caught up in the frenzy of energy that was going around the whole arena. It didnt even matter that we eventually ended up losing because it was such a great game. They definitely are going to come again. It's the perfect spot to take friends or family for an enjoyable evening.

Everything was good except the Wild's lackluster performance

I took my neice to go see a Wild game. She usually isn't much into hockey, but she got sucked right into all the excitement of it. As the year gets closer towards the end and the standing are so close that it's still anyone's game to who is going to make the play offs, the excitement is raising. The fans are getting more excited and into the game and the players are playing the game hard, with a lot of emotion. There was definitely a lot of energy flowing, with the amount of fights that were erupting the whole night. It was great!

Had fun time with our 11 year old grandson at his first MN Wild hockey game! Taking his older brother next month...ticketmaster makes it easy to pick out great seats...Thanks

I watch pretty much every game. To be able to bring my 4 year old to her first hockey game brought a huge smile to my face. From the moment we walked in the door to get our vouchers for free hockey pucks to the nice guy taking our picture in front of the ice I knew it was going to be a great night. Thanks for the great experience with my family. Never to be forgotten!!!

I've been to many games of the Wild, but this was the first time I went by myself. I HAD to see Brunette's 1000th NHL game. I definitely wasn't disappointed. The people sitting next to me were a lot of fun to watch the game with. It was great!

The seats were great and the action kept you off your seat

It is always a great time at the Excel Energy Center when the Wild are in tow. It was a tough game, but it's a long season. We hope to be back soon!

Win or loose you can not beat watching the Wild play at the Xcel Center. There is not a bad seat in the house.

As usual the Wild game was amazing! The venue is so exceptional! I love coming to Wild games at the X! The fans are awesome, food is yummy, hockey lodge always has something for me to browse, and watching the Wild play is the cherry on top!

The Wild vs Sabres game rocked! For my first experience at the Xcel Energy Center, I couldn't have been happier. Great seats, great people, great game. Far exceeded my expectations.

The pregame build-up in the Xcel Energy Center is way too over-produced. Blaring gangster hip-hop during warm-ups is ridiculous - do you really think this is a hip-hop audience? The introduction of the home team is more like an NBA game - the light show, the loud sound effects - way too much. During intermissions, they used to put up highlights from around the NHL, scores, big hits of the week, etc. Now they put up two half-ass announcers doing sponsor promotions who try to be funny (but are just plain annoying - especially the guy with the beard). They've jacked-up ticket prices substantially while at the same time putting what's turning-out to be a mediocre team on the ice. They're getting out-skated and out-worked which is why they spend so much time in the penalty box for hooking, holding, tripping. etc. It's sad - I'm a Wild fan, but the experience has gone downhill from 17 years ago.

I enjoyed everything about the game. The reffing in the third period got a little spotty.

Wild games are always a bit with us. Love our teams and love to witness them live. Was an exciting game and a much need Wild victory!

Love watching the Wild play, but going to games isn't worth it anymore. This was the second time we had an entire row of screaming children behind us. The parents were sitting a row behind the kids encouraging their terrible behavior. After talking with guest services I was told there was nothing they could do. Cheering is one thing, but constant screaming is another. Everyone in the section was irritated by their behavior.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed attending this game. It was a nail biter & our daughter even made the comment that we got our money's worth with it going into overtime & requiring a shootout for the final score :-) We had other great fans around us & had fun.

This was the first Wild game my dad and I have ever attended. Overall, one of the greatest sporting experiences ever. Visibility was great, food and bathrooms were close, and the fan hype was unreal. Definitely going to go back. Been telling all of my friends about it

The Xcel Energy Center had amazingly large digital screens everywhere it seemed! The concourse areas were open and easily accessible. The seating was comfortable without being crowded.

We were at the barstool seats so it was an obstructed view but the tickets warned about that before I purchased. Everything else was amazing I wish I could go to every game

Any NHL hockey game is going to be a memorable event. However, I can tell you that a Minnesota Wild game at the Xcel Energy Center is truly special. They really know how to put on a quality show and make the whole experience great for the fans. This particular event was packed and set a record for attendance for the season yet lines at concession stands and bathrooms were reasonable and the prices are not outrageous. The acoustics of the building are fantastic and the viewing experience is outstanding. Even the ticket prices were completely reasonable -- we had good seats in the lower bowl. I highly recommend this event if you like live sports of any kind.

I only get to go once per year. I just love seeing them, the energy at the Excel, people are pretty much friendly. Only beef is pricing on beverages and foid.. not worth it!! 5 dollars for a water! Small bottle of water is 5 dollars! Drink before you go!

i've been to the Xcel center many times, and have never had a bad seat, Only issue this time was a ticketmaster issue, I bought 4 seats, upper level, rail seats, we got seats 9,10,11,12 the issue is there is a support wall between 9 and 10. which is not on the ticketmaster website, i went with my wife and 2 kids, and if i stayed in my spot i wouldn't have been able to see my family

Overall the game was good. The food service was terrible though. The wait was long (missed over half of the second period) and the food left much to be desired.

Game was awesome, but I can't recommend this seat location in C14. Our view was partially obstructed in one corner of the ice due to the Bud Light Zone seating. Also we had obnoxious season ticket holders next to us that were more interested in drinking and making rude comments than the game. I can see why these seats are open by these guys! Was also a little disappointed that we didn't get intermission stat sheets, as we typically receive those in the club level. Just an OK experience this time. I will definitely sit in club again, but avoiding this section!

The game was awesome even though we lost in overtime. The Xcel Energy Center was loud and rockin'! The sound and lighting systems are absolutely incredible. The food was good but a bit spendy....pop was horrible as it tasted like it was mixed with rusty water. Drinkable but just barely.
