very personable, energetic and humorous, Peter Noone and his current version of Herman's Hermits provided a warm evening of nostalgia at The Meadows Saturday night. Delivering many of his own hits and a some other nuggets from The British Invasion of the mid 60's as well as amusing between songs banter, Noone was in fine form the entire evening. He also remained after the show and met with and signed autographs for fans, chatting with them and even remembering previous Pittsburgh visits. Also included a nice cover of Daydream Believer which would have made Davy Jones smile.

What a great show! Peter's voice is as it was when he was 16. Great songs, great memories. Not only can he sign the songs from the 60's but he is a great entertainer. The band does an outstanding job of making the music of the Hermits. My young wife was skeptical going in and came out ready to go to Branson Missouri to see them again in October.

Great evening back to the 60's. Peter Noone is quite an entertainer! Not a dull show by any means. Lot's of audience participation made the evening really, really fun. His voice is still strong and very enjoyable to listen to. Mark Lindsey of Paul Revere and the Raiders opened and was also a thrill for my girlfirend to see. Peter and Mark could not have been in better form !

Peter Noone put on a FANTASTIC show. His voice is amazing and he is a great showman. I would recommend this show to any Herman's Hermit's fan. I would even recommend it to anyone who likes music from the 60's.

Mark Lindsay was ok. He doesn't seem to have the strength of voice that Noone has. But the Herman's Hermits protion of the concert was great, and the band was great throughout. I would have wishede to be able to hear the backup vocals better, only minor complaint. Hope to see Peter in Dallas again someday soon!!

I've waited more than 40 years to see Peter Noone perform and he did not let me down. He is still adorable, energetic and very entertaining. It was definitely a stroll down memory lane and my sister and I both enjoyed every minute.

Both Mark Lindsay and Peter Noone's voices and personal delivery were excellent. They really connected with the audience and cared about taking us back to the 60's in a meaningful way. Too bad I had to wait 45 years to catch their live performances!

Peter Noone were very entertaining. Noone was funny, sang his songs and others just like the recordings, and interacted with the audience to make it a FUN night. We met two ladies in their 80s that got their tickets from a daughter that could not make it. They enjoyed the concert, sang along, and laugh the whole night. Three seats down from us was a smiling four or five year old girl. Most of us were in the 50s and 60s, but he seemed to appeal to all ages.

Having seen Peter Noone in the late 60's on a bill with the Beau Brummels, and the Rolling Stones, I am always amazed how he and I can both be in our 60's now and he remains full of youth and energy. He conveys this on stage and to his audience with style and flair. Always entertaining and still has good chops. His band is pretty awesome also following his ques and reinacting the glory days of Herman's Hermits.

Lead singer Peter Noone, the original leader of Herman's Hermits, sang, danced, and joked with the audience non-stop for two hours. He had everyone clapping, swaying, and dancing in their seats. Not only did he perform the best HH hits of the 1960's but he did great imitations of the other groups of the British Invasion of rock, such as the Rolling Stones, Cliff Richards, Gerry and the Pacemakers, etc.

Peter Noone still sings very well. With his boyish charm and sincere singing, he brought the audience great laughs and wonderful nostalgia to the good old days in the sixties. All in all had a great enjoyable evening. Song sets were good plus the additional comedy and impressionistic bits were good additions to the show. Thank you Peter Noone

Peter Noone (aka) Herman of Herman Hermits did a fab show in Biloxi, Miss at the Hard Rock Live casino. Noone is one of the performers who annually appears in Biloxi for the Annual Cruise In. Noone did shows there before Hurricane Katrina, and has been one of the performers who has returned to help the town recover from Katrina. Noone carries one of the largest and loyal fan group "Noon-a-tics" who follow him show after show. Biggest part of Noone is his loyalty to his fans. He will stay hours after his show to meet and greet and sign autographs/have photos made with.

Peter Noone is a masterful entertainer. The music of my boyhood is great and he still hits all the notes after so many years. He's also a great comedian who keeps the audience riveted to the stage. His backup musicians aren't shabby either. I could do this every weekend and never get tired of going.

Herman's Hermits have been my favorite band since I first saw them in Baton Rouge in 1967. I have followed Peter Noone throughout his career and have seen him numerous times in concert at various venues. At the Hard Rock Live show on Friday night, he did not disappoint. The show was lively and entertaining, and filled with many of the old songs we have all grown to love, plus a mixture of some very interesting covers. As usual, the crowd was totally into the performance. This show was particularly special to me because my husband and I brought with us my son, who saw his first HH concert in New Orleans at the age of about 4 or 5, but this time he brought his fiancé for her first HH show! I believe he now has a brand new fan!

This is the 5th time I've seen Herman's Hermits Starring Peter Noone at The Birchmere and each time is better than the last!! The Birchmere is a great venue even with the General Admission seating. We usually get there early in order to get a good seat. This year we didn't arrive until almost 4pm and the line stretched to the end of the building. We thought sure we wouldn't get good seats, however we were at he table right in front of Peter's microphone. There isn't a bad seat in the house, however, as one of his fan club members we like to sit right upfront, and were very happy with our seats! Peter and the Hermits always put on a great show and give the audience more than their money's worth. Peter is a wonderful entertainer and not only does he sing, but he's a comedian as well. There is a lot of audience participation at these shows, so be prepared to join in during the songs and don't forget your glow stick!!

What a great show, terrific seats, the sound was perfect. A 3 piece backup band featuring Godfrey Townsend on guitar provided the backbeat. Gary Lewis started off the show. Mitch Ryder played second. Mark Farner came out third, followed by Chuck Negron. Flo & Eddie wound up the Happy Together portion of the show. After a short break Herman's Hermits came out and played almost an hour. My Wife & I really enjoyed ourselves, ans so did the rest of the crowd. When the Happy Together Tour comes around next year I highly recommend it.

I took a friend who has cancer to cheer her up. The music was not only sentimental but very emotional. When the Turtles sang "Happy Together" we were in tears. Peter Noone was fantastic. He was so funny and had us laughing and then in tears in the beautiful songs. "The End Of The World" was very emotional under the circumstances. We were able to thank Peter after the concert. I wish we could have explained her situation and why the concert was so meaningful to us. Thank you!

The concert was way beyond any expectations we had. Loved hearing all those wonderful tunes live and seeing all the great artists in person. My favorite of the night was Herman's Hermits! Peter is such an awesome showman. What a great sense of humor and performer. I loved his inpersonations! It was hilarious and spot on! Of course the Turtles were amazing as well. They also have a great sense of humor and outstanding showmanship. Love their tunes as well. I recognized all the songs that night and I found myself singing out loud and even had tears in my eyes as I realized I was seeing all these wonderful performers live. There were so many bands represented and so many hits played. I can't wait for the next tour!

Fast moving show with a half dozen stars who were a part of my musical life made the night a real "Blast From the Past!" Mark Farner of Grand Funk STILL has it! Great vocals and guitar work. Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits was the headliner and rightly so. He was funny, looked good (had all his hair, ha! ha!) sang good, great back-up band! It was a very enjoyable and memorable night!

Not hard to find fault with Peter Noone and his Herman's Hermits band when it comes to entertaining a crowd. These guys have been performing for a long time together (even though none of the current lineup, excluding Mr. Noone, is an original member from the 60s). The show is always upbeat, the songs are played spot on, and Peter's voice still brings you back to the early days of the First British Invasion. You see, he sneaks in some of the material from other groups of that era and you'd think he did those numbers! The crowd at the Birchmere was, as usual, squarely in his corner, I believe people have been coming back year after year to catch his show, so just give in, and catch it if you can.

I have seen HERMAN'S HERMITS many times at the Birchmere, but this was the best show yet! I think they really stepped it up a notch this time. PETER NOONEs' voice was especially good that night, which I think was the main factor. It's just a shame that PETER did not do a signing this time. I hope he will do one again in the near future. Anyway, if you want to see a really top notch show, go see HERMAN'S HERMITS !

Loved this wonderful, engaging flashback to the sixties! Even though I was only 5-10 years old when Herman's Hermits was popular, I still remember the songs my brother and his friends listened to and were my favorites as well. Peter Noone is quite the entertainer! He is very charming and kept the show rolling. We had a great time!

Energizing heartfelt nostalgia... Peter sang all the favorites and then some. His vocals, coupled with the band's beat made it challenging staying in my seat. Many moments were transcending... His addictive spirit kept the audience engaged with his wit & self-deprecating theatrics... and accurately mimicking other entertainers. We sang and rocked out.. and everyone stood up and danced for the grand finale.. He's truly gifted and hasn't lost the magic that we fell in love with half a century ago (so hard to believe!)... Afterwards he humbly stayed to chat with fans while signing memorabilia.. making the entire experience the most enjoyable, meaningful, memorable evening. Would LOVE to catch his performances again!

Peter Noone brought his Herman's Hermits act to the venerable Alexandria, VA venue and left the sell out crowd with good no make that great vibrations. He never fails to make everyone feel good in a 60s kind of way with his great tunes and great act, full of humor and insights into the music business, which makes an evening out a real treat. His band mates, none of which are original "Hermits" still know how to play all of those great hits, which were always a treat for radio and 45 listeners. If you haven't seen Peter for the last 40+years, then you're really missing some of the best entertainment out there for folks looking for great memories from the decade that really started the rock era.

What can I say about the Herman's Hermits show at The Birchmere.... Well it was Fantastic, which is no surprise to anyone who has ever seen Herman's Hermits starring Peter Noone! I've never seen Peter and the Hermits do a bad show and I've been to 54 shows! They give the crowd more than they ever expected to see. Not only is Peter an incredible singer and musician, he is also a comedian and all around great entertainer! He is backed by a wonderful band of musicians, who sound better than the original band from the 60's. The show is full of audience participation and lots of interaction with the crowd. Peter gives out CD's to the audience and you never know what might happen at one of his shows. After the show, Peter stayed to sign autographs and pose for photos with every single person in the autograph line. He is incredibly kind to his fans and fan club members. You will never be disappointed by one of his shows! The Birchmere is a fabulous music hall. Considering that the seats are General Admission, I have never had a bad seat there. That being said, if you want a good seat, it is important to get there early to get in line. At 5pm, the doors to the box office open and you get your tickets and Line #, which determines the order that you will be entering the venue, when the doors open at 6pm. They are extremely organized and the whole process runs like a well-oiled machine. It is a great place to see a show!

Seeing the Herman's Hermits Staring Peter Noone Sat. night was a night that we will not forget. It was one of many times that we always have an awesome time. I follow the Herman's Hermits all over the Midwest when they are around and sometimes farther away. This was one of the best theatres that he has played at. All the workers were so nice and personable. I want to thank you also for letting his fans come and listen to the sound check and Q and A. Also for letting him sign autographs at the end was so nice for his fans. Like I say there are no words that can say we had an awesome time. And i would recomend anyone to come and see him at your theatre.

From the moment Peter Noone stepped onto the stage you knew that this was going to be an enjoyable concert and he and his band did not disappoint. He is a talented singer, he is very energetic and a very funny person. The near sellout audience was very entertained and very much into the concert. The evening was non-stop singing, jokes and stories all very entertaining. At one point he came into the audience to sing. He superbly finished the concert off with "Henry the VIII" including a fun singalong, one of the best that I have seen. Great entertainment and a great time was had by all. At the end of the show he moved to the lobby for photos and autographs. Looking forward to seeing Peter Noone and Herman's Hermits again!

I travelled from Michigan to see this pair perform. It wasn't my first time seeing either one, and won't be my last. Both performers played all their hits and then some. Peter Noone is one of the most engaging entertainers I've ever seen. He has the audience from the start and never seems to lose the momentum, or the audience, throughout the show. You'll recognize every song... maybe even thinking to yourself "wow, I never knew who sang that one". Go to You Tube to check out some past shows. Definitely a performance worth your concert bucks. Great venue. Really no bad seats unless you get half a cow sitting next to you waving her arms and screaming every song in your ear plus her other half (literally) next to her. I had half a seat because we were sitting up front on the long bench seats. I came back from the bathroom and sat on her coat she pushed over when I left. He moved up to a front seat and she still sat almost on top of me. Just my luck I guess. Peter was funny and the entire band was entertaining. Good show!

Peter's voice was very versatile when doing covers. He even did a good Johnny Cash, plus he was a great showman, entertained no the crowd, coming into the crowd and even standing on tables. I grew up surrounded by some of the best music from the 60's. My parents would take my siblings and I into Boston every weekend to the Oldies Concert's. I have seen many shows as a child, but the one group aside from the Beatles that I really wanted to see was the Herman's Hermits (Jay & The American's was an added bonus). I was clearly the youngest one there, but it was definitely a night that I will never forget especially being able to share that moment with my father who introduced me to them 30 years ago.

Peter Noone still sounds like he did so many years ago and acts just like the kid he was in their heyday! Good, clean fun that would be entertaining for all ages. Interacts with the audience and genuinely appears to be enjoying himself on stage. His band is also amazing--drummer is truly outstanding! I highly recommend this concert and I would look forward to going again!

Peter Noone and the Hermits out-performed my expectations! For 1.5 hours they entertained with energy, enthusiasm and boyish charm. My playlist was covered and more! Worth double the price for the mood we all left with!

They have so many great songs. They also covered several well known 60's hits. The biggest surprise was how incredibly funny he is. Everyone was completely engaged by him. Singing along, clapping along, laughing a lot. I would see them again in a hearbeat...

I attended this concert on my birthday and what a treat! What can I say? Peter Noone is a legend and is still out there performing 100 plus shows a year with a fabulous back-up band. If you get a chance to see them, don't hesitate. Several family members came along on the 14th and we all had a wonderful time--from ages 6 to 60 something, The first-timers became instant fans! Peter is an extremely talented and funny professional who is high energy. He keeps the audience engaged for the 75-minute performance that is sprinkled with humor and plenty of audience interaction. Usually, he meets with fans and signs autographs for as long as it takes, which speaks volumes for how friendly and generous he is.

I have been to see Herman's Hermits Starring Peter Noone 97 times and have never once been disappointed. This show was no exception. Peter is a true "entertainer" who exceeds the audience's expectations every time. Peter sings all of the hits and some songs by other groups. His band of Hermits are all wonderful musicians and do a great job of backing him. Peter's interactions with the audience are always fun to watch. There is no other band that I would go to see that many times and I'll definitely keep coming back for more.

Sometimes it's hard to watch performers long past their heyday. That's not the case with Peter Noone. From the opening notes of "I'm Into Something Good'' to the last strains of "Henry VIII,'' Noone sounded exactly as he did in the 1960s as he entertained the packed house with all the hits of Herman's Hermits and a few other groups from the British Invasion era. Ever the showman, Noone cracked jokes, went into the crowd and talked to fans, and kept the mood light. His four-piece band duplicated the sounds of the original Hermits, but Noone was who the fans came to see, some for numerous times. After the concert, he posed for photos with fans in the lobby and signed autographs, even venturing outside briefly to greet one fan physically unable to stand in line. Although the line was long, Noone stayed until everyone was gone. When my turn came, I said simply, "Macon, Georgia. 1965. Dick Clark Caravan of Stars.'' His face brightened. ''Little Anthony and the Imperials,'' he said. "And Gary 'U.S.' Bonds.'' He seemed pleased that I had brought up a memory from 51 years ago. There were still lots of folks in line behind me, so I didn't get to remind Noone about Keith Moon and John Entwistle of the Who razzing the Hermits from the audience after the Who was an opening act in Atlanta in 1967. That will have to wait until his next concert And we'll be there.

I can't say enough good things about the Herman's Hermits Starring Peter Noone show at The Birchmere in Alexandria!!! First of all, It is a great venue and they are a wonderful band, who always give the audience more than they ever expected. Peter Noone is truly an "entertainer" and gives the crowd a top notch performance every time. The Birchmere is a favorite of mine because it's easy to get great seats, as long as you don't mind arriving a couple hours before the Box Office opens. It's always fun to stand in line and talk with the other concert-goers and fan club members, whether it is their first show or 200th show! Peter's voice sounds as good, if not better than it did in the 1960's and he loves to interact with the audience at these smaller venues. You never know what to expect as anything can happen at an HHSPN show. This show was no exception, as there was lots of audience participation during the show, which made for some very comical moments. Peter almost always signs autographs and poses for photos after the show and doesn't leave until each person has gone through the line. He adores his fans and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has an enjoyable time. It was my 91st time seeing Herman's Hermits Starring Peter Noone and it certainly won't be my last.

He played all his hits He played others hits --A send up to the British Invasion. He is an entertainer--- funny and engaging His voice has the same pop quality that it had 50 years ago. --- and when he decides to belt one out he can sing strong--- reminiscent of the retrained voices of Blunstone and Dolenz Go see Peter and you'll see what I mean

Peter Noone puts on a great show for his fans. He can still sing, he's full of energy and has a good band too. He sings all the hits, and I love that he talks to the audience and acts like he is having a good time himself. He even wanders out and gives away a few signed CD's. We were lucky enough that he found our seven year old granddaughter and made her night by giving her one. I'm not sure he could believe SHE REALLY likes him! Third generation of fans in our family! It's a fun night for all! He still signs autographs afterwards too.

TOP OF THE LINE!!! Best concert I've ever attended. Took my mom for Mother's Day. She had never been to a concert, and is ecstatic over the entire event! Paul engaged the entire audience, young and old. Everyone was singing and clapping throughout. Only drawback is that it was too short of a show; could have listened to them all night. So much energy and humor. Just absolutely amazing!!! Words can't express my feeling appropriately. OC Convention Center was perfect location. Plenty of room; didn't feel smothered. I'll be watching for them to return somewhere in MD/DC. Thank you Paul and Herman's Hermits!!!

We had a great time at the Herman's Hermits concert. They did all their hits, plus some other British Invasion songs. Peter Noone was in good voice and really, really funny! (And still very cute at 70.) It was too short (only about an hour long), but tons of fun!
Great performance from beginning to end! Played all the great songs, sound was good and Peter had so much energy throughout the entire performance. Love his sense of humor and fun stories. Loved every moment !
Extraordinary He was amazing. Great entertainer and the best part was meeting him after in the lobby. It's wonderful that he signs autographs and meets fans after. Wasn't crazy about the seating being blocked some by curtains. But beautiful Casino
What a great entertainer, Their show is way more than "just" Herman Hermits songs (which are great). There is singing, dancing, jokes and just funny patter with the audience. We have seen them several times over the years and every show is different.. Their band is very talented too.
