Great game. Boston University hockey is a great program. There are two players on the team that played in the USHL before college and billeted with us. Very nice arena. Good food at vending. Very good hockey. Need to plan your parking. It's Boston.

The game was good, but the action was so far away and the fan sections were so disjointed that it was hard to get any cheers or chants going. Also, there were so many facetimer fans there who didn't understand the game or didn't care about the action. They are annoying to real sports fans who are there to support their team.

The renovations are great. The bridge gave us good sets, access to concessions. I prefer being closer to the ice and will try for next year. Great game.

BU and North Dakota skated to a 3-3 tie. ND outshot BU by a wide margin. However, the BU goaltender was outstanding, and kept BU in the game.

Venue was nice. Food good but staff didn't seem too concerned about speed or accuracy. Sandwich vendor did not have complete menu but still charged full price( ran out of chips) odd that this would happen in half empty arena

Went to BU for Parent's Weekend. Attended the game because our son was playing in the pep band. First time going to a college hockey game and it won't be the last. Boston won the game which made it even more fun.

Yes I realize that these storms paralyzed the city. Yes I know that the MBTA woes are not the University's fault. Yes I know I should have expected a delay and that I was not the only one experiencing these issues. However, the fact remains that I called the school on gameday to ask about garage access and was told there would be plenty garage parking. I arrived at the lots prior to 7p.m. for 7:30 face-off and spent an hour being diverted past lot after lot until I eventually parked on a neighborhood sidestreet. I missed the complete first period of the ND game. It simply didn't have to be that frustrating: notice of the garages' full capacity should have been publicized on website and representatives should have alerted callers that garage spots were limited.

I brought a friend who had never been to a hockey game before. We had a great time. Sight lines in the arena were great. The only annoying part were people showing up late, or getting up and down from their seats to the bathroom/concession stand during the game. Have some courtesy for the people who are trying to watch the game, and go to/from your seat during a break in play. Definitely worth the ticket price. Concessions were a little expensive, but OK. Would definitely go back again.

This venue is great, though I wish there was more of a food selection. Some great hockey played. BU bouncing back strong in Hockey East (Notre Dame... Hockey East, really??? Why not throw Stanford in there, too!) UMass... err... not so much, though they stayed with BU for 2+ periods. Highly recommend any type of show here.

My son is a freshman at BU and Band is his thing!! I was not able to see any of his performances during marching band season. Now that he is in the pep band, going to this game was my first chance to see him perform as a BU student. And it was perfect because I also love hockey!!! I had the best seats to watch my son perform and watch the game!!! The BU hockey team was awesome and the band and student section do a good job keeping things alive!! Yes I plan to go again!!

I expected this to be a good game and it was. Two top teams in the Big East. I even commend the police who helped with traffic afterwards. The only difficulty was that I could not find a program to buy. Some fans had them, but I walked around the whole arena and couldn't buy one. The game was decided on penalties, which was disappointing. The refs should have let them play in the overtime and been very reluctant to call one.

Agannis Arena is a great venue for Ice Hockey. Seeing the top-ranked NCAA Ice Hockey team from Boston University play the defending National Champions from Union College was a great experience for us. The game was exciting and I look forward to returning to BU in the future for more events.

First time ever attending a hockey game in the US. Well organized event. However, compared to Switzerland rather emotionless athmosphere. Out of town visitors watch out: If you do not carry your passport, you don't get a beer. Swiss ID card not accepted and hence as a 52 year old guy had to watch the game on soft drinks only! :-(

First time at the Agganis Arena and it was awesome! Had a pro type feel to it even though it was a college game. Easy parking at the garage and food was typically overpriced as it always is but not to the point of price gouging at pro locations in Boston. Overall we had a fun time. Also it is family friendly as I saw a lot of people with kids having a good time.

Agganis Arena is a great place to watch the BU Men's Hockey team. It is small enough to really see the action wherever you sit. It is a clean, modern well run facility. It is even nicer when the home team wins.

Both teams played one heck of a game. Maine look like they were going to win this match with a 2-0 lead going into 3 period. Bu gets 2 goals to take the game into ot. Bu scores in ot take make an excellent comeback. I was rooting for Maine on the other hand but still had a great time. Agganis arena is a great venue and would come back to see future games.

Good game between BU and Cornell, Cornell dominated BU hole game even more shot in net. BU got lucky break to win game even though Cornell. Made a late comback to make the game more exciting. Always enjoy seeing Red Hot Hockey at the garden. The newly renovated MSG is awesome the seat I had was on the bridge level of the garden. Lived the view from there awesome way to watch a hockey game.

BU, led by one of the top freshman in the country - Jack Eichel - were certainly the aggressors on offense. They ended up outshooting ND by almost a factor of 2. Still, the Irish had stout defense, led by its freshman - goaltender Cal Peterson. ND scored with 3 minutes to play and the score remained tied 2-2 for the rest of regulation and throughout the OT. There is nothing like OT Hockey to get you on the edge of your seat. The tie earned BU at least a share of the Hockey East title. One more point earns them the title outright.

The recently refurbished Madison Square Gardens was the host to a hotly contested game of ice hockey between the university teams from Boston and Cornell. Both sides benefited from good support and loud bands that made for a great atmosphere. The action seemed to take a little while to get going and certainly Cornell enjoyed the greater share of the possession and shots on goal, but Boston came out on top 3-2 despite a close finish with Cornell rallying from 3-0 down in the 3rd period. The music and cheering and fast paced action made for a great night's entertainment. Madison Square Gardens was well staffed and looked very clean and had ample facilities inside.

The glass at Agganis was terrible. It was blurry and when looking down ice it distorted the view of the ice and the players. Besides that it was a very good venue

Love coming to these games!! The only issue this time was the new backpack policy. I ve also brought a bag, and never had an issue, they just check it. This year they changed it so you can only have a small purse, but I didn t see that posted anywhere when I bought the ticket! And the woman was very rude, and unclear in her explanation of bag size. Then told us we could leave it unattended under the stairs.... ok? Kind of a damper on an otherwise fun outing.

Ticket Master has the layout of the stadium wrong. Instead of being away from the band, we were right next to it. Otherwise the game was enjoyable and so was the view.

Seats were awesome and affordable. 10 dollar all day parking is unheard of in Boston. We went early parked and took a 15 minute t ride to Newbury st walked around and had an awesome lunch. The hockey game was very exciting being on the glass made it more so. It was the first time I've really seen my wife get into a hockey game. I just wish BU showed up,not one of there better performances. Still, I can't wait to go again.

We were visiting Boston for a week and attended this Boston hockey game. The whole experience was very good. The game was excellent (Boston won!), the parking was easy, the food was good, and our seats were comfortable and excellent. Having the tickets beforehand also made it easy.

The BU hockey team were thinking more about their next game with Wisconsin than the exhibition game against the US National team, and the final score clearly demonstrated that. Despite an overall lackluster performance, there were moments to indicate that this is a really good hockey team. Also, the play of the US National Team was inspired. They took advantage of every opportunity. And BU did follow up the next night by beating an over matched Wisconsin team.

The hockey itself was really good. Very cool to see some upcoming NHL draft prospects in action. The crowd was somewhat sparse and not overly enthusiastic about the game. Overall it was a fun evening.
