We may have lost the game but that's okay. Me and my parents had a wonderful time at the Dallas Stars game. It's been awhile since we seen a live hockey game and we had so much fun. I wish though that the aisles are bigger because it's kind of difficult to walk down them when you need to use the restroom. But that's okay. The venue was huge and had a lot of selection. I definitely had a lot of fun and can't wait to go again.

The game was exciting and interesting. I enjoyed the seats that I had. I was very disappointed in the food offerings though. This arena is not that old, and I know that most of the newer arenas around the country have better and healthier food choices. My wife wouldn't eat anything they had.

Ottoberfest deal for two. $99 got me two platinum level seats on the players side almost center ice. View was amazing. The package came with two free tee shirts and two drinks. Our only problem was that the area to redeem our tee shirts was set up in front of section 318. They only had medium and extra large sizes. I wear a large. While on the third we decided to use our drink coupons. With beer and nachos in hand we headed toward our seats. We then found out we couldn't get back to the second level with beer. We had to hurry and eat our food before going down a level. We shouldn't have had to go to section 318. Everything after that was great.

I haven't been to a Stars game in several years and man I'm glad I went to see them play their home opener against the Red Wings! It was a great game, it helps when they win, great seats and especially a great date. It was her first hockey game to ever go too. She was hooked. The Stars have a new fan. I will def try to make it to more Stars games this season especially if I can get these seats again.

although I was not too happy with the sloppy play of the game or the outcome (Go Wings), I always love sitting in this section. The seats are great, they are even a little less expensive then the surrounding areas, and you have an awesome view of the ice. The total bonus is that they are on the Platinum level - access to select restaurants, bar, buffet, etc. Totally a different experience than downstairs and I love it. I prefer these seats to sitting down in the lower bowl any day.

Great Game good Seat......The "Net" did interfered with clear view of the entire rink!....I thought the Paperless Ticket was Great, as it allowed me to check in at any entrance with my credit card for identification and a Ticket was printed for me right on the spot...No wait in line at "Will Call"....A very 'Slick' operation!!

Game was good. Got paperless ticket, the concept is good, but the person couldn't get the reader to work and had to wait for another person with one that did. Holds up the line too long

Getting to the game was simple. Parking was extra easy. We walked right in without any lines. The game was great! Getting to and from our seats was probably the hardest part since people have to stand up for you to get through. Beers were 7 dollars each, so come prepared for that. We had a great time, donated some to the Stars Charity. It was fun. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed watching the Stars gear up for the upcoming season. Our seats, about as high as you can get, were fairly over the center ice area and we found it easy to see. Watching Brendan Morrow playing back up to his high standards was fun also. Our new goalie, Lehtonen, was given a "thumbs up" even by the Avalanche fan in our group! Will enjoy watching this team progress.

We had great time! Our seats were terrific! I should have checked out places for less expensive parking ahead of time as well as for the best route out to go back toward McKinney. Overall, loved the spirit of the Dallas Stars fans!!!

It was a great experience. Nice crowd and the band performance was great too although we came to see the game but entertainment provided by Identity theft band was great. I would recommend it.

Having never been to a hockey game, I didn't know how much i would like it. I surprised my husband with tickets and he was elated. We had great seats and I ended up enjoying the game much more than anticipated. It is a very high intensity, fast-paced game that is fun to watch. Downside: Not a huge fan of fist fighting and I think it's unprofessional. They got in 2 drop down drag out fights and 1 almost fight. Seemed like they were overcompensating for something.

Arena was so cold that it was uncomfortable. We all were wearing jackets and it was still too cold for comfort. We had to wait more than 45 minutes to get a baked potato. They did not have any buns at the time so a BarBQue sandwich was not an option. Food should be ready to be consumed when patrons arrive. Parking prices were rediculous since the lots were no where near full and it was a preseason game. These prices should be reduced during times like this. The best part of the game was that the Tampa Bay Lightning won and that is the team we were supporting. Dallas looked like they could use remedial practice. Many Dallas fans in our area of the arena were very dissappointed in their team. It is a shame that we were so dissappointed since this was our very first NHL game to every see in person. We are used to watching minor league hockey in Shreveport/Bossier City, La. where the excitement and atmosphere in the arena is worth the price of our cheap tickets and free parking.

Enjoyed the extra leg room , waitress was exceptionally well , all AAC staff were friendly smiling and helpful , food and service was good , really enjoyed my time plus a great hockey game which ended in a shootout. I got the maximum hockey experience and great service from the staff it was a win-win night!

The game itself was awesome!!! The seats were amazing. Most importantly, the ease of purchasing the tickets through Ticketmaster. No need to wait in line or wait for the mail. Tickets are automatically on your phone and ready to scan at the door. The whole process was simple and easy.

This family loves the Stars and the Red wings, so this is the Main event in our household! The teams this year were equally matched and the game was Great! Of course for us it really doesn't matter who wins, because we love them both! The Staff at the venue are always first rate. They are helpful and polite. The concessions offer a wide variety to choose from. Music keeps the fans in the games. Multimedia helps too!

Last 4 games i have been too at home, all losses.. Maybe its me giving bad luck, who knows.. Anyways, i love going to the games, great atmosphere and the hype is amazing with the fans! I recommend terrace level tickets for first timers, tickets are cheap and the seats have the perfect view.

Very nice arena. Not the best I've been to in terms of the walkways to get to your section around the arena, space in the concession areas, but once you get to your seat the experience is like no other. I literally sat at the top and it was amazing. Glad I didn't spend more money because my seats were fantastic. Great crowd engaging music and crowd interaction that never made the game dull even for a moment. Highly recommend checking out a game. Oh yea, I was there to support the other team and the locals weren't rude or hostile as I would expect even to some degree

What an incredible night of hockey. Stars vs Pens. There was an impressive show of support from Pens fans. At times it was hard to distinguish if we were in Dallas or Pittsburg. The venue was great as well. Food choices were tops. Free program ang drink refills were a nice touch.

Red Wings took the lead 1-0. Dallas tied it up then went up by one. The Wings tied it up at 2. Stars went up 4-2. Detroit answered back with 2. Dallas put in two more. Detroit tied it up 6-6. The game went into OT and the Red Wings won!!! The highlight of the night was the fight on the ice. The guy from Detroit delivered eight unanswered punches to the face of Dallas Star.

Hockey is always great! It is even better when your favorite team wins. The American Airline Cebter is a great venue. I especially like the plethora of bathroom stalls and the way the food vendors are arranged. Star fans are polite. The split between Wings and Stars fans was fairly equal.

I have been to many Stars games, I have sat at every angle. No matter where I sit I have never been disappointed. I truly enjoy coming to as many games as possible. My seats this time were amazing. We were so close to the glass, I couldn't believe it. I bought the family four pack this go round. I bought them as a Christmas gift to my son and nephew. Buying a discounted package I didn't think we would get the seats where we did. I was shocked. Being that close let us really hear the game. It was perfect! We had a great time that night, thank you!

While sitting near the ice is fun for hockey, I always think the best way to track the action is to have a view from the higher seats. Overall, these seats were pretty good. Close enough to center ice that it was never hard to see the whole play. I'm not the biggest fan of the American Airline Center in general, but the seats are good.

Bought two tickets on Ticketmaster, and booked two complimentary tickets from the Dallas Stars Foundation that I purchased at a silent auction fundraiser for the school band. Sat on a great front row in Section 312, thought I would be so high I would need binoculars, but that was not the case! I never touched the binoculars, as I could see the entire ice and the puck extremely well\u2026.almost better than being lower behind the glass. My only complaint about the entire experience is how exhausting I find ordering tickets on Ticketmaster, and the shock of the fees. I couldn't get the site to work on a Mac running Safari, so it was a supreme hassle to have to borrow another computer, a Dell PC at work running IE. You guys have gotta fix this interface, lots of Mac mobile devices out there!

Taking the GoPass from downtown Rowlett is the way to see the Stars or other events at the AA Center in Dallas. That is if you live east of Rockwall. It was the second Stars game, or hockey game that I've seen live. They know how to entertain with sound, lights and both times the Stars won 3-1. This time the win was over Ottawa Senators. Fun event\u2026five fights broke out. As a Northeast Texas sports director, I got my money s worth and still have all my teeth.

As someone new to the area I can say that in my experience the AAC is very easy to get to and easy to park nearby, There was kids hockey and a concert before the game outside and my kids loved that. The view of the ice from my seat was spectacular and the only problem is that after leading, the Stars ended up losing the game. After such a positive experience I already have tickets for my next game.

Awesome game. We got free hats upon entry. Stars whooped the Flyers 5-1. There were not many people due to the horrible weather so they let everyone move closer to the ice. I ended up sitting two rows from the ice for the last 2 periods, so we got to see all the action up close. Hope more people show up for the Stars!

It was a great game. I always enjoy going to stars games. Great rink and well organized. Never long lines, free refills, good people, and pretty good team this year. Team did great on new uniforms. Fans need to be better. Hawks fans ruled the rink. It felt like a home game for Chicago. Show some pride Stars fans and make some noise. This is a good team that has won the cup and works hard to put real quality on the ice.

Wasn't sure how 3 tickets on same section, but different rows & seats would be horrible but it was good. Didn't realize the tickets were going to put us in being served. Always love to go when I can. However, this time my daughter was going to be on the Zamboni. Great seats. Was very grateful for being informed of the time change of the game. Heard 1st from yall then from DALLAS STARS.

The game was great. The arena is very nice. Shaw that the Stars and Mavs have to share the arena. The ice didn't seen to be top quality compared to other arenas that teams do not share. Parking is super expensive.

What a great sporting event put on by the Stars!! Every moment was exciting and fun, even between the periods with the t-shirt tossing and presentations. Great atmosphere!! I've lived overseas (Australia) for 25 years and have just moved back to Texas and trust me Americans have so much enthusiasm and patriotism...it just is a great atmosphere. Thanks for a great night and easy access (by Dart)! Will definitely be back for next season!

We had excellent seats, thanks to Ticketmaster! Being at the game is just so much more exciting than watching it on TV. Even though we lost that game it was a good one right up until the last couple of minutes. Go STARS!

I really enjoyed my first trip to the American airlines center. While my team lost, the experience was fantastic! I highly recommend using Ticketmaster to purchase and print your tickets prior to arriving at the event.

Great time at the game. Great seats, people well behaved, lots of excitement and great energy in the arena. Only draw back was the usual at most sporting events. The wait in traffic to leave after the game.

Took my 12 year old son to see his favorite NHL team - Absolutely the best game ever! Highlight of the game - getting to see his all time favorite player - Modano! American Airlines - great veniew, overall experience was great. Wish parking was cheaper though :) THX

I love to watch NHL hockey and this was great! Even though we had seats high up, we could still see really well. The American Airlines Center is a nice venue. The only negstive things were the price of parking (cheaper at the LA Staples Center) and the floor was sticky where I sat. I'm happy to be living in a place that has a NHL team.

The Stars put together a terrific fan based product. We love hockey as a family, as many of us play or have played the game for years. The game opener was very exciting. The opening video and special effects were really amazing/emotional. I am a little disappointed that the Ice Girls are pushed so hard as sexual objects. Lets sell hockey, not sex here. Another irritation was all of the open cupped alcohol. We had one cup spilled at our feet entirely, numerous spills as people walked back to their seats, and was bathed in beer upon celebration for a goal. My family does not drink alcohol so all of this was from surrounding fans. The open cups filled to the brim with already buzzed fans walking by already seated fans is a recipe for spillage. That's not family friendly and I don't think that is what the Stars organization wants.

It was an awesome game, it was our first time going, my self and my nephew.. I took him for his birthday..we had a great time.. I will go more often for sure...since it was for my nephews bday, they announce his name on the 2nd Qr and then and one of the Ice girls came down to wish him a happy birthday and I took them a picture.. that was GREAT...

Ths game was a major loss for The Stars but the game was still great to attend. The action is very fast so don't look away to often. The crowd fun and loud so be prepared to scream along.
