Feed Me

FEED ME IN CONCERT:British electro house wunderkind Jon Gooch has released music under a number of monikers, but lately it's his Feed Me project that's bringing out the beat heads in droves. Feed Me has quickly become a legend among EDM circles with the Tooth live show set-up, which features Gooch dropping the beat from inside a giant set of chompers while accompanied by an onslaught of unforgettable audiovisuals. By far one of the best EDM shows I have seen. The teeth looked amazing, Jon is so humble to his fans and really brings the energy, amazing all around. If you are thinking about seeing Feed Me don't, just buy the tickets and hold on.

The whole entire show was incredible. I went absolutely psycho during Mord Fustang's set since I am a big fan of his. I had seen Feed Me once before but this time he had his Teeth set-up and I thought it looked amazing. All in all, I would definitely go to another show to see these two.

Seriously, one of the best shows i've seen in a long time. The main stage was incredible! the opening acts were amazing too. Mord Fustang played out his unreleased stuff along with his other released tracks like Milky way, We are now connected, Magic Trooper, Lick the Rainbow and many more. Audrey Napoleon was great too! I've never heard of her, and when she played out her intro song, i was hooked instantly! Feed Me's set just blew my mind. Visuals were spot on. The only little incident was the music stopped working for 10 seconds for some techinical reason, but other than that it was a great time.

I knew first off that the music would be great. I was right on that. The two opening DJ's really killed it with their sets. Then the curtains on stage opened to reveal Feed Me's setup. He was high atop a huge toothy grin between two eyes. The face flashed all sorts of colors and shapes that were perfectly in sync with the music. I really was blown away by all of the sights and sounds. Listening to Feed Me years ago on my headphones I would never have imagined such an amazing event coming to Boston.

The show was awesome as well as the venue. Security was tight and dealt with crazy people as soon as it happened. The sound was great and you were right up front to see an awesome show! Feed Me puts on a great visual experience and I'd totally see him again. Actually this is my second time seeing him, last year it was at the Congress in Chicago.

This is my second time seeing Feed Me at Royale. I had an amazing night. Mord Fustang was a great opener. He was a much better opener then Kill the Noise, who I was disappointed with last year. There was a large crowd considering the fact that he played on a Tuesday night and had just had a show on Monday as well. Mord Fustang set started with a 90s style house with electro influence to a harder electro/dubstep sound. I think he did a wonderful job building up the energy towards the end of his set. His set was crazy good. I only didn't like how he ended the night by glitching up the last track. I would have rather him just played it through. Aside from that there were little hiccups in his set. His set was a mixture of all his own tracks some which he remixed with other tracks of his. There were a few points where he slowed down the tempo to something more melodic. His teeth were still crazy awesome and wonderful. I have to say I love the lighting they added to the teeth. I'd like to see more of those bright light beams shooting out into the audience. Visually the teeth were still as impressive as last time, but I still feel like they could do more. Some sets were far more impressive then others visually. Overall I had a great night. One my friends had some dislike towards the venue. Mostly the bar staff and security, however I had no personal complaints.

Went to this concert on the day before my second semester and wasn't able to participate in the concert the way I would have liked to, but I still had an amazing time. The music and show quality was awesome. I would personally bring ear plugs for Feed Me because it was fairly loud on the floor. However, I would highly recommend this show to anyone especially if you're into the electronic, EDM, house, dub scene. Highly recommend not going in your right mind.

I saw Feed Me at the Royale in Boston. The great thing about a Feed Me show is that he plays only his music, and of course the sickest stage setup in electronic music. He played some new songs which were absolutely ridiculous, now I just have to wait for the album. Best show ever.

I had been waiting to see Feed Me for quite a long time, so I grabbed my ticket for his Atlanta stop of the With Teeth tour as soon as it went on sale. Needless to say, the concert was 100% worth it! My friend and I got to the venue about halfway through Bro Safari's set. He played a moombahton set that included staples like Dillon Francis's "IDGAFOS" and Nadastrom's "i!!" along with a lot of his original tracks. It was a great warm-up for the next 2 acts, and people were really getting down to his music. I have a feeling that the moombahton sub-genre will take off this year. A lot of artists are delving into it. Next up was Kill The Noise, a dubstep/drum & bass artist recently signed to Skrillex's OWSLA label. He is a really cool guy who interacted with the crowd often in addition to spinning a very diverse set ranging from his own tracks to Madeon to Zedd to Knife Party and everything in between. He had one hiccup in the beginning where his CDJ sort of crashed, but luckily, that was only during the second song. He compensated for it in no time and then continued to drop awesome tunes. He's an up-and-comer who I think will make even more noise this year after dropping his "Kill Kill Kill" EP last November. Then, the moment we'd all been waiting for arrived. The lights dimmed, and the curtains were pulled back to reveals a giant grinning LED smile representing Feed Me's trademark. He took the stage and started his set off with two mellow progressive house tracks (I know one of them was "Relocation"; can't remember the other) before slowly mixing into one of his dubstep bangers, "Blood Red." From there, the show was a non-stop assault on the senses. What made Feed Me unique was that he only played his tracks yet mixed them perfectly. He jumped around from moombahton (One Click Headshot and Pink Lady) to electro house (Grand Theft Ecstasy, Muscle Rollers) to dubstep (Cloudburn, Strange Behaviour, his remix of Robyn's "Call Your Girlfriend") flawlessly. I was jumping up and down the whole time like a crazed maniac as I took it all in from the front row of the pit. When he came down from his booth to talk to the crowd before the encore, people started up a "FEED ME" chant before he gave us a heartfelt and happy speech about how awesome a crowd we were and how much fun he has doing what he does for a living. As he dropped "Trapdoor (with Hadouken!)", we all went nuts as we sang along to the words and raged hard. Overall, the Feed Me show was like no other. Impeccable mixing, great openers, and an outstanding light show made for a hell of a night. I am already eager to see him live again.

INCREDIBLE EVENT from beginning to end! House of Blues is THE most civilized venue in the Midwest, and it's hands-down my favorite place to see shows ANYWHERE. The staff there was professional, efficient and kind. Karen and Stephanie in the VIP section - EVERYONE working VIP - was fantastic and helpful and patient. Who was the first opener? He was an EXCELLENT opener, revving up the crowd just enough. Mord's material is brilliant. And FEED ME's spectacle is the BEST SHOW on the road today. Zero complaints, a million good memories, favorite show of 2013!

This show was awesome!! I had a great time, everybody was pumped up, and it was packed!! The floor was covered in sticky spots and water so it was a bit hard to bust a move. 12th planet started the night off dropping Skrillex's Welcome to Jamrock mix, got the crowd going in a heartbeat. He continued with great tracks like Reasons, True Gangsters, and The End is Near. We really enjoyed this show from the main opening act and headliner. There was another opener that I didn't really care for and didn't really connect with the audience.
