Camilo Sesto

This show was nothing like I expected! I was horrible, he did not have nothing like the voice on his Albums, but worst of all he looked like he was on drugs!! My husband and I spent a lot of money to go watch Camilo Sesto and we came out so disappointed that we wanted our money back!! It was horrible and the show wasnt even long! He was ridiculous and didnt even know the songs! As you can maybe tell I am very outraged at the concert that this man gave. He looks nothing like he did before, he sings horrible, and worst of all I dont think he was sober throughout the concert!! Yes it was amazing to see a legend but at the same time he just made a fool of himself.

i can not thank you enough mr camilo sesto was just amazing, that was one of my dreams to get to see him and hear him alive, and so it was of my wife, she enjoyed the concert, i have never seen her so happy thank you that was a really good experience, i hope that there will be more of camilo, and if there is not, at least i get to enjoyed him and my wife too. Thanx a million

It was very memorable. They sang every single classic without leaving any song out. I took my mom as a mothers day gift and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. too bad Camilo is retiring. what a great artist. Hopefully he'll continue to write for other artists.

Once in a life time! Beautiful, It was like going back to teen's. He sang all the songs we know. Two hours without loosing any minute, just singing. High level of emotion in the crowd all over the concert. Recommended a plus!

This has been one of the best concerts I have been to this year. Camilo had the same powerful voice and he sang all of his songs. The show started at 8:30 pm and it ended at 10:30 pm non-stop. It was excellent and I hope he comes back to Miami.

concert was excellent and very entertain.I was in shock how good he did, to me and my girlfriend were like the time never pass.I wish he could stay in the the stage for much longer time i said he make more concerts.

Played all his songs, he continues to have the same exact voice that made his fans fall in love with him from the beginning of his career. Camilo Sesto is Unforgetable !!! He will take you back in time and make you fall in love with him again. I loved this concert, He still got it, and I will recommend this to any of his fans. You will not regret seen him and reliving the story.

Excellent performance. He really knows how to take control of the stage. Amaizing voice as when it was 30 years ago. I wish he would do another concert locally. Me and my wife were stunt to see him and will definitly look forward to see him again.

This was the best concert I had ever been to, Camilo Sesto sounds like when he was young, he sang for two hours straight without resting, just to take a sip of water. He looks also very young (and he's 63) and all the people where singing all his favorites songs. An unforgetable night!

I didnt actually attend the show, i bought tickets for my parents. they fell in love listening to Camilo's music and my mom especially has been a huge fan of this man. She absolutely loved the show!

It was a very special private moment for me to finally be able to witness in person such GREATNESS. I knew before hand that Camilo's voice was not going to be the same, but I told mom, if you are coming with me, understand that we are going to support Camilo and to show him we are grateful for ALL the fantastic songs his written for us. So, there is nothing stoping me from going, and so mom and I went to see both Camilo and his best friend Angela Carrasco. We enjoyed the concert very much and off course, who can never get enough of these two wonderful people? Off course, we would have loved them to have stayed longer, etc. I think some people are juvenile and unrealistic to expect Camilo to sound like he is 20 years old. Thats not why we were there...Yes, he is retiring in spite of the fact that all say "don't do it". Is his decision not ours. However, he will continue with his music, because "he is music itself" and has much to offer still by means of his songs. I count myself very fortunate to have seen him finally. I still have all his music at home and I hope he sees that we are with him always and that we appreciate him for his legacy. Again, he was saying "good bye" to us, because WE, his public wanted him to. Not because he does not know when to quit... people please get the news of whats going on before posting your comments... this still is a GREAT AND VERY UNIC INDIVIDUAL WITH AMAZING TALENT and his blue eyes off course, hi, hi, silly me!

Camilo Sesto and Angela Carrasco put on a great show. The audience happily sang along with every song. Camilo's voice however is not the same, but still a great show.

The show was very nostalgic, last time I saw Camilo was 33 years ago at the Felt Forum. His songs brought back lots of memories. My mother was a fan , so I grew up hearing his songs..and in turn his music grew on me. I hope he continues to perform. Excellent show! He sang all of his number one hits!

I went to see this on a nostalgia bender. I've been lucky so far but this was the end of my streak. I'm sure Camilo meant well on this goodbye tour but it's clear that his body just can't do it and I'm not even talking about his voice. I kept thinking he'd collapse onstage. Also it seems there was no promotion work done for this show because it wasn't close to full and to be frank, unless you live in Jersey the IZOD Center is kind of uninviting plus $25.00 dollars for parking is excessive. There wasn't even an encore. Weird. On the bright side Angela Carrasco was in fine form but only did 1/2 hour part of it spent giving shout-outs to people that only she knows. I don't regret going because I'd never seen these two and I love their music but I realize that the 80's & 90's was the time to see them. So it goes.

I didn't have the pleasure to attend, but my in laws really enjoyed it. They loved it and was very pleased with the performance.

This concert was the best I have attended and many years. I think he could have sang one more song we were all asking for one more and he just left and did not come back. To bad that Angela Carrasco could not sing more of my favorite songs. Some people were rude wanting her of the stage. As you could see I loved the concert. I was to busy singing alone that I forgot to take pictures.

Most memorable moment of my life !!! It was my Mother's Day gift to my mom whom is the one that showed me his songs since I could remember, thanks to my mom !! The moment he stepped out on stage was amazing !! The show was awesome. People behaved and were friendly. I will never forget this day ever !!

I was very disappointed that one of my favorite s singers of all time cannot sing any longer; he tries very hard to delivery but it wasn t good at all. I went home and listen to his CD to erase the memory from the nightmare from that concert. Sorry Camilo I still love you !

I will never forget this event. Camilo was, is and will be the best. The concert was great. My seats were perfect. Camilo made every body sing. He is the best. I wish he will come back again.

I was embarrassed for Camilo Sesto. I know everyone's voice changes with age but you have to know when to retire! He is such a talented musician and his songs are so beautiful and filled with emotion but his voice is terrible. It just isn't what is used to be. I would not see him in concert again.

As much as i enjoy Camilo Sesto, the performance was not what i expected. An aging singer at the end of his career. None the less, it was memorable moment, i took my parents to the concert and we enjoyed ourselves. Sad that the concert didnt sell well.but.happy.that we got relocated and ended up with better seats. Overall it was a nice and memorable event.

This event, I waiting all my life to be in this event, but I was disappointed with the artist because he did not come back, when the public requested to sing again.

The show started almost two hours later! Even after the presenter called him on stage he did not show up for another 10 minutes. The star had no voice left; helped by the man's voice in the choir it was pathetic!! He had a great voice but sadly he lost it and should accept it. The venue was horrible; not enough concession stands; too expensive and the quality and quantity of the drinks a racket

I enjoy the show. Be part of this event. Have the opportunity of see my star : Camilo Sesto. It was a lot of people but I feel that everybody was having a very good time. It was nice to be there. I would do it again.

Gift for my wife, reviewed by her...Although the songs did bring back memories of my youth and the seats were great, this famous Spaniard who's voice has changed with age, did try his best to impress. However, for the money the concert was definitely NOT worth it! It lacked the luster of American concerts, no sets, no exiting backdrops and then the singer whom sidelined with him only sang one song. He would have been better off just releasing a Farewell CD with his hits and fans would have been happy. Finally, no ovations, so strange.

I had a problem with the rudeness if the audience. The screaming and whistling! There was no need foe that!

The artist was great. Gave tickets as a early Father's Day gift to my dad. The only thing was the venue. There was only 1 entrance and it took forever to get in.

Camilo Sesto is a great performer. It was wonderful to see him. However the theater did not do him justice. The sound was bad and the tickets made no mention that his show started at 9pm not 8pm. Also row H is not the 8th row. It is at least the 16th row maybe further back.

It was a great show! I took my mom for her bday and everything ran smoothly with exception of it starting almost 2 hours late. Venue is clean and we felt safe.

Out of tone, tune and date. Camilo's facial expression was exactly the same from beginning to end.

Had never been to a Camilo Sesto concert before. Being that this was his farewell tour could not pass the chance to go see in person someone whose songs I have had on tapes, then CDs and finally Ipod. Opening act with Angela Carrasco was amazing. She still has one of the most beautiful female vocals of all time. Camilo Sesto is Camilo Sesto. You know his songs. Don't go expecting the Camilo from the 70's and early 80's because if you do, you'll be dissapointed. Age and other issues have robbed him of those amazing high notes but if you go just expecting to be taken back in a time machine of memories, then you'll enjoy the concert thoroughtly. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because of these two loud, obnoxious drunken (or high) women seating behind us who started screaming and mocking a guy at another section just because he was standing and singing along. Thinking what they were doing was amusing to everyone else they kept at it until having had enough wife decided to tell them off. Aside from this incident, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend if you are a fan of Camilo Sesto and Angela Carrasco.

Camilo Sesto should not be allowed to perform anymore, his voice is totally gone. That was very disrespectful for his fans.

I think I waiting too long to see him. When I was little his songs were prohibit in my house His voice has changed to the point of no recognition.

The concert was great, the people took everything very cool, zero problems I mean, no body had the terrible attitude after a couple drinks or something else. Was great!

This was the worst concert that I have attended, wasted so much money on someone that cannot hold a note. There was a time the he was a great artist but now he needs sit back and relax. I wish I can get a refund or better than will be money my 4hrs off my life back.

He should not be performing anymore. Too much plastic surgery and his voice is gone. I gave him 2 stars for nostalgia.

Overall, a great show!! Wished he wouldve interacted more with crowd like Angela Carrasco did. Also thought he was going to sing "corazon encadenado" with Angela too! Everything amazing until the end...people didnt really know the show ended until he said thank you and goodbye then dropped the microphone... really?! I waited this whole time to see him perform... ARENT THESE HIS LAST PERFORMANCES?! Wish he wouldve ended with a bang... :'( I enjoyed every minute of his performance and even though I was disappointed at the ending...in my eyes he will always be the best singer of all times (coming from a 23 year old)... If only I can relive that beautiful night !!!!

Not much to say but that is was a wonderful concert ; we the fans were overjoyed to be there with Camilo on his last tour and sang along at the top of our lungs all our favorites.

Great show. My husband and I had an awesome time at Camilo Sesto's concert. We had been waiting for this momment for a long time. It was like a dream come true to see this amazing man live.

Camilo Sesto was wonderful as always. I especially liked the way he was so polite and loving with his loyal public. I was sad that I did not take roses with me to the event to offer them to Camilo. This is very "a very traditional thing to do". Maybe Izod Center can have a few bunches for us next time so we can buy them there. Also, I really enjoyed the bus convenience and the safety of the establishment. Thanks again for this experience. I traveled from South Carolina to NY just to see him and say to Camilo "Thank you for your wonderful work and we want the very best future for you" Thank you Camilo. You are unforgetable!

Good experience was great being able to see a legend perform in his farewell tour. The quality of the voice was not what it used to be, but still does not take away from the show...

I enjoyed the concert from beginning to end. It was a nice trip to the past, singing along with Camilo the same songs I used to sing when I was a teenager. He has always been my favorite singer an i feel so lucky I had the oportunity to see him.

Once probably in a lifetime to see such cantautor of such a high caliber as Camilo. The wife and felt spellbound listening to all those well written and sung songs; taking us back to our highschool days in the 1970s. The wife and I had the opportunity to travel to Rome, Italia, last year; I had no luck when I feverishly looked for a possible concert of Camilo in Espana. Nearly falling off my chair when I found out he was coming to El Paso, Texas. Lucky we brought some binoculors, the wife and I taking turns with them. But, when Angela came out to perform, the ability for her to use them was not there. Senoron Camilo: Muchas gracias for darnos esta oportunida que talvez nomas venga una vez en esta vida. Excellent concert, I think it needed more advertisment for more people to assist, i have talked to friends that said they would have love to go, but they did not know about it. But overall it was a great experience for me to see such a great singers!!

The concert was very good Camilo sesto sang beatiful, however the one thing I could say was not acceptable was that the 2 TV Monitors were NEVER TURNED ON, so we were on the second row, and couldn;t see him very well, other than that it was good.

Awesome concert not too loud, not too low, Perfect sound

For the first time in the many many times that I have to been to this venue I was very dissapointed and so was my husband. The person in front of me was very very disturbing, she kept standing up so I couldnt see,even the people in the rows behind me couldn't either. They kept yelling out for her to sit down. When she was sitting down she had her arms up with her camera and it was the same deal. She kept leaving to go on the aisle so she could take closer pictures and so it was very distracting. We were very upset that the screens were not turned on. We couldnt see in front of us and then without the screens we didnt have an option! A lot of people behind us were also very upset that the screens were not on. We paid a lot for these tickets and it was not worth it at all.

Very bad! He has no voice. Should be better just to remember the songs.

Camilo has been always my favorite author/singer, I liked all his interpretations.
