Alicia Keys

Alicia Keys live is absolutely amazing. She is so very talented and beautiful inside and out. The Grand Theater is the perfect small venue to showcase her voice and personality.

She is incredibly talented and great show. Once it started. We waited in line for one hour. Then she kept us waiting 1-1/2 hours after advertised start time. Be more considerate of your fans next time please.

Hit after hit is what I heard during the Alicia Keys concert. She was amazing a using her talent to be the main act rather than hiding behind pyrotechnics and stage show. She sang beautifully and made you love her again and again.

She was amazingly beautiful and entertaining with a spectacular voice. She is so very talented...from playing the piano and keyboard to dancing and singing. The whole show was visually captivating.

This is the second time I seen Alicia Keys in concert and I can not wait until she comes back to the Chicago. She is one of the best signer ever that I have seen.

Allsate Arena was not a good mix for this great talent. Acoustics were awful. Her talent was minimized in this antquated arena. She also seemed to be competing against beyonce's audience, which is a shame, because Alicia's got musical prowress that beyonce can't touch!

I loved, loved, loved Robin Thick - - Awsome performance would see him in concert anytime. Alicia Keys however, I was disappointed a bit. She wasn't very engaging with the audience. Great singer, not so good peformer.

I didn't realize that Alicia has so many hits so when her portion of the concert ended I was surprised that she missed a few of my favorites. She could have easily have performed for another hour. Robin Thicke was also an awesome performance, he really got the people up and the place rockin. Melanie has a wonderful voice but lacks that library of hits, and only was out for 20 minutes. Too sum it all up it was well worth it the seats were nice, sound system good and just an awesome evening.

What can I say beyond you knowing exactly what kind of a show you are going to get?!? She is vocally amazing, and puts on a fun show. I was actually surprised at how much dancing she did, but it's all good Alicia. We love you!

I was not expecting the level of talent from the other performers. Mr. Thick provided an excellent performance with a mix of songs and showmanship. The concert started and ended on time with all the favorites song. The audience was into the mix and Ms. Key provided insight into her personal views without being preachy. Overall an excellent evening.

OMG! This exceeded my expectations. With Melanie Fiona and Robin Thicke as opening acts, this was like getting 3 great concerts in 1. Alicia is beautiful, talented and she is on of the best. Love it when she played the piano. The stage show and technology was visually inspiring. GO!!!! Get tickets. You won't be disappointed.

THE sound on this concert was too loud, and not correct. This spoiled all presenters quality of sound around the arena.

Alicia's voice is amazing, her spirit is overwhelming. The dancers were good. Alicia did some stuff on the piano but also does some really cool performances. The videos and graphic art that goes along with her songs is very influential and very cool to look at it. Overall, I was truly touched by her music and love, and her strong message of peace and giving a helping hand was also inspirational. The concert was like 2 hrs and she played 22 songs!

I thought the acoustics were very bad last night. The instruments and bass overpowered the voice to the point where I could not even hear the melody of the songs being performed.

I love her music. She is so talented. I play the piano a little, and I love to watch her play..She was great on Saturday Night Live, as a music performer and her performance as an actress... She is unbelievable.

I went to see Alicia Keys at the Marina Arena in Baltimore. I was sooo impressed with her show that it stayed with me for awhile. This women is so talented and looks good while performing. I tell you outstanding! I'm a big fan of Ms. Keys and will go to see her show whenever she is N the Washington Metropolitan area. I will go by myself if I have too. I took pictures of her while performing on stage. That my girl! I have every CD she have made and in the process of getting the New one for 2010. I just have not been to the store yet. She is on my cell phone ringback tone. This is serious with me. Her music is the BOMB! I can go on and on about her music. To me she is like Micheal Jackson with her songs. One of a KIND!... U MY GIRL! Ms. Alicia Keys. If she wasn't on JayZ song it would not be as good.

you can never go wrong with Alicia Keys.. but the venue was small so everyone had a good seat and Jay-Z came out at the end. We also received a free certificate for her new album and for $25 a ticket..... WOWWWWW!!!!

Overall setting was nice and intimate , there was not a bad seat in the venue!!

She was incredible!! And the best surprise of all was Jay Z showing up to sing "New York" with her!! AMAZING!!!!!!!

alicia rock it, her body was amazing, her voice, her backup singers, her outfit, wonderful! great show, it started on time, went on for about an hour and a half. the nokia was super nice and the staff were great

Best concert EVER. I have been to a lot of concerts and this was truly one of a kind. The feeling there was amazing and Alicia did not let down one bit. To top it all off Jay Z comes out and they rep NYC to the fullest. Truly unforgettable for me.

alicia keys concert at the nokia theatre - 12/01/09 - was amazing ! she came out promptly at 8:00 pm ... and it was one incredible song after another ... concluding with a special appearance by jay-z for the song empire state of mind !!! ... the crowd was great, the staff at the nokia was helpful & polite, american express (the sponsor) was incredible ... they provided complimentary posters & hand warmers while we waited in line outside ... and also a complimentary download of alicia's new cd was provided to us upon exiting the venue ! ! ! ... one negative that i will mention is that the sound system at the nokia theatre was not at it's best - - - but all in all - - - the evening was quite AMAZING !!!

She was AMAZING! A class act. Came on stage on time; sang and played her heart out for an hour. Old stuff, new stuff; ballads and dance. Fabulous voice, piano playing, and bonding with the audience....a whole lotta love! The closing song was Empire State of Mind and Jay-Z came out on stage and the crowd went WILD!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a fabulous concert in a wonderfully intimate setting. Best show I've seen in awhile. Highly recommend it.

one of the best concerts i've seen in ages! Alicia just blew me away, she is so much better live than on CD which is so rare these days artists. Can't forget to mention Jay Z coming on for a special guest apperance! very memorable

I've always loved Alicia Keys. Last year I couldn't get tickets to her show so I was psyched to hear she was going back on tour. She was INCREDIBLE. We didn't want the show to end. Alicia is so talented and of course, loved being back in her hometown. I would definitely recommend this show.

What a fantastic night in Tampa at the Forum a great venue. Alicia Keys was brilliant and well worth the journey. We were visiting from Teignmouth in Devon, England the home of MUSE who played there last month.

Go!!! If you are even the most casual of fans of hers, You will really enjoy it. If youre running late and miss the opening act, No big deal, She does a really good show and her voice is even better in person, oddly enough :)

I took my 7 yr old daughter and she had a ball she was so inspired by both Miguel and Lucia keys that she cannot wait to start her on career lolol I was simply amazed by the performance and the visual effects!!! I recommend sec 2 it was a perfect section to see the concert.

Mrs. Keys put on an amazing show that did not disappoint! Her beautiful voice showed through with every song. Whether it was one of her softer ballads or a song that had everyone on their feet and moving to the music. She looked so beautiful on that stage. She opened up with one of my all time favorite songs, Karma, which that alone for me was breath taking! Overall it was an awesome experience for me. And I hope in the future she'll continue to keep Austin,TX as part of her tour.

This was my 6th or 7th time seeing Alicia perform and she never seizes to amaze me. Her vocals were on point and the crowd was hyped the entire time.

Well worth the money! Miguel opened for Alicia, that dude can sangggg. He sounded just like his albums. He dances and sings on his toes, amazing performer. I loved how Alicia integrated playing on the piano then she'd take the mic and perform with her dancers. You could tell her voice was hoarse but that didn't overshadow her performance. Great show overall and people she was on stage for at least an hour and a half and Miguel an hour so u did get ur money worth.

Alicia Keys gave an amazing performance in Las Vegas. I do not mind seeing her again. She is one of my favorites and she performed all her classics. Along with her new songs! I had a blast that night. The arena was filled with good vibes, great energy, and positivity. I am so happy I've gotten to see her live.

Alicia Keys has taken her performances to a brand new level. Combined with her piano artistry and a few dance moves in between, she knew exactly how to get the audience pumped and stay there. There was a great balance of her classics and new material, uptempo and ballads, and group and solo numbers. When she has another concert, I will be there...singing my heart out and crying tears of joy (again) because she's just that amazing.

At first I thought it would be like any other concert but was I wrong. When she came out she had blown the roof off the American Airlines Arena. From the first song to the last one she was amazing that cant be put into words. Not only was her performance amazing the tickets were very affordable.

OMG!!! Had the time of my life.. Alicia is sooo talented!! She gave an excellent perfomance.. Loved that at the end of the show she gave a short inspiring message!! Will always be a fan!!! And Miguel with his sexy self, was amazing he jumped off the stage walking around the front of the arena!!!! ooooooo!!! Next time im going to make sure im in the front row!!!!!

Alicia Keys was amazing!!!! Her sets were gorgeous and unique. She looked stunning and engaged with the crowd. She performed the best songs. Miguel sounded good as well. I was a little disappointed there was no Maxwell but I totally did not expect him in Atlanta. It would have just been a bonus. This is my fourth time seeing Alicia Keys in concert and she always grows each time. There are no limits for her talent. She is truly a beautiful person and has an amazing spirit. I will go to see her again and again. Next tour I will definitely buy meet and greet tickets!

Miguel who opened the show for her was awesome and so was Alicia. She's Great!!!!! My daughter and I had a great time! My daughter was so happy she went! This was her first concert! It was a great experience for both of us!:) My throat was killing me the next morning from all the screaming:)

The set the world on fire tour was truly an amazing event. I felt very comfortable in the United Center, being surrounded by people that loves Keys and her music. I hope everyone enjoyed as much as I did.!!!!!! FIYAHH FIYAHHH

Alicia is amazing very good, the only thing was I didn't know all the songs! I like when artists mix it up, but she can sing and put on a good show I still enjoyed it! Just wish I could have sang a long for more of the songs!

I took my daughters 16 and 7 who absolutely adore Alicia Keys, concert was great but very disappointed when Miguel wasn't there!!!!! He was suppose to open for her, and wasn't there, very disappointed in that!! But still a great night!

I caught the show at the Barclays in Brooklyn. Miguel opened for her. He was so loud and difficult to hear. After Miguel finished, they turned on the lights and for the next 15+ mins deconstructed his stage. WTF?! He is just the opener. It was terrible. If he wants a fancy stage and to waste time, do it when his fans pay for him to be the headliner! Alicia played her old and new songs. She kills it every time. Method Man and Maxwell made appearances!

Alicia is one amazing woman and great singer! I will try to describe like this: If some car can have 500 horse power, this woman has energy of 500 people in herself! :) She is the most positive person I have had chance to see and hear.

Her opening act, MIGUEL was fantastic! His vocals sound even better live, and he was very energetic and humble. And Alicia Keys was EXCEPTIONAL! Completely exceeded all my expectations! She did not keep us waiting long, and she only had two costume changes which I thought was very considerate on her part because she spent most of her time performing songs instead of being backstage. She was extremely generous with her time to NY. (I'm pretty sure she sang close to, if not 20 songs. I lost count.) She sang both new and old hits. She also brought out Maxwell, DMX and Swiss Beats!! She was just great! Her vocals sounded really good also, a lot different than when you hear her cracking on tv. Buy your tickets now!!

The show was great but with some technical lacks: The sound was too high for a small place, some distortion in voice, I think this sound speakers was for a open stadium.

In visit in New York we wanted to see the mythic Madison Square Garden and for this we chose Alicia Keys as it represented a kind of flagship for the town where she comes from. First of all, the huge hall of the garden is really amazing and people in there are overexcited... we could feel the good vibes ! Now regarding Alicia's show we found it below what we would have expected for a town like New York... May be because they want to take a DVD out of it and that no error was allowed... Beside some good words telling us how much she is happy to be home, the show was as standard as it could be. - Alicia sings very well but relies quite a lot on her chorists who made I think a good half of the job. - 6 dancers with poor choregraphy and pianos that appears and disappear, that was all for the huge hall... far away than what could have been expected from her. - Regarding the sound... it was too loud, especially the bass that were too strong during somme hip hop phases. I had to protect my ears... - At some points of the show the balance was simply not ok, for example on 'the Diary' it was obvious that the guy's microphone was not loud enough. Last but not least, Alicia went back only once to sing her 'Empire State of Mind' (why didn't she sing it acoustic rather than with a video of Jay Z...) and then said good bye... for good. At that moment I could feel how happy she was to be there ! She turned into a business woman. I'm disapointed.

This was my first concert and Alicia Keys simply amazing. I enjoyed Miguel opening part for the concert, he was great!! I enjoyed everything from beginning to the end. Alicia Keys is an amazing artist and I would definitely see her again in concert.

I am so glad I decided to spend the money to go to this concert. Alicia is an amazing artist and a truly unique individual. She poured her soul out into her music for almost 2 whole hours, playing not only the piano at times, but also a Rhodes keyboard, and two drums for the "Girl on Fire" intro. The 3 large video screens and multiple cameras shooting the stage, really made the show feel more intimate, especially if you were in one of the upper decks. The sound was clear, and all the vocals could be easily understood. The subs had a good punch to them, and there were many occasions where I felt my pant legs moving from the bass. There were also some really cool lighting looks and amazing visual effects displayed during the songs. All in all, it was a great production, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself....Hope you do too!!

I enjoyed this concert so much. My friend and I sang to every song of Miguel, Alicia Keys and even during intermission to Michael Jackson & the Bob Marley - One love song they had on. We had our area smiling, laughing and looking at us every time. They were surprised because I guess we looked super young, and still able to keep up with all the songs being played. Alicia Keys did a magnificent job nontheless, and I applaud her every single time, again and again. I enjoyed more that Miguel was there. Got my friend on her toes when he was speaking hispanic. lol. Btw, she looked smoking. Miss diva over there know how to work it. My friend and I were ready to get a haircut like hers. :D Definitely happy - FOUR THUMBS UP FROM THE BOTH OF US !

Everything about the performance was off the hook especially for being a first time concert for myself.
