San Diego County Fair Summer Concert Series

Show was awesome, lots of energy, funny and entertaining!!!!

Wish there were more exhibits to buy gadgets. If they were there, we shouldn't couldn't find them.

Had a great time! Guy was very entertaining! High energy! Would see him again!

Guy Fieri is more adorable in person! So full of energy! Great interaction with the fans,good music choices and ( mostly ) funny jokes. I would pay to see him again and again

My wife and I have been fans of all of Guy's T.V. shows so this was our chance to see him in person.So I took my wife and her friend and the 3 of us had the time of our lives. From the opening till the end Guy rocked.It was so much fun.He and his crew came out throwing t-shirts and stuff into the crowd,and one guy had a t-shirt cannon shooting up into the nose bleed seats.He brought people onstage and was telling stories and jokes,but the whole time was actually cooking! He even brought out this Margarita making machine and made the stage audience drinks.We had so much fun it seemed to be over too quickly.If you ever get a chance to see him,GO! It is a very entertaining time highly recommended.

The event was great. Dinner at the Turf Club was nice, very tasty. Guy Fieri put on a wonderful show (as usual). Very energetic and fun! Parking was a bit of an issue though. It was a struggle to get to the preferred lot were were supposed to be able to park in (they refused to let us go because we were told it was full, even though it was included in our ticket price). But overall we had a great time! Well worth the money paid!

This was a wonderful evening that we wanted to last longer than it did. Guy kept us and the audience laughing as he shared his life experiences, jokes and cooking. When he returns we will make it a point to see his show.

Okay, so i'm already a Guy Fieri fan and thus the reason why I wanted to go to this show, not to mention it was right here in my home town so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to see him. My tickets were on the floor level, third row in on the right hand side. These seats were amazing! Close enough to be a part of the action, yet not too close as to have your ears blown out by the speakers. As far as the show itself, Guy's main theme is "this isn't your grandma's cooking show!" And it is soo true! This show isn't just a stuffy, boring cooking demonstration, it really and truly is part rock and roll, part comedy, part cooking, and part game show, it is a rollercoaster ride that you won't want to get off of, and as Guy said, the momentum of the show rides on how interactive and involved the crowd is, the more excited the crowd is and the more involved the crowd is = pure unmitigated fun and a truly amazing experience. The stories that Guy told in combination with his cast of colorful sous chefs and mixed together with awesome classic music creates a dish soo magically delicious that you are left hoping for seconds, thirds, and even more.

Guy was great and his energy is never ending! He cooked, talked, laughed and seemed to be throughly enjoying himself as was the crowd. It wasn't just a cooking show, it was a comedy show too with all his stories. The only down side was the camera man was in the way ALOT for those of us who paid good money for our upfront seats. I would think twice for paying for seats again due to this. It would have been nice if Guy came out to sign books afterwards. Overall it was a very enjoyable evening.

Informative, entertaining, highly energetic, audience participation encouraged, great margaritas, ... super evening, ... would like to see again!

It was just okay. We paid extra to sit up close and it wasn't worth it. Would have enjoyed the same in general admission.

What a FUN and entertaining cooking show. We've always loved him on tv, and what a treat to spend time with him LIVE! Lots of fun, quite a character (in a GOOD way). Would go pay to see him again definitely!!

We have attended many events to compare to and we were amazed how talented Guy was. We really had no idea what to expect other than we knew Guy for his cooking show. The show was really well planned out and Guy is really a talented entertainer. There were many laughs thoughout the show and Guy put us in a great mood that allowed us to enjoy the rest of the evening at Del Mar Fair. We got to met Guy last summer at The Celebrity Golf event in Lake Tahoe where he was gracious enought to have his picture done with me which was a big thrill for me. I think even Guy was a little amazed to see how many people came to watch his show at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Thanks fair planners for a great choice of entertainment and a special thanks to Guy for taking his time to come.

Guy puts on an awesome show! He's a rockstar! His show is the full deal: comedy, rock and roll, and culinary expertise!

Great event, lots of laughs, great audience participation. Will attend next year.

It was a blast! Wish I was closer because they shot shirt and other items out into the audience. They also had local restaurant owners there helping out.
