Wet

While the members of Wet were clearly struggling with a bit of stage fright, once they started performing, they were amazing. Kelly, the lead singer, had such a wonderful voice, unaided, that took over the stage. It was a great performance, not to mention their openers. Cheap Fantasy has now become one of my favorite artists. He was so cute and fun with 80s vibe music that perfectly fit his wacky anime videos in the background. I hope to see him make it big. My only complaint is that he didn t have merch for sale because I would ve bought all of it.

I wanted to give this 4 stars because we had to wait a long time after the warmup DJ(who was great and charming) before the main band took the stage. This was stressful for myself and others around me, wondering what was going on. We would have appreciated an announcement, such as "Wet will take the stage at 10:30 so please enjoy this DJ set on us while you wait" or something like that. There wasn't any room to dance up front because we were packed in so tightly. Would love if they sold vip tickets for up front area where people were limited in numbers so you could have room to move, leave to use bathroom, and be able to dance. What happens is that people who get there early end up being squeezed and more people come late and push through to the front until it's so packed, you can't even turn around. I still loved it, and Kelly Zutrau's voice was worth the wait, which is why this still gets 5 stars. She is truly amazing. I hope she stays true to herself and empowers women to be strong and be themselves.

As a deep-feeling person, Wet's music finds its way into the nooks and crannies of my heart. Tugging at the strings \u2014 puppetting with my emotions but I am fully consensual to this. I love the way they make me feel, telling stories that relate so closely to me. Hearing and seeing them live was ethereal. I found myself swaying, eyes closed, enraptured by Kelly's voice mixing so cohesively with the instrumentals. I would never not recommend to see this band live.

The venue was great but the mixing was TERRIBLE!!! It made the whole band sound sharp, especially her voice, which was frustrating because her voice is beautiful.

I can not believe how spectacular Kelly (the vocalists) voice is. There is no other performer how there quite like her. She has a gift it is rare and wonderful. Wet is a band that is going places.

I cannot wait for the next show in Boston! I did not catch the name of the opening act (he had red dread locs) he was amazing as well! Please inform as to where I can find his music :)

Wet is more amazing live than on their album. One of the most enthralling concerts I've ever been to.

I've seen WET perform live twice so far. They are just amazing live and The Sinclair is a perfect venue. The sound quality was great. I would see them again in a heartbeat!

Wet is my new favorite band, they are definitely going places. Get on board soon!

This was the third time seeing wet and I have to say each time they've somehow managed to surpass themselves. Hearing their full first album live was quite the experience. Kelly obviously puts her all into every song she sings. Her voice is so full of emotion and so very powerful. Joe and Marty played excellently and the drummer added a nice energy to the stage.

Here's dad, hiking up his pants for a stodgy review: The music was good. The sound quality was tops. The sound has just changed. I hadn't seen Wet since December '13, so naturally their sound's undergone some changes since then. They've added another drummer to the live show. The thing that really appealed to me the first time I heard this band was the minimalism: Kelly's voice is airy and wispy, which paired well with simplistic bass chords and low-key hip hop electric drum beats. Now the volume almost overwhelms her delicate delivery and it doesn't sound quite as harmonious. Big thing's probably that I had zero expectations when they opened for CHVRCHES two years ago, and when I walked in (after they'd already started) and heard their first song it sounded dreamlike. Since then, they've come into their own as a band, but just a bit at the expense of what I initially enjoyed about them. It was an entertaining show, and I like that they're getting some mainstream respect with the release of their first proper album. I'll be at future Wet shows, for sure.

One of my favorite bands and they were amazing! Definitely reccomend seeing them. They sounded great live, just like they do on the album.

I saw Wet 2 years ago and liked them then, this show was incredible in comparison! They have perfected their lights, their sound and aura. I had the best time.

What a great new band. They were amazing. The electronic drum sound was so different but brilliant. So happy to be able to see them before they really hit it big.
