My first time to the Bowery Ballroom and I couldn't have choosen a better show to see!! The guys ROCKED New York!! The guys rocked out music from the past. Music from "Highway 377" Great CD, as well as the music of their current CD, "Happiness and All the Other Things"! Cross Canadian Ragweeds Music Just Keeps Getting Better and Better!! The Venue was easy to find and the staff where all kind to the patrons. If you like Good Rock Music, these are the guys to go see!!

Ragweed just continues to amaze me with the passion and energy they bring to their performances show after show! These guys have the magic that continues to attract and expand their fan base across many age groups. I especially appreciate the fact they do it their way and despite being shunned by the record industry, they continue to pack the house and sell records. If you haven't seen them yet and you enjoy rock/southern rock, you are missing out big time!!! I grew up listening to Skynryd, Marshall Tucker Band, etc... and these guys are right there with them. Keep bringing CCR back to Colorado!!!

Finally, I got to see them live. The group was great. Though they seemed to be a little disconnected from the gig. Maybe just road tired. Dislikes: The opening band (Don't even remember the name) played as long if not longer than Ragweed. In my book, that's a NO-NO. I don't pay good money to hear a second rate band. Will I see them again; Absolutely.

I have been trying to get to a show for almost 10 years - they did not disapoint! They rocked the house for over 2 hours playing the greats and a few off of the new album. I will travel the 350 miles (1-way) to see them again ANY time! They make it well worth every penny spent!

Cross Canadian Ragweed's FINAL concert, held @Joe's Bar in Chicago. was kick a**! Wade Bown opened for CCR, getting everyone pumped up even more than when we first arrived... who knew that was even possible! When the "Boys From Okalahoma" came onstage- looking like "Sharp Dressed Men".... the crowd went wild! Then, CCR played their A**es off - for over THREE hours! They introduced family & major players in their lives...even "Mama Rags" ... this produced laughter as well as tears... they were having a hard time keeping it together - you could tell how emotional the night was for them. Throughout the set, they brought out LeAnn Womack, Stoney Larue, Seth James & Wade Bowen to sing with them. And of course, gentlemen that they are, they thanked us fans over & over for loving & supporting them through the years.

Cross Canadian Ragweed was great as usual. This was my third time seeing them and they rock! They have a great live mix, very balanced. Jeremy Plato's bass solo's were incredible and Cody's guitar sound is awesome. Just a great band!

Val Air Ballroom was very unaccommodating towards ticket holders and provided a terrible atmosphere for this particular concert. CCR didn't play any new songs from their CD and the band members walked off stage while the lead singer sat and play acoustically and talked about his life. Worst concert I've ever been to, the whole night was poorly constructed by both CCR and Val-Air Ballroom

While I have many or their CD's, I have never seen CCR before. They were great, lots of energy. Cody was awesome. I was right up front. My ears were ringing until the next morning. I wish the venue had informed us that the opening act was not there and that CCR would not come on until 9:30 when it was supposed to start at 8;00.

Great show and great venue! This is the second time I've seen CCR here in ST Louis and they were great both times. Great Southern rock band working their way into legend like status. If you don't know who these guys are, you should check them out. Mission California is a spectacular CD and well worth picking up. My only complaint about the concert would be that they really jammed things up. Not that that's bad, but I like the country twang and mellow stuff too that brought CCR where they are today. Cody did do an acoustic set that was pretty incredible while the rest of the band took a break. Cody is a seriously talented musician and a hugely underrated guitarist.. But overall this was a rock concert that jammed pretty hard. In the end it was great and sounded fantastic. Wanted to hear "Dead Man" and "Too far gone". Maybe next time!! Se ya again in ST Louis boys!!!

Ragweed is always great live. Lately it takes a few songs to get them going but by the end they were rockin'. I guess it was an all-ages show which is a little annoying. The youngsters get their hands on beer anyway and they are obnoxious. But the band rocks. Go see them whenever you get a chance.

Saw them at Red Rocks as an opening act for Dierks and was blown away. Purchased 3 records and still blown away. The show last night confirmed once again that the "arts" need to be kept alive, funded and kicking. Cody's guitar rifs were just and extension of him and his guitar - phenomenal. It was as though they were one and the same. WOW !!!!!! Old songs, I'm sure, were played with the same enthusiasm as when they were first written and performed. Thanks for the energized show

I've seen both bands in concert separately before, and while Randy Rogers usualy puts on a good show, sometimes CCR is great and other times it's like watching a music video. This concert was the best Cross Canadian concert I have ever been to, and Randy Rogers once again did not fail to disappoint. Watching them jam together and combine forces to play some of their classics provided some great entertainment, and the concert was overall one of the best I've been to.

I have the CDs and was really looking forward to seeing the band live. I was so disappointed. The bass was so overwhelming that it completely drowned out the vocals. All effort put into writing great lyrics was wasted. Every song sounded the same as the one before and the one after - nothing but bass. And by the way, have you abandoned your country base?

Everytime Ragweed is in town, or a within 4-5 hour drive, we make it a point to go out and see their show. I've lost track of how many shows I've been to now, but its in the double digits, and they've yet to disappoint. The show is by turns artisitc and rocking, and at over 2 hours, an excellent return on investment. Cody is an excellent front man, as usual, and Plato sang 2 songs this show! There was a good mix of old and new material, and Cody did several acoustic songs in the middle. I would recommend to a friend, and go back again in a heartbeat. Excellent, excellent show.

The guys of CCR sounded wonderful, as they always do! They put on a rockin show. My only deal with seeing them at Billy Bob's would be, that we had seats at one of the tables, Table c-2 and all the tables were so close together that you couldn't move without bumping into people. Plus if you have a table that is not more in the middle of the showroom, your view is blocked by the colums. This band is ALWAYS awesome, no matter where they perform!!! WAY TO GO GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been a fan of CCR music for a few years now and this was my first opportunity to see them live. The show was rockin' from the first tune to the last. Ragweed is one of those bands that gets more impressive every time I see them. I have been going to their concerts for more than ten years, and have NEVER experienced a poor performance. It is obvious they have a genuine passion for playing music. The Hard Rock Casino (Biloxi,MS) was a great venue for this concert. There was reserved seating upstairs, and a massive GA floor space which gave everyone standing plenty of room to spread out.

CCR was an okay show. They were not anywhere as good as the last time I saw them however. There was slim to none crowd interaction. Last time they would talk about the songs before they sang them and such, and this time there wasn't even a peep inbetween songs. It was a lil disappointing for me and makes me not want to spend any money to go back and see them again. The LoCash Cowboys were actually a lot better than CCR!

This was a perfect night for a concert and a perfect place. The Missouri state fairgrounds provides a nice open area arena with great sound system. As much as I love CCR, I thought LoCash stole the show. LoCash had great energy and tremendous fan interaction and appreciation for their fans. CCR was solid as every but I REALLY wish there would have been more fan interaction -- that is a hallmark of CCR shows and there was very little in this concert.

This was the worst band I've ever seen! I had 13th row seat and all 6 of us left after 3 songs!!! The lead singer was awful. The band was awful. People were leaving more than they were coming in...even the people in front of us who LOVED THEM said they were TERRIBLE!!! What can I say

the opening act left a little to be desired. it seemed they couldn't come up with their own sound. almost everything the did was a cover. cross canadian ragweed was awsome. i saw them fo rthe first time at wakarusa and love them. they didn't disappoint last night either. will definately go see them again. maybe next time around they can come through columbia

Great concert more than I expected. Definitely not your typical "country" concert.

Cross Canadian Ragweed played at a place called the Tractor Tavern in Ballard, WA, and it was a dive! The sound system was horrible, and Cody Canada had blown out his voice at his last show. Next time I'll save my money and just pop in a CD.

Cross Canadian Ragweed rocked the Aladdin Theater to it's very foundation. The crowd was standing before the band hit the stage and did not sit down the entire show. It was a great display of musicianship and showmanship.

Third time seeing these guys and they never stop delivering the very best live music sets and sounds. They love the music and love their fans. I have been trying to get people in the Pacific Northwest to hear and see what great music is coming out of Texas and Oklahoma the last 10 years that you don't get to hear on the radio, bragging up the "Red Dirt" style of music and then having Ragweed come to town and back up everything I have been saying. They play hard, they played loud and every second they are on stage, you can tell they are playing with their hearts!

Cross Canadian Ragweed was great. I was front stage and my ears are still ringing! No really, the band is energetic and soulful in a southern rock and roll way. They played for almost 2 hours and I never got bored. Nice change up when the lead singer did some solo songs to give the rest of the back a break. The audience was very familiar with the songs and there was lots of audience interaction. Actually they were different than I expected, much harder rock and roll, but I absolutely loved them. Will definitely try to see them again. The Tractor Tavern in Seattle is a great little venue, standing room only to the sold out show. The vocals could have been mixed in louder......

First of all, I want to thank them for making it up to Washington. They were one of the bands I like that I never thought would make it up here, much like Randy Rogers Band and Jason Boland and the Stragglers. Both of those bands are coming up here too. CCR put on a hell of a show with absolutely no disappointment. Now all I have to figure out is if I'm going to go watch them in Oregon coming up here shortly.

We loved that the opening act was a local band. This was my first time seeing Ragweed, but my husband's 3rd. He is a big fan and turned me on to them when we met. The venue was small enough that there were no bad seats. Which is very important to me. I only go to concerts if I know I will be able to see the stage, because otherwise, what is the point? Overall, we had a great time. The only disappointment was that he wanted a hat and I wanted a tank top, but neither were available :(

From the minute they walked on stage, the energy ramped up high and stayed there through the entire performance! A nice variety of their music--some old, some new, some wickedly funny!
