A wonderful performance by a humble and beautiful performer. I'd love to suggest some other pieces she might consider doing: Bach?Gounod's Ave Maria and the aria Nessun Dorma. Both challenging but I know she could do them well.

We love Linda Eder, but something was definitely off with this performance. From the onset, it seemed like the sound was only coming from her monitors and her voice was drowned out by the music. I was constantly trying to hear her but the music almost always won. She mentioned a sound check but it was the worst audio I have ever sat through. It was disappointing not be able to hear her fabulous voice as it should be heard.

Linda Eder has a voice that is a national treasure. If you think you heard all the greats forget them and Run to her next concert ! She is like the finest wine that Continues to improve thru the years. As an older gentleman Behind me stated "what a set of pipes on her huh" ,"and she ain't Bad to look at either"... She continues to awe me after at least ten Years of following her career , and I've seen all the divas out there And there is no one and I mean no one that can compare. And....she comes off as the sweetest girl, you just wished You lived next door to!

Linda was classic Linda - I always get the sense that I am in her living room and she is singing for me and a few of her friends. I love her laid back style - and that it's not all about her...she easily and readily features her band as well. I LOVE her new stuff from the "Soundtrack" album...she did a great mix of old and new. This was my at least my 10th Linda show - and I would go again, again and again. She played for 2 solid hours without a break and without even taking a sip from her water. She is truly INCREDBILE!

In full disclosure, I have to say upfront that I am a huge Linda Eder fan. I have been following her now for close to 15 years now. I have seen her live many times, but last night was once of her best shows ever. Her song list was perfect including some gems like Son of a Preacher Man and Vienna. She was relaxed and seemed to be having a wonderful time on stage with her band which reflected in her performance. She played for over 2 hours and gave a show of a lifetime. She is one of those rare artists that actually sounds better live than recorded. In my book, there is no one better than Linda, and if you haven't seen her live yet, than run don't walk the next time she is in town peforming.

First, I love your theater. I was not there in years, but will return. I drove one hour plus in 8 degree weather to see Linda Eder for the first time. I thought she was wonderful. However, I feel the show could have been longer. I doubt I will see her again.

Linda provided an excellent evening of soulful sing selections. Her voice is amazing and wonderful to experience live so you can truly see it, hear it and believe it. This songstress is so comfortable on stage and completely takes her audience on the journey with her. I am amazed that she has not yet returned to Broadway to amaze us regularly with her vocals. Cheers!

Linda was amazing. This is our 6th time seeing her, and it was definately one of the best. She sang so many songs, one right after the other and sounded fantastic. If I had one small complaint it was just that she didn't stop here and there in between songs to make her small talk. Love to hear what's going on with her, and the two ladies next to us had never been before, so it is always nice to hear a little Linda-history. All in all, one fantastic show. I can't wait to see her again.

Linda Eder is unbelievably talented; in addition to her extraordinary voice and range, she has such great "presence" on stage: she has the ability to engage an entire audience effortlessly. This is my sixth time seeing her in concert (my first time seeing her was on Broadway), and she seems to just get better with age. Linda Eder is an outstanding performer and singer.

Wow,what an evening! Linda Eder was at her top voice and fun banter between songs. She sang with the Gay Men's Chorus for 2 solid hours short by one presentation by the chorus as she took a 10 minute pit stop. We enjoyed the evening beyond expectations and wish that this could be a yearly event.

This was the first time I saw Linda Eder perform live and her performance was truly amazing. She sang for almost two hours straight without a break . She treated the audience to a variety of songs which clearly demonstrated the versitility of her voice and her ability to switch from a fast song to a ballad and from a high note to a low one, with barely a pause!.It was obvious that the musicians she surrounds herself with are totally in sync with her in every way.I cannot understand why Linda Eder's name is still not known by many. I was just thrilled to be in the theater, joining in, throughout the joyous event, with the standing ovations that were so well deserved by this amazing performer. I want to see and hear more of Linda Eder. Bring her back!

Linda pulled up some songs from her past including the haunting, "I'm Not Lisa", the Jesse Colter classic, from her country days as well as a spellbinding rendition of "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" with the backing of the New York Youth Chorus whose splendid young voices added a whole new dimension to Linda's always outstanding repertoire. Her signature, "Vienna" was rendered with chorus participation, bringing a new sound and arrangement to one of our favorites. In short ... Hey Linda, keep the chorus with you whenever you're around NYC. Fabulous show, great entertainer, wonderful venue and, OOOOHHH that chorus!!!

Over the hour and forty-five minutes on stage without a break, Linda performed a wide array of songs from her outstanding carrer. And in this concert she show cased a group of young singers that blended well with her style. This performance was right up there with all of her other shows that my wife and I attended.

Linda Eder is the most understated vocalist today. So many people say "Linda Who:" but once you attend one of her concerts you are captivated by her talent. Her on stage performance is incredible. Many people compare her to Barbara Streisand, but her vocal talent is far more than just a singer. I would and do recommend to everyone not to miss her next concert. You will be captivated by her charm, charisma and of course her vocal range and quality.

The show and performance was excellent. She has such energy and her voice drives. Her selection of songs were perfection. The chorus was great background but the only time I didn't appreciate them was backing her on Man of La Mancha. They dimished her powerful rendition. The only flaw-not bad for a 90 min non-stop concert!

Linda gave a spectatular performance. She was "on" and her voice brilliant. She put in some new material in her act and performed them well: ex: Argentina from Evita and Bring on the Men from Jekyl and Hyde. We always try to get to see her whenever she is in our area. The back-up choir was a different approach but they were great, as were her usual musicians... (PS...Guarangel is NOT my nickname)

I've seen Linda a few times now. Linda is a remarkable vocalist, no doubt, but more recently, her personality is really shining through. She seemed so relaxed, in synch with the band and NOT so worried about being PERFECT! Although, of course she always is!! Her 'God given' talent just blows me away. As a vocalist myself, I am always in awe at what her instrument can do! On the down side....the sound at the venue leaves me perplexed. I've seen a few shows there, sat in different areas, this time front balcony, center and STILL have trouble making out the words. Luckily, I knew all of the songs, but her patter gets lost....what's up with the sound in this place. Am I the only one..??

A remarkable performer who often times gets overlooked because she not a fame chaser. A Down Home Minnesotan girl who describes herself as a Mom who sings. Although she performed in only one Major Broadway Production, many people consider her to be a Broadway Singer. She does do Broadway well, but she also does Pop, Country and Classical. This girl can sing and sing she did at the City National Grove In Anaheim. A BIG voice and a tiny ego. She's the real deal, the perfect blend of talent and someone that could be your friend. She's worth your time and money. Go see her, take a friend and spread the joy.

This amazingly talented lady blew away the audience that she had in the palm of her hand from beginning to end! Her voice is simply unmatched, as is her engaging stage presence, humor and humanity! While watching Ms. Eder sing you feel as if she's effortlessly soaring from note to note and then she suddenly caresses a quiet, tender song, either way bringing you to an emotional conclusion. There is no singer NOW who is even close to this amazing talent. Her new CD is featured and includes the wonderful collaboration with Frank Wildhorn and many top notch lyricists. This concert includes music from past CD's and signature Linda Eder songs. Ms. Eder's covers of "Blue Skies" and the theme from "Valley of the Dolls" are not to be missed. Do yourself the favor of a lifetime and run to the next venue to see Ms. Eder perform. You wont be disappointed and you can thank me later!

I have never missed Linda Eder when she is in the NY area, especially here on Long Island. She has an unmatched style and even old songs never get old. She has an upbeat air about her and can be funny too. This time was a slight departure in that her very handsome son Jake was allowed to take the stage for a couple of his own songs while Linda took a much needed break for a few minutes. I'll admit I think he needs a little polish but still nice to see someone else in the family has musical abilities. With Linda and Frank as parents, how could he not?! Great show overall and we all got to have her sign her new CD in the lobby afterwards. Please come back again!!!

It's true. Vocally, she hasn't lost a thing. And it's been a while since I've seen her in concert. I kinda lost touch. Didn't even know there was a new album until I saw it at the merchandise booth along with a new DVD which I also didn't know existed. Bought the album by the way. And she performed many of the selections from the new CD at the show. Since I hadn't heard her do these tunes in concert before, it was rather refreshing to hear something new. Cool seeing her son Jake perform as well. Didn't see that coming. I left satisfied and am really enjoying listening to the new album too.

Ms. Eder did a full two hours, no intermission, of an incredibly diverse set of standards and Broadway show tunes. Her voice has held up well, and it was a poignant moment when she introduced her son to perform two original songs. They were very good, evocative of John Mayer. I absolutely adore everything about Linda Eder's voice. This was the 6th time I have seen her live. I watched her win Star Search, saw her in Jeckyll and Hyde, own every single CD. She is WONDERFUL!. This particular performance was not her best. Her microphone did not catch her voice when she belted. She typically tilts her head back when hitting a long strong note and when she did that her microphone totally crapped out and the audience heard chopped melodies. That was very disappointing. I would go see her again. I hope she corrects this issue.

She is as beautiful as ever, her voice is that of an Angel, the show was.....well.....just OK. She hardly talked to the audience as she usually does. She just seemed to rush through her songs to get out of there. I have seen her 8 or more times already and ever since she has started doing her "meet and Greet" after the show, it just doesn't have the same quality as the shows in the past. Most times, she even takes a few minutes to breathe and change her outfit midway through, but not anymore. I would much rather hear another 3 or 4 songs than have a "meet and Greet", but that's just me.

I've seen Linda Eder perform about 15 times. This was her only northeast concert this year, so I'm glad I was able to attend. Her performance, as usual, was stunning. I like the fact that she always mixes it up so I never see the same show twice. She had a great horn section with her, base player, drummer and, of course, Billy Stein on piano. She sang The Bells of St. Paul, which I hadn't heard in years. She sang Anthem from Chess, a song I have not seen her sing before, with a nod towards our recent election turmoil. She sang several Judy Garland numbers this time. After the show, Linda signed autographs and took pictures with fans in the lobby. She is not diva, although she certainly sings like one! Great experience!

Whenever Linda Eder makes an appearance in Southern California, I attempt to get tickets\u2026 Her performance on Valentine s Day at the City National Grove in Anaheim was another spectacular vocal performance from a woman who can slide easily between genres - classics, Broadway tunes, pop and country - and make each a special event. Her vocal range is such that nothing is beyond her reach! And, she can hold a note like nobody s business! Her set for this show was a wonderful mix of those strengths; highlighting some of her most well-known songs while also introducing a few new covers. Her two Adele songs were expertly crafted with the Eder slant and one of her showpieces Someone Like You from the musical Jekyll & Hyde (currently playing at the Pantages) continues to bring goosebumps every single time I hear it (and not more so than last Thursday!). Being front and center (literally!) for the performance allowed much more of a visual of her interactions with her band (and the opportunity to see a musical director who truly loves his work!). The venue was excellent and the show did not disappoint. I only wish she was in Southern California more often! Thank you!

Streisand's voice is one that will be acclaimed forever but I'd rather hear Linda. Any time she is in the LA area I make sure to get the best tickets possible to see her and will continue to do so. If you've never seen her perform you're missing out on an amazing treat.....

Linda Eder has a fantastic voice, one of the best in the business. However, at least for this concert, she could have chosen better material. This was our first time seeing her (since the original Jektll & Hyde), but there were several "super fans" at our table who had seen her often and all of us agreed that she did not select the best songs for her beautiful voice.

This was the third time that we've seen her. She's an excellent song interpreter as well as singer. She did more general pop songs than in past performances, and that was very much welcomed.

There is nothing better than seeing Linda Eder live than seeing Linda Eder live with a choir! Spectacular evening!

I have seen Linda Eder a number of times ,probably 15 or more, but this concert with a holiday touch had to be one of here best. Linda was certainly in top form doing most of the songs she is most well known for, and adding a nice sprinkling of seasonal songs. You couln't beat her choice of song list. Her band was great as always, but the crowning touch was the addition of a youth chorus joining her on some of the holiday numbers. It was a terific two hours which seemed like 15 minutes. When a concert moves along like that you know you were enjoying, and judging by the audience ovation at the conclusion, I know that I was not the only one who left feeling that way.

There are no words to describe Linda's voice, so I won't even try! Just know that you shouldn't leave this earth without experiencing one of her live shows. She is heaven-sent and you will want to go back for more and more!!

We should all have family members that are as genuinely warm, open and engaging as Linda. Consistently throughout the show she treated her audience the way we all would like to be treated. She wore her heart on her sleeve which was touching. Her voice, range and ability to maintain a note was impressive. She shared many anecdotes of her songs prior to singing them, Her selection of songs and covers of some of our classic female singers was an interesting touch. Her excellent rendition of Over the Rainbow was her closing song and in this case her emotions during this rendition were really on display. If the chance ever presents itself please take advantage of the opportunity to listen to a talented artist with a voice, warmth and genuineness that is truly a gift to enjoy.

If you want to be thoroughly entertained in true Broadway fashion check out Linda Eder...anytime, anywhere she will amaze you! Although Linda does not need any help in delivering a fantastic show, adding Robert Cuccioli and Christiane Noll made for an incredible evening!! It was a trip down Memory Lane for both the audience and singers! To re-live Jekyll & Hyde provided many a standing ovation one that will be not forgotten any time soon.

I've been a fan of Linda Eder since I first heard her voice on the Jekyll and Hyde concept album with Colm Wilkinson. What a beautiful voice she had. I think her voice has gotten even better after I watched her concert at Town Hall. It's even more crystal clear. She's such a funny lady, too. Really enjoy an artist who doesn't take her fame too seriously and shows her appreciation for her fans. Linda Eder is such a talented singer and I hope to see more of her in the future!

The talent was terrific - looked and sounded great. The musicians were terrific as well. The sound system on the vocals sounded a tad muddy/muffled to my ear. Never saw Jekyll & Hyde, and did not realize from the two guests that J&H would dominate the evening. I (and I believe my wife as well) did not find the J&H selections all that interesting. I would have preferred more American Songbook (Berlin, Gershwin, Porter, Kern) , other shows (Sondheim), or more modern covers (Beatles, Paul Simon) as Ms. Eder did on the Patsy Cline and Adele numbers. I did think Robert Cuccioli could be perfect in a revival of "Jacques Brel Is Alive ...." Ms. Eder and Christiane Noll also.

This was one of the best, most thrilling concerts I have attended, way better than being at Barbra Streisand's concert in Brooklyn on the same night. Linda had two of the original cast of Jeckyll and Hyde with her, in a reuinion, and she and they were awesome! Linda is always great in concert, she has an amazing voice, but this one was maybe her best yet. Unforgettable!

No one can do Jekyll & Hyde like Linda Eder, Christiane Noll & Robert Cuccioli. This show was unbelievable to all of us "Jekkies" who loved the Broadway play from the late 90's...Thank You Linda!!!!

It was an absolutely incredible night with Linda, Christiane and Bob. I first saw and fell in love with all three of them during opening week of Jeckyl and Hyde and to see them some 15 years later sounding as magnificent as they did that day was an absolute joy. Christiane Noll is one of my favorite performers and when I learned she was going to be joining I was so excited. Her voice is so magnificent, and so articulate, you can understand everything that she is singing. Linda was stellar, such a wonderful, comical performer, who is very entertaining. The only thing I could complain about is the fact that I won't be able to go see the three of them together again next week and the week after and the week...well, you get my drift.

My husband and I have been Linda Eder "groupies" since Jekyll and Hyde. We've seen her perform in Westbury, New Jersey , Town Hall and Feinstein's, just to name a few. We always look forward to her next concert. This one surpassed all our expectations! We loved the selection of material and were so thrilled that she graciously shared the stage with her fellow performers from Jekyll and Hyde. Together with Robert Cuccioli and Christiane Noll, she gave us an evening of pure enjoyment.

Linda Eder's "A New Life" show was truly amazing and even more special because Linda reunited with the talented Robert Cuccioli and Christiane Noll from Broadway's "Jekyll and Hyde"! A moment in time I will never forget!

Watching a Linda Eder concert always makes me happy. She is a gracious, down to earth performer with a voice like an angel. She had her two costars with her this time from Jekyl and Hyde who were amazing also. When she sings a song you feel it in your soul

Linda Eder is a consumate entertainer. The show was excellent and I would recommend seeing Linda anywhere, anytime. One complaint...would have liked her to sing more of her own material and some standards....but anything she sings, she really sings. Excellent.

As always, Linda Eder is perfection on stage! She is a brilliant singer and a most gracious performer. This show was pacticularly special in that she brought 2 of her former Jekyll & Hyde co-stars to the stage for several numbers. Magic!
