Oh Wonder

Waited in line about an hour and a half(in 90° sun) and was able to get a great spot.I was amazed how close/intimate the whole venue was. Had never heard of the opener Sasha Sloan before but am a fan now. Oh Wonder was unbelievable and I can't believe I got to go. Think it might have been my favorite concert.

Oh Wonder was fantastic! They put on such a good show, played so many songs, interacted with crowd, had great energy! Josephine knows how to rock out on her keyboard! Love them!!!!!

I have been to many shows, and this by far was the best. The artists gave it their all, and it showed. Josephine and Anthony Rocked it. After the show, they were super happy to take pics and give autographs. Even time to exchange a nice conversation. #ohwonder

I was really on edge about this concert, I didn't know if it would be really laid back to the point of boredom, even though I do love them. But once their set started, my mind had completely been changed. Recently I don't like taking many videos, mainly due to storage, but this time I was being pulled into the moment. It was a concert where you wanted to capture it, but living in the moment was so far better. With the smaller venue, everything was more intimate and getting the artist attention was no problem at all. But I have to say this was the most respectable and attentive crowd I have been in and seen. Oh Wonder knew how to capture the audience with their whole production, from their sound to their background. I couldn't explain it without sounds corny as ever, but if you EVER get the chance to go make sure you take it, because this is a concert you would NOT want to miss.

Completely amazing!!! I absolutely loved them! Even in a crappy venue they still made it a great time! Absolutely love and would love to see them again! And shoutout to their opener LANY who was also AHmazing!

Fantastic band! Was concerned the concert would be mellow given their recorded songs, but several songs were adjusted to be louder and more upbeat. Excellent show.

The lighting and sound were perfect--not too loud or bright to overwhelm you, but just loud enough to entrance you by both sight and sound. Most concerts leave my nerves frayed, but this was entirely enjoyable. Oh Wonder was already one of my favorites, but the concert made me love them even more. They're also very British, which is fun. My only complaint was that there was a pole in between half the stage and me, so I couldn't see Josephine and Anthony at the same time. The size of the venue was just right though.

Oh Wonder is a British duo who went viral on the net with their upbeat electroballad songs. So here they were for their first New York City show, brought over on the strength of their fans alone. The show was great, the fans were great and the venue was fantastic. Rough Trade is half a block from the East River in Williamsburg, half record store specializing in vinyl and half industrial performance space. Holds about 200 and the place was full. What kind of fans? During the opening set, solo acoustic songwriter Howard had complete silence. During the Oh Wonder set, everyone knew the words and sang along.

Some bands I ve seen don t have much of a stage presence or don t bother checking their levels. Not so with Oh Wonder. They sounded great and kept the audience engaged right to the end. Amazing show!

i was super bummed i missed oh wonder and honne perform in sf earlier this year, but so glad they came back around to perform at my favorite venue in the bay area. they crushed it.

I loved this - I love Oh Wonder, I loved where I sat (which was admittedly top of the balcony right in front of the stairs, it was almost frightening), but honestly what spoke to me most was this guy I dubbed Brock McHuge just down from me. He was this massive guy in a Seahawks jersey with a baseball cap backward and a giant beer. I was like "no way is this guy a big Oh Wonder fan." Oh how wrong I was. He knew every word. He was dancing so hard to be in tears. He screamed the words as loud as he could, and his friends next to him were patting him on the back. Halfway through the show, his girlfriend said "Pardon us, my boyfriend needs to get to the floor to dance." We let him through. 100% would attend a show with Brock McHuge again.

This concert was absolutely incredible and I was legitimately sad when it was over. I m already looking forward to their next album and tour!

I LOVEEEE coming to the Fox theater! One of my top favorite venues. Lines are always quick and simple. Oh Wonder, was definitely unforgettable. They were amazingggg! One of the best concerts I've been to! SO THANK YOU! :)

One of the best shows I've seen. They picked a great venue being at an old opera house in Knoxville, TN. Drove from Ohio to go and was well worth it!

I had such a good time seeing Oh Wonder! Saw them last year at Austin City Limits and fell in love immediately.

The energy from both the band and the crowd were phenomenal. The venue was beautiful. Josephine and Anthony both were very interactive and talkative with the crowd. I m usually not one for seated shows, but this felt just like general admission. Definitely a good time.

This band is newer to me and I was not just pleasantly surprised, but stunned, at how great of a show they put on and how talented they are love. They will definitely be one of my top bands from now on.

We saw them perform at a small venue which made our experience that much better. They were very high energy and their songs sounded exactly like their recordings.

It was a fantastic show. They sounded great and looked like they were having a wonderful time. It was especially cool because it was the last show they were playing in support of that album. They've been on the go for two years making the album then touring for it, and now they get to move on to new music.

Incredible show! Oh wonder was great live, which is rare nowadays. The kind of concert where you just need to listen to the music and bring great friends to have a good time.

I went to their first concert in New York early in the year, it was amazing. Left me speechless. So I was expecting the same in Terminal 5. Little did I know that this was going to be the best concert I've ever been to and this actually left me in tears at separate times. The energy, enthusiasm, and beautiful music was just perfect.

Oh Wonder was fantastic! They basically played all their songs and were in awe of their audience. If you hear their songs alone with your earphones, they're a pretty chill and mellow band, but live, they perform with energy, passion, and the bass is turned pretty high.

This was my first concert and I'm so glad it was. They had such an amazing performance and beautiful voices. So glad I started to listen to them a year again. If I had to choose someone as my last concert, I would chose them

I've never seen two performers more in love with what they were doing. Even if you don't like their music, you get into the mood of the show by watching how much time&effort they've put into their performance. Doesn't hurt to LOVE their music too.

Oh Wonder puts on an amazing live show - even though their songs mostly have a mellow vibe, the show had a sort of energy about it that made it super enjoyable the whole time. Josephine is so adorable when she talks to the crowd, and you could tell that the two of them genuinely love their jobs and absolutely love New York. When confetti came raining down during Technicolor Beat, it was a magical ending to an unforgettable show. Definitely see Oh Wonder if you ever get the chance!!!

Earlier in the year I heard Lose It on the radio, and had the chance to see then on the first night of the Firefly Music Festival in Dover, DE. Josephine and Anthony seemed to have such a genuinely great time performing in front of a live audience. Josephine's smile radiated throughout the entire performance and you could tell they love what they do and are both humbled and surprised by their rise in the past year and half. Terminal 5 in NYC was the closet they were performing on their U.S. tour and I had to see them again. Terminal 5 is a nice intimate venue that allows you to be very close to the stag. The meet and greet was cancelled the day before as Josephine was under the weather (I really appreciated the band notifying their fans a day before and they gave everyone a signed poster at the merchandise stand the day of the show who had paid for the meet and greet while also given a refund). It was a very diverse crowd in terms of the age of the fans (I really had no clue who they really appealed to so it was nice to see such a large group of fans). As for the show, they had the audience in their hands from the first note they played. I feel safe to say that 70-80 percent of the audience sang every word to every song, which helps to bring live shows to another level. I enjoyed the stories they told about their songs and their journey in between much of the set list. Josephine and Anthony compliment each other so well and their chemistry is so natural. This show was special to them as they had played to only about 250 in the same area a year ago and now they had a sold out crowd of 3,000. Their songs convey the messages of hope, friendship, being unique and being proud of it, and love. Highly recommend seeing them and I envision even bigger things for them in the future

I'm so glad I went, ended up being one of the greatest concerts I've been to. The venue was awesome and the size of the crowd was small enough that everyone could see and get up close to the stage.

Completely amazing and an unforgettable experience. Very annoying crowd as they were rude but the performance was just amazing.

Sounded exactly like their album. They performed well and connected with the crowd. They even had a positive message. Sound and lighting of venue was also good.

I got there late for the meet and greet and I was still able to meet them!!!! I enjoyed the experience very much, but they came out a little late (which was fine after a while). The sound was really great and the lights weren't too flashy. I was still shook after the concert 3 days later. The energy was AMAZING!! So awesome .

Their music gives you such a unique feeling, and their live performances are no different. You can really tell that they love what they do,that they appreciate their fans, and care about the music they produce; all of this makes the experience for the audience so much more meaningful.

Songs were amazing and singers too. Very good connection between the audience and the singers. The venue was very small but that is probably why the connection was good. It was very intimate.

They put on an amazing shoe and the venue was just perfect! I'll go back to the Port City Music Hall any time.

Would give 4 and a half stars if I could. Really fun concert, high energy from both LANY and Oh Wonder. Because they have limited repertoires, heard every song that I wanted to from them! Venue was nice, clean, provided a close and intimate setting. Went with my sister for her 16th birthday, we both had a great time.

They were so amazing! So personable and and had variation. It wasnt exactly as on the album they changed it up. I was so close to them too! Bottom line, I loved it!

This venue has always been an amazing venue. The design of Old National Centre is incredibly gorgeous, not to mention the beauty of the concert itself. The concert opened up with LANY, a small band that I knew a few songs of. The lead vocalist, Paul Klein, went near the barrier fence and the fans were able to touch him, so that was awesome. I loved their songs; they made me pumped and happy for the rest of the concert. They did an amazing job.The two tall girls in front of me were there for LANY especially, so they let us take their spot and my friend and I were able to be front row once Oh Wonder came out. Oh Wonder was absolutely incredible and adorable. The background was the famous "OW', and it blinked, had cool patterns, and changed colors to match the beat and the mood for each song. The lights did a lot for this concert to add something fun and made for amazing pictures and videos. The setlist seemed kind of short to me, but they only have one album out right now, so it is understandable. Overall, the concert was one of the best I have ever been to. It may have been because I was in the front row, but there is no doubt that Oh Wonder is an incredible duo that takes their listeners to another world. I would love to see them again.

The opening act was so amazing! They tried to connect with the crowd and their live performance was off the roof!!! Oh wonder was too amazing. They are so much better live and this was a performance people needed. I'm definitely seeing them again.

My friend and I traveled from the suburbs of Boston for a day trip to NYC just to see Oh Wonder. We have been following their music ever since their song Shark came out, sometime in Summer 2014. I bought the tickets for the show in May, right before they sold out. The wait and anticipation was definitely worth it. The members of Oh Wonder are extremely proficient musicians and vocalists, switching off playing different instruments and harmonizing perfectly. The stage dynamic of the lead vocalists, Josephine and Anthony, is electrifying. They perform so seamlessly, it is as if they are one person. Josephine smiles and dances around the stage adorably. Their excitement at being able to play in New York added to the sizzling energy of the set. They arranged some of their songs in a more upbeat interesting way for the set, so it wasn't just like listening to the album, but better for the live show. The lights on the stage added an additionally element of fun to set as well. I would highly recommend any Oh Wonder show. This group is professional, talented, fun, and has amazing stage presence, making for a perfect show experience!

I love this band's tracks and hoped they would be good live too. They're amazing. Josephine was the most fun I've seen an artist have on stage, and they sounded phenomenal too. They're gonna go big, and I'm gonna be sad because I will miss seeing them at small venues

Originally I was worried Oh Wonder might be a little drab because the music is slow but they were so energetic and fun! Most I ve danced at a show in a while!

The venue was so-so and my friend and I weren t too thrilled about waiting outside in the 90 degree heat, but the performance by Oh Wonder and the opening artist was amazing!

I loved how both the opener and Oh Wonder made their show an experience as opposed to just singing their songs as if off the album. Everyone was extremely happy and easy going. Definitely going again.

I went alone because my friend could not attend, and this show was STILL one of the best I ve ever been to. If you love the artist, you love the artist. Josephine and Anthony know how to perform! The best part was that they really transmitted their energy to the crowd. Everyone was dancing and singing. You could hear the authenticity in their voices during the songs without a doubt.

This being a Anniversary gift attached to a three-part letter written with only Oh Wonder lyrics(best boyfriend ever!) words can't explain what the experience felt like being there, I was overwhelmed that I was actually getting to see them, I thought mutiple times I can't believe this is happening. hehe They were amazing live, absolutely amazing! You can feel all the emotions in the air and there was nothing but fun and happiness all around. <3 I love a lot of bands/artists and music but I will always say without hesitation they're my favorite. So I highly, HIGHLY recommend seeing Oh Wonder! :)
