Dot Dot Dot

This was my first time seeing any of these bands. The Scissors opened. They were full of energy and amazing. Switching between 2 different lead singers, they had a No Doubt feel and then a Weezer feel to them. I loved the switch up!!! I didn't care too much for State and Madison. They just didn't have the energy to them to keep me interested. I have heard a little bit of AM Taxi before, but live? They blew me away! The energy that poured into the crowd was intense! I was jumping with happiness while they played. Dot Dot Dot had been hyped up to me, but I just could not get into them. They were a little more happy and not as much punk as the other bands. I feel they were not the best fit with the rest. Given the chance, I would listen to Dot Dot Dot again, but not as a headliner. Any chance I get to see AM Taxi or The Scissors again, I will be there!!!!!!!

Went to see Dot and was pleasantly surprised by scissors, and AM Taxi. Three great local Chicago bands in the best Chicago venue! Had a great time and Dot Dot Dot put on a great show playing all originals. Good Times!!!

Hands down the best AM Taxi show I have been to! This was my first time experiencing Dot Dot Dot and they didn't disappoint. They had such great energy and engaged the audience. Let's not forget The Scissors and State and Madison. The Scissors always put on a great performance and really liven the crowd. State and Madison has great talent and is one hard working band, go out and support their new album!

What a great show! We went for Dot Dot Dot, and hadn't heard of the other bands. They were all FANTASTIC, and now we can't wait to see them all again. House of Blues is such a great venue!
