Scott Helman and Vance Joe were amazing on the stage !

Vance Joy was awesome. He sounded incredible and was incredibly engaging with the audience. Told a little story about almost every song.

Not only are his songs beautiful, Vance Joy takes the time to tell stories and explain the meanings behind his songs! He was one of my absolute favorite shows to date !!

The show was great, but the venue was awful. A&R Bar is great when the weather is nice and the garage doors are open, but the space is very cramped and awkward, not to mention loud. I could hear the music, but anytime he spoke it just sounded like a bunch of mumbles... which is a shame, since he has such a lovely accent. Oh well, hope to hear him again soon at another venue here in Columbus!

Excellent performance by Vance Joy...I wish more of the concert goers were attentive and respectful to the performers. Sound was great and yes, he played Riptide.

I went to the concert to see Jaymes Young, who was amazing! I stayed for Vance Joy and was blow away! I left with his cd, and other memorabilia! Overall the night was outstanding!

He shared stories about each song with the audience, he is kinda shy but a great musician, both for guitar and ukulele. He played all the popular ones with no disappointments.

He told personal stories and really interacted with the audience. Encouraged singing along and seemed genuinely excited that everyone new all the words and did enjoy singing!

Sound was great. Blue Hills Pavilion awesome venue but concert was blah.... ended at 10:00pm for the lack of material and songs. Would suggest a third act added taking the music up till 11:00PM. Just not worth the effort to come and see two acts that have enough material for about an hour each.. not inspiring or feeling that it was worth the money....

Show was phenomenal, Vance is extremely talented. I wished there was an encore!

Amazing show. Really skilled musicians who brought great energy to their performances and were extremely gracious to the audience. Would see either of them again in a heartbeat, and would gladly attend another show at the Palace Theatre. It's a beautiful venue with a great staff.

He was awesome and loved how he gave us the story to most songs. Just wish the show started a little earlier, it was a Monday night and a looooonnnngg wait between the opening act and Vance.

Mohegan is easy to navigate, free parking, and great for food and drinks. The arena is a good size- still feels intimate. Vance Joy sounded perfect- better then the radio. Engaged his audience - so happy we went to see him.

Lots of fun at this show!! Vance's voice which sometimes can be a bit off key was right on. Perfect vocals with a great backing band. Highlight of the show was the 3 song ensemble set.from the front of the stage. Nice departure from the usual band set up. Of course, the usual hit's like Rpitide, Saturday Sun,and Lay it on Me were great!! Would give it 5 stars if he played an encore song.

Vance Joy put on a great show. The sound was fantastic and I loved all of the songs. Afterwards, he came out and greeted his fans and took pictures and gave hugs. It was a wonderful experience. The only thing that could have made it better was if he played Snaggletooth.

Not only was the music great, but Vance took the time before each song to explain its origin or a funny story related to it. A dynamic performer, Vance knows how to reel you in and keep you on your feet. The entire band played perfectly together and really looked like they had fun too. It was our 10 year old and 7 year olds first show- they were mesmerized! They are already asking when they can go to another concert! It got a little loud for them at the end, we were sitting towards the rear or the Beacon Theater (which is awesome in itself)- so it wasn't to bad. We forgot to bring their big headphones- which would've helped.

I absolutely loved him. I almost feel like he sounds better live than he does on recordings (not that he doesn't sound fantastic on those). The lights were awesome. I got a few pictures of him where he literally looked like an angel lol. He has a great vibe, I loved the back stories he gave for some of his songs. I love him even more than I did before the show. Great time, great people, great voice, and most of all, great music.

Opening guy very good. Elle King was terrific, entertaining, a true performer but her mic was too low - could hear the sound of her voice but few words. Vance sings great and had a great band but the show was the lighting. Without it would have been flat after Elle's high energy.

VIP was great! Venue was fantastic! I will be doing all future shows like this again. Well worth the money.

Vance Joy is amazing! For being a solo artist, he had me captivated the entire show. He's one of the few artists who sound even better live! After the show he did a meet and greet with 40 fans and I was able to meet him. He was genuinely excited to meet his fans and to take photos with us! (He's even more handsome and alluring up close!)

It was my first time seeing a concert at Massey Hall and I would say that it easily became my favourite venue. Had a chance to see Vance Joy and Reuben and the Dark perform. Vance has a very relaxing voice and he's a very good entertainer. The crowd was delightful the whole time.

Vance Joy live was everything a fan would hope it would be, and MORE! The venue was large, comfortable, and the sound was pristine! Also, there appears to be no obstructional views and all seats appear to have a clear view of the stage. Even the opener "Reuben and the Dark" was amazing! So good, that we even bought their album and waited in line to meet them! I will definitely be coming back to Caesar's for more concerts!

The venue was small so awesome. This will go down as one of my favorite concerts ever. He was just "WOW". I was lucky thanks to my hubby for these tickets on our 19 year wedding anniversary one I will always remember

I loved the venue it was smaller and personal. Felt all the feels during his songs. It was the best show ever.

I'm usually not one to write reviews but this concert warrants one. It was one of the best live shows I have ever seen. Seeing Vance live really brought his music to life, and the venue was amazing. Big enough that everyone could see.

This was a fantastic show. He played a great mix of songs from both albums. He s a storyteller at heart, and that shone through in both the music and the diologue between songs.

He did a great job filling the space as I was worried his sound wouldn t be big enough for the venue. His voice sounded incredible, the music was fantastic and he kept the crowd engaged. He did however not play for long enough. He didn t even play for 1.5 hours, which I consider to be a bare minimum at a concert. I know he had more material as he didn t play a couple of my favourites

The venue is fantastic. Really good acoustics and really not a bad seat any where. Vance does a great show. Talks to the crowd and sounds great. And on the plus side, he took pictures and signed autographs after the show!!! What other artist can you say will do that??!!

Vance Joy sounded amazing, he has a beautiful voice and personality. Talked to his audience often, explaining how he came up with the lyrics to many of the songs. Great crowd also knew his music for sure!

Vance Joy was fantastic. He played a couple of covers along with his own songs and the mix was terrific. And the venue was great, beautiful night right on the water.

My sisters and I attended the Vance Joy concert and it was a wonderful experience. It was my first time at this particular venue and I loved the atmosphere. I enjoyed being outdoors, and the smaller size made the concert feel very personal. No matter where you are, you will have an impressive view of the stage and the performers. In addition, the slope of the hill helps prevent the predicament of taller individuals blocking your view. Vance Joy in particular was great. He sounded just as good live as he does on his albums. He also interacts with the audience well by telling the stories behind the songs and encouraging them to sing.This was my sister's first concert and she had a blast: Five Stars

Alice Merton is incredible ! Great venue to see a show. Long wait to get in, would suggest they have someone letting us know when the doors would open.

Vance Joy was truly spectacular. I love going to concerts at Express Live and sitting out in the grass. It was a low key concert which is what I was hoping for. Highly recommend seeing him live, when the artist sounds better live than on CD you know it s pure talent.

Vance Joy and Lovelytheband put on a wonderful show! The music sounded so great live too! Vance Joy interacted with the crowd, told little stories and anecdotes about some of his songs, and really connects with the crowd. The venue was a perfect location for this show too! Crowd control was great, seating is easy to get to, and the concession lines were manageable. Overall, wonderful experience!

I attend a lot of shows and I do not ever remembering attending one that ended at 9:45, it was a little shocking. Vance Joy did a great job and sounded awesome, I was just disappointed in how early it ended

The show was very intimate and quaint. He rocked it and was very engaged with the audience. We will definitely be seeing him again.

Everything was great. The opening act, LovelyTheBand was really good and set the perfect atmosphere. Vance Joy is just indescribable. His talent is outside of this world. I loved the venue and even though it was really full, you never felt uncomfortable or like you were stepping over people. The highlight was when he let the crowd sing the songs, it was just awesome.

Had a great time at the show. I thought $13 for a beer was completely ridiculous, but my husband bought 3 so he didn't mind a bit. The show was really good, but unfortunately we didn't get an encore, so that was a bit disappointing.

Only gets a great rating because his music is great. Opening act played 5-6 songs and Vance only played for an hour or so. No encore. Concerts should be at least 3 hours of music mellenials, demand more for your parents money.

To start, all of the workers at the venue were really nice and helpful. The venue was kind of small in comparison to other places I have been, but that did not really seem to be an issue. I was fortunate enough to have pit tickets, so I am not sure what the view was from the seats or lawn. The experience from the pit was unforgettable, however. The intro group (Lovely the Band) was amazing and they did a good job of engaging with the crowd and getting us pumped. Then, Vance Joy came out. His performance was so great. He sounds exactly like he does on the radio. Everything about the performance was fantastic. He probably played for about an hour and a half, and it was a wide mix of songs from his old albums and new, which is nice, since some of us don't know every word to all of his new songs. The set list really felt complete, and I didn't walk away feeling like I only listened to his new CD. I was also fortunate enough to do a brief meet and greet after the show. Based on the very brief time I had with him, he seems super down to earth and genuine. If you have the opportunity to meet him, definitely do. It was the cherry on top of a perfect performance. I have been to several other concerts, but this one has by far been the best. if you have the chance to go see Vance Joy in concert, DO IT! You won't regret it!

Vance joy puts on the kind of show that you lose yourself in. It ends and you realize that you could ve easily enjoyed another hour of him playing. The Charlotte metro credit union amphitheater was clean and the staff was friendly. They had a wide selection of drink options. All around it was a wonderful concert!!

I took my daughters, 12 and 10. We all loved his show. He was talented and enthusiastic. The venue was small enough to not have a bad seat anywhere you sat.

Jacob's Pavilion is the best venue in Cleveland in my opinion. Beautiful backdrop to see your favorite artist. Vance Joy crushed it. Perfect night!

Sounds better live than on itunes. Great artist that genuinely cares about his audience and puts a lot of passion into his music. I highly recommend.
