NHRA is the best fan experience in motor sports. Every ticket is a pit pass, the drivers are friendly and accessible. The fans are friendly and respectful. Great for families. Make sure you take good hearing protection.

First time at Bristol for the races and we had a blast! Great racers, fans and place. I was so thrilled to see so many families enjoying the day together. We'll be back for sure.

This is my 2nd NHRA event attending and my first at Thunder Valley but it most definitely will not be my last!!! Make sure you bring plenty of water (not just alcohol) to keep hydrated because the heat got intense but so did the speed!!!

You have to experience 320 mph Nitro funny cars sometime in your life. Words can't describe. A must for your bucket list..

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!! THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE WAS THE ANNOUNCER HAD TO KEEP CALLING THE TOP SPORTSMAN CLASS TO THE LANES, AND AFTER 30-45 MIN OF CALLING THEM THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP IN THE STAGING LANES. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE WAS A SOUND PROBLEM BACK THERE OR NOT BUT EVERY RACE I'VE BEEN IN IF YOU DIDN'T SHOW UP IN CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME YOU WERE DISQUALIFIED. I WILL GO TO ANOTHER ADRL RACE BUT THE HIGHER UPS NEED TO TELL THESE GUYS YOU NEED TO GET TO THE STAGING LANES WHEN YOU ARE CALLED.

There was a lengthly rain delay, but well worth waiting through. Great racing all around. It was a wonderful way to spend Fathers Day with my husband and kids and great friends. Everyone should attend a drag racing event, rather it be these big boys/girls or a local event.

Originally a Fathers Day present, this event will now be an annual event with my family. I had always heard about the Bristol Dragway, but now I can mark another item off my bucket list. The day shortened by rain was still an amazing event. I could not believe the speeds that these cars, trucks and motorcycles were reaching, especially the Nitro divisions. The awesome seat shaking start of each heat was something I will never forget.

Must do if you love drag racing! Everything about Bristol Dragway is top notch!

Nitro under the lights in Thunder Valley Rocks. It was exciting seeing Nhra under the lights at bristol dragway. Everyone should experience it at least one time.

My first visit to Bristol Dragway and will not be my last. The facilities at Bristol and the people of east TN are worth the trip. Thanks TN for a great stay.

The temperatures stayed ok till late afternoon. This was my 14 year old sons first time at a nitro event and he was blown away! He asked on the way home if we could come back next year for the friday night event. I hope that we can.

This was my first trip to the NHRA Nationals! I will be going every year now!

This is an event that is fun for all ages! Everyone needs to attend at least 1 Pinks all out! I cant wait to go back next year. I plan on racing next year!!!

great seats, great time,enjoyed watching the racing, we had a great time in bristol.

I thought the event was a lot of fun. There were great cars and alot of them. I think the rockets should have come out later when it was a little darker it would have added to their show. The food and drink were very expensive and over priced. the show itself was not bad however, they did not use the time or speed clocks so you never knew how fast they went or the drivers time. At the end of the races when they were deciding who got in to the show it seemed only the pretty cars not the fastest or ones who improved the most made it. It was alot of mopar and mustangs which isn't bad if the deserved to be there but a few of them were 10 sec cars at their best. so for some 10 sec car who can get 8 sec seems like a sandbag to me. They dont involve the crowd much though most car events i have attended gave out shirts and small items by throwing them into the crowd, they threw shirts to the people on the fence line it left out all of the handicapped in the top row. I think it was a good show if you like to walk around and talk to the drivers about the cars. If you like to see and understnad the results its pobbily going to dissappoint. but as i said i like the speed and the cars so overall it was nice.

Enjoyed every moment of the all day event. Would love to do it again. Great show

My fiancee and I had a great time. The SPEED CHANNEL has a winner with the PINKS ALL OUT show. Rich Christensen and the entire crew do an amazing job at keeping everyone entertained and keeping everything running smooth and safe. If you've never been to the event, you owe it to yourself and your family to go check it out.

What a great show and what a great time. Can't wait for them to come back. It is a must see event!

Great show! I was given the tickets as a gift when my wife heard they were scheduled to be a couple hours away from us. The TV show is one of my favorites, but had no idea if the event would live up to the show. But it did. It was a long day but I would do it again and again. If you don't like loud noises and cars don't go!

It was a good day of racing. I'm not a big racing fan, but I am a fan of the show. I would definitely attend another Pinks: All Out event @ Bristol.

It was super cool to see the Pinks staff in person ! They were all very personable and kept your attention with their play by play of the action. The adrenaline from the awesome cars racing by you was unreal !!! Looking at all the incredible rides was also amazing !!!! From the minute we got there at 12 pm until we left that night at 10 pm---you weren't bored, not even for a milla-second. I recommend a Pinks event 100x over for fun and excitement !!!!! The Pinks staff know how to have a good time !!!

We had a great time. It was worth the money for the tickets. We will be back!

Awesome track, 1st time to Bristol but not the last

My husband and I had a blast at Thunder Valley Nationals at Bristol Dragway. The venue was great and the drivers were amazing. So great to be able to go down into the pit area and watch the mechanics work on the cars and talk to the drivers!

This trip was on my list of things to do. It did not disappoint. You could feel the shaking in the stands as the drag racing machines ran the track. Then just when you feel it could not be any better .... The fuel cars take their first runs. The air is heavy ... the engines start up, the lights are lit on the tree ..... The machines come alive.The Tree lights turn Green and the race is on! They fly down the lanes and fire shoots out of the sides of the beasts. the air is stirred by the vibrations of the race. The hair on my arm stands on end and my breath is sucked in. Oh yes I had a blast!!!!

Was disappointed in the signage, or lack there of, to the FREE spectator parking lots. Drove past the road and had to turn around and go back. Got to lot L3 and noticed another sign that said L4. Went to the INFORMATION booth at bottom of the hill and asked if I had parked in L3 or L4. The young guy didn't have a clue what I was talking about, even though you could see the L3 sign on top of the hill. Although this was not my first trip to the dragstrip, was disappointed that the shuttle DID NOT take spectators to the TOP OF THE HILL where parking lot L3 and L4 were located. Many of the older people had trouble walking up the steep hill!!! On the way out of those parking lots after the session at 10PM, the traffic was delayed due to having to drive IN ONE LANE for miles parallel to HIghway 394 on a two lane road, with no one coming TO the track. This road should have been monitored by police and allow TWO lanes to leave the track to get on HIghway 394. The qualifying races on Friday night were AWESOME!! otherwise

We love going to Thunder Valley!!!! It is always a great trip!!!

There is nothing like this. Unless you see it in person, you can not sense how incredibly fast they are going. One great experience.

First time at Thunder Valley. It is a great venue for NHRA, and customer service is top notch. An awesome day at the races in spite of the weather!

This is an awesome track and there isn't a bad seat in the place! Thunder Valley lived up to it's reputation! If you're an NHRA fan and haven't been to this track in person yet, it's a must see!!

We went Friday and Saturday and overall it was a great trip. The hospitality of the event staff was very good. The parking was close. Great seats with a great view. Wished this event was in the fall so that the cars would stick to the track better for more complete runs.

Overall event was amazing and would definetly do it agàin the two women that went was first time to a drag race they allready want to goto another

Spent the day with my Dad for Father's Day at Thunder Valley. It was a great day.

Great event - look forward to coming back! Ushers at the track need to check tickets and keep those that don't have a ticket, out of the section. They mainly stood under the bleachers out of the sun and answered or helped when asked. Had several groups through the course of the day come up, make us move and then leave....they obviously did not have tickets for the seats they were in....because the people changed during the course of the day.

The weather was dragster-like perfectly matching the professional organization and holding of an awesome event! You got me addicted to NHRA Mello Yellow! Thanks a lot for that incrediple experience! The long ride from Alabama really was worth it! Awesome value for the money!

This is without a doubt one of the best racing events you can see for the money. However, although it is expected to pay exorbitant prices on food & drink, paying $4 for a bottle of water is absurd. On a hot day, the all aluminum grandstands will cook you to well done. If any one noticed, fans were not just leaving the stands, but leaving the event. If you take your wife and 3 kids, that's $20 for a round of water. I understand that profit is essential to any business, but when you can purchase a case of water for $3, and then sell it for $96, don't you think this is really screwing the fans? Seeing that this is a summer event, don't you think the stands would be fuller if the fans did not have to cash in their retirement savings to stay hydrated? I don't know about you, but I can't see spending $50-$75 to stay hydrated during and event, and expect me to buy merchandise.

The day was exciting , the events were spaced with minimal delays. My wife had never been to a National event and she was also very thrilled with the speed and times it took to achieve them.It was hot in the bleachers but all anywhere near me were having a good time. I have worked on cars all my life obviously not at the level that raced Sunday but I find it amazing that the maintenance personnel and drivers are able to achieve what they do and the times to rebuild an engine. Being able to walk around and see the crews in action is a tremendous experience all in all a great Fathers Day for this Father.

I have been multiple times to the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals, and it always seems to amaze me more and more. I absolutely love going and have always went since I was very young. I would recommend this event to anyone!

Surprised by the FREE parking and shuttle service.

Went there on Saturday. What a beautiful place. This was my wife's first experience at any track, so she had a ball. Our seats were great and we we able to see everything. Went down to the pits and got a chance to see John Force. That is my wife's favorite driver, not including the Force girls. My wife got an autograph and I got a picture with him. Everyone was very accessible. Awesome time. Thanks Bristol..

The event was more than expected. 90 degree weather was to much ffor us but otherwise very exciting.

My husband and I attend the NHRA in Bristol every year and we have never been disappointed. Everything was great, from the folks helping us find out seats to all of the food from the vendors. It's always great to get to walk around the pit area and be up close and personal to all of the drivers. We will definitely be going again next year.

Wish the track was cooler, so we could have seen better runs, but still the best spectator sport ever!

Thunder Valley at Bristol is a great place to take in some Top Fuel Drag Racing. If you've never been to the drag races, go at least once. You'll be hooked. At Thunder Valley you can easily get to anything you want from accessing the pits, concessions, to the stands. It's well laid out so you can have an enjoyable time.

Very entertaining! First race for me. Took dad and boyfriend for father's day and they had a great day. It was amazing seeing variety of cars race and each in different categories. Loved seeing girl race car drivers. Girls rock!!! Would definitely go again!!!

I always enjoy the NHRA National events. I especially enjoy the Nitro Cars. This was the 1st time at Thunder Valley and I have to say that this is my favorite track to watch the races. I've been to other tracks (Nascar & NHRA) and this complex, BMS and Thunder Valley are the best to watch any racing.

Bristol dragway or thunder valley is a great place to experience professional drag racing. It starts with great free parking, shuttle and golf cart transportation from the parking area to grand stand and back to parking area when you are ready to leave. Great views of the track and the chest pounding roar of top fuel cars with the track in a valley.The smells, sounds and speed can be breath taking to a new fan. Also as with all NHRA events you also have access to the pits, where you can talk to and get autographs from your favorite driver. I now plan this event every year 2014 was my second year. Great well planned event.

This is my favorite event every year!! Bristol is set up perfect!! Getting to walk around and meet the drivers is awesome. Not a bad seat in the house. Been going for years and have no plans to stop!!

Bristol Thunder Vally NHRA is a great time for a great value. Pit pass with every ticket sold and the vender section is outstanding. 300 MPH screaming Nitro cars, 200 MPH Harley and everything down to Saturday night dragstrip doorslammers. Don t miss 2019 NHRA Thunder Valley race in Bristol.

The Thunder Valley Nationals are a must see for all NHRA fans. The sound of those nitro machines echoes thru-out that valley. The grandstand shakes under your feet. The cars are there, at the christmas tree, and then they are gone at speeds near 325 mph and elapsed times around 3.775 seconds. If you have never been to an NHRA event make it a priority this year. You will not be disappointed. Every ticket is a pit pass and you can watch the crew build these cars between runs. The drivers are very friendly to all fans. You can talk to your favorite driver and even get pictures. This event is definitely a must see. TV does not do justice to drag racing. Just go once and you'll be hooked like we are. The area Motels were excellent also. We booked with Hotels.com the week of the race without any trouble. I hope this review will get you to thinking about going to an NHRA event.

Awesome experience. 1st time for me, my sister, my dad and husband... We will be back. Didnt really like where we parked with the motor home, we couldnt see any part of the track. And didnt see that it was really worth $100 to park there. But being the 1st time it was a learning experience. Really did like where our seats were.Great seats. Overall a great day trip for us !!!!

The feel and power of the top fuel and funny cars was awesome. The pro stock was great too.

We loved the race!! Just wish we had seats in lower row.. We ended up walking around for most of the day..

If you're a drag racing fan and you've never been to watch the NHRA at Bristol Dragway, you're missing out. The only thing better is being there on Friday night. Nitro under the lights....there's a reason they call it Thunder Valley!

this was the highlight of my trip to relatives house in georgia.

The racing was awesome, the whole show was awesome, BUT, the downfall is that they ARE filming the show. Due to that, there are a lot of dead-times in the action, camera set-ups, interviews with drivers, etc. It makes for a VERY long day. We got there at 9am, left at 8:30pm and there were still 3 races left to go to finish the taping... I'll go again, but plan to leave early... all in all, a VERY GOOD Experience!!

We drove from upstate New York to the Thunder valley nationals in Bristol Tennessee, and it was well worth the trip. This was our first time to the track and were very impressed with the facility. Besides having beautiful weather, the facility and all of the staff are extreamly fan friendly. Will definitely return in the future.

I hadn't been to Bristol since the NHRA opening weekend years ago. I had missed it and my first time back was awesome. My wife had never been so needless to say, she's hooked.

Had the best time ever will be bringing more family members next year

We had a great time at Bristol Dragway. The racing was tricky because the track was hot, but the action was non-stop. The campground was great also and we met a lot of nice folks. The price is right if you don't need any hookups, but the sites with hookups sell out fast. The only downside was the heat in the aluminum bleachers was stifling - we drank lots of water and stayed in the shade whenever possible, but it was like being in a huge solar oven!

First time going to this track. It was very pretty and the sound experience was awesome. However, it was hot. Dreadfully hot....95 and not a cloud in the sky all day. At one point the announcer said the track was the 2nd hottest ever. Which leads me to..... It really was unsafe from a heat exhaustion standpoint. We brought water but quickly went through it. We each had 1 mixed drink and each had one of the souvenir lemonade jars (which by the way is a total ripoff....jar didn't make it one time through the dishwasher). When we were done with the lemonades we went back to the stand where we bought the mixed drinks and she was nice and just gave us ice. She was the only one. Most of them said "you have to buy a drink to get ice". I get it....it's a business. But on days like that day you need to have some flexibility and maybe think about YOUR customers safety vs YOUR bottom line.

This is such a nice facility. The rules are very reasonable and they put on a good show. They also put a lot of thought into making sure the fans have a good time.

Very impressed with the entire place. We will be back.

I was disappointed that the Lemonade Jars had a 2015 date on them instead of 2018. This was my first time at the raceway and I wanted something with the correct date on it. Everything else was fine and I enjoyed the races.Thank you for your time and effort have a good day.

Nice venue everyone very nice will go back again!!

I went with my son and we had a great time. The only bad part was the heat. It was incredible hot and the only shade is in the tunnels that go under the track to the pit area. They should construct a roof over the seating area.

As always we love Bristol and will return. Keep up the good work

All the track staff very helpfull The sportsmen racing very tight and the pros PUT on a great show loved the fireworks after Friday qualifying A GREAT TIME!

The drag races was so much fun.would have loved to gone back Saturday and Sunday.it was so worth the money

Thunder Valley qualifications was amazing. The seats were perfect and being able to walk around the pits was great. The whole experience from being able to pick seats to the race to the fireworks was spectacular.
