The venue is gorgeous, the blue drinks are phenomenal (worth the $10 per). The fellow patrons and the staff were courteous. Most importantly, Jhene Aiko, Yuna, and Ro James ROCKED the house. AND Jhene brought out Big Sean at the end!! It was a full vibe.

The concert jhene and the Internet were amazing however the start time was set for 8pm and the concert didn't start untill 9pm, everyone didn't know what was causing the delay but I can speak for everyone that someone should have came out and updated us . The music before the concert was from the 50's everyone was conplaining about it .

She killed it. The vip valet parking was so convenient. The drink line was pretty long, but the venue was spacious. The artist put on an amazing show and after being called back for an en core she performed one of my favorite songs. Overall great eXperience.

No camera could capture the beauty of her essence. Like it s truly something you have to see with your own eyes. She performed everything you thought you wanted to hear, new and old. I will say, the Masquerade is beyond garbage with their management skills for an artist of her caliber. Buying the most expensive VIP package to stand outside 2 hours just to get in, then waiting an hour after the show to do the meet in greet was ridiculous. But Jhene was cool and calm throughout the craziness, when made us all kind of have to chill. All in all, something you have to see if you are a fan of hers.

Although the special guest and opening was a lil slow and boring, when she came out, she killed it. She brought emotional content to the audience that many performers cannot. You can tell by her performance and the way she interacted with the audience that she is a genuine person. I always hoped that she would come and perform in Hawaii, now that she has, i hope that she'll come back and perform some of her songs off her up coming album Souled Out. Without a doubt the best concert i've ever been to!

Jhene Aiko was amazing! Her stage setup was beautiful, and I loved when she threw the flowers into the crowd. My favorite part was when Big Sean came out and performed the last couple of songs with her. I hope she comes back soon, I'm definitely going to see her again!

I've been a fan of Jhene for the last four years and since Sade is getting older and not dropping much music, Jhene has become my "Hood Sade". I drove 6 hours from KY to my hometown the D for the first time in 10 years, and Detroit showed up and showed out. This was a great concert with a lot of energy, both from the crowd & performers. Crowd age range appeared to from mid 20's to mid 40's, and I was surprised that most people knew her songs, and glad to see more people feeling her music. Like all native Detroiters, throughout the show, we were all wondering if or when Big Sean was going to show up??? Then boom, the last couple of her featured songs, Big Sean comes out of nowhere and rocks the mic and crowd went bananas. This was a great experience for all in attendance!!! Detroit Stand Up!!!

The concert was great a Well worth the $30 to see Jhene but I only have 2 complaints she came out extremely late and when she threw flowers into to audience I almost got my left tooth punched out by someone trying to grab the flower and it s still sore so I have to visit the dentist to see if there are any long term problems

I traveled 8 hours just to her but it was WORTH IT. I felt really connected to her as an artist as well as a person. Her opening act Yuna sang beautifully and I even met her at the airport the next day!!!!! She brought big Sean out as well. As a long time fan I really appreciated that she performed some old bops. My only wish is that the performance was longer and that she performed more songs. Seeing her live made me love her even more. The venue had a beautiful view. I had such a good time I ll definitely be going to see her next time around.

The hosting of the event was terrible and poorly planned. Seemed as if everything was an improv rather than being planned at all. 45 mins to 1 hour gaps between the advertised artists and also playing the same songs over and over and over and over again...seriously they played swag surfin and dreams and nightmares at least 10 times while I was there and I arrived late and obviously left early. Overall it was terrible and I felt it didn t do a good job of promoting the artists at all.

I drove all the way from Maryland to see Ella Mai perform and I was not disappointed. I was less than 10 feet away from her, got amazing footage, and even won a meet and greet with her... Jhené Aiko was an amazing performing. She gave nothing but good vibes to the crowd and she really put on a show. I must say that it was definitely a night to remember.

I really came for Kur, he's one of my favorite artists from Philly. He did a great job. Jhene was the closer, she is so beautiful & talented. She had the crowd lit! Get there early if you want food though, the kitchen close @ 10

It was LIT, yuna and the other opening act was awesome, Yuna looked beautiful! Jhene was great, beautiful, a lot of energy, played the hits, and her set up was nice. BIG SEAN came out...okay totally loved the show. The line for the drinks was crazy long so long I missed most of Ro James show and had to watch from the jumbo screen. The blue drink was very tasty wish I could have had 2 instead of 1 bc of the long lines. overall great show and would go again in a heartbeat

Jhene is still in the beginning stages of working out the kinks when it comes to concerts but I was super disappointed that I couldn't hear her over her music. She knows that she has a soft voice. Why is the music drowning you out? Sometimes I asked myself was she even singing. I've seen her perform before. Super intimate free concert that Samsung had a few years back & I enjoyed it. This time it was too much going on. Too much bass and way too loud for such a soft voice. She also should've given the audience more than an hour with multiple albums, EP's and mixtapes under her belt. We spent more time waiting in line than she spent connecting with the crowd. Same goes for waiting around inside and watching her opening acts.

I couldn't believe the low cost of the tickets for such an amazing artist. She tells a story with every song and her performance shows that she truly feels her own music. A must see performer! And I love that the electric factory allows you to get up close and personal with the artists.

It was a nice event. I would rather Jhene would be in for longer but what can you do. Transportation was terrible to get the the location. Had to end up spending an extra 90$ to get to the venue and get back home in cab and bus fare because the venue was so far away

It was absolutely amazing. I love her music, its like medicine for your soul. Her music is just a different kind of genre, its calming and has the r&b vibe but it intertwines hip hop and just, shes just amazing. SZA is really good too, and the Internet did well too. Jhene is just stunning, stole my heart is all I can say.
