Crowd control excellent ! Crowd seemed very pleased with being able to see a NFL team in uniform & presenting a good practice ! ONE BIG DOWN SIDE _ auotograph tent closed ! this is important to kids who arn`t big enough to get an auotograph along the stadium because of adults who won`t let little kids have a place to get the signature from players , shame on the adults!!

It was nice enjoyable family night out for price. Everyone enjoyed the freebees, especially the snack section. Going in we knew it would be packed and trying to find seating was a little hard to locate but able to locate. The company around us was nice, we are all they doing the same thing and easy to see the practice when sitting in the stands. But the best part of the evening was when on our way out to catch the bus, young kids were handed free t-shirts. It was another nice bonus. By the end of the night my 5 year was stating she is now a Bills Fan. :-)

Great to see the players up close. Great facilities and was a great night. I've gone several times but have never seen so many people there. TO is quite the fan attraction!

I found the Buffalo Bills night training pratice a very enjoyable time for my GF and I. This is a fun for all ages event!

This was totally awesome. You get an up close and personal feeling watching these guys here that you do NOT get at Ralph Wilson stadium. I would recommend this to any football fan - not just Bills fans.

I was very disappointed with the practice last night. In years past several of the bills players would come to the side lines and greet the fans and sign autographs for the kids. Only one player was kind enough to say hello to the fans.

Got to my seats with 3:23 mins left in the 1st quarter and to make it even worse, I was surrounded by New England Fans. My seats Sec 136 Row 22 Seat 1 & 2, tickets purchased for my 29th wedding anniversary....Bummer! Bills Fan since the 1980's - most unpleasant experience Ever including Stadium concerts. After a decent start to the season, Bills are regressing? Bills Offense - terrible Defense - pretty good Play calling and execution - BAD Impressed with the revitalization of the Stadium....where would we be without the Pegula's!! Thank you Terry, Kim and the entire Pegula Family for saving our Town and for All of the improvements made to our city and stadium!! Still - Love the Bills and will Always support them.....GO BILLS!!! GO SABRES!!!

Many drunk fans, many looking for a fight. Vulgar language, spilling and throwing things. What a great family experience. Staff need to step it up and patrol each section for proper conduct. It's out of control.

We had a wonderful time in Buffalo. The people were very friendly.The tailgating was awesome. A complete stranger delivered us a plate of ribs with napkins! There were many Patriots fans. No one treated us poorly. The staff was very accommodating. The whole experience was GREAT!

The game was bad. They (the Buffalo Bills) played awful and the energy level was awful too. The Players in the game not only had bad energy but the fans too. The concession lines were long so some of them took it upon themselves to start yelling out loud about the wait. Some were yelling at the concession workers themselves about the wait. The Bills really need to play a little better if they expect their fans to come and pay good money to see them in person. That s all!

Fans were great. Even with my crummy brother-in-law being a Saints fan, Bills fans around us were good sports. Enjoyed the streaker. If I could change anything it would be to ask that the Bills include a female streaker to join along with the male streaker. Go Bills!

Great game, bills looking good. Customer support on ticketmaster, 2 thumbs down. Had tickets on phone. Phone was freezing up with tickets, finally restarted my phone and tickets were there. The only problem, NO live customer service with ticketmaster.

Had a lot of fun! It was very cold but we bundled up and were prepared. Fans were very kind too offering each other blankets and hand warmers. Great time, especially for Steeler fans.

Great game! We had a lot of fun. Fans were all well behaved, which made the game that much more enjoyable.

From the tailgate to the game everything went well. Parking was easy and not far and seats were great.

Good game, drove over seven hundred miles round trip, to see game. Jets win, nice drive back. Stadium is great for football. Have been there at least eight times now. No bad seats, convenient, fifteen minutes from hotel.

The stadium was pretty hard to find, we came from a trip to Canada and wanted to watch an NFL game (even if it was preseason). The people living there rent out their gardens as parking space on game day, you pay 10 to 20 bucks (we paid 10 and it was good and close). We saw 3 touch-downs and left again, it's a culture thing. We are used to rugby and NFL is very boring for us (on TV it looks nice with all the slowmos but in real life there are simply too many breaks). Left after half-time, a bit disappointed because there was no half-time show at all (which we kind of expected).

Parking was a bit pricey, but good space and facilities for tailgating. Section in 100s meant great seats and could see all of the action without binoculars. A fun day in Buffalo - even though we were routing for the Giants!

This was a disappointing annual event, different than previous years. They didn't give out the usual free gift upon entry, there were no giveaways during the game, no discounted hot dogs, etc. We had an obnoxious drunk a row away from us that staff didn't address adequately.

Had a great time with my son, brother, and nephew at the game. Tailgated before the game and went in a couple minutes late, but no lines and no hassle. BILLS WON!

ACTUALLY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 10 YEARS THE BUFFALO BILLS FANS WERE NOT TOTALLY DRUNK AND OBNOXIOUS. I USUALLY TAKE A BUS OF 50 FINS FANS FROM PA. BUT MORE AND MORE PEOPLE HAVE DECIDED NOT TO GO BECAUSE OF THE ABUSE. WE TOOK 4 THIS YEAR AND IT WAS BEARABLE.

Every Kid's Day event is great. However, it seemed as if there were less activities for the kids this year - perhaps it was the space where the activities were held, but it seemed as if there was more to do in years past. Game was great, especially since it was the last game for Fred Jackson.

Seeing these two teams up close and personal was great!!

Fantastic experience once you get to the practice. Transportation and parking, while efficient, is a nightmare. Definitely detrimental to the whole experience. Be forewarned and prepared

You would think with all the millions of dollars spent on a wonderful stadium. The sound system would be clear so all spectators could hear it. Other than a very poor Soundsystem the Buffalo Bills experience at Ralph Wilson Stadium was great

I'm a huge green bay packer fan, but watching them play in buffalo was unforgettable , respectful crowd , great stadium an amazing game. Even tho my team lost.

The game was a competitive game and the seats gave us a nice view of the field. It was a packed house which added to the excitement. I would not recommend aisle seats due to traffic flow, but overall I had a great time.

Best Bills game I have been to since Jim Kelly took them to the Superbowl!

Great victory for our ATL birds in Toronto's antiquated dome. Our boys form the South withstood the best the Bills had and came out ahead. This venue is sub par for NFL games, old, cramped seating, deteriorating not a shinning example of a first class NFL experience, No outsider tailgating, no open parking lots, just some crummy street vendors selling hot dogs and the "Bills NFL experience " in tents. Not the best NFL feel

What a great ending to that game!!! The security lines to get in were much better than the games I attended in RWS last season.

The game was sweet. The stadium is incredible. The fans are passionate.

This was a very BAD idea from the start! I have watched every Bills game since 1973, attended most home games, and I have been a season ticket holder since 1989. Like a dumb a**, I dropped $5K for 4 seats for the entire series. I thought I d go to a few games and sell the other games. I couldn t even give the tickets away for free! The experience was very poor. I have gone to NFL games in many cities. There was always excitement in the air. Not in Toronto! I love the city, but it is not an NFL city. Traveling to the game takes hours. Parking (if you can find it) is outrageous! The game-day experience is, well, nothing good. Sight-lines are very poor. The venue is not set-up for football. Everyone (fans and Rogers Centre personnel) are very polite and respectful. The ONLY good thing about the events are the half-time shows. It is really not a Bills home game. However, if the Bills can sucker $8M from Rogers for a game then I guess it is worth it to the organization. I ll be watching any future Toronto Series games on TV from home. I d rather spend my money to go to Miami, Cleveland, or Denver to watch the Bills play an away game . Nice try by Rogers and the Bills to try to make it work though.

Would not recommend attending a bills game in toronto to anybody. More away fans then bills fans. Quiet. Terrible experience. NFL in toronto is lame. City is great though.

Had a great time I bought these tickets for my son for Christmas because he is a Rams fan and I'm a Bills fan and the Rams never come to Buffalo. It was a great day and the Bills should have won but once again they blew it .. But because it was for my son, I'm glad his team Won..

The game was great! We were in the 130 section, the view was amazing and the fans around us were nice! Overall my friends and I had a great time! We would buy tickets from ticket master again!! Loved the fact that it was a night game, wish we had more night games at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

The Bills are on their way to the playoffs! (I hope!!) If we could get a little more from the defense so the games are not so close... Fred Jackson and Fitz are AMAZING! The Stadium in Pink was spectacular! Guest services and CSC helped me get to my seats. I recently had my 3rd pacemaker installed and needed help getting to my seats.

The purchase price was reasonable, the seats were really good and the experience was better than great!!!!!

Bills game Sept. 25 turned out great for home team - great weather, great game. But concessions were immoral in both price and sloooow service. Apparently volunteer workers, which may sound okay, but can mean you cannot get a water within a reasonable time, and then it costs $4!!!

If you've never been to the Buffalo Bills training camp by all means go and experience it. If you been to them before............don't expect much to have changed. Always good to see some of the old players like Daryl Talley, Gabe Northern, and Steve Christie come back and help assist coaching.

It was a fun time overall. Bathroom situation leaves a little to be desired. Other than that we had fun.

Fun to get out of the house. Not fun when everyone leaves by the 3rd quarter.

Ralph Wilson stadium must be one of the worst NFL venues. All of the seats besides those in the middle of the field are metal bleachers, that are way to close together. There is no room between your knee and the next row making it almost impossible to walk through your row. All that being said it suits the bills franchide. Crappy stadium to house a crappy team, but the diehards and great tailgaters fill the place every week no matter their record. The team will never improve until their is a new stadium. No one wants to live anywhere near buffalo especially if there reward for playing there is the privilege of playing at the worst and one of the oldest stadium in the NFL. The crowd was surprisingly non threating. I was expecting much less friendly behavior directed towards me and my Curtis Martin jets jersey. It was a nice little road trip to go see my jets pick up an easy win, and its much cheaper than goin to a game at the meadowlands

Lets hope the next 15 are better....Come on Chan we're counting on you.

My daughter, granddaughter and I went to the game because it was Kids' Day. However, coming from Cortland, we arrived later than anticipated and didn't have a lot of time for the fun stuff for the kids. My daughter and I hadn't been to a game in 11 years and we had forgotten how much fun it is....we had a great group of young people in front of us, and we celebrated every touchdown and extra point! My granddaughter had never been to a game and she loved it when the fans got the "wave" going around the stadium. All in all...a great time and a great game! GO BILLS...hope they have a wonderful season!

The T.O. Show begins in Buffalo and it didn't get rave reviews as T.O. dropped a perfectly thrown pass that could have easily gone for a TD because no one was around him to stop him from going into the end zone. T.O. was the only player to get fireworks during his introduction. He was received very well by the fans and the fans called his number when he caught his 1st TD as a Bill.

This was an excellent opportunity to watch the Buffalo Bills practice. It was interesting to see how they prepare themselves for games. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun but yet exhilarating. My family and I had a truly wonderful time. However, we would have loved it if more of the Buffalo Bills' players signed autographs after the practice (especially T.O.). Overall, it was a fantastic event!!! Thanks.

My family would probably not gone to a Buffalo Bills practice if it was not for Ticketmaster. First of all I received an email saying tickets were available for the practice. I went to the website via the email and was able to purchase the tickets easy and print out at home. The night was great for the kids. Plenty of games. My sons who are Buffalo Bills fans were able to see their favorite players and Terrell Owens up close.

I had a fantastic time at the Bills Tuesday night practice! Being a huge bills fan... You can't help but leave the practice with a sense of camaraderie and excitement! My brother isn't even a Bills fan, and had a great time! I highly recommend to all football fans... taking the trip over to St. John Fisher!

Overal experience was positive. LOTS of people turned out to see Terrell Owens. If you got there late you had to stand...............many were standing. One of those events where one time is enough............they're pretty mundane even for a huge fan.

This was my first experience as a season ticket holder and their customer service representatives, especially Stephen Minichiello, are fantastic. They helped me make my sister Karlee's birthday and unforgettable experience. If her smile doesn't say everything about this team, the experience and the organization, I don't know what will.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED PEOPLE CROWDED IN THAT DID NOT BELONG REFUSED TO LEAVE WHEN THEY DID NOT HAVE SEATS THERE - THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT TO MY SON AND FAMILY COULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT WILL NEVER GO BACK. DRUNKS FALLING INTO MY SON - PEOPLE CALLING NAMES DUMB AND DUMBER - COUPLE SMOKING IN FRONT OF US AND MAKING SEXUAL JESTURES IN FRONT OF MY GRANDCHILDREN WE LEFT AFTER THE 3RD QUARTER HAD ENOUGH. I PURCHASED 6 SEATS WITH 11 PEOPLE IN THE SPACE , AS WE STOOD UP AS THE REST OF THE PEOPLE WERE STANDING SOME ONE WALKED ON OUR BLANKETS WE WERE SITTING ON

I am still pumped about this game! It was everything football is supposed to be! No amount of snow will stop us!! It was a great time! Definitely not a game I will ever forget!

The New Era Stadium was amazing. Clean with great food choices albeit at high stadium prices customary to such events. Parking was not the nightmare we expected but delays did occur in exiting. Sounds system was adequate and announcers kept fans up to pace with the game activity. Buffalo fans were vulgar and rude and lacked any sense of sportsmanship...definitely not a good place for children under 12. Witnessed a few brutal verbal disputes that had to be broken up by police. This is Buffalo. Overall a good experience.

The experience was awesome. As a Packers fan, I was disappointed in their offense, but you have to be happy for the Bills and their play. All in all, it's a great value for an NFL game and one of the best venues to tailgate at as well as watch the game.

While I certainly enjoyed the game - once I got to my seat - I must say that parking at Ralph Wilson stadium is atrocious. I got there two hours ahead of game time and all of the nearby lots were filled; would up walking almost a mile. Additionally, there were not enough "event control" personnel at the gates whose job it was to screen with metal detectors incoming fans, resulting in 1/2 hour delays getting into the stadium once you got to the gate.

As a Packer fan, I was disappointed with the outcome. But, as a fan in general, I and my date had a very good time. The fans in our immediate area were not obnoxious or threatening. There were ignorant Bills fans on the periphery that were calling for Sammy Watkins to be a factor and for the Bills to pass more at the end of the game-which as a Packer fan I would have paid money to immediately make them the Bills offensive coordinators. The peripheral fans were close enough to be entertaining but far enough away that when they fell on each other or threw up, it wasn't going to affect my game experience.

My sister purchased tickets and invited my wife and I. I've been a Bills fan forever but never had the opportunity to attend a game. The stadium was awesome and atmosphere amazing. Can't believe my first Bills game was a WIN against a high powered offensive team. This experience will be a yearly on now. Once you go, you have to go back.

Had a choice between this game and the one the week before when there was 7 feet of snow. Add to that a random warm front that passed through on the afternoon of the game itself, which raised the temperature from 'downright parky' to warm as toast, and I knew I was in for a good day. The game itself wasn't bad, if you ignore the first half. Second half was great, but the best part were my fellow spectators. Most of those around me were season ticket holders, and were fantastically good fun and friendly and really made my day. Trying to explain the rules to an idiot Brit must try even the greatest reserves of patience! On top of that the staff were extremely friendly. A great day out - thoroughly recommended.

We went to the game and I was pleasantly surprised. We sat right next to the club seats (section 239) and the seats were great. We also felt the warmth from the heaters in the club section. Most important, There was a Erie County Sheriff in our area for almost the entire game. What a difference that made!! No immature idiots who were falling down drunk and being obnoxious with foul language. That is what we encountered the last 5-10 years when we went. My only criticism was the Ladies Restroom. When you spend $$Millions on upgrading/remodeling, wouldn't you think they could take a look at the bathrooms? The toilets and toilet seats were absolutely disgusting. They looked like they had never even been cleaned. Would it have cost that much to get new toilet seats??

Game was good, but seats were terrible. I Had two children with me. The section was filled with loud and profanity laced fans that stood up entire game. My kids could not see anything and we left after 5 minutes. the staff at the stadium reseated us initially in the end zone but again, everyone was standing and my kids could not see the game. Finally a staff member allowed us to sit in section for handicap and it was a much better experience.

The weather was cold and crisp (a typical Fall WNY Sunday), the game started and everything was going well. There was 2 gentlemen behind us that kept banging on the bench style seating and carrying on with profanity. This would have been fine but we had a 3 year old with our group. We contacted security twice and they did talk to the individual however nothing was done.

Horrible atmosphere. Fights and security not doing anything. Cursing. Won't be buying tickets again

The Bills game I went to was frustrating at first, to say the least. Nothing was happening. No good plays. The ball wasn't moving anywhere. Then halftime arrived and we took a break and then it was time for the second half. I was hoping they'd do a little better because I still Billieved in them. 2 mins left in the 4th quarter. My friend wanted to leave because we were cold and hungry. I said no just wait till the other team gets the ball then we can go. The other team never got the ball, thank goodness. We watched. 5 seconds left, SCORE. TOUCHDOWN Sammy Watkins!!! You could feel the entire stadium shake. Everyone going crazy. Extra point is... GOOD. Bills win by one point! Best game I've ever experienced in my life. Never for a second doubt the bills. They've come back before, they'll do it again.

First time ever at a professional football game. Cannot believe it took me this long to get to a game. Sat in a great section. Fans were respectful and fun to watch. Game was exciting. Cost was very reasonable. Thought the prices for food and beer were over the top so skipped that. Found great parking.

The teams both played sloppy football, but it did not turn into a blowout for either team. It was exciting to see the game go right to the final play before a decision was made as to who the winner would be. Being both a Viking and Bills fan made the overall outcome bitter sweet. What was disappointing was the amount of beer drinking that went on. Yes, I partook myself, but the over consumption and constant interruptions to my ability to view the game to let individuals out to go to the bathroom was frustrating. If you want to drink go to a bar. It is much cheaper!!!

My seats were terrific as the view of the field was awesome. It really helped that we were right in front of two of the Bills scoring TD drives as well as the winning drive. Orton to Super Sammy Watkins and the Bills win !!!!

It is hard to base a rating on a sporting event. Most times, the result of the game determines the rating of the experience. However, with the renovations of the stadium, the experience was awesome. The variety of the concession stands, the addition of bathrooms, and the addition of more gift stores allowed short lines so that you can return to the game. High prices for concessions, but that is to be expected.

Stadium is old, tight and uncomfortable. Buffalo fans are rude and hostile.

Beautiful day, game was good, wished Bill's had won. Seats were good, but was disappointed that the family section was not what it was suppose to be, alcohol free. Those that had been drinking a lot, had some not family friendly language, will think twice about buying tickets in the family zone.

I brought my 9 year old daughter and 7 year old son to the game, big mistake. Between the couple making out behind us and the f-bomb being dropped every 2 min it was a disaster. My kids where not aware of what was going on behind us and they were stunned by the language. This will be the last time I take them to a game for a long time.

Excellent seats! The stadium improvements are fantastic! Easy into the stadium and easy out. The Buffalo Bills personnel make your game experience unforgettable. Lot's of food venues throughout the stadium and the in stadium gift shops are really nice. The Bills Store outside the stadium has almost everything you need on game day.

We had great seats it was so awesome for my first football game and can't wait to go to another....I'm hoping to win the club seats in the contest

I had an unpleasant experience at the Buffalo Bills Game on September 14. I would imagine that people who go to the Bills games know that everyone stands up the entire game. My daughter and I were sitting in the wheelchair section. People were standing in front of us so that we would not see. It seemed as if everyone in the stadium was standing that included the people in front of us and on both sides of us. My daughter cannot stand because she is severely disabled. There were so many people standing all around us that we could not even see the large screen. So I decided to stand along with everyone else. The usher supervisor told me that I (and just me) could not stand because the people in the suites could not see. My seat was not even directly in front of the suite. I was off to the side a little. The people in the row directly in front of the suite were all standing. He did not say anything to them. They stood the entire game and some of them were quite large. I asked him what about all of the people standing around me. He said that he could not do anything about them, but he could do something about me. I was appalled, so I went to lodge a complaint. I think it is awful how little they think about their disabled fans. We paid $92 each for three tickets, and my daughter and I could not see a thing. We drove all the way from New York City so that my daughter could see her favorite team, and she could not see anything. Despite the money we wasted on tickets, we spent money for a hotel. Supposedly they just renovated the building. You think they would have thought about their disabled fans in the renovations. Also, the bathrooms should have been renovated.

Traveled all the way from Kansas to watch the Bills on their 2014 fantastic season opening day. Ordered from ticketmaster in July and the whole process could not have been smoother. Ordered on line and wanted the physical ticket so 4 days later it showed up in my mailbox. No hassels, just great service as expected.
