great game and great weather seats good for the price

Getting food and drinks was a bit slow, other than that it was great time

The area we were in had shoos mixture of bomber and Eskie fans It was a fun event other than the weather for the first half. But the people were there to have fun which made the event awesome!!!

It was a great atmosphere and a beautiful day for football

As a loyal Saskatchewan fan, I always go to the games for a good time. No matter who wins or loses. Rider fans are always welcoming and friendly yet when you enter Eskimo territory, Eskimo fans are the complete opposite. They are rude and bash the fan as entering and leaving the stadium. They make terrible comments and use profanity as we walk by. It makes commonwealth stadium a very unwelcoming place to be.

The game was great and the seats were in a good location

I missed half the game waiting in line for 50/50 because they only had 4 or 5 tables set up for 40000 people who all wanted a ticket. Was in line for hour and a half and didn't even get a ticket. Terribly understaffed and I won't be back.

Well, I went to the game with high hopes, that in a desperate situation, the Eskimos would come through. But no, they didn't. Sadly, I have yet to go to an Eskimos game that they won. That may explain why I don't go very often - it easily costs $150 for my wife and I to go to a game, and there are a lot of other things I could do with that money. On the positive side, there were a couple of exciting drives and a good sack or two that got me on my feet, but overall, it was an amateurish performance.

Half time was great! My New Zealand friends love rugby so watching football was important to them before they head home.

The seats were great,close to the action. The weather was perfect for a Sept. night, Well worth the money.

Well, I dropped $100 for tickets, another $100 at the starium, and I now fully understand why there were so many empty seats. My wife and I spent more time watching the fans - they were more entertaining! With all the breaks - TV time outs I think, the game dragged on (and on, and... ) This was a once a year event for us. Sadly, it was a waste of time and money.

Enjoyed the game! And the half time show. We sat a little to far up to see the cheerleaders well.

Commonwealth is a great place to watch a game even from the corners we saw all and the LRT got us too and from easily

Good view of the whole game, big screen & the city

the highlight of the day was free transit <lrt> to the event all was good at the game but not memorable cause my team lost but the return trip was fantastic. We had a couple of very vocal fans harassing us for the entire trip back because of my stamps jacket; this was the funniest thing I can remember in a long time. He even ran back to the train after leaving to give us the finger one more time. Fans like this make going to the game a fantastic experience because there was no percieved malice just a dedicated fan enjoying the moment. Experiences like this make me want to return for another game in the cityas \\i will forget the game tomorrow but not the return trip! ps thank you edmonton transit for free LRT ride to the game

Cfl game was great fun,with very different rules. Edmonton stadium very nice plus free public transit to game a big plus.

The Esks got off to a poor start when they gambled on 3rd and inches with the result of their first turnover which was due to an unfavourable spot by the officials. They continued to shoot themselves in the foot with another turnover thanks to an interception. That put them down by 14 points before the fans were even settled in their seats but they hung in there and somehow still had a chance to win, even though they lost 7 yards on second down to make a field goal attempt from the 47 instead of the 40 yard line with 54 seconds left on the clock. Prefontaine came through with a solid kick for the 3 pointer and put the Eskimos ahead by 1. Hopes for a Hamilton win were dashed by an Eskimo interception to give the Esks a 31 to 30 win that sent the fans home in a festive mood.

It was probably the best football game I have ever been to. It is the only one that we'll get a chance to go to this season and it was worth every penny!!

The Edmonton Eskimos were AWESOME cuz they absolutely killed the Saskatchewan RoughRiders!! Edmonton and Saskatchewan are probably one of the best games to go and watch in the CFL cuz they're alway a interesting game, I myself think its better then going to watch a Calgary-Edmonton game cuz we always know the outcome of those games..and its always Edmonton!!!!
