Earl Sweatshirt

Earl Sweatshirt

Odd Future’s Earl Sweatshirt is one of sharpest, tightest and most provocative emerging rappers in the game. After two years in exile, he’s back with an acclaimed album, Doris, a string of hot tracks, and a killer live tour. The buzz at an Earl Sweatshirt concert is crazy, with most of the crowd just excited to have him back -- and doesn't disappoint. He’s got a laid-back, matter-of-fact delivery in which he seems totally at ease on stage while he runs through all the greatest hits across his entire music catalog.

The whole concert was amazing. From when Lucas Vercetti opened up with some sick songs and until the last song of the night. They played variety of songs and everyone enjoyed it. Earl, Taco, and Lucas are the coolest dudes.

Earl played all of IDLSIDGO, and a number of songs from Doris. Each performance was great, audience participation was encouraged, and he put on a great show. Definitely would go again. My only complaint would be the large number of opening acts for my particular tour; it took nearly 2 hours to get through all of them. They were all good and all, but a bit too long. All in all, I loved it though.

Crazy concert. Very hot but worth every drop of sweat. Earl performed every song I wanted to hear old and new. Great energy and stage presence. Taco was pretty entertaining too

Excellent show! Earl Sweatshirt is, in my opinion, underrated. He's a very good rapper, and seeing him live confirms that. Like the Tyler concert I went too, His music brings all sorts of people together and the atmosphere that results it's awesome.

At first arrival to an Earl concert, things are uncomfortable. A lot of his fans are weird and even scary (there were girls trying to burn each other, a 12 year old sipping beer, and much more), but this is forgotten once the music starts. NY based Ratking energized the crowd as the opening act. Then Taco came on stage and dj'd for a good 20 minutes. As is a custom of Earl, he was making us eager to see him. When he did come on stage, he commanded the crowd. Comfortably and confidently, he called on Brooklyn to get lit and added jabs such as "hands up" multiple times. Moshpitting and crowd surfing was present just like at any OF concert. Earl added humor as he kept insulting everybody who dived off stage. The best part of this event though was that at the end, Schoolboy Q showed up and played "Man of the Year". At this point, everybody was falling over each other in joy. Great event. Great artist!!!!!

Earl sweatshirt was amazing. He performed most of the songs from his new album. May I also say he did that well. Everyone was enjoying it. I'd say it was the best night of my life because I consider myself his biggest fan

Bright floral patterns on button ups and tantalizing imagery on tie-dye shirts fill the wooden floor in anticipation for a big lipped rapper from the west. Earl Sweatshirt makes a quick pit stop in Norfolk as apart of his international "Wearld Tour", gracing the stage along side his fellow Odd Future cohorts and companions. The turn-out for the show was a pretty diverse crowd of what seemed like high school kids and college youth which made the event that more exciting. The show seemed to start a little late but what once it got going it was a slow roll till Earl's appearance. The opening act was forgettable, as nearly everyone around me was asking what were they even saying. After a few songs by the opening act RatKing, Sweatshirt finally jumped on stage and got to performing songs off of his major debut Doris and some of his earlier material before his departure to Samoa. When actually rapping Earl and fellow rapper Vince Staples keep the energy going but it all escaped into a vacuum once the song stopped due to the fact that there would be a long pause and talk between Earl and his DJ. Nonetheless it was a pretty good affair although I wish it lasted a bit longer.

Was absolutely worth it. most people don't like the OF crowd so they'd like to watch from a distance. but i am telling you, you HAVE to be in the middle of the pit for the full experience. Earl and vince put on a great show with appearances from taco and luke but the crowd put on a show itself. I would definitely go again
