Radio 104.5 Birthday Show

I won a pair of tickets and purchased a pair of tickets. Took my 3 kids, ranging in age 15 to 21. We had a blast! The people there were so nice and the music was phenomenal! Can't wait for next year!

Went to both birthday celebrations and loved them both!! 30 seconds to Mars - OMG!! I enjoyed L.I.F.T., Judah & the Lion, and Imagine Dragons!! This is our first year attending the festivals and they both were hot and humid but we loved every minute and will definitely do them again if they have them in 2019!!

Imagine Dragons was very entertaining and had a lot of energy, the crowd definitely felt it! Awesome performance!

This show was a fun mix of bands. I usually like going to the birthday show and other concerts w multiple headliners because it gives a festival feel. My friend and I got there on the later side, but we were able to catch chvrches, walk the moon, portugal the man, misterwives, and 30 seconds to mars. All the groups were great, and the time between sets wasn't excessive which was great. Just made me realize I don't know as many songs by each group as I thought. Plus the booze and food is insanely expensive (Not surprisingly) would recommend this venue and all shows by radio 104.5

So much music for so little money! These all day shows are SO worth the trip. I always get turned onto NEW MUSIC and see big names too PLUS SUN, Fresh air, spectacular views of the River and Philly! I love parking on Philly side and riding across the river in the ferry. Excellent beer / wine options. Clean bathrooms, the whole experience never dissapoints. Only negative on this particular show was the lack of warmth from the hosts! No booth? No warm banter from the stage? They were rigid and frankly quite rude the way they spoke to the fans from the stage between sets. They should go to a WMMR BQ show to see how its done.

Mister wives and Walk the Moon really rocked it. Wish the could have played a little longer. All the other bands were great too. The fans were really enjoying it.

The only criticism is better directions for parking. We ended up in a parking lot that was not event parking. The show was awesome!

Saw so many awesome bands at this event and venue. Thirty Seconds To Mars we re completely breathtaking as usual. Loved Walk The Moons energy along with Chvrches and Portugal, The Man were visually fantastic.

The venue does not have a lot of shade areas so it is very hot for an all day concert if your tickets are on the lawn. The audio was good. The early performers were great.The lighting for the stage was horrible. There was no light on the performers and the screens projecting the bands were difficult to see with the poor lighting. Portugal. The man was not viewable. Because the performers were in the dark I don't know if it was Portugal. the man performing? It was so bad I left before the 30 Seconds to Mars show. I hope they can fix this?

Exception event. I loved the whole thing. Jared ale to is exquisite.

It was a great show. Food and drinks were expensive but what a great time!

Good show- favorite performance Misterwives Loved The Neighborhood but set too short Thought lightning and video projection for night performances could have been better very difficult to see.

Great event but was a little disappointed that the headline act played a 10 song set. If timing was an issue they should have started before 10:15 pm. Overall the concerts were great.

Venue needs to be better at expressing that general admission portions of the show are actually general admission. Too many people saying "these are my seats" before assigned seating takes place. Ticket ordering process was complicated and my physical tickets never arrived and required three phone calls to live Nation to resolve and ended up being printable tickets. Now I need to watch my bank account for my shipping refund. Damnpened what should have been a better time, but the show itself was enjoyable. Food was expensive but expected.

The whole birthday show was great but the highlight for me was Thirty Seconds to Mars.

Had fabulous time watching some new bands and ones I know. 30 Seconds to Mars did an outstanding job closing the show! Jared Leto has a great rapport with the audience and had a bunch of us move from our seats to the pit. Looking forward to the Day 2 bash with Imagine Dragons.

The lighting was bad I couldnt see the acts. In the pit the bass was so loud i wasnt able to hear the singer. I always go to 104.5 bday show as well as bb&t and I normally love it but this concert wasn't the best. They need to improve on lighting and sound. It made me question why i was there and why I spent money on not being able to see/hear my favorite bands.

The bands had long breaks between acts for short performances of relatively unlnown performers. We were unable to sit in our seats and security did not help this. Spent most of show on concorse areas at a pinic bench.

Staff is friendly at BB&T. Bathroom lines were never too long. The jams were on point, but I do have one qualm ... time between sets was too long. I can understand there needing to be some setup and sound checks or whatever, but it was a Sunday and the event started at 1 PM. Maybe don't get the show started until later since artists seem to want to play in the evening and the sun doesn't go down until 8:30 PM.

All in all decent concert. 30 Seconds to Mars was LAME!!!!! Waited all day.....they hardly did any songs...and the ones they did do, they had the crowd singing. We went to hear 30 Seconds to Mars sing, not the crowd on all songs...nor listen to Jared Leto talking. Very disappointed in their performance! :(

Walk the moon and 30 seconds to mars really rocked it out the show was wonderful me and my 14 year old daughter really enjoyed ourselves it was her graduation gift.

Radio104.5 puts on an excellent show. Always a good time. Great mix of up and coming as well as established bands.

I ve been to quite a few concerts with these bands and at this venue and I feel that they could have done a lot more. Certain artists should have been switched to keep up the energy of the crowd and the venue could have offered more to do in between sets. It was 90+ degrees during the show, they could have had more vendors or misting stations for guests so everyone wasn t burnt to a crisp.

It was a great mix of alt rock. I came for churches and the neighbor hood and left liking every band there. Just a great show.

Jarred Leto refused to hit any high notes and just had the crowd take the lead for 50% of thr set. I mean thats fine if you're in the pit and into that but I was hoping to hear the artist actually sing. Portugal the man was a jam band and just kinda fell flat for me. The earlier artist did a good job kept me engaged. Hopefully next birthday show is better

cold, wet, rainy, windy, muddy fun. But food and drink were way to expensive. 40 to park was outrageous. bands were great .

Love the idea of birthday celebration. Having headliners play for an hour is a little rough. Barely enough time for a "best of" show let alone promote a new CD. I originally bought pre-sale tix ($99 each) for 30STM that turned into a 104.5 Birthday Celebration with a ton of bands and $20 tix... I feel a wee bit hosed that I paid that much for a 60 minute show with a 2+ hour ride to and from home... With the heat leave the side doors open for cross breeze. It was stifling and only breeze came from when opening the door to head to the bathrooms. Staff immediately closed the doors.

We had a great experience. The facilities were clean, the employees were friendly and helpful and the show was fantastic.

The show was great. I love everyone that played. The only 2 pet peeves I have was that my view was halfway obstructed by the camera and that they made us get up from our seats at intermission and go wait outside the theater.

I've been excited to see 30STM ever since they announced that they would play Philly in Feb. First it was a MARS concert and then it became the Radio 104.5 Birthday Show...ok that's fine, Mars was still gonna be there and the main headliner...Fast forward to the show: It was a great show with great performances...defiinitely new music to listen to...the show kicked off at 3pm with Saint Slumber (( LOVE them )) then it was the Neighbourhood, Misterwives, Chvrches, Walk the Moon, and then Portugal the Man (( don't remember if that's the right order )) 30STM did not take the stage until 10:15p SUPER LATE and I stayed for a few songs, watch Jared Leto spin with the flag, smacked a ballon, saw Shannon on the drums...some highlights but I could not stay for what I really wanted which was the full Monolith experience...so yeah it was definitely bittersweet...I believe that MARS should have dominated the event and took the stage btwn 7 and 9. I won't be attending anymore events like these...if the act that I love isn't the only name on the ticket I'm not going...I hope they extend the tour and come back to Philly #Echelon The venue was cool....they definitely need to renovate the bathrooms.

Amazing acts loved them all it was a hot day but we were prepared and vendors were gracious enough to give us ice!

30 Seconds to Mars is my everything. Awesome venue. All acts were great!

And what a great show. Imagine Dragons were unbelievable. Would go see them again without any question. But the Lion and AJR - put on crazy great shows - that were just fun. Yes we had pit passes - so that always makes a show better. Hate the lawn.

Too hot. Need fans and misting stations. Great Imagine Dragons performance. Judah needed more time

I am HUGE Linkin Park fan and I love Mike Shinoda!! His set was amazing and he was the only reason I went to this show. I was very happily surprised when Judah & the Lion played I love their unique sounds and I am always happy when I find new music to fall in love with. So happy I went out of my box a little bit and Thank you Mike for introducing me to so many new artist through your post traumatic CD Your the BEST always!! Love you BB&T keep having awesome shows with amazing artist!!!

BB&T is such a great venue. The lawn is spacious and has great views of the stage all around.

My wife and I could only make for it for the 2nd half of the day, but that was still amazing. Best concert we've been to in a long time. Mike Shinoda was great. Very powerful. Imagine Dragons was what I was waiting for for months and there was no disappointment. Tremendous arena rock! Loved every minute of it. Well worth the roasting heat earlier in the day. Any following concerts I go to will be measured against this one.

The whole show was fantastic but I loved, loved, loved Imagine Dragons!! Was cool to finally put some faces to the names of the DJ s on 104.5! Especially Mike Jones who I love listening to!

Imagine Dragons were so much better than I anticipated. AJR rocked. The crowd was a good one. it was very hot but I saw no one out of line, everyone around me were having fun

Every band on the main stage was amazing. Imagine Dragons were out of this world, they put on a superb performance!!

Great show, great job by 104.5 and all of the bands. I enjoyed being allowed to move up close for the first few bands, this is a good strategy.

The Radio 104.5 Birthday Show was incredible! AJR was the highlight. Definitely check them out if you have a chance!

Flew to NJ to see Mike Shinoda! He put on a great show! And we found some fun new bands!

I liked the show and all performances sounded and looked good. VIP tickets are a joke just stick with reg tixs or lawn.

We had a fabulous experience and the music rocked my world!

Really great event overall! Lineup was amazing and Event was very organized. Improvements to work on: 1. getting into the venue. I waited 25 minutes in 95 degree sunny weather to get through security. 2. Add phone charging stations throughout venue. Music festival was 10 hours long. People need to be able to charge their phones in order to order Ubers after the festival.

Great show. All performers were awesome. Will be back.

Every band was worth the price of admission!!!! Some were more.....eclectic than others!?!?! They all had a message to send, and they all did without getting too over the TOP! We brought our thirteen year old to her first, but not last, concert,and she's hooked! My wife and I have all ready been to 4 concerts in the month of June and aren't finished yet. We especially liked AJR, Judah and the Lion, and Imagine Dragons!!! They were worth the wait!!!!!

I absolutely loved the second day! Everyone from the first band to head liner was incredible, and it was easy to navigate and get around. The drinks start at like $14 and go all the way up to $25, which is crazy, but other than that, amazing!

So many goosebump moments. AJR was phenomenal...really getting the crowd going. I love their approachable appeal. The 13 yr olds in our group LOVED Imagine Dragons (as did our 51 yr old selves...but we always did!) Just couldn't have asked for more. Mike Shinoda had the most heartfelt moment. We sang Chester's part-- it was an unforgettable moment for all of us. Tears!! All the acts performed on time or pretty close...thanks to the crews for running their butts around in the 98 degree heat! Aaaand...about the heat. This venue is positioned in such a way by the water that the breese keeps coming. It was actually pretty comfortable...although sweaty!! One of the best concerts I have experienced and the best part was I experienced it with my best college roomie from 1986 and our daughters. :)

All bands blew me away! Awesome Concert! Can't wait for next year...

Great artists, liked that we can sit under the pavilion for a few of the shows. I wish there were more shade on the lawn though. The heat index was over 100 degrees.

First time ever going to this event and I sure had a blast. It's all in one - live performances from great bands / artists, top hits / throwbacks playing during breaks, food and drinks available to buy. I want to go again next year!

SO glad I chose to upgrade to pit for this show. An absolutely STACKED lineup!
