First time to see O.A.R. play live and they were absolutely brilliant. From the opening tune "Give Me One Shot" to their huge early hits like "This Town", "Hey Girl", "City On Down", "Love & Memories", a cover of Zep's "Fool In The Rain", "That Was A Crazy Game Of Poker" and the beautiful "Peace" they stole the weekend concert series with outstanding musicianship and engaging the crowd to sing along on nearly every song. The entire band was fantastic and the performances by Marc Roberge (Lead Vocals), Jerry DePizzo (Sax/Guitar), Jon Lampley (Trumpet) and Chris Culos (Drums) were ridiculously great throughout the entire performance. If you've never seen them play live, I would highly recommend a roadtrip to catch their tour this summer. I can only hope that O.A.R. will return to Winston-Salem sooner rather than later.
