The Really Cooks

Firstly, the DJ at this event was amazing. I especially liked when he mixed Partition with Pour It Up. It got me excited for the performer. Maybe a bit too excited. Mykki got on stage and ran though a song or two. Then hit us with this hot freestyle, and then I heard it. The beginning to "Wavvy". I was beyond ready to get down, but one line in and you ran off the stage. I thought fine, a little more pregame never hurt anybody, but you never came back. In an attempt to satisfy the audience you brought back the DJ, but then he mixed in "Booty Bamboo" which only made us think of the performer we paid to see that was not there. There was a lot left to be desired as I exited The Howard Theatre. I give this a fair 2 stars because of your DJ.

The John Denver Tribute Concert was just wonderful. It's as if he was there. The sound was fantastic of his singing and the band playing live also sounded great. I loved the videos and learning more about John Denver.

If you you're a huge Girls fan and are expecting to see a Girls show, then this may not be for you. If you are familiar with the direction he is trying to go as a solo artist and like his new material on lysandre then it is a great show. Chris is a great songwriter, and his live performance is always intimate and warm. Not much of a stage presence, but if you've seen Girls perform you already know he's kind of a shy guy and just lets the music speak for itself.

Was an amazing show. We enjoyed a lot!! Was amazing that we could met the bands and talk a bit with them. They are amazing persons and I hope to soon be able to go to another concert.

Oakdale was a great venue for this show, it was awesome how we were able to get so close to the stage. All of the performers were awesome. 2 thumbs up

Nice event. Lot's of desserts! Vendor's were very nice. Keep in mind that this is a way for vendors to promote their business/ restaurant, so while some offer their very best, some offer "cheap" cookies and small samples of their goodies. You only need about 15 minutes to walk through and sample what you want. Overall, I would recommend this event to everyone - at least once! *It is a 21 and older event - which Is a GREAT thing b/c children would be out of control here.*

They did play good music however, I felt that was it - we thought according to their advertisement that there would street dancers, cat walk etc but tey didn't have anything. 2 small rooms - no champagne at mid night and no party favour a. If you weren't paying attention you wouldn't have know they rung in the new year. Pretty lam over all and a waste of money - I won't be going next year to a two towers event and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either

The A's are back and they were fantastic. You can tell they are having a great time playing together again. Richard Bush sounded awesome. Good show. Highly recommend it.

They are so kind and fun to talk to! Some of the sweetest people you ll ever meet. They put on an awesome show and sound even better live.

Tom Chaplin's performance was amazing at El Rey Theater. Loved the small venue. Didn't want the night to end and over a dozen old and new songs were performed - the perfect mix! The Wave didn't disappoint and brings back the nostalgia of why we fell in love with Tom and Keane over a decade ago. Long awaited release!!! Can't wait for the next album and tour.
