Jimmy Carr sets the bar incredibly high for any future comedians performing in the USA. Fast paced, and as sharp as his tailored suits. It was an enjoyable show to see. I came away with aching Jaws from laughing so much.

I have been a long time fan of Jimmy Carr but he rarely comes to the U.S. so I have never seen him in person before. This show was absolutely hilarious and filled with some of the most inappropriate and least politically correct comedy I have ever heard. I could tell others, as well as myself, really enjoyed this style of comedy. There was also lots of audience participation in the form of heckles which not every comedian takes advantage of. Lastly he took pictures and met with everyone afterward which was very nice of him. I hope he comes back to The Wilbur again, I would definitely buy tickets again.

Overall the show was very funny with great interactive audience participation. Jimmy was awesome and funny and crude - we loved the show very much and recommend him to any fan of wacky British comedy. Well done Jimmy - please come back to Toronto soon !!

I've been a fan of Jimmy Carr's for a while now so when I saw that he was coming to the US to a town within driving distance of me I bought my tickets immediately. I know how he acts as a host of his tv shows (8 out of 10 Cats, etc.) and how different he is doing stand-up so I was excited to see if he would be different for an American audience. At the beginning of the show I could tell that he was a little nervous, as it was his first time doing a show in this region of the country, but soon enough he was an engaging as he usually is with his British audiences. I was excited to see how he would adapt parts of his performance to tailor it to an American audience and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing him masterfully craft his jokes on-the-spot. His crowd work was brilliant and the way he handled those people who were disruptive made them bearable. I can't recommend British comedians enough. I'm very happy that I got the chance to see him and I hope that he comes to Florida again and encourages his fellow comedians to do the same.

It was my first time watching Jimmy Carr perform live. No opener, he performed for ~100 minutes, and it was end-to-end laughs. I did like the improv comedy he performed at the end based on the text messages that he invited patrons to send to a phone number posted on the overhead display.

Cobbs is always a great venue, and Jimmy Carr's standup was amazing. Polished, accomplished and spontaneous, Jimmy gives a relaxed, engaging performance - although not for the faint of heart! I left with my face and sides aching from almost 2 hours of continuous laughing. Already looking forward to the next time I can see him on stage.

I have wanted to see Jimmy Carr Live for years now, finally got the opportunity and was not disappointed. Of course I am an idiot so watched the same show just a few days before on Netflix. When I realized that it was indeed the same tour, only taped in the UK, I was afraid that the live show would be a let down seeing as I knew all the jokes. I need not have worried. Jimmy changed several of the jokes to fit them better for America, about twenty percent was new. Both my wife and I actually got headaches from laughing so hard. Jimmy Carr is brilliant live. His timing and delivery are impeccable. His wordplay forces the audience to pay attention and be engaged. A top comic who should be more famous in America. Although a warning. The show is extremely politically incorrect, you will hear words that Americans find offensive. But if you have a sense of humour, you will love it. You can find a lot of his older stuff on Youtube, so do enjoy. Loved this.

Jimmy Carr is one of my favorite comedians and it was a pleasure to see him laugh. His offensive jokes were the best I have ever heard; his heckle jokes were the best I've ever heard as far as heckling; his improv is spot on as well. Must see if you have a chance.

Was a great show, Jimmy Carr is awesome. Only thing that slightly bothered me was a lot of the material is what was from his Netflix special. Still a great show though.

Quick fire jokes. A great evening. Big fans of Jimmy's shows in the UK. Now we live in the USA it was good to catch him with a small audience at the Gramercy.

As a fan of Carr's for 10+ yrs I was thrilled to finally see him in person. Jimmy Carr did not disappoint. He brought the elements of his humor that I so enjoy watching the annual end of year Big Fat Quiz shows, 8 Out of 10 Cats, 8 Out of 10 Cats Countdown and his guest appearances on other Brit shows and stand-up routines I have been able to find on You Tube (yes, Jimmy - we watch you on You Tube and you reap no financial benefit from it lol). It was a cozy setting and his interaction with the audience was spot on. I hope he comes back, and soon.

The show was absolutely fantastic, even better than expected. Jimmy was extremely clever and entertaining, both with his material and his crowd work. Highly recommend show for anyone who is not hyper-sensitive to political correctness.

I've been watching Jimmy Carr videos on YouTube for a while now and to see him live was awesome. Make sure you check out some of his old material before going to see him live so you know what you're in for, but other than that he's the real deal! Seeing him in America, and in a small venue, helped us to feel more involved within the performance. We even got to meet him after!

Carr did not disappoint, but make sure you know his style of comedy before you go. It was a surprising amount of new content spread out over a 2+ hr show, which is pretty insane for stand up comedy. His openness to hecklers almost backfired towards the end when he had to real in the crowd just to complete his set. Highly offensive, witty, and insulting humor - can't wait for him to come back to the area!

We've seen all the dvds before but this was the first time live and he didn't disappoint. A good 2 hours of laugh out loud content with a short break in the middle not included in that 2 hours. The jokes were cutting and at times rude and no one was safe, from politics, news, equality. Everything was fair game and there was a lot of crowd interactions. He also had a number up that you could text, messages, jokes, heckle and he read the best ones out. At the end of the show, he invited everyone to takes pics or to sign things at the atrium which was really nice. Wilbur, as a venue was lovely, small and intimate. Seats were a little tight and pushing the limit of comfort though, but not a bad view in the venue or sound.

Drawn out for a bit too long. The bit with the slide show was overly vulgar for no reason. Not the smart, funny personality that you expect from TV.
