Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game

Our seats were GREAT! The stadium was great, clean, well marked, easy to find your seats. We had a great time! This was our first time and we hope to go back next year! Staff at the stadium were great also. Plenty of Parking. We paid $20 and parked 2 blocks or less from the stadium! Amazing!

This was the best football game I've ever been to in my entire life! (So far) I knew the moment that the game was moved from Charlotte all the way down to Orlando, I had to get a ticket and I'm glad I did. I got there early and saw the Clemson team get off the bus and sae botg teams practice and running out of the tunnel. The game was good down to the VERY LAST MINUTE. LITERALLY. It was an amazing time. If I can relive this moment again, I'd hop in my car and go back to the stafium in an heartbeat.

We got tickets to see Clemson win the ACC Title! The seats were great and we had a wonderful time!

It was unfortunate that the game was not sold out. This may be due to high ticket prices or due to the weak match-up (first place vs third place). Save your money for a premium event.

The seats were perfect you could see everything very well and I can't say enough about how friendly the stadium staff was and so helpful. This will be a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life! I hope to attend next year no matter who the teams are that are playing.

I could not have asked for a better experience at the Dr. Pepper ACC Championship. It was a great game and a wonderful time. I will be attending it again!

The stadium access process at BoA stadium was third-rate or worse. We waited in line 1-1/2 hour arrived at our seats with 4:16 minutes left in 1st Q. We had heard that only 2 of 4 BoA stadium gates were open, and they opened at 6:00pm. The ACC, BoA stadium, City of Charlotte, and Pro Services should have planned better and done a better job. It was a cheap, third-world effort by the ACC, BoA stadium, City of Charlotte, and Pro Services!!!!!! Surprise, surprise 73,000 fans showed up at a sold out event!!!!!!

Great game. Great atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I was in line at the East End Zone Gate at 6:50, almost an hour and a half before kick off. I got to my seats at 8:46 with 14 seconds left in the 1st quarter almost 2 hrs in line. It was the worst experience I have ever had getting into a game. Totally ridiculous crowd management or lack of. There were security personnel at the street once we got that close but they wouldn't tell anyone what was going on. The personnel holding the posters with the little blue square showing the size of the allowed bag were at the wand screening area. Everyone was bottle necked waiting on people to deal with there stuff. We ended up in that line because of the lack of direction. The main line wasn't moving any better.

This year was one of the most competitive games and the weather cooperated to boot. The only area of concern was the concessions where the lines were long and slow. Not sure what the problem was, but they need to figure that out particularly when they know it will be a sellout

Charlotte is a great home for the ACC Championship game it it should always be.

Awesome event. The pregame fan fest was great. Stadium security gave TSA a run for its money, but I felt extremely safe inside. Plenty to do and see throughout the stadium. Well worth the trip. I'll be back next time Clemson wins the division.

The football event was amazing but the security entry into the stadium was poorly planned. The security was greatly understaffed and it took our group 1 and 1/2 hours of wait time outside the stadium to get through security before entering the game. Please re-evaluate security staff vs. number of tickets sold before the next game. We missed the first quarter.

The intense screening and very long lines to get into stadium was ridiculous, there were only 4 gates open and the lines were so long it took us 40 minutes for us to clear security and we missed the first 15 minutes of the game. WIll never use this staduim again if this is how it works!!

What an awesome game to be able to see live! And being there with my family made it even more special. Our Clemson Tigers capped off a perfect ACC season and will be a season we won't soon forget. I have to give a shout out to the event staff at BofA stadium. Everyone was so awesome and you got a smile and "thank you for coming" that was truly genuine each time you walked by someone working the game that evening. Can't wait to go back again and see a Panther game sometime.

GREAT game, gameday activities were fantastic for fans,family,kids. So dissapointed with TARHEEL fan base. Clemson fans definitely had advantage in stadium. PROUD OF TRUE TARHEEL FANS WHO SHOWED UP. Ticket prices getting to costly. For a lot of people. TARHEELS

I know security has tightened, but when it takes an hour to get in, this is ridiculous! Not enough staff, poorly trained staff made it worse. I will watch it on TV next time.

Seats were great. Stair railing obstructed view a little but not to bad very close to food beverages and bathrooms

The ACC Championship game was incredible! What a great game :) Even if the Jackets lost, the game was exciting and close and they had an AMAZING year!

I'm biased because the outcome was favorable for my team. That aside, the pregame activities were a blast for the whole family. Definitely worth the trip.

Charlotte continues to roll out a spectacular event for ACC football fans. The concerts and events surroundint the game are fun and well attended. This year's weather looked iffy, but was well attended by both fan bases. They were rewarded with a great game and wonderful halftime show from the school's bands. We will be there again next year.

Drove 10hrs with my two boys to watch this game. It was a great time. My boys loved it except for the fact FSU won.

4th time going in 5 years and it seems to get better and better every year! The pyrotechnics didn't go well on the ground in the beginning though. To much smoke for pregame photography.

Congrats to Georgia Tech! Played their rearends off. We'll get them next year.

The whole experience was great! This is our 2nd year attending the ACC Championship game - looking forward to more. Seats were awesome, cost of tickets were affordable. One Kudo for Ticketmaster - we didn't realize we had left our tickets at home until we were in Charlotte, I called Ticket Master Customer Service and they were AWESOME!! We were able to have duplicate tickets waiting for us at Will Call!! I can't say enough good things about the overall experience this past weekend!!

The game was AWESOME! Stadium was a big let down!! Very little to no fan gear for either team! At half time the consession workers were very slack, slow, sitting around & and made for a really bad/poor experience. We left 1 minute before halftime to get 3 cups of hot chocolate was not able to return to our seats until end of 3rd quarter, with 2:38 on the time clock! The bad part? It wasn't that busy just poor time management skills, lack of wanting to do the job task on a timely manner & VERY disorganized! Looks like we will start going to the ATL DOME in GA. Cannot be any worse! GREAT GAME THOU!

The ACC Championship game was fantastic. Both teams were there to play and they put on a show. The fireworks, the halftime show, and the team band performances were all great. The pregame activities, fanfest, and concert were also excellent. The only problem we encountered was with security getting into the game. Not sure what was going on, if they didn't have enough security staff, or if they only opened a few gates, but it took over an hour to get into the stadium. People were also unaware of what they could, and could not, bring into the stadium which caused entry delays. We ended up missing the kickoff because of the long lines, disorganized entry process, and bottle necks caused by the horrible security process. A little after kick off they must have added more security because things opened up and people started moving through screening quickly. Barring that problem the game was fantastic. The stadium seating, food, and drink was great. Once we got in we had a great time.

This is by far the best live event I have ever seen! Go watch no matter the teams involved!!!!

Decided to take my son (7) to his very first college football game, ACC Championship. Though it was not an "Epic" Game for him because FSU did not blow out Tech, he had a great time. Fans from both sides were very friendly and the JumboTron was awesome since most of the TD's were on the opposite side of the field. I would definitely recommend seeing this event in this stadium next year. Remember that you can not purchase alcohol at College Games so be prepared!

For getting the ticket in advance and paying what I did I absolutely enjoyed every minute of this game am even though I'm not a fan of either team! 1st ACC championship game, hope to attend more in the future!

Its was a amazing event, just to see Ga Tech take on FSU for the ACC CHAMPIONSHIP.

Love the game and venue. Event staff was very helpful. Parking was a slight issue but that's due to not knowing the area.

Excellent customer service and was in a timely manner. Lived the email reminders and courtesy survey after it was over. The game was worth sitting inyhe cold to watch

We went to the ACC Championship last year and this year. Both years were a great time! The daily activities and concerts are a great way to pass time waiting for the game to start! As long as FSU is in it next year, we'll go again! GO NOLES!

While rather chilly, it wasn't too much so to ruin the experience. The view, while high, was still fantastic, the atmosphere was great and the crowds were fun. The venue and it's staff were fun and energetic, without dragging down the experience. The game also provided a stellar intensity, with FSU and Duke holding off at 0-0 after the first quarter. It was both intense at the beginning and exhilarating once FSU began pulling ahead. I stayed the whole time. I would recommend this venue and this Championship series to anyone who is a fan of the teams participating and fans of the ACC football devision.

Had the time of my life, my favorite team won. I got an autograph from my favorite player .I'll never forget that weekend..

The stadium is absolutely fantastic! So even if your team isn't playing, it's a truly enjoyable experience. Krispy Kreme is one of the vendors! Fan Fest was ok. It could have been a little more rounded and definitely more food vendors.

Both teams were well prepared and played up to their abilities. Clemson took the lead and appeared to be on the way to an easy victory, but Virginia Tech fought back and closed it to one score repeatedly. Clemson defense finally took control and forced Virginia Tech to throw an interception on fourth down.

Enjoyed fan fest and the game. The announcer was boring and it would have been nice to have more replays on the video board. Would have rather went to Bank of America Stadium in North Carolina.

Enjoyed the game, the atmosphere outside, and the ease of getting into and out of the stadium!

The Dr. Pepper ACC Football Championship Game was a thrill a minute! It had all the makings of a classic: long scoring drives, great defensive plays, quick scoring plays, dramatic momentum shifts! The pre-game Fan Zone was a pleasant surprise. I did not expect the quality of the programs, vendors, and give aways. It really put the crowd in a festive football mood! The game had all the things that make College Football great!

Great experience! Security was pleasant and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a little difficult finding our seats in the club area as stadium signage not the best. Definitely recommend parking in a stadium designated lot too.

The stadium was nice but we were disappointed that the ACC moved this event from Charlotte which would have been much closer travel for both teams. The pregame events were nice and all the facilities were nice as well.

The game was fun and the stadium is a nice well maintained stadium. The only problem was our seat location. When we purchased the tickets at Plaza 40 Row E seats 1,2,3 we thought we had great seats because only 1 row in front of us. There was no mention before purchasing the seats that these seats are limited viewing because of the railing on the steps that enter section P40 and P39. We could only see 1/2 of the first without the railing being in the way. The Row in front of us was even worse. They could not see any of the field without the railing. The people that purchased those ended up moving. Several other groups came after they left and they moved as well. We ended up having to stand up most of the game to be able to see. Do not recommend these seats! Ticketmaster should offer these at a reduced price AND note that it is limited viewing in these seats.

Great seats, section 207. Great game. Concessions very overpriced. $5.00 for a water and $12.00 for a corn dog, CO'MON MAN!

It was COLD but the Tigers prevailed and are headed to the ORANGE BOWL in the College Football Playoff. GO TIGERS!!!!!

The city and venue was clean and well maintained. The police were professional, courteous, helpful and demonstrated a positive attitude.
