Best show I have seen and I look forward to seeing it again. Outstanding talent with this cast and the music and voices were first class!

It was a great show and I would highly recommend it. Very entertaining, but a bit of caution due to language for younger children.

Not only did I get to see this amazing show, but I got to meet the awesome cast a few weeks before! Being able to meet them made the show even more enjoyable!!! I'm a huge Four Seasons fan and this broadway show always brings tears to my eyes no matter how many times I have seen it! I can't wait for them to come back so my eyes can adore them once again! ;)

This play will make you want to get up, sing and dance. If you've never heard of the Four Seasons before going into the play, you'll never forget them coming out. Great voices and performances - highly recommended.

For those of us that were growing up during the 60's, the Jersey Boys truly provides a night of fun and foot-tapping entertainment. As the beginning notes of each song played, my husband and I competed in a game of "name that tune" first. I found myself remembering where I was and what I was doing when those hits were first played on the radio. We sang along to all of the songs that had been such a big part of our teenaged and young adult lives. The staging and costumes were very well done. This musical play provides a night of fun entertainment for those ages 13 and above.

Was a great play!!! You should go see it if you are going to be in town. It is definitely worth the money!! I have always wanted to see it when I have traveled to Las Vegas so I was so glad that I finally able to see it in Chicago.

I first saw the show in Appleton, Wisconsin, and I have no regrets about going a second time. My girlfriend and I are already considering a return visit to Chicago before the show ends in June. Hats off to the Jersey Boys cast and production crew!

Saw the Matinee of Jersey Boys on the first day. When I bought the tickets I did not realize it was the first day. Saw it on Broadway, this production has a long way to grow.

The theater atmosphere was great as we went down memory lane with Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons. The story and music was incredible! We liked the theater venue, and the seats (front row - mezzanine) were perfect. The performers were amazing, as they relived the life of a "GREAT" group.

We saw it when it was first in Chicago. This production is different and, I think, better. The sory line seems to be better and the music is great. Altough I think the bass singer could be better. We would like to see it again.

Took my wife out as anniversary gift and she absolutely loved it. Music was great and performances were very well played. Since I saw some younger kids there, people with kids should know there parts that contained strong language but it was "Jersey" and to be expected. I highly recommend the performance.

The entire show was great. All the performers did a mavelous job. Frankie Valli should sing as well as Josehp Leo Bwarie. Go see the show. Three quarters of the way through act one your mind will tell you that you are actually watching The Four Seasons.

The talented cast in this show outdid themselves in moving the audience to their feet! The acting was good, the dancing even better and the singing some of the best voices I have heard in a musical!

To be candid, I'm not much of a 'broadway musical' kind of person. My wife took me to see 'Book or Mormon' and that was my first theater experience. I've always been a music guy, thus she knew I'd enjoy Jersey Boys. From the minute the show started, I was leaned-over in my chair and completely enraptured in the plot, songs and the characters. The entire show was unreal and the (Chicago) cast was out of this world. As a matter of fact, I went the following weekend (by myself) to see Jersey Boys again before it left Chicago. This one doesn't disappoint; you have my word!

I tapped my foot along to all the great songs the whole time. It is so enjoyable and funny. There is sporadic cursing & a scene with some showgirls in sheer nightgowns so be prepared if you are bringing younger children. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will totally see Jersey Boys again the next time they are in town. I went home and downloaded the Jersey Boys original cast recording and have listened to it almost everyday and have been humming their tunes ever since.

I took my mom to see the show for Mother's Day and it was amazing. The singing, dancing, acting and beautiful Cadillac Palace made it a memorable day for her.

totally enjoyed return of this show. However recommend that toddlers/children should be restricted as there were a few, kicking seats, crying, talking, making noise with food, very annoying & distracting. Ushers should ask family to leave with children to the lobby

Great performance that never slowed down. The singing was wonderful and the star definitely sounded like Frankie Valle as well as the Four Seasons

Great show, seats lousy never do balcony again, seen this show at least 5 times, Chicago and Vegas, never get tired of it. Spend the money and get good seats.

What an absolutely amazing show! If you're a fan of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, you will absolutely love this musical. From the story line to the wonderful music, Jersey Boys will have you dancing, singing, smiling and feeling as if you were a part of their journey! A Must See!!

Well, 17 times is still not enough! This show never disappoints. It's all about the music, which is fantastic and fun. The cast is also always amazing. What can I say, I LOVE THIS SHOW!

An interesting backstory to the birth (and rebirth several times over) of the Four Seasons. The music was tremendous and a flashback to an era gone by. The characters were well acted and brought to life in a variety of high energy scenes. Definitely recommend and would for myself see it again.

We totally enjoyed Chicago's Jersey Boys. The Cadillac Palace is always lovely and the seating staff was knowledgeable. The production we saw of Jersey Boys was high energy with great vocalists and instrumentalists - who were on-stage rather than in an orchestra pit. Probably the most enjoyable aspect of the show, was that we knew so many of the songs. Familiarity is always a plus for listeners. I would recommend this show to anyone over thirty years of age, or who enjoys great singing and dancing.

The show started out slow and just grew and grew and exploded to a great ending.

The Cadillac Palace was beautiful, not a bad seat in the house.

I enjoyed seeing Jersey Boys in Chicago at the Cadillac Palace Theater. The seats in the far right dress circle still had a great view (even though listed as obtructed). The music in the show is great and nostalgic. However, this show is not very strong on plot. It is really a narration of the creation of the group with very little plot, dialogue, character development, etc. So just know what you are paying for!

Saw the 8 pm show in Chicago on May 23. It was outstanding! Beautiful theater, flawless production from start to finish. It was funnier than expected, and of course, the music was wonderful. Would go again!

One of the best Broadway plays I have ever seen! The music was fantastic, the actors were great, and there was never a dull moment! I can't wait to see it again!

The beginning of the show was slow (and difficult to understand for those who have not seen the movie before or heard anything about the story); however, then, it switched to a faster pace, extremely entertaining event. The music kept us dancing all the way.

I have seen Jersey Boys in Chicago before and loved every minute of it. These Boys lacked energy and spark. We left before it ended.

The actors/singers were AMAZING! Great voices and acting!! They couldn´t have chosen a better selection of songs. Extremely good! We saw the show in Broadway, recommended it so many times to different people, and on our last trip to Chicago, they were playing and we could´t resist seeing it one more time! Congratulationssss!!!

Having seen "Jersey Boys" ten times before, including the Chicago company that played in Chicago for over two years, I came to this production with certain standards in mind. Of the various companies and actors I've seen, I have to say that this company leaves something to be desired - at least, for me. I have no criticism of the performance of the music, which was excellent. It's the acting I found some fault with. I'm always more critical of the actors who play Frankie Valli and Tommy DeVito than I am of actors who play the other two members of the group. I attended a matinee, so I saw Miguel Jarquin-Moreland in the role of Frankie, rather than Heyden Milanes. His performance was adequate, though the least of all the Frankie interpretations I've seen. For the most part, his singing was fine, evoking the sound of Frankie Valli, although he did have minor difficulties two or three times. I found no satisfaction at all in the performance of Matthew Dailey as Tommy DeVito. This character needs to be street-smart, tough, and edgy. I didn't see any of that in Dailey's performance. Additionally, his timing was off when delivering certain lines that needed a pause between words or phrases or an emphasis on certain words. That's probably why lines that usually get a laugh from the audience didn't at this performance. Drew Seeley was adequate as Bob Gaudio, but lacked color for the most part. The bright spot was Keith Hines as Nick Massi, who was as endearing and funny as any actor I've seen play the role. In lesser roles, Thomas Fiscella as Gyp DeCarlo and Barry Anderson as Bob Crewe were every bit as good as all the actors I've seen playing these roles. Somewhat disconcerting, but by no means the fault of the actors, was the height difference of the four singers. The real Bob Gaudio is tall and until this production, I've always seen a tall actor portraying him. Seeley is of average or lesser height. Frankie Valli is somewhat on the short side and Jarquin-Moreland seemed about the right height, so to see a Tommy DeVito (Dailey) just about the same height was hard to get by. Again, not the fault of the actor - but I need to see someone taller than that in the role; in fact, one of the DeVito actors I've seen was actually as tall as Gaudio (he was also the second-best DeVito I've seen). When the two are arguing face to face, it lacks punch. Hines is tall, as I think the real Nick Massi was, and I've seen actors both tall and of average height portray him. This height factor has nothing to do with the production, but if you've seen other productions as I have, you might need to get past this to fully appreciate the play. All that said - if you haven't seen "Jersey Boys," go see this production. If you HAVE seen "Jersey Boys," go see it again. It's always worth seeing!

Jersey Boys was the most incredible show I've ever seen.

Enjoyed the show. The story of Frankie Valli with an I. The music and singing were spot on and very enjoyable. So good that they left you wishing they would have finished the entire song before moving on in the story.

Wow!!! This performance was fantastic!! The music was great and the storyline was greater. If you grew up with the Four Seasons, you will really enjoy this show! If you weren't around then, it doesn't matter because you will fall in love with them after you see this show! Had a great time!

My third time seeing Jersey Boys the first two were fantastic. I was so looking forward to seeing it again, imagine my disappointment when this one had changed into a clone of the movie including repeating the words verbatim.

The Jersey Boys actors/singers gave a rousing performance, but muted the entire time by microphones, amps, speakers---the entire sound system-- was down. We had center seats Row M on May 18. Did the theatre fix this?

I chose to see the show as a gift to myself and didn't rely on friends who might change their mind or not having a date. Best decision I have made in a long time!! I was revitalized to my love of music as life has a way of letting your passions get pushed aside. I'm back to my concerts and plays! Thanks Jersey Boys!!

You get a lot of history in the first Act, which adds a lot of meaning to the songs as they come out. Great team of voices. Very enjoyable musical.

This was my second time seeing Jersey Boys and the first time for my husband. He isn't so much for musicals, but absolutely loved it! The actors were so talented and the singing was amazing! From the opening act until the very last song, we were both singing and couldn't get enough. We would definitely see it again the next time it comes back to Chicago.

Wanted to see the live performance of the Jersey Boys ever since I saw the movie just a couple of months ago. The live show was exceptional. The music was such a great remembrance of when the Four Season's were playing their new songs. The cast did a tremendous job in bringing the Jersey Boy's story to life!

What a great collection of talent. I was very impressed with the singing and choreography. It took a while for the speaking voices to reach the balcony, but once they did it was amazing. I would recommend it to everyone. I would recommend not sitting any closer than the fifth row in the balcony because there is a railing with bunting in front of the first row that makes viewing almost impossible.

I could write a very long review and probably would be redundant in my comments. So, let me just say (and proudly) that this was the 8th (eighth) time I've seen the play in Chicago. The countless dollars and time I've spent to see this play...Need I say more?

I thought the show was very good, but I have seen Jersey Boys 3 times prior to this show and realized they had skipped over a few parts of the story. It wasn't an issue with me since I've seen it before, but my sister who had not seen it could not connect the dots and she also had trouble hearing the story. Not sure if it was the actors not talking loud enough or if it was the venue.

2nd time seeing this show, I LOVE IT! Would see again!

I was amazed at the number of younger people in the crowd. I do believe I saw one family with four generations enjoying the show. To me this music will always be timeless. Thank you for the memories Jersey Boys.

had been to see this show two other times in Chicago in the past and the cast was much better previously. tommy DeVito was not what I thought a tommy DeVito would be. the hair, the accent, the mannerisms simply were not that of a "jersey boy". the same applies to nick. these actors just did not give you the impression they were from jersey. their singing and moves did not pass muster. the actors portraying Frankie and bob were better but still not into that real Italian jersey boy look.

Great show! Wonderful telling of the group's story with awesome use of their music! The cast was extremely talented!

Great entertainment, fantastic show, and nice setting. Bar upstairs do not except credit cards!! So bring cash for beverages during the break.

Me being 20 years old I didn't know a lot of the songs but still got drew in by the acting and crazy shenanigans that the Jersey boys got in definitely take someone as well that knows the music all too well as they will have a great time remembering the time when they were younger

The music of my youth! Wonderful, so great. Not enough words to explain how great the show was. What a great bunch of very talented people! I would go again and again. A must see for baby-boomers.

This entertainment is worth the experience. The acting, singing and performance made the time fly by for us. The story is compelling, the music brings back a lot of memories of years gone by and the songs have staying power.

Saw the previous production of Jersey Boys a couple of years ago; and this presentation had enough subtle changes to make it feel like a different show. And the music is incredible - impossible to not tap your feet.

The substance of the show was excellent. I found the audio to be inconsistent. Many times i could not hear dialogue or songs ove the music. Could have been mt seat position.

I seen the musical 2 years ago that was a very good show . This event had way to much dialog and cliff note versions of hit songs

It lived up to all the hype. The music, the story, the actors everything was just phenomenal And what even made it more special was, it was my 1 year anniversary. My wife and I will never forget this.

This was our 22nd and 23rd time. I have to say the 22nd was okay but the 23rd met most of our expectations. We've seen the original Broadway show, the Vegas show and 2 sets of the Chicago shows - this was the third. I still highly recommend this show to all ages as I really believe it's a classic.

the story line is/was good. the singing was better than average. the the acting (delivery) was rushed and high school amateur. i've seen jersey boys in chicago and vegas. both were a lot better than production than this run in chicago. frankie never took over the stage. the acoustics are poor in that theater.

This was a great show with good music and drama. The story of Frankie Valli (Vally :)) is interesting and engaging. You really get a sense of the trials and struggles, high and lows, of trying to make it in the music industry. Of course anyone familiar with the 4 Seasons music is likely to enjoy the show from beginning to end. Its a well told story with good acting and good musicianship.

The energy of the cast was incredible. The music was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I saw Jersey Boys with my in-laws who grew up listening to them. They really enjoyed the show alot. Great nostalgic show. Very entertaining.

I didn't know what to expect but I had a co-worker who saw Jersey Boys 5 times and said it was great. I was not disappointed it was wonderful. I loved hearing songs I hadn't heard in years but that brought back memories.

Being Franki Valli & the 4 Seasons Fan we chose Jersey Boys to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and went with high expectations of a nice musical that would feature music we liked,. What we found was a great combination of a great story and a musical we would describe as goodfellas meets the music. The music, singing acting and story line was extremely well crafted and executed and like goodfellas we will return again.

Loved this musical. Incredible story, outstanding performance and excellent cast! Loved everything about this show! Second time seeing it and I would still go back again!
