I came from Minnesota for business, but I wanted to see my Lynx. The Seattle fans around my seatmate and me immediately noticed our Lynx gear, but they welcomed us warmly. We had a great time conversing with them during the game. Despite their team's less-than-stellar record, fans filled the arena. The environment was electric. My team lost, but I was glad I went.

The game was fun to watch, but there were extras that made it appealing to someone who doesn't follow sports closely. I got a free poster and t-shirt and a chance to support Planned Parenthood. The special pricing meant I could come with a group of 7 friends. We enjoyed the young dancers who provided entertainment during breaks and enjoyed the attention given to kids in the stands.
I've never been to a WNBA game. I was visiting from out of town and went to see the Sparks. Even though they lost, it was a GREAT GAME!! I had great seats and the fans were wonderful. The game went into triple overtime, so I definitely go my money's worth!

I had never been to a WNBA game & i would go again in a heart beat. The game was amazing....triple overtime...and much quicker paced in person than it seems on TV. These girls are tough!!! Jackson (Storm) fouled out with a technical foul & left the court....of her own choosing (kinda lousy sportmanship, if you ask me), Sue Bird won the game for the Storm, Candace Parker had a solid game, and the crowd was soooooo hyped & incredibly loud!! About the venue.....ticketmaster's lay out of Key Arena for the event was somewhat misleading. I was very disappointed with our seats. During the WNBA games they block off the upper level & only seat the lower level. I thought I was purchasing a seat lower than other buyers, when in reality all of the seats were around our height & CLOSER to the court. Hind sight tells me i could have bought a lower priced ticket & still had just as good of a view.

The Seattle Storm vs. LA Sparks game was awesome! We were visiting from out of town and purchased tickets to see the game. It was worth every penny! Wow! This was a great game between the Storm and Sparks very competitively fought. It went into triple over time and both teams were so evenly matched that it was evident that it would come down to which team exhibited more of a will to win. Sue Bird was that source of determination to be victorius for the Storm in this game. In the third and final overtime period she took over the game with clutch 3 point shots that ultimately gave the Storm the lead for good.

The Seattle STORM/LA Sparks game was exciting, entertaining, and all I hoped it would be. They kept the audience entertained through everything with the little Dance Troupe, giveaways, Doppler, etc. My only complaint is that for a 65+ large lady the seats are WAAAAYYYYYY too small! It was OK once you got seated, but all the getting up and down was way hard. And the normal-sized man sitting next to me agreed!

It has been a while since I have watched a WNBA game and these women have come a long way. The pace and intensity of the game has improved tremendously and is far better than many of the lethargic NBA games I have seen lately. This game went to triple OT and neither team let down for one minute (the Storm finally pulling away for the win.) The Key Arena is also a great venue. I did not see where there was a bad seat in the house. If you are in Seattle I recommend this game for a great night out.

For our first professional women's game - wow. Lots of excitement, lot's of noise (a bit too loud), fun fan activities and really a great family type event - very clean, no sleezy cheerleading outfits, young kids dancing. The food choices are basic as compared to most venues which is disappointing. The seats are comfortable and we got excellent seating through ticket master. We loved the blow up air sticks - they were free for every guest!

The venue was just right for the amount of crowd that was there. Sometimes when you have a big arena and a smaller crowd, it takes away from the experience. It helped that it was a 2 point game to add some extra excitement.

Drove 240 miles to see the game. I would do it all again even if I knew the out come before hand! The energy radiated by the 'Faithful fans" cannot be duplicated on televison nor the electricity in key Arena as a result of that fan support. The pace of the game and the physicality of the game is also best seen in person. If I only lived closer you would have another season ticket holder. This was my second game this season. Thanks Storm.......

This was a great family experience. Being married to a very, very tall man, I knew that basketball would always be a part of our lives. We have six kids - and they have followed in their dad's footsteps - both in being tall and loving basketball. And 5 of them are girls, so we jumped at the chance to take them all to a Storm game with the special $10 promo tickets offered this year for the 10th anniversary. It also happened to be Dad and Daughters night. The game was great - winning by 29 points! We had good seats - I was kind of expecting the promo seats to be further away - or not as good. The staff was all very nice and helpful. My kids loved the free "thunder sticks". Our only disappointment was that there weren't more contests/recognition of the dads and daughters in the stands. They had a few prearranged celebs and their daughters but not much for the general crowd. But all in all it was a great night and we will definitely do it again if the opportunity arrives.

My daughter and I went to Dads and Daughters night, so we go a nice deal on tickets. Storm games are a lot of fun, there are always a lot of crowd-involving things, and the team and players are very connected with the crowd, much more so than in other pro sports. The prices are not outrageous, and it is a kid-friendly atmosphere. We are looking forward to getting to our next game!

One of the best values in town. Run, do not walk, to an upcoming Home Storm game very soon! This is real basketball, real energy, up close and personal to some of the League's brightest stars! It is no wonder why the Seattle Storm dominates the WNBA All Star Roster. The Storm already has one Championship, and they could well get their second title with the talented squad they have this year! The NBA has way too many showboaters and big egos. The Storm has class acts that know how to set screens, hit jumpers, fadeaways, and when LJ is on, lots of three pointers! Sue's passing is the best of the best, and her leadership on the floor is self-evident. Tip: The Key Arena food is still basic stadium food (a bit overpriced, not always hot, and mediocre quality) so I would fill up before the game or know you are going to be out a few bucks for barely warm pretzels, cold popcorn and pretty average hotdogs. Qwest and Safeco have largely gotten it right and now offer more quality and choices -- Key Arena Mgmt., please take a look at your competition!) The Storm also have some good community outreach programs, and have made Going Green a regular part of their mission. Great role models for our youth! Overall though, a Storm game is a great family outing. The relatively low price of admission for a Pro Sporting event of this caliber (with Nationally recognized talent!) cannot be beat. Come be a part of what should be another record setting year!

I don't get into Seattle much but thought a Storm game would be a fun date night with my wife. I am so glad we made the effort to come over from the Peninsula. We parked on Bainbridge Island, took the ferry, had a nice dinner and walked to the Key arena from downtown. The venu is small enough to feel intimate and get good views but large enough for the fans. I bought really good seats for once, 3rd row, center court. The people around us were all very nice. There was great audience participation and we won which made the experience even better. The tickets were easy to download and the web sit was easy to navigate. I was sent many reminders not to forget that I had purchased tickets. Overall it was a fun filled evening away from the farm.. Thank you.

I bought my tickets months ago, anticipating Kelsey Plum would be a big scorer by late in the season making this an exciting game - and I was not disappointed. Our Storm went up early then lost the lead and trailed by a few points most of the game. With about 8 minutes to play we were 8 points down and Jewel Loyd, Brienna Steward and Sue Bird had not scored their usual point totals - I was excited to think they'd pull it off. And they did, gained the lead, ran the clock down ... then Kelsey Plum tossed up the game-tying 3-pointed leaving only 0.8 seconds - overtime here we come. But the officials, who had done a lot of poor calls throughout the game, reviewed her shot deciding her foot was on the line so the Storm was Up By One Point with less than one second to play and possession. They inbounded, ran the clock out and won. A very exciting basketball game - thanks Storm!

Great atmosphere, for kids and adults. The noise got to our 8-yr old in the last 3 minutes because the crowd was so excited as the Storm upset the best team in the nation! Bring hearing protection if you have a sensitive little one. Fun atmosphere, clean bathrooms and seats. Typical stadium/arena food options. My only complaint is how narrow the seats are. If you are even a little bit overweight, it's hard to get in and out without hurting yourself or feeling stuck. I don't know if other sections are different. We were in section 110, row 17. Great view.

I've been to many, many professional sporting events and not many were as electric and exciting as this Storm vs. Wings game! It was better than I could've imagined for my first WNBA game. In fact, based on this experience alone, my family and I will be going to back many more games this season and the seasons to come! Not only was the game exciting and the crowd electric, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. There weren't as many concession options as bigger venues but what they had was great. You have to try the lemonade! Do yourself a favor and go to a Storm game. You'll never regret your choice!

These seats have no leg room. My tall husband almost had his knees touching the person sitting in front of us. Also, whenever someone in the row needed to exit, we all had to stand up to make room for the person to pass by. The floor was super sticky-not a clean feeling from this place. When the music was playing and the kids all ran down to the court and then the music stopped before all the kids got down there and they all had to turn around-very sad moment for the very excited cheering young boy who was a great fan. The basketball game was great.

So we bought first row tickets to the Seattle vs Dallas game. We drove 3 1/2 hours to watch a friend play, we were so excited. When we arrived we went straight to our seats only to find out there is a row directly in front of us on the same level. My daughter who is 10 and small for her size could see nothing. We paid good money for tickets we couldn't use, we ended up moving to an open area and watching the game. I was very upset about this setup, first row tickets are worthless unless you're tall. Go atleast to the second or third row that way you can see over the people in front of you. Wish I could've got my money back.

I like to actually watch sporting events that I pay to go see. Seattle Storm management thinks having a three ring circus is a better way to go. There is so much noise and actual music playing the entire game except for free throws. I really want to watch the women play but with so much extra stimulus, I doubt I'll go again. I really felt so much was taken away from the professional players by diverting attention everywhere but to the game.

This was our first time going to a Storm game, it was a great experience. It was very family oriented and the crowd was really involved. They even involved the kids in the experience. My son and daughter enjoyed watching warm ups from courtside. During one of the breaks in the 2nd half they have "Doppler's Choo Choo" where the mascot starts a train and the kids get to come down to the court and follow behind. My kids just missed being part of the train because I was not prepared, but next time I'll be watching out and sending the kids down sooner.

The Seattle Storm, irregardless of the final score, played a great game. Disappointing low attendance made for a quiet arena, but those of us there did our best to cheer on our team. The veterans, especially Bird and Bishop, were stellar.. The new players, Stewie, Jewel, Lexi, Blake and others, got plenty of time on the floor - which is a big part of going to see a pre-season game. Kudos to Coach Boucek for being smart about this and knowing it is more important at this stage to let the players and coaches learn everyone's strengths and areas in need of improvement ... than to go all out to win a game that doesn't count directly toward the championship. Fun and clever game break activities, an elementary school choir doing the national anthem, and more make Storm Basketball a great place for the family.

On the night our Seattle Storm (and fans) retired the jersey #15 of Lauren Jackson, the team wins by 29 points. What a great night of Storm basketball! Lauren was "introduced" as an extra, special guest player (fun way to start things off and for her to come onto the floor for a round of applause), and later in addition to the usual t-shirt giveaways, Lauren tossed shoes to the audience. After the game (which was great all around) the ceremony to retire LJ's jersey was pretty good.

It was a fun win! The Storm took on the Connecticut Sun and immediately went ahead by 10 points \u2026 kept that or more of a margin to the end. Along the way Sue Bird and Breanna Steward and Jewel Loyd and all the rest played exciting team basketball - swarming defense, shot blocking, ball stealing. Offensively, Stewie was making 3-point shots with dead-eye accuracy while all the Storm were assisting or making their own excellent baskets. The break-time entertainment was fun as ever; Storm dance teams made up of young fans, games, giveaways, Doppler's Train, half-time Dance-A-Thon, etc\u2026 As usual, Storm Basketball is a great night out. Everything was great .. even the food choices here are a step above most sports events! And the people were terrific .. very helpful and friendly - which counts for a lot when you have young kids with you! My 8 year-old got lost (we could see her but she did not know where we were) and the people near her immediately stepped in and got her oriented and in the direction to get back to where we were sitting!

The games are always fun even when we lose so my husband & I enjoyed ourselves, even though we felt the referees definitely favored the Mercury. But, I was very disappointed, as were many others who had the same experience, that the people taking photos with the trophys did not wait 5 seconds to hold cameras still so they would focus-instead we waitied in line 45 minutes for a blurred photo. Won't bother to do that again. Elaine

The game was amazing. I was a little let down when the Storm started to fall behind but they made a great comeback and won the game. I was also able to meet Tina Thompson, Tanisha Wright and Brittney Griner. I love that the players are down to earth and willing to speak with fans.

The most intense game I've ever seen. A thrilling double-overtime victory! The crowd was on their feet for the entire 4th quarter and both overtimes!

The beer and wine was cold, the constant fans were there with their best Storm shirts, hats and posters. Fans slowly trickled in as the team did their warm ups on the court. We started the game with enthusiasm, energy, and pumped up adrenaline. Somehow the team missed so many easy shots, the crowd lost faith in their abilities to follow through and go back to playing "their game". A few hot buckets by the old faithfuls gave the crowd something to cheer about, but there just wasn't a clicking action between the players. They weren't playing as a team. A few shining stars flamed once every few minutes to keep the score close...but it just wasn't enough for the storm fans to hold on to. It would have to be a win, or nothing. Guess they voted during half time to go with nothing.

The Seattle Storm fans were into the game until the end, the players played hard, and the entertainment was great for the price. We will definitely go again!

Awesome game. First time watching the WNBA. Key Arena good viewing area. Small so all seats are good. Seats a little cramped for tall people but over all a great experience.

What a great game. We could not believe the turnout for the team. It was great to see so many people supporting our team. The towels that were waved by everyone was really an eyeful and the signs and the noise were beyond anything we had experienced before. It was a little too close at the end but what a great way to end the game with just a few seconds left. I hope to see a win tonight and then a win on the road with a great celebration in Seattle for the team.

This was our first game to a USA basketball game, and we got to see fellow Aussie Lauren Jackson play too. This is a must see for any visitors to the USA and to Seattle.

We love Storm games!! Three generations love to attend the games! But honestly, this game we were so hyped to see Brittney Griner play. We've followed her college career for years and she was awesome in person!! We had the best of both worlds - the Storm won and we saw Brittney!!

I went to see Seattle play and to see Briner in person. I was very pleased with both aspects of the event. Seattle fought back from a deficit to win the ballgame. Three pointers reigned. Briner blocked shots, got baskets from every angle around the basket and positioned herself to be an effective defender. In all it was a lot of fun and I left feeling that all was right in the WNBA world. Seattle won, Briner was superior, and Dianna T got thrown out of the game on fouls. The fans were wonderful, very supportive and encouraging.

We had a great time at the Seattle Storm game against Phoenix Mercury. It doesn't hurt that the Storm won, but it would have been fun anyway. The audience participation activities were fabulous. I'm not even a huge basketball fan, but we're planning to go again, just because the whole experience was such great family fun. Well done!
