We enjoyed all the performances! G Thang was hilarious!!!!!

Every one of those acts were banging!! Joe, Anthony Hamilton and Maze featuring Frankie Beverley was on point.

Ginuwine could have did more songs, Doug E fresh made the show littttttt! Jagged Edge let me down. Guy was pretty cool. Next 112 combined their act with Jagged edge and took away from both groups. Comedian was hilarious! Overall show was fun and entertaining.

Loved what i did see didn't get a chance to see the rest of the show but did enjoy mussel I will be at the next show.

We had a great time . we did not have a bad moment at . Great job. even when the mic's went off a few times we just sang for them

The venue was nice the music Festival was amazing, the parking was horrible it, almost made me go home I waited two hours to park, the traffic directors where horrible, the parking and parking staff made experience one of the worst ever.

Sound reinforcement problems added to the unnecessary length of the concert. The technical problems were a distraction to the performers and audience as well. Overall the concept and implementation was good.

The perfomances was okay but the concert was held too long. Whenever you have more than three groups performing the show should start at 7 and not 8. Also the Arena should invest in a new sound system.

The performance was great and would've been better if the sound system was working correctly! Very unsatisfied with the sound system. That made the experience terrible! Unpleased!

the only complaint i have with this venue is with the microphone system... the sound was terrible with the wireless mics

From where we were seating, you could barely understand the words coming out of the performers mouths. The acostics were really bad. Felt like we didn't get the best for the amount of money we paid. I have tickets for March Blues show and April comedy show. After that, we will not purchase tickets for events at this location.

Unfortunately, we could not make it to the concert due to the weather and road condition in Central Illinois. We were really looking forward to it, but it was too risky. I have been told that the concert was amazing and I hope I am fortunate enough to see Maze ft. Frankie Beverly when they come to the Chicago, St. Louis, Indianapolis area again.

I love going to see Frankie Beverly, and Anthony Hamilton in concert anywhere however, coming to the Chaifetz was a bad event. The song was messed up, at time you weren't able to hear what they were saying. I felt I had decent seats but still couldn't hear. I'm not sure of my favorite artist come into town at the Chaifetz would I go.

The concert was timed perfectly and such a great atmosphere! The parking as always was horrible, I really hope for better ASAP! .,. Joe did great and Anthony and his band rocked it well too!!!

The sound system at the Chaifetz Arena is horrible. It affected two of the four acts - Joe and Anthony Hamilton - and made the wait time between acts much longer. By the time Maze made it to the stage it was 11:10. Most of the audience left after Maze's first five songs. That could also be because Frankie Beverly's voice was not up to his usual standards. But Chaifetz needs to fix it's sound system. I will think twice before going to a concert there again.

The Concert had some issues with the sound system, which prolonged the show and prevented some of the artist to give their best. Joe came out and was able to sing about three songs initially and soon after began having issues with his mic. At one point it looked like he was about to drop the Mic and leave the stage. This issue continued throughout his set and onto Doug E Fresh set as well. However he still was very good. Anthony Hamilton and his back up singers were amazing and Maze and his band did not disappoint.

Second concert I've been to at the arena n love it . Being from Chicago love the atmosphere.

Anthony was amazing!!!!!!!! Frankie always a winner, and Joe still got it!!!!! All of us the fans were doing the thang!!!!!! Loved it all!!!!!

I was pleased the show started on time and the performers did their part but, all of the mic issues and technical difficulties was not good. I was upset that the cut Joe Thomas down to a 30min show from an hour. He did great but it felt rushed. It also felt like we paid to sit and listen to the radio because of all the long pauses between shows because of the difficulties. The sound was another thing, it sounded like there was only two speakers, usually the music is louder at concerts, I could hear the people behind me. Over all it was ok.

I enjoyed the show but they need to fire whoever was over the mic system. I wasn't pleased that the mic kept going in and out.

It was the 1st time I went and I had the most fantastic time. From Lela James all the way to the Main Attraction which was Frankie Beverly and Maze I truly enjoyed all of the performances. I highly recommend this event to anyone who wants to have a good time when any of the performers comes into St Louis. Amazing !!!

To be honest the concert was so so. Meaning it was just okay. Joe' s microphone didn't work half his set and he basically spent the majority of his time letting women touch his naked body. I could have done without the 15 minutes of that. Anthony Hamilton was good until he decided to take us to church which I really could have done without. But the one thing that really got me was the fact that there was like a 30 minutes wait between sets. I didn't pay 75 bucks a ticket to see them set the stage for 30 minutes. That was a bit disappointing. But don't get me wrong it was a decent show, due to the weather my date and I decided to leave early, for what we stayed for.

Show was great but sound system did not work most of the night.

Everything was good from beginning to end. The venue, the artists, the sound, the musicians...everything. Started right on time. 2 thumbs up.

I was disappointed. the sound system was horrible and this is not the first bad experience I have had at the Chafietz! good money was paid for this concert and I expect the sound to be ready to go. in addition, I also expect to get good performances from the acts. With the group Next, I prefer for you to sing not strut around the stage with your shirt off! Ginuwine took too much time trying to woo the women as opposed to showcasing his songs. The group Guy can probably hang it up. that was a very disappointing display of being a headline act. on the flip side, Doug E. Fresh never disappoints. Jagged Edge and 112 did a good collaboration. on a scale of 1- 10 (with ten being the highest), I would give it a seven.

Loved the show. The surprise was that the first artist to play, NEXT, was one of the best - so don t get there late !!

Group 112 only sang one song and it was in the middle of Jagged Edge who were GREAT!! Ginuwine and Doug E Fresh always bring their best. Guy was a little all over the place, but did sing the songs we want to hear.

I really enjoyed Jagged Edge/112/Guiwine with alongside of my open relationship that soon made the relationship much stronger, afterwards!! Black Magic is no...ALL bad lol

This was an amazing show!!!! Still reminiscing about all of the performances 3 days later. Everyone was fabulous!

I loved all of the artist especially the battles between 112 and backstreet when they sung eachothers songs.

This was one of the best concerts I have ever been to and I have attended a lot of concerts. The live music in between acts was enjoyable. It made the waiting tolerable. It was very surprising to me though to see the majority of people leave when Frankie Beverly came on stage. I think it was rude given the legends agreed to come. I dont think this would have happened in a major city like Chicago. One other disappointing encounter was the traffic to get in the venue. Even though I received an email in advance notifying me of the congestion, it was horrible!! It may not be a bad idea for the city to consider paying the police to direct in the traffic, like other major cities. It took us at least one hour to get through the traffic - ridiculous!!!

I LOVED THE CONCERT BUT THE SOUND SYSTEM WAS HORRIBLE

The concert was good, didn't get to see Joe because of traffic. Anthony Hamilton put on a great show, everyone in the group loved him. Frankie Beverly has reached that age, time to retire, Maze still played wonderfully.

Anthony Hamilton put on a great show! I'd recommend friends go see him perform.

The artist were great. My only complaint was the sound system. Joe kept fading in and out. Then on his last song we couldn't hear him at all. The concert was not worth the $90 I spent.

The first time I was even in the area to hear Maze and Frankie Beverly was 1993 on my way to my grandmother's funeral. They were playing in St Louis. As much as we wanted to go, we knew we could not. Time and unforeseen occurances kept me from getting a chance to go. This year, they were playing again in St Louis. Only this time, my amazing husband of 2 1/2 years saw my excitement that they were coming and asked if I wanted to go. What could I say but yes. With the added bonus of Joe and Anthony Hamilton, on Valentine's Day...what more could a girl ask for. Even the SNAFU's throughout the show was not enough to dampen our enthusiasm. My husband had never heard of Maze and Frankie Beverly, but we went out the next day to get him a 2 disc CD set, because the one we bought at the concert is mine!! Amazing show, amazing talent. Can't wait to see them again. So much enthusiasm, even after 35-40 years. Amazing!!

Overall good concert, Chaifetz Arena seats are way too small Suggest putting late comers in one section together.

Went to the St. Louis Music Festival on February 14, 2014. Whoever was in charge of doing the sound check Before the show began should be fired. The first two acts were - 'Joe' and 'Anthony Hamilton'. There were so many technical problems - micro phones not working - that there was almost a one hour delay before Anthony Hamilton could come on. This resulted in Maze featuring Frankie Beverly not starting their performance until after 11:00pm.

excellent show for the price paid, Doug E Fresh was an added attratction got the crowd hype between the acts.

I normally don't do concerts but my husband loves seeing Maze. And I enjoyed them myself! But my favorite was Anthony! He shocked me because he sounded better than his recordings...if that's possible. Dougie Fresh as a host is always a great experience. Overall, we had an amazing time:)

concert seemed dry not a lot of energy could have used more upbeat songs

The concert was great! Joe was just "okay", but Anthony Hamilton brought it! His background singers were AWESOME! Frankie Beverly and Maze of course were amazing as usual! Doug E. Fresh kept the crowd hype in between acts. A fun time was had by all!

The was great. It would have been much better if the sound system would have been working. I did not care for the long wait until the start of the show. It was great when it did start minus the microphones malfunction.

The only thing I would change is the sound for Joe when he came out... once they got that under control, everyone else was great!

The concert itself was wonderful. I had never been to Chaifetz Arena before and I would not go again. The seats are connected and I had to sit on the edge of my seat the entire show, because I was seated next to very large women and the one that sat next to me took up her seat and part of mine. I paid 200 for floor seats so not worth it. I could not see the stage and for that amount of money I should have been able to see everything. It was not a good experience and to top it off I could not take it anymore and left while Frankie Beverly ft Maze was still performing. I was so uncomfortable sitting on the edge of my seat all night. Valentine night and my fiancé and I were miserable. Never again..

The acts were awesome, but the sound guys should be fired.

Enjoyed every moment. One big party for the grown folk. Every act was awesome. Hope they all come back again together.
