En Vogue

I had a good time at this concert. They performed well. The sound could have been better. I could not understand all of the lyrics. That is why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5. They played some old songs and popular songs, along with tribute songs. I liked the audience participation portion--very funny. I would see them again. I thought the audience was a bit rude at the end. During the final song, most people got up and left. I wanted to hear AND watch them perform the last song. Instead I had to peer over people's heads to get a glimpse. I guess there was not encore!

The girls were on-point. The location was huge - yet intimate. Awesome Evening!!

One of the best shows I've attended. These ladies performed a non stop set list of hits & wowed me with their amazing vocal ranges!

These Ladies still sound and look great. I hope they put all differences aside and work on a new album together soon. great show.

Well have to say it was unbeleavable they put on and over wellming show i had the best time of my life they are a ledgen they have a power house vioce its nice to see them back out in the field who could not say they did not have a great time i will talk about in for awhile....

After many iterations of members over the years since the 90's the original team is back and they are great! Their voices sound just as great as they did in the early 90's, they look great and can still command a stage ... Really exceeded my expectations, except the set was too short .. its as if the show at Center Stage was a teaser for their return this summer at Chastain ... but really enjoyed this a lot

Envogue is a classy group of women with amazing voice and stage presence. The medly of songs appeared well rehearsed and it was great. However, they need a different opening act. The silk show was AWFUL and it didn't even reach the level of a rehearsal. It was childish and they didn't even sing one full song! What a waste of money on them but Envogue made up for it.

I loved their set list, they got everybody up and dancing when they did the old discos songs. I loved that they ended with my favoirte song, Hold On. They were also very entergetic and I liked their dance moves. It was a great time!

Envogue is definitely worth the trip! They sang and performed all their big hits and sounded great in full harmony. I did feel at times that the music mix was off as the band played louder than the lead singers. Silk was there mainly for the ladies as they sang their swoon "party in the bedroom" karaoke songs to ecstatic women. The worse part was a 1 hour delay before the show started. Why advertise an 8pm start time when the show actually began at 9pm?

Great voices, looks, performances, venue, crowd, time!

From thair first note to the last EnVogue did it. They showed why they were and still are the queens of the female singing groups. With harmony so tight you couldn't squizze a hair between them and a stage show that was as polished as a patent leather shoe. I for one am glad they are back. Long live the " Funky Diva's"

EN VOGUE was amazing! I have been a fan of theirs since the beginning- 1990 (when I was a freshman in High School)! Never having seen them live, this was an opportunity that I could not miss, especially since this was the ORIGINAL 4: Terry, Cindy, Dawn & Maxine! The ladies still have it: amazing voices, beauty, and a friendly synergy that would make any fan temporarily forget they broke up once upon a time! Most importantly, they were having fun! It was gorgeous, listening to them with fireworks as the backdrop! I am ready for a comeback!

My husband and I really enjoyed the Tony Toni Tone and En Vogue show. Both performances were great. It's great to see Tony Toni Tone still give an excellent performance without Raphael Saadiq and En Vogue getting back together again to give an excellent performance as well.

The atmosphere was soo fun. Tone Loc was fun, Naughty by Nature was very reminiscent amd Envoge reminded me of why I loved their music. The ladies still got it. They can sing, dance, and soo very beautiful. I wish this music was still on top. The only negatives about the show was that people started standing in front of the stage in the way of the good seats in front and security allowed it. We paid extra for seats we had to stand at in order to see and that sucked part the time or least after the alarm on my high heels went off and my feet hurt. The other neg was I would have loved to buy a t-shirt or get a signed autograph, you know access to the performers. At least Trech from NBN walked around after and took photos with fans and was nice about it. Overall, a fun get together. Wished other 90's hit makers could have been there.

They look great! Unfortunately the quality of sound of the music did not match up with this impressive trio. Several times throughout the performance I felt the music drowned out the lyrics. on a positive note, I think their performance was impressive and I would still recommend the show.

The setting was very intimate which I liked. The show was great, I really enjoyed it. Seating at bb king was the downside. It was a first come seating and very stuffed together like sardines.

These girls are still Hot. Never fail to please. The new girl was a perfect fit. They have a lot of energy and kept the audience fully engaged for the whole show.

En vogue was on point Friday night. The girls had powerhouse voices and gave 110% on every song. My husband and I were impressed with the music and sound at BB King's. We were on the floor but had no problem seeing. The experience was great, well worth it. Awesome job ladies!

En VOGUE had nine cds, they was unable to sing four songs. they where singing other people songs. i didn't paid to hear them sing other people songs. I PAID FOR EnVOGUE to sing their songs. this is last time paying for them to sing. Yes performance was good. Unless their don't have no rights to their songs.

WOW! These sexy women are Hot! Hot! Hot! They are the best female harmony group I have ever seen. A real high power show! The Saban has the best crowd, very, very mixed in types of people as well as various age groups! Very cool! Everyone there came to have a fun evening.

The girls had great energy - nonstop singing. Great concert - better than what I thought it would be!

Polished sexy vocals are still there. That being said th being said.the other half needs to come back to bring the magic back.like the Tempts no one bigger than the group.

They were on fire. I would absolutely pay to see them again!

These women can really sing. It's great to know you can go to a concert and listen to a group sing without the help of auto-tunes. Cindy and Terri can still sing like they were on their albums. And the new lady, Rona Barrett, can sing as well. Great time. Great job En Vogue.

It doesn't matter how much time it's been since they were in their hey day. They were as great ever!! Loved the show!!

These beautiful women sound great, look great and put on a fantastic show. Big Fun! I only wish the little man in front of me had actually watched the show instead of focusing on blocking my view with his gargantuan phone to videotape the entire concert. The venue was excellent and the Mercedes Benz VIP lounge was quite nice.

EnVouge was incredible and our seats were amazing. Very intimate seeting and we just love going to see events there. I can say that the sound system needs improvemnet. The band was louder than the singers and sometimes struggled to hear them.

En Vogue still got it! Their energy and voices were on point. Thet kept the crowd of all kinds entertained. Their songs brought back so many good memories. They also sang a tribute to artists that have inspired their work which was so much fun! They also surprised me with their humor. I would definitely see them again but a better venue.

En Vogue partied like an "old school" party and we did not want it to stop. We danced around the stage the whole time... :)

For a 90 min concert, I was disappointed that they didn't sing ALL their hit songs. I wasn't interested in listening to a melody of other groups' hit songs. The tickets had a 7:00 show time. There was no opening act. Envogue didn't hit stage until 8:10 pm. Also, c'mon, folks. True EnVogue fans know the originals by their FIRST name: Cindy, Terry, Dawn and Maxine. Then the story goes that eventually Dawn left the group, came back, left again, etc. Last night when the "new" trio was on stage and after Terry and Cindy introduced themselves (they still look good and voices are still powerful), I couldn't believe the NERVE of that 3rd one (can't recall her name, it's irrelevant anyway) dancing/singing around up there like she was one of the originals ~ smh!! She didn't even bother to give ANY of the original group members their "props" or due respect?!! At least Dennis Edwards gave props for David Ruffin (go ask an olskool-er if you don't follow what I'm saying). Just didn't like her "perpretrating" #YouBettaRecognize #FreeYourMindAndRestWillFollow

EnVogue did a very good job of keeping us entertained. The show was excellent!

Great show, high energy! The band was better than I remember and I liked the choreographed dancing to all the songs and how the songs kept going the whole time without much break.

Took my Mom here for her Mother's Day gift. She and I used to jam out to them and S&P (still do) and I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate her youth! En vogue was amazing; they put on a fantastic show. Their energy was up, they smiled at everyone, they sang like perfect angels... and they touched our hands at the end while looking at you straight in the eyes. It felt as if the show was personally for us. Thanks for the outstanding performance ladies! My Mom loved it!

The women were amazing! It was a great show with a lot of energy. I only wish they played a better venue.

We didn't know what to expect from this performance, but I must say that we were knocked off our feet. En Vogue today looks and sounds just like they did 20 years ago...very pleased!!!

Show started late, but it was amazing. These girls can sing! Wow! Luvd it all. Sang all their hits plus some motown classics! They told everyone to get in the aisles and dance! High energy. Awesome job ladies!

Cindy, Terry, and Rhona lit the stage on fire like arsonists in stilettos. I know a concert is good when I do not want to clap because I am too busy trying to hear every note, every harmony, every lyric. Of course that did not stop the rest of the audience from erupting in praise because the ladies of En Vogue are just so fancy. En Vogue is the quintessential girl group -every girl can sing lead, their harmony is heaven transposed on Earth, and they all are masterful performers. My only suggestion to the ladies: OPEN THE SHOW WITH "WHATEVER". My suggestion to the public: SEE EN VOGUE LIVE WHEN THEY COME TO YOUR TOWN.

Great show, but missed Maxine. Terry worked it out!!!!

The show was simply amazing. They looked and sounded great!!! Cindy was on top of her game vocally and sexy as eva! Terry's vocals were POWERHOUSE as usual.. and she looks like she hasn't aged at all.. Rhona was looking all kinds of fierce and her runs are undeniable. En Vogue in my mind is the best female group of all time.. and this show proved it. I would have changed some of the song choices but nevertheless it was brilliant!

Envogue was amazing! They were engaging the audience and interactive and just Awsome..

The Funky Divas rocked Sound Board like it was 1991. They performed many of their classic hits along with other timeless classics from the likes of Aretha Frankiln, Pattie Labelle and Diana Ross and the Supremes. The ladies also performed a few Christmas songs in which they asked four Santa Clause's to join them on stage. Amazingly, my brother was one of them-definitely his dream come true...lol. Overall, the show was excellent and when I left I was tired from having such a good time. I was thoroughly pleased and can't wait for the ladies to come back :-)

This was my first time at this venue. It is kind of a club setup, so the floor seating was way low. I was glad I was in the 7th row, or I would have had a kink in my neck from looking up at the stage. The show was advertised at 8, but EV did not hit the stage until nearly 9pm. The ladies were fantastic though. Dawn can still sang, well they all can. They did their hits (I was disappointed My Lovin' was third though), a handful of 60s/70s covers and a couple of Christmas songs. They were onstage about 90 minutes. It was not a big special effects-laden show and they did not change outfits fifteen times but it was one of the best performance-wise shows I have been to in a long time. I've wanted to see EV since I was about 14, so this was an amazing night for me at 33.

Salt n Pepa with En Vogue together singing what a man!!! Priceless!

The music was fantastic from the emotions, salt'n pepa and En vogue. Wish they had a live band.

Although Salt N Pepa were not the headliners, they pretty much took the show. En Vogue were great, as expected. The Emotions strained to keep their voices intact and deserve an "A" for effort.

This is the first time I have seen any of this ladies in concert, great show.

The concert rocked from the very beginning to the very end. There was really no reason for seats to even be there, because we stayed on our feet partying it up!!!

En vogue killed BB Kings, The girls are older but they look the exact same, they were energetic and engaging. The sound was electric; I think they could have shattered glass like the old Memorex commercial. Money well spent...They rocked the Oldies session.

They are my most favorite group the fact that they are back together is wonderful, and to witness nothing has changed and they are just as pretty and talented as i remember. This is diffentely a must see show. Thanks To Terry for doing her thing she danced like it was nothing.

My favorite was Silk then Toni, Tone then EnVogue. I would have enjoyed EnVogue more if they performed more of their own hits. All in all, the vicinity was perfect and a great Girls' Night Out!

SILK AND EN VOGUE WAS AN AWESOME CONCERT. TRUELY LOVED IT.

Honestly, I would have to say that this was one the best concerts that I have been to! The concert was up close and personal. It was great to see of the four girls united again! I was a little disappointed that they didn't sing more songs from their Funky Divas album. The venue was a little small, but it worked out overall. I was able to take some up close and personal shots with my camera! They sang about 5 hit songs, "Hold On," "Never Gonna Get It," "Whatta Man," "Don't Let Go," and "Free Your Mind." It brought old time memories! They haven't missed a beat; they look great (can't tell that they have kids, married), and sang wonderfully!

Whodini, Midnight Star, Digitsl Underground... they put in WORK and had everyone singing and dancing!!! Ginuwine had too many people on stage with him, Blackstreet was the biggest disappointment only doing 3 songs and done. And by the time En Vogue cane out everyone was leaving. Also the old school groups had DJs and instruments and Blackstreet and En Vougye just seemed lazy singing to tracks and relying on videos to entertain. If I could go back i would not have paid what we paid. It was at best a $40 show (and that s the good seats)

The concert was great, many people showed up late and missed the best performances. Many of the performers had to cut short their acts when they were just getting to their best hits. Perhaps their stage time was cut short for the last act? EnVogue closed the concert, but they should have been an opening act. They kept everyone waiting, why they wrere delayed getting on stage when they were the last act? Their set and songs are slow ballads, and did not warm up or get the audience up out of their seats, in fact half of the audience left the building during the second song. We wondered if they noticed that everyone was leaving?

I was happy to go watch my good friend perform. Otherwise, I'm not fond of the singing to tracks type of concerts. They are all very talented on their own, but for $100, I'd like to see some bands. Midnight Star did a great job, although I'm sure they still had a track behind them. I love Whodini and their music. Club Nuveau was awesome and Valerie Watson stole the show. Genuwine- great stage presence, and involvement. Just wish he wouldn't have lip synced or relied on his background singers so much. Would have liked to hear more songs from Blackstreet. JJFad was fun. Nice night out, but will only return if my friend performs again!

All the performances were good. I think the concert should have been held in LA somewhere. Honda Center was not the venue for this genre of music. All the performers gave there all despite the concert being 75% full.

What a wonderful event. I was so amazed at the turn-out especially of "Men". I treated to girl friend for her birthday - it was her 1st time at Kings Theatre. Everything just flowed. The host - Boris was outstanding as usual. The contestant were very impressive was their answers to individual questions and all were well clothed. I hope that all involved with this organization continue to expand this wonderful event and I do look forward to attending next year.

The show was very nice! Boris was an Excellent host had me laughing all night I also really enjoyed the drumline the gospel singer and of course envogue! I would definitely attend another show and our seats were great! Not to mention meeting Margo from love and hip hop as my bartender!

I loved, loved, loved the woman empowerment and would definitely go again next year. I absolutely love my hair products

It was an event that I felt really empowered. It was great opportunity to see women of color striving to make a difference in their lives as well as in their communities . En vogue put on a performance that so awesome I will always remember for years to come. Not to mention I love Ashley stewart!!

Enjoyed the show. I was somewhat disappointed that the promotional picture depicts the four original members. Of course only two original members were present with one back up member (who I thought was outstanding considering the circumstances). However, the show was dynamic and the ladies appear to be working hard to get back to form.

I was tempted to rate 4 stars; however, I had to rate what they deserved. I was going to rate 4 stars because they did not have a band behind them, but even without the band, they were fantastic. Their voices -- oh -- how incredible and crystal clear. Their performances were exceptional. Yes, I would recommend that everyone attend their show.

the show was great. the band played great. the girls looked amazing. they were very open in communicating with the crowd. songs were amazing. it was so good to see them live. they made it worth every penny. i wish the music industry would go back to music like this.

This was the best concert ever. I loved En Vogue, but really never noticed Cindy. (Men and women say she was always the cutest, and the lead singer.) Cindy is now my favorite. Go Cindy.

I saw En Vogue at Motor City Sound Board in Detroit and these ageless Divas, rocked the house. They are energetic, beautiful and soooo classy! My only complaint was the show could have been longer. They wrapped up their act in one hour and fifteen minutes.

En Vogue was wonderful at the Motor City Casino. I had first row and it was amazing. The women of En Vogue still has the energy, the voices and the talent as they did when they first started. They performed there hits, motown hits and christmas songs. Would love to relive it again. Thank Ev Vogue.

I came to Detroit, for my Birthday to see En Vogue. En Vogue sing like birds, the group was tight, voices was supreme. Very sexy Ladies, I am glad they are back together. Soundboard has super custromer service, the Best seat in the House. I will be back for another show.

We enjoyed the show very much, the women sounded great but would have liked the show to start on time!! That was our first time to Sound Board.

The concert was Excellent! I really liked the old school part where they sang segments of songs of the olden days. The outfits were great - they look great as usual. The band was awesome (I'm a musician). Overall It was very enujoyable.

El Mar furs delayed the start of the concern. We as working people did not appreciate the very tacky and unprofessional fur show. The MC was also unprofessional. The Envogue concern was great. The Ladies did not come dress to impress.

Great concert. The girls brought it! The did an old school review and song and dance none stop. I would defiantely want to see them again. I had a great time.

They sang over recorded tracks, but the ladies still have the pipes--they were great. HOWEVER, they only performed for 1 hour!! The ladies came on by 8:15 and were gone by 9:08pm. We paid for En Vogue (not an opening act no one cares about), so we paid OVER $1 PER MINUTE! No excuses--it's ridiculous by anyone's standards. The audience was stunned--everybody was talking about it afterward (& several people showed up at 8pm bc they thought the opening act STARTED at 8pm, based on the ticket info). Regardless, I have never attended a concert where the headliner performed for under an hour: Prince, Lenny Kravitz, Incubus, Jay-Z...NO ONE--kids' recitals last longer! Who clears their schedule and gets a babysitter for a 1 hr night on the town? SORRY! Put up another 30 mins at least. Not fair to the fans, or BB Kings reputation.

Great performance....Sistas still got them voices! My only dislike was that their set was only an hour long! They didn't perform "Never Gonna Get It", "Runaway Love", or "Don't Go"....other than that, definitely enjoyed them.

The show was fantastic, it was great to see both of my favorite groups together on one bill. I've waited all of my life to see this. En Vogue was amazing, their harmony was on point - the blast from the past portion of the show was great! (I sang all of the classic hits) Maxine & Dawn sang their butts off! Salt N Pepa, what can i say? Their set was right on time, I was on my feet the whole time & rapped every lyric to every song...amazing is the only word to describe the overall show. I got there a bit late, I only heard The Best of My Love from The Emotions, but they still sound good! Lastly, I have to thank you guys at Ticketmaster because I didn't know this concert was happening until I received the email from you guys, so thank you very much!!!!!

The girls from En Vogue still got it, they sure can "sang" and Salt n Pepa really took me back with there old school classics. I really had a good time I was on my feet for most of the show!

Nothing like taking it back old school with my independent strong female vocalists that were my idols from the 90s!!!! En Vogue was awesome with their "Free Your Mind" number and all their number ones, but I have to say my favorite part of the show was Salt-N-Pepa, they rocked the stands and pumped everybody up from start to finish. They even gave us a glimpse on songs that are in the works in the studio, Super excited to see what they will come out with! Great voices, great rapping and nothing but strong women. I LOVED IT.

I had thought that Salt -n-Pepa would be just another "opening" act for my favorite group En Vogue... man was I wrong! They turned the par-tay out! Much to my surprise, the crowd went nuts during their show. In fact, I think the audience(not necessarily me) expended so much of their energy on S&P that by the time En Vogue got on stage everyone was a little pooped out! What a shame cause EV sounded great as usual and looked fantastic, especially Cindy & Dawn! Fontunately, the crowd got re-hyped when they hooked back up with S&P to perform "Whatta Man", and their mega hit "Hold On". I really hope that these beautiful and talented ladies grace us with another CD soon! I also want to give a shoutout to the Emotions, they sounded bettter than I'd expected, too!

I gave 4 stars it could have been 5 if the emotions had not been there, they were pretty bad. But Salt and Pepa made up for it, they had energy and that woke up the crowd Envogue have beautiful harmony and they look amazing, I love them

They haven't lost a step on many years and look great as always. I hope to see them again soon. This was one of my very favorite concerts! Love the Emotion and Salt n Peppa ROCKED IT!

Fabulous. I really enjoyed myself. It was one non-stop party from Salt n' Pepa till the end. The voices are still fantastic. The harmony intoxicating. Let's do it again.
