Girls Day!! First she thought just meet and greet because we left to grab dinner, little did she know we were going back for the show! We had great seats and they put on an AWESOME performance. This day was incredible I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. I drove almost 3 hours to see team 10 and I would drive 6 or 10 hours because they are worth it. They have changed my life for the better & I thank them everyday.

I feel security should have made people who were sitting on other people s shoulders move to the back. If you re going to be on someone s shoulders go to the back so everyone else can see we had 3 people in front of us that did this and obstructed the view for many. Also I ordered a double crown and sprite but it was more like a sprite with a pinch of crown.

Took my 11 year old for his birthday. He watches Jake Paul on YouTube and is a big fan. Note that this concert is nothing like his channel. All music - and pretty bad music. Most of the show isn't Jake Paul, but rather various kids from his Team 10 entourage - DJs and "rappers" - lip-syncing. More than half the show was over before Jake Paul even came on stage. And all he did was rap - not his strong suit. The best part was waiting in line for over an hour to buy his "merch". And considering 3/4 of the audience was kids, why they had no kids sizes is beyond me. But this concert is not for me - it's for kids like my 11 year old. Unfortunately, he was very disappointed as well. We'd give this concert no stars if we could.

The concert was so amazing! I went loving team ten and it was great! If you are a team ten lover or have kids who love team ten. They were interactive with the audience and had a lot of pauses. You may want to get there early if you want merh. The line was very long and went up a staircase.

I give it 3 stars because my son loves Jake Paul. The parents were terrible though. It's sad it's a show for kids and the parents fighting and screaming. One parent in front of me couldn't even move to the side so my son looked at her back all night while being pushed by her. The concert was extremely short. The DJ played music for almost an hour then the concert was only 30 minutes. They don;t ell you that after you wait in line to pick up your will call tickets that you actually have to go down the block and wait in another line for the actual show. So much for getting there 5 hours early.

My wife and I took our 2 kids to this show because they are huge fans and for 200$ he "performed" for 40 minutes then show was over. What a disgrace! No wonder these talentless acts have so much money n fancy cars. They literally steal from hard working parents of children who are their fans. This kid should learn more than one song too! He "sang" same song 6 times. That was basically the so called performance. Having 7-14 year olds sing along and say cuss words to his music. Disgraceful and we will never ever pay money to see him again!!

Jake had a lot of energy but only performed for forty minutes (after starting late) with no encore. He repeated "It's Everyday Bro" four times, which would have been fine if the last three weren't back to back. We were told several times that the show would be an hour and a half minimum. Very disappointing. They could have done much more than songs. More interaction with the crowd for example. We would only return because the kids are huge fans but our expectations will be extremely low.

We had meet and greet tickets to jake paul. We absolutly loved the concert and the meet and greet but it was a very poor venue to have this at. It was 96 out we had to wait 3 houra in the Sun no shade. The vending machines were empty and cafe closed. It was a long miserable wait. But the jake paul experience was amazing!

I was not looking forward to taking my son to this concert, but the look on his face and his excitement made it all worth it. I ended up enjoying myself as well. The venue was smaller, but nice. No wait for restrooms and reasonable prices for food and drink. My son is already planning to attend again. The concert was about two hours.

There were no Jake Paul T-shirt s at his show. Only $60and up hoodies- and nothing in youth sizes My daughter ended up with a $25 shirt in adult medium for an unknown artist just to get a souvenir!! Seemed very poorly set up. If they had anything for a ten year old girl( whom was the majority of the crowd) I would have spent several hundred dollars on the merchandise.

Surprisingly the show pretty much started on time. It only lasted about 90 minutes which I guess is ok for this type of show. Only complaint was they sold out of everything at the merch stand. This wasn't even half way over and decided to fight the line. Well huge mistake, all sold out. Not really sure how this happens when they are on the road and have more shows to do. The DJ wasn't that great, and honestly the show was late to start. We ended up waiting an extra hour in the 94° heat on top of the 2 hours we were already waiting. The venue was not kid friendly at all, I mean full fledge bar in concert aimed towards teens and tweens isn't a great mix. Plus the sound guy had the base up so high my sinuses were vibrating- needless to say I was not impressed by this overpriced kid show who does nothing but brag on how much money they made off us.

I have a 11 year old daughter who loves Jake paul. So I decided to take her. Well the tickets said 6:30. We got to the venu at 5 and we stood in line outside in 90plus degrees. They finally started to let people in after 7 o clock. Then after 8 we just listened to a DJ for an hour doing nothing but pass out stickers and make instagram videos. I feel like we got more of a DJ concert than a Jake paul concert. My daughter even made the remark of there was more of the DJ and she was disappointed. The venu needs to get the times in order and not keep people outside almost an hour after the ticket times

This was by far my worst experience at a concert. The gates opened a half hour late, it was extremely hot inside the venue and to top it all off Jake Paul was late. We walked inside Express Live! At 7:00 and Jake did not appear on stage until 9:40 all while waiting in a room that was sewelreeing hot. Not cool, Jake.

Considering the majority of this audience was young kids, the show started way too late. The opening "act" was a DJ and after an hour, listening to him say the same thing over and over got really old. Also, the show was indoors and it was extremely hot so everyone was sweating the entire time. Jake and team were OK. Overall experience not good.

I took my 9 year old son, to his first concert, this was it! This was the first time, he ever showed interest in a concert, I am sure it was the meet and greet. Took my daughter to this tour and she loved it . The show was energetic and fun . Not a long show , maybe 75 minutes..they were very interactive with he crowd and also kind enough to come out after show and take pics with the fans out by the buses. The message given during the show by Jake Paul was a positive one about believing in yourself and your dreams . He acknowledged depression as being an issue these days and to realize we all get down sometimes but you have to pick yourself back up. Over all my 12 year old really enjoyed the show as did I.

I paid for VIP. I did not receive an email for the meet & greet. They offered one after the show and it was a joke. Very rushed. The ONE person my daughter wanted to meet (Jake Paul) was not there for that. With all the money I spent I am VERY disappointed. Wouldn't recommend any of this to anyone

Jake gave a little heart to heart to the kids at the end of the show which was really nice. The only thing was that the merchandise ran out really fast, we were in line prior to the show and had limited selection. I would go see another show at Rosemont again.

To start. My niece and daughter never met Jake Paul. The ridiculous email that was never sent through ticket master had me and ten other family's not make it in time for the meet and greet. We were then told we could meet them after the concert but instead were rushed into one picture that wasn't even with Jake Paul. Had my daughter on her birthday in tears. I am beyond upset that we spent the time and money to be pushed aside and not taken care of. No autographed merch. And one picture with Jake Paul's friends.... it was very upsetting. This was not a cheap ticket and we received nothing. Hope to hear a response/call back soon..

My son watches Jake Paul every day on YouTube. He was very excited to go see him live. However Jake Paul and the entire team 10 really were not into it. They looked bothered to be performing and had no energy. Very disappointed my son wanted to leave early and so did many others.

My 12 year old daughter had a blast. We got her meet and greet tickets and Jake Paul asked her how see was doing and said he liked her team 10 hoodie. That made her night!!
