They are an amazing band! I recommend any fan of KOC to see them live! They are great and do not disappoint. There was a buzzing going on though. Probably due to the sound-check guy or something. Overall great band and great venue.

Erlend and Eirik put on one of the best live performances I've ever witnessed. I wasn't sure what to expect, but my expectations were far exceeded. Their mostly acoustic set of just two guitars and their melodic, in sync voices was very mesmerizing. The sold out Fillmore was certainly a tribute to this great duo. Thanks Kings of Convenience for the great show. Come back to Nor Cal again very soon!

Finally. I have been waiting for this moment for over 6 years. KOC was amazing. Seth Pettersen was a great warm-up. Please drag KOC back to LA from Norway more often!!! The energy in the room was fantastic. Perfect venue for their show. Thank you!

The Kings of Convenience are such and amazing band to see live, and this time was no exception. I was also pleasantly introduced to Seth Peterson and the Undertow, which were a really unexpected, but great acompaniment to The Kings, as well as an awesome opening band, who I would gladly see again. Other than a technical difficulty involving Erlend's Guitar, the concert was one of the better ones I've gone to.

I've been to very polarizing shows, and I've got to say that this is one of the best. Ever since I discovered them, I had been dying to see them live, just to make sure that they're real. haha! KOC gave a hundred percent despite the fact that they were quite jet lagged - they were charismatic, they danced and played a very good range of songs, including the less popular ones. They were very interactive with the audience and you could tell that they genuinely cared about the fans. They played together mostly, but for songs such as I'd Rather Dance With You they brought in an accompanying band (which was their opening band as well). When they played together it was still just as beautiful. The show, was a perfect length - and they played an encore of two songs. Highly recommended, if you get the chance, see them! Their shows are quite unique.

Absolutely Amazing show!!!!! hope it won't take another 6 years for them to come back. Whoever hesitated to watch these guys, but didn't due to ticket costs missed out. It was worth every penny.

This was easily one of the best smaller venue shows I attended this year. They played flawlessly, had an incredibly energetic onstage presence and kept the audience involved the entire time. Their first Los Angeles show in 6 years and definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The Norwegian lads were achingly beautiful. Eirik's superior songwriting coupled with their superb guitar technique made for a truly enchanting evening. The sound was profound and vast. Their touch on guitar modulated with great sensitivity, chill-inducing resonance and chiming assertions. Voice was soft and husky yet god-like in its might. I fell in love with my wife all over again. After the show I told Eiric how his music had brought us together from a surreptitious beginning and he sincerely said he was honored to have played that part. Seth etc. was, sorry, quite mediocre. He can sing and play and sports a sweet slide guitarist, but bass and drums were thumpingly indistinct. The main problem is the songwriting. Pretty annoying really! Seth and co. backed the Kings at the end of their set quite competently; you would think that having played with them Seth might learn something a bit more thoughtful and adventurous about song-writing. Seth my first girlfriend (and sentimental virgins we)was from Camarillo like you, and I really wanted to like you. Terribly sorry. The ahow still gets an amazing rating because the Kings were so powerful.

I never post reviews of concerts, but man I can't even begin to describe how amazing this show was. As it was my first time at the Music Box--and my first time seeing Kings of Convenience-- I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but it exceeded anything I'd have hoped for. The venue was beautiful with a great rooftop afterparty, making for an overall unforgettable experience.

The show was AMAZING. The venue was perfect for Kings of Convenience. The only thing was that there was a buzz in the speakers at certain moments. But they played all my favorite songs and played a full set. I would go see them again in a heartbeat!
