I loved the experience at the Soldier Field. The fireworks was a big surprise but even more the staff they were very polite, fun and helpful.

The overall experience was a once in a lifetime event. The atmosphere was fun. The organization of everything was spot on. My only complaint would be the price. I have been to several other events in other cities and have paid much less.

Was pretty disappointed to note that, despite the picture provided on the Ticketmaster Website by Soldier Field, the tickets we had purchased-- while they WERE in fact end-seats, were NOT Aisle seats. One of the seats had virtually zero leg room because there was a concrete wall coming in at a slant. While I couldn't truthfully call these seats "limited view" they basically are. BUYER BEWARE: pretty much every seat in Section 317 (which is a little corner slice that can't even rightly be called a "section" in any reasonable respect) at Soldier Field (and particularly those that are the furthest seats to the left, facing the field of play, are a terrible investment, particularly at the prices that Soldier Field had the nerve to charge for this game. As far as the entertainment, thank God it rained, because some seats with some leg room opened up when the skies opened up. We were able to move to seats with a decent view and a little leg room for pretty much the entire second half of the game, without being accosted by ushers or security.

We were so excited to see the starpower of the MLS All-Stars and our team Real Madrid!! It was such a fun game, with both teams attempting to balance their firepower at the beginning, eventually ending with penalty kicks. I hope to see many more exciting games at Soldier Field in the future.

Unfortunately once again Ronaldo fails to show up; if you're going to advertise him then he better show up to these events; he owes US fans this opportunity. He also disappointed me for the Clasico in Miami.

The game and the seat I was sitting at were great. BUT, the "VIP Package" I bought that went with the game was absolutely not worth the money I paid for. First off, NOBODY reached out to any of us about information on when and where to retrieve the package until the night of the event and then you find out the money you paid isn't worth the package you bought. Second, I don't care how much free food and drink came with the package. I mean, why would I pay hundreds for free food when all I want at an event is a hot dog, nachos, and a beer? The "extras" were VERY lacking as well. We were supposed to sit in a "VIP" section for the team's practice sessions. But people kept coming into our section and the players never acknowledged us. We were stationed at a section where it was IMPOSSIBLE to get autographs. Oh, did I mention that the event was $20 for the public but, obviously, a lot more and totally not worth it to VIPs? I would NEVER buy a "VIP" package through Ticketmaster ever again.

Tonight's experience was outstanding. The event was a huge crowd with many different opportunities for fun for the little ones. The game was a terrific success and many good times and memories were shared.

The game was fine, but the event management for this game was absolutely terrible by the Solider Field staff. Parking was completely mis-handled. Cars were backed up for hours on Lake Shore Drive and I-55. Parking staff were directing people into Soldier Field Parking from Lake Shore Drive, after it was already full, having them circle around the stadium and then back onto Lake Shore Drive. This happened at two parking entrances for the stadium. Staff should have closed those entrances if parking was full. People instead had to park almost two miles away at the Millennium Park Garages. Lollapalooza was also setting up at this time so all of the east-west streets north of Soldier Field were closed for about eight blocks. There was no way for cars to get around. Signage outside the stadium for entry was also extremely poor. Only two gates were open (north and south) with no signage telling people where to go. The north gate was located on top of a hill, called the promenade, can couldn't be seen from street level from the NE, which is where all of the people walking from the north were coming from. There was no staff directing people at all. Concessions also was understaffed. Only two people were working the concessions stand where we were with a line of about 60 people waiting. It took 25 minutes to get food, which was terrible. This was an extremely poorly managed event.

It was amazing to see an international team play! The seats we had were high up but were able to see everything. We were even able to see the fireworks over at the Navy Pier from our seats.

Parking $49, maybe you could provide a security guard or mop the boathouse bathroom. Vending prices crazy too.

I drove all the way from St. Louis to attend to this game and when I got close to the stadion the whole traffic was paralyzed and not police agent to guide the traffic. I was stuck in traffic for 2 hours, less then a mile away from the stadium, and wend I finally got to the stadium, all the parking lots have been full and didn't allow anybody else. Why you organize an event and you do not have enough parking spots??? I couldn't get inside to watch the game. Stay away from Chicago events if you plan to drive.

I paid extra to be 5 rows behind the goalie. I did not know that people from other sections would be allowed into our section. People were standing in front of us and blocking the stairway that did not have seats in our section. Not to mention, none of the people in front of us would sit down at any point. My son is 9. How can he see the field when adults are standing up tin front of him he whole game. Not until the second half did Security try to get the people who did not belong out of our section. Most laughed at Security and didn't move. I finally made a suggestion to one the guards that they should stand at the top and check tickets to make sure people entering the section belong there. When I finally got upset enough to leave, I noticed that she took my advice. What should have been a great Father and Son night out ended up to be a waste of money and time.

This game was a very fun experience. The quality of soccer was good, and there was just enough entertainment before the game to keep us interested such as interviews and highlight reels. The downside of this experience was the price. We paid over $100 for 300 level seats and we could not see the whole field. We also had no cover from the heavy rain which lasted the first 30 minutes of the game. The worst value was the parking fee - a whopping $49. There was no parking within 2 miles for under that price. I feel that we were gauged by the Chicago Park District.

This was our first trip to Chicago and to Soldier field. We are Real Madrid fans and traveled from NH to see them. The game was awesome and the stadium is really nice. It was a great show from the national anthem to the end of the game and we would come back to watch another.

After being stuck in traffic for 2.5 hours (normally 45 min.) we arrived right at the start of the Event. But would we get in, NO! All the parking lots were full and blocked off by Police. At each lot they would direct you to another one, but then that one would direct you to another one. The whole area was in gridlock and after a frustrating 1.5 hour drive around we had to give up. The city had many roads closed near the stadium because of an Fest starting the next day, and getting around was a total nightmare. I would say take public transportation, but in gridlock, even they couldn't get through. Walking A LONG WAY would be the only real option.

The game was wonderful. The access to soldiers field (my first ever time) was worse that the access to similar fields in much smaller cities in Europe. Ticketmaster tried to sneak in an extra charge of $23 for 'nothing'!

Someone else had also purchased tickets for the same seats I had purchased, so me and my two young boys had to stand at the top of the seating. Not happy at all and the people at the field were of no help. Will never do it again..
