It was a bit too hot for the two European teams. The pace of play, even for a friendly, was rather slow. Not really worth the $200 and extra fees like parking and $4 water.

My husband and I booked our VIP Hospitality tickets tickets by way of Unforgettable Destinations LLC. We received our special hospitality tent passes about 45 days out from the event and tickets were sent to us instantly by Ticketmaster. When we arrived to the stadium, the parking was difficult to mannage only because we didnt purchase a parking pass prior. I would recommend this for next time. Hospitality tents were great! They were not crowded and everyone had plenty of room for seating. We were unaware that both teams would possibly be in the same tent but we had a great time with fans of the Spurs. Food included roast beef sandwiches, beans, hotdogs, potato salad, hummus, chips, brownies and cookies. You also had unlimited supply of soda, water, and beer. The tent allowed us to be out of the hot sun while we waited for the gates to open. We found our seats an hour before kick off. The game was great! We were actually in the seats behind the opposing team. The only problem is that those selling water would NOT come down the ailes to sell to us in the stadium. I had to wait until halftime and then they ran out of cold water. We ended up buying cups and filling them with ice and water which was more expensive. We couldnt be happier with how smooth the transaction process went for us. I would definitely come back to this arena if Liverpool came back for another tour. Very memorable and definitely unforgettable! YNWA!!

I didn't realize back in April when I bought these tickets that the game fell during the start of the Olympics. Both teams were missing the majority of their starters and the stars that did show up barely played. $90 to see an exhibition game with No star players as a joke and an insult to say the least. Did I mention the $25 parking and the 100 degree temperature? As a huge fan of the English Premier League, this was a great let down. Never again!!!

Let's play a pre-season friendly in Baltimore in July and kick-off at 1pm? That is a bad enough idea, it was 100F and no wonder the players had little interest putting in a decent effort. Add to that a shocking apology for a grass pitch, a ball rolls across my back lawn better than that. Really poor. 0-0 was no surprise. Numerous substitutions is to be expected, but still the ref blows right on 90 minutes, so let's not even give the fans the full game time. At the final whistle, the Spurs players walked straight off, and the Liverpool players at least made a half hearted attempt at a lap of thanks. When you think for the majority of these fans this is a rare opportunity to see their idols they could have at least gone to the edge of the stands and signed a few autographs.

Seeing Liverpool play was a dream of mine. The ticket was expensive, but worth every penny. My only real complaint was that I wish I'd been allowed to bring my own water into the stadium, as prices were exorbitant. I understand a football stadium having a 'no outside beverages' policy, but it was 96 degrees with a heat index over 100. At that point, it's a safety thing. Either allow people to bring in unopened water bottles, or give out free cups of ice water. I've been in venues that have chosen each of these options. Charging $4.50 for a water bottle on a 100 degree day is unreasonable.

The exhibition game seemed to lack the competitive fervor that you would get in a regular season game. This is just my personal opinion, but watching people run around for 90 minutes to get 5 or so shots on goal and no scores is extremely dull relative to other sporting events available in the US. I did this for my children because they expressed an interest, but do not think I would do so again.

The game completely sucked. Irrespective of the fact that it was 110 degrees, neither team played with any commitment or heart. The game was boring and overpriced. Next time I want to see reserve team premiership action, I'll be doing it on Skyy from my own home. That way the beers are not $10 a pop.

International soccer was a great thing to see in Baltimore, but the weather is definitely a factor. Mid-atlantic midday heat is not kind to either the players or fans, and had a huge impact on both the quality of play and enjoyability for the fans. Schedule these games during the evenings. Soccer is not a hot weather sport!

I know it was an exhibition and it was very hot but overall lack of effort was disappointing. Very few if any chances were taken by either team and both seemed content to pass it back and forth to their keepers. This game definitely would not be a major selling point to the casual fan. Also would not recommend a day time start in July in Baltimore-it's always going to be very hot and humid. The coaches comments in the Sun the next day was classic: "certainly didn't want to take a chance and lose the game.". Really? For an exhibition game-who cares? How about take a chance, try and score and make the game exciting to a whole new fan base. $4.50 for bottled water on a 95 degree day just added to my dismay. I'll save my $300 I spent taking my son and two nieces next time and find something more enjoyable to do.

It's a dream came true. I'm a fan of Liverpool FC for over 35 years. Never attended a match in a stadium to watch Liverpool plays . What made it even greater, I took my 10 years old son (Kaka) to watch his favorite team, his dad's team. The stadium was awesome, the fans were OK, and the match itself was fair as a friendly one. Special thanks for the organizer.

Liverpool have the same "disease" as these other EPL clubs...."Summer Letdown'. I realize that the super-stars need a break, but it is rdiculous that Brandon Rogers played some MLS worthy kids and some has-beens. Yes, Joe Hart was there, and appearances by Andy Carroll (never thought I'd be HAPPY to see him) and a lethargic Captain Steve, along with a few others did nothing to keep me a Liverpool fan (since 1968 mind you). The only thing worse than the Liverpool B/C team, were Tottenham!

The parking pass purchased with this event was totally unacceptable. Couldn't even get parking directions to Lot DS. The attendant at Lot D just said follow that black car......I could have gotten cheaper and closer parking had I known I was being relegated to wastelands of Baltimore. NO SHADE. Parking Surface reminiscent of bombed out area in Eastern Europe. Quite a hike to M&T and Inner Harbor attractions. Everyone in my,group is very fit and all agreed that $25 for this poor excuse for parking area put a real downer on what should have been a great day. It took M&T Staff over 20 minutes to remove Idiot who insisted on standing thought the match. Many complaints and he was finally removed to other area of Stadium. He told a couple of the Staff to just go away and they did! Everyone in our Section 128 complained and cheered when one Staff member with a backbone finally tossed him out of the section.

Getting to and from the stadium was excellent and easy. Getting into the stadium was a joke. No mention on ticket or correspondence beforehand that bakpacks were not allowed in (other NFL stadia and MLS stadia have bag checks at the gate). This wasn't made known until you were at the gate, and then had to turn back to the bag check place, which was just a space on the sidewalk. Then getting the bag back afterwards was a logistical nightmare, with no organized system, and some workers randomly giving the bags out, and another insisting everyone stayed in line. The line wasn't organized and cut across the path of other fans on the road with no direction from and security or other staff. It was a joke, frankly, made worse by the constant statements that they were only there for 30 minutes after the game. I wouldn't return here for a game if they remain this organized

I like both Tottenham and Liverpool. The Spurs are my favorite EPL team at the moment, but I like Liverpool fairly well. When I found out my favorite player, Gareth Bale would be in the starting line-up, I was excited. However, the heat took its toll. Normally a 0-0 draw can be very exciting, but since it was a friendly and very hot, both teams were playing at a relaxed pace, and the game was mostly boring. And Gareth Bale only had a few interesting challenges, before he was brutally tackled and the idiot referee did not even produce a yellow card. (He actually did have a yellow card in his pocket, which he brought out in the second half for a pair of much less serious infractions.) Bale was replaced by a sub at halftime. Whether that was partly due to the bad tackle or pre-planned I know not. Next time I'll watch it on TV. Too much trouble getting to M&T.

Great fun. Game was scoreless, but we saw a lot of big players and the teams were both trying hard. By the way I didn't think Charlie Adams' tackle on Gareth Bale was unfair. Hard, but Bale is a big boy. Glad we got to sit in the shade because it was awfully hot and bright. They missed a chance to sell a lot more beer. Where were the vendors in the stands? It was amazing to see Liverpool play in person- a team that we love! This was a really great event, and I'm so glad it came to Baltimore. However, of the 30 or so stadiums I've been to, M&T is the first one to ever not let us bring in sealed bottled water. It was SO hot, and we ended up spending a fortune on water ($4.50 per bottle) after having to toss ours at security!

Amazing seats for our two favorite English Premier League Teams - could not have asked for a better match up. Our seats were close to the field, we could easily see all of the players and the few times other spectators stood and blocked our view, we could watch the action on either of the two big screens. These seats also close to concessions, rest rooms, and souvenir shops. Best seats in the arena! Our tickets and parking ticket were timely delivered to our home and we had many follow-up e-mails from the venue regarding directions, parking, and opening times. The only complaint would be that our parking passes were for the lot that was the greatest distance from the stadium. We ordered our tickets the day they went on sale and while we had great stadium seats, we believed we would receive great parking passes, as well. However, this in no way detracted from the day's excitement. We hope that European teams will continue to play in East Coast venues every year.

Game was a mediocre 0-0 draw, though I really enjoyed seeing Liverpool up close. Sadly, Baltimore City's notorious illegal-parking-and-then-towing scam seems to have left many fans stranded. The illegal ring has been reported to have links to the police, too, and has been operating for at least 2 years, based on prior court cases. Baltimore should take better care of visitors and tourists to the city - 42,000 people came to town for that game. I recommend EPL teams never go there again if that's how their fans will be treated.

Good to see two top Premier League teams locally. It's a big shame the match had to be in the middle of the day, as it was scorching hot, and players on both teams weren't used to the heat, and didn't play with as much energy & excitement as we expected. The promoter needs to plan these matches for the evening in the summer (when Orioles are out of town, or when the O's have a day game), so that we can see top performance by the soccer teams in the cooler evening conditions. This could even help to draw a larger crowd to the match if it was in the evening (as it was several years ago for Chelsea vs AC Milan).

It started out very interesting and different, but a 0-0 score in an exhibition game was ridiculous. It was so hot that every player and fan was probably suffering heat exhaustion. It's too bad that the game couldn't have been scheduled later in the day. Our biggest mistake was buying an advance parking permit for Lot O. The police weren't there to help traffic leave. It was at least 40 minutes at a stand still.

M and T Bank Stadium is an excellent place to see a game, good location too, very accessible via Baltimore's light rail system, and very close to down-town, and next door to Camden Yards. Easy to get into, reasonably good service inside, some long waits though during the half time. As for the game we went to (pre season soccer game - Liverpool v Spurs), it was way too hot, just a dumb time for a game (1pm in the blazing heat), so it made for a very poor game. Too many fans moving around constantly and standing where they shouldn't be, so very hard to even concentrate on the game. There really should have been more attention given by the stadium staff/stewards, to get people to move and stay seated. But this never happened.

Took my son, 13, and daughter, 10, to this preseason exhibition game. Baltimore is a great city with excellent transportation options and plenty to do on a long weekend - plus it's near DC and other destinations so I recommend any event you may be considering in this city. Camden Yards is as good as any baseball stadium and as said earlier there are plenty of options for a young family. Now to the game itself: M&T Bank Stadium is a great venue if you have lower deck seats. Be ready to pay the extortionate prices for food and drink, and if you can afford souvenirs, bring plenty of patience as there are limited outlets making the lines long...Liverpool and Spurs put on an OK show for an exhibition. Neither side were intent on getting hurt, so it was understood this wouldn't be an intense premier league-type game, but at least some of the big name players got on the field.

Our family of 4 went and had a enjoyable experience. Seats were great, and the chance to see English football was a wonderful opportunity for all of us. The crowd was enthused and well behaved. Much different than a Ravens game.....no drunks around...:)

It was too hot for the players and the fans which slowed down the pace at which the game was being played.

THE GAME WAS VERY BORING...ONLY A FEW PLAYERS ON BOTH TEAMS LOOKED LIKE THEY CAME TO PLAY...BUT AT THE SAME TIME....IT WAS A VERY HOT DAY...WE WERE ROASTING IN THE STANDS...SO MAYBE THAT WAS THE REASON FOR THE POOR PLAY.....I AM A DIE HARD LIVERPOOL FAN AND I MUST SAY...I ENJOYED THE CHELSEA /PSG GAME

Too hot for fast football, and disappointing neither team sought to put on a spectacle given how far people had travelled and how much they paid for tickets. No stars for the stadium - all rucksacks had to be left in an unsecure area outside the stadium. No warning was given, so we had to carry valuables (wallet, passport, camera, phone etc) in our hands for the whole event. Then only 2 people there to return bags which meant we had to queue for ages. Poor show M&T stadium.

Despite the heat of 95 degrees, players should have felt some professional responsibility to provide a demonstration of why the EPL is considered great. Instead, the players casually stroked the ball around the backfield, letting the keeper distribute long balls and, in the words of Gareth Bale, just try to "build our fitness and get a good workout." Dreadfully boring!

I would recommend sitting in the club level for any events at M&T Bank Stadium. In the afternoon, our seats were in the shade which was such a huge plus seeing how hot it was.

Even though there was a bit of traffic getting to the stadium, the Baltimore Ravens Facilities are great. The game was not the best quality but giving that both teams were in pre-season it was excusable. The atmosphere was wonderful as the Liverpool fans sang and cheered throughout. The weather was really warm so if you weren't prepared it would of seriously affected you. Overall tremendous experience, it was a thrill to see some of the stars of the English Premier League playing on US soil!!

Great to see the two teams play in Baltimore. Would have liked it better in DC, but that's just because it would be closer to me. Would have been better if one of the teams actually scored. It was very anti-climactic with the end being a 0-0 tie.

I was at M&T Bank a couple years ago for the Chelsea vs. AC Milan game - that game was incredible!! So much skill and so many star players led to such an eventful game full of great goals and passes. Tottenham vs. Liverpool, on the other hand, was a terrible game. There were no goals, very few shots, and terrible passes. I guess this is what you get from 2nd tier teams playing in a friendly, but that's why I wouldn't go to this game again. See you next time M&T Bank!

Seeing Spurs vs Liverpool in the US was awesome. Great atmosphere and a lot of energy among the fans. My only complaints were that the 'Spurs Fan Section' had a lot of Liverpool fans in it (which was annoying), and that the pitch was way too small for a proper football match.

The game was sub-par. It was TOO hot and the players did not give it their all. I would recommend keeping the game time in the evening as it has been the last 3 games. Also I'd love to see a Germany team or ARSENAL play!! Our seats were great and it was FANTASTIC that we had club level seating, to be able to enjoy the AC. I've ALWAYS had a great time at any event at M&T Bank Stadium!

Preseason soccer so I suppose shouldn't expect much, but a scoreless draw was a disappointment for most if not all attendees. At least 100 degrees on the field so that might have played into it but still they could have at least gotten one through. Very low marks to M&T Stadium for traffic control as it took us nearly 90 minutes to go from a mile away to the stadium. Getting out was only somewhat better. They didn't seem to either expect the crowd or put the A people out because presence of police or officials was minimal. Definitely gives me pause for future game attendance there. Nice to see the Prem sides running around, but the experience of getting there and then the performance on the field cost them at least one rating star.

It was great to see two leading EPL teams go head to head. Although no goals were scored, the defensive plays were well executed. M&T Stadium should host more of these events!

I was very disappointed with the match. A few promising moments, but overall in the heat it was a disappointing match. The players were not on the top of their game. This was a warm up and no one wanted to get hurt so they didn't give it their all. I won't next year.

Overall a great event. The game was terrific, crowd was into the game and it was a beautiful day. I bought the hospitality/club seating package and would not do it again. Seats were great, but the hospitality tent food was awful. I will spend the money on seats next time. The food on the club level in the stadium was great and I would have rather done that. Overall, great to see soccer in the USA!

Two issues with this game 1. The scheduling of the game at 1PM during the month of July is awful. Why wouldn't you do it at 6 PM? 2. They need to mention the name of stars that will be playing WHEN they sell the tickets six months in advance. I feel like the game organizers scammed me out of $90.00 to see this lousy game. There was no sense of competitiveness or a drive to score goals from both the teams. I am not buying any international club soccer tickets.

Terrible! Terrible! Never again. The teams played without any passion they were simply there to have us pay for the tickets not caring to give even the slightest display of caring about the match. I have been suckered by a "friendly" for the last time.

For all the money that people had paid for their tickets and the distances that people had travelled to see the match, it was a pretty rubbish display by both teams. Perhaps because it was so hot? But none of the players were on the pitch for the full 90 mins so that shouldn't have been an issue. How will they manage when World Cup 2018 is in Qatar???!!! The marquee players either weren't there or only played for a short time. Glad I was in Baltimore anyway and didn't come specifically to see the match. A scoreless draw wasn't what we were hoping for and I hope it doesn't foreshadow how both teams will perform in the Premier League this coming season with their new managers. Wish I had known where the Liverpool supporters end was so that I could have got tickets at that end.

It was nice to have the opportunity to see the players in the Premiership here locally. I had to drive 6+ hours, but it sure is less expensive than transportation and accomodations to/in London! Although, I would love to make that happen one day! The temperature was blazingly hot with only a few moments of respite due to cloud cover. The match itself ended in a 0-0 tie - with very few actual scoring chances throughout. Neither team made much headway in the final third.

Despite the fact that the scoreline was 0-0, the match was very good. Both teams played well and used all their subs. The extremely hot temperatures slowed play somewhat in the first half, but the subs energized the teams after half time. the stadium seating allowed for a great view of the field. Plenty of water and other cold beverages were in demand.

The crowd and the game were a great time. The facility and the concessions were lacking. M & T Bank Stadium was completely lacking shade who would design a new building like this and not have a single shaded place in the entire facility. Also who would close the corners off and completely eliminate air flow or a breeze of any kind. Lincoln Financial Field and other new facilities have open corners so the air can move and you can breathe. The atmosphere and air inside the stadium was like a desert. Even the players were listless towards the end of the halfs. The temp was 88 be felt like 105. Worse concessions had limited water most of which was luke warm and the large coolers of ice water were "restricted for staff" Ever hear of customer service??? and Humanity?? The game was great, the fans from both sides were great. Very fun and family atmosphere and lots of fun.
