I enjoyed the concert. Every performance was amazing! The only problem that I had was that people kept leaving their seats and running to the front of the stage. Some were really rude and blocking others from seeing on stage. Hopefully that doesn't happen again and security can control the crowd! Also, I wish that Tamar Braxton would have performed more than 2 songs. Everyone else performed atleast 5.

Is one of the best concerts I went to in a long time besides that Essence Festival loved everybody

The concert was long enough for an artist that has 1 album. She was very engaging as well as entertaining. The only thing wrong was the sound system, it could have been much better in order to hear her more clearly.

Tamar was great! I love small venues because the artists always seem to engage more with the audience.

The music drowned out her voice - although I think she was lip syncing. The advertisement said it was for all ages - it was not. Very racy performance. We left early.

I was beyond excited to go to this concert. Was even excited through the first few numbers. Despite the music being too loud to hear Tamar sing the lyrics sometimes, I was still enjoying what I could decipher. Then it went downhill. I did not like the transitions between the songs..they were rather "cheesy." And, on top of that, she only sang a verse and the chorus twice, so you don't even get to enjoy the entire song. Given that she only performed the one album, it would not have been horrible to perform a handful of songs great, rather than a snippet of all the songs okay. Also, the first wardrobe change seemed to be not adequate enough for her to get back on stage and perform. Last but not least, we all definitely wanted to hear the anthem, Love and War, and that was ruined, yes ruined, by asking concert goers to come on stage and sing along. And then the concert was over. That was not a good note to end on.

The show overall was amazing.. I wish the sound quality could have been a little better. Tamar has an amazing voice and I would have liked to have been able to hear all of those high notes. DIdn't care too much for the dancers. She did a lot better on her own...

Tamar looked great and the venue was cozy but I was disappointed. She sang to a track and it was hard to tell her real voice from the track voice. I'm used to going to live shows that have a band and live background vocals so I didn't like it and left after a few songs. It was cool to see her in person and up close but I could have stayed home and played the cd. Ain't nobody got time for that... but I still love her music.

Thank you Tamar for giving me such a wonderful experience. You rock and you are a force to be reckon with. You are definitely standing in no one shadow. I love your concert, it was great, everything that I expected from you. Great performance. I think you can sell out DAR Constitution Hall, next time consider that. You perform, we will attend.

Tamar gave a great performance. The venue was sold out and there was very little wiggle room, but overall would do it again.

Wonderful performance!!! From outfit changes to connecting with the audience! She own the stage!!! Can't wait for her next release!!!

Ms Tamar loved what she was doing and she was good at it. She is humble and there is room for improvement overall. No need for the college band dance group outfits...they are beneath her caliber. She is so much sexier with more clothes on. Also please don't ever bend over to the crowd. Most of us were women or guys Loved the male dancers. The ladies did a great job too. The music is excellent!!!

After the almost sixty minute wait and the somewhat diminished anticipation I actually enjoyed the hour long performance. It was entertaining indeed.

Awesome show from Tamar and just what I expected. She sounds amazing live. No missed notes. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to Get Their Life. Can't wait for the 2nd album and 2nd tour. True Tamartian fan. My only qualm about the show was she skipped a song from the album and didn't sing all of the tracks in entirety which I was hoping for.

I took my mom and sister to the concert as a mother's day gift to them. We were extremely excited to go and just as excited when we left. The best part for me was how much my mother enjoyed herself. Tamar put on a great show and proved to all doubters that she can definitely carry a show on her own.

Tamar was amazing!!! I hated that they allowed people to stand the entire show and mess it up for others.

All of the artist performed well. They were very engaging. Great show! The security at the Star Plaza needs an overhaul. Attendees should not be standing in the aisles but at their seats. It negatively effects ones ability to enjoy the show.

Event was excellent! Great lineup! Never a dull moment! Radio crew kept it fun and flowing.

None stop entertainment, everyone was good even the emcees.

I missed DONNELL JONES and I love him,Tamar Braxton did an AWESOME job, but she looks fake, TANK was amazing. I wish it would of started at 8.

Great show I just wish Dave Hollister would've had more time. People were getting irritated with Tamar, I think she should probably just sing and not try to be a jokester.

its not often concerts start on time ,but this one did which was a good thing, however i didnt like that the arrangement who came out 1st /you had donell jones to open the show following david holister , ginuwine, tank , tamar and then avant , donell jones although he hasnt made it main stream has had wide success in his career and 7 albums i think dave should had came out 1st than tamar donell jones avant save tank and ginuwine for the last acts , to me it seem like they was all rushed to do they songs each artist maybe performed 3 to 5 songs depending on how the crowd acted , i didnt care for the sercurity and usher team that was part of star plaza they was rude to the fans and kept interferring with the show , they didnt want us to stand or do anything .. one even took someones phone by me , again they were very confrontational and that kinda of sour the over all experience

I enjoyed the concert. Even though there were multiple artists it flowed very well. There was not a lot of down time in between acts. Every one kept is simple but effective.

Only issue for me was the volume of the microphones at certain points of the show. But all artists were great.

The concert itself was nice. Started on time and the staff was helpful. Seats are a little cramped and there were a lot of sound issues but other than that most things were ok.

I enjoyed the entire concert and it was well organized.

Despite being half hour late i really enjoyed the show. I love R&B and if the star plaza had more R&B shows like this I'd definitely come again.

I enjoyed the personality, but it got old quickly. I went to the concert to see her sing. She couldnt get through an entire song without cracking and becoming breathy. She is REALLY trying too hard to be her oldest sister, TONI, but it just wont work! She cannot and will never be Toni Braxtion. But good try. Me and my friends actually left early and went for drinks......better time at the Bar.

I love Tamar and her show was amazing up until the last song. I feel like she pre-staged the people to come on stage with her. I personally didn't want to go up but there were others around me that went crazy trying to go up there. She chose the front row of people. I hate to compare her to Toni but her show was better as far as interacting with audience and actually giving people a chance to come on stage with her. Other than that my husband and I had a great time.

Tama Braxton was amazing. Her vocals, performance and look were fabulous. I would go to see this event again if given the chance to.

I enjoyed Tamar to the fullest! Would have liked her portion of the show to be longer but understand she had limited material. The lighting was a little too bright at times.

The concert started late and the opening act were ok but. It seemed like it could had been planned better. But Tamar Braxton was great and my wife and I really enjoyed the way she interacted with the audience. We really enjoyed her part.

Tamar's show started on time, and her dancers were on point. Tamar was great! I enjoyed how she interacted with her audience, she was very thoughtful. Her vocals were impeccable, she sung the majority of the songs on her album, and she was able to drop it like it was HOT!

She makes her concert very relatable. She acts just how she does on the Braxton's Family Values. Going to her concert made me even more of a fan. I cannot wait until she puts out more albums to make the concert longer!

Tamar is a class act. She didn't fail in entertaining the audience with her singing or the mini story telling sessions. Great performance.

The concert was worth the money. Tamar Braxton puts on an outstanding show and she is the real deal.

This is one of the best concerts ever , you will get your everlasting life and more . you will get your monies worth. When calling the Tabernacle she was scheduled to perform at 8:45 and she started at 9:00. THIS IS THE SHOW OF THE YEAR. I WILL BE GOING TO ALL OF TAMARS CONCERTS.

The show was turnt up from start to finish . Vocally Tamar has never sounded better . Her dancers are the creme de la creme. And the stage was decorated to the tea. KUDOS TAMAR!

Tamar gave LIFE on that stage. I wasn't sure what to expect, but she put on one hell of a performance. She sang her face off and gave stage presence. I know she used to background sing for Toni, but this was her first tour as a solo artist and It's like she's been doing this years. She Did That!

She was amazing. I really enjoyed her concert. I wish I was able to meet her during a meet and greet or so. But overall she was phenomenal.

Show was great she gave a great performance! And the leading act was great as well!

To start off I absolutely love Mrs Tamar Braxton-Herbert she never seize to amaze me. The seats were incredible the meet and greet was beyond exciting this was my 4th time meeting her and it still left butterflies in my stomach. I cannot wait for her to come back to NYC I will be wherever she is spending whatever amount I need to spend to see her perform.

I loved this concert! The meet & greet was 10x better than I could ever imagined it to be. Tamar is truly a person I would love to have as a friend. She was relatable and was laughing with us. Definately gonna attend another tour of hers when it comes back to the area.

The show itself was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! She is a great performer and even better singer. The venue......not so much.

The show was over all amazing. TAMAR did her thing on stage. She is a great performer and she worked her butt off on that stage. I would definitely pay to see her again.

Let me preface this by saying I bought tickets for the Xscape Concert Sunday January 7th. That was my motivation for getting tickets. BUT to my surprise Tamar s performance STOLE the show! She is just a natural performer that had energy, she was hilarious when she would say a quick line or too, she was dancing with her 20 something dancers and her voice was beautiful. I was really pleasantly entertained and she was a hard act to follow. She kept the energy going and didn t bring the crowd down by changing outfits like Monica did which seemed pointless. The friends I went with all agreed that Tamar was the best performer of the night. She also brought out Too Short and Toni Braxton during her set. It was fun!

Tamar was simply amazing! I am a proud Tamartian and have always been a fan of her and alllll her extraness. And she did not disappoint! She sung one of my favorite songs ever, 'Pieces' and it was amazing. Her voice is also amazing, especially with that live band. I do wish that for $70, she would have sung more songs. I think she only sang about 5 songs and one of them was 'I'd Rather Go Blind'. While it's a great song and she sounded amazing, I would have rather heard one of her songs. I also could have done without the long personal narratives and talking she did. The part where she had fans come onstage and sing 'Love and War' was also way too drawn out and I could have done without that too, honestly. None of this stuff was bad, I just wanted to hear more of her singing her music. The venue was a little disappointing. It was standing room only and no type of organization so if you didn't get there early, you were pretty much out of luck. The lighting was also too bright. If you weren't in the front row you weren't able to see her that much because she had on a blond wig and a light colored outfit. I was also further in the back and couldn't see the bottom of her. I really wanted to know what shoes she had on lol. Maybe it would have helped to have the stage raised a little? Also, the bar sucked. I am not a big drinker and I actually hate the taste of alcohol. My cousin ordered me a long island and I was able to suck it down like it was juice. Not worth the $15 at all! 'Can't wait to see her again!

I was so excited for finally getting to see Tamar perform but was sadly disappointed in her show. She talked thru most of the night only singing 3 songs if I remember correctly. It would have been 4 but she let amateur singers from the audience come on stage and sing all of Love and War (my all time fav). The entire song! After taking forever to choose the audience members. The show time said she was performing from 8 pm to 11 pm. She performed from 8:45 to some time after 10 pm. I didn't pay $70 after fees to watch amateur singers perform or hear her talk thru the majority of the show. Even though it was a small venue I expected a Concert level performance. Even more so because she had the venue all to herself. A plus. She looked great from what I could see. The lighting was so bright all you could see was her gold jumpsuit and blond hair unless you were up front. As disappointing as it was, I would give her show another try; maybe in a different environment but she would have to bring it like I know she can!

Tamar's show was amazing!!!! Great to see Vince and the Braxton's brother. Worth the drive and the money. James Wright came out and showed us his vocals

First I would like to say that Tamar sang incredibly well during the show. Her voice had great power and she made sure to keep the energy up with her personality. The crowd interaction towards the end of the set list while performing "Love & War" was fantastic and a lot of fun. Crowd participation is always a good time. My complaint is that I feel as though I was short changed. I spent over $50 for these tickets and feel like Tamar only sang about 8 songs. And a majority of the songs that she sang she did not perform in their entirety. Just half the song. Most of the song was spent with her rambling over the microphone about what she's been through and sentiments on self love and self worth. Which though good, not needed in long tangents. The twenty minutes she spent on Love & War could've been spent with adding other songs to her set list. Sidenote: If you are doing a General Admission concert performers should spend less time on the floor. Not everyone can see the bottom of the stage.

the show started over 30 minutes late. the acoustics were terrible. the band played too loud, it was very hard trying to understand the words to the songs. no more than six songs were sung. she did to much talking rather than singing. I don't think people paid to hear about her personal life. If the patrons want to hear about her personal life, tune in to her reality show.

The show was amazing she came out alittle late about 30mins but when she did she was breathe taking.

I was so impressed by her talent. Not only was I thoroughly entertained by her stellar voice but was equally entertained by her her hilarious commentaries. I was in stitches. From the eye rolling to the tongue snaps to her timely usage of gay colloquialisms and mannerisms...I was cracking up the whole entire time...while being equally entertained by that VOICE.

I got my entire life at Tamar's concert!! She brought amazing energy, belting notes and ear piercing whistles! The Diva was stunning in her nude diamond studded bodysuit.

First of all I paid to hear her sing not talk like she was still on the TV show the REAL. I could have done without her husband coming on stage to wipe her face also. I didn't realize she was on tour with James Wright Chanel either. Terrible show and horrible venue. I will never return to the Howard Theater. It will probably be closed down again anyway. No food service and serving alcohol in red SOLO cups; how ghetto!!

She was amazing and she catered to the crowd. She is very intimate and makes you feel as if it is only you and her there.

Tamar gave a wonder show I was surprise. I'm a big fan now. Please don't sleep on TaTa.

The concert was awesome, but Tamar was 1.5 hour late and I do believe this was unacceptable.

Really enjoyed the show. Only negative was that the music was so loud that I could not hear Tamar's beautiful voice as well as I would have Liked to. It was drowning her voice out.. Next time, just bring the music Down a notch ... Thx!

I thoroughly enjoyed the performance Tamar put on! Well worth the month and I look forward to her next tour.

I LOVE Tamar and as her song says "She Did That!" However, I did not appreciate waiting and STANDING over 2 hours for her to come on stage without an opening act just a DJ. We entered the venue at 6:20PM DJ started at 7:30PM (promptly) he played until 8:45PM. Then it took 15-20 minutes to set up for her and she only performed for 1 hour. That was just not fair to me, I PAID to see her not listen to a DJ. Maybe only have him play 30 minutes then come out. Once she came on stage she was GREAT! I ENJOYED the male dancers act with the ladies from the crowd. FINALLY someone thought of the ladies and not just the men. I would have loved for her to perform with her sisters since it was ATLANTA.

She was wonderful, although we waited about 2 hrs for her to come out, it was all worth it at the end.

Tamar sang her FACE off!!! She was everything I thought she would be and then some. Her voice is absolutely amazing!! She gave an outstanding show I am even more of a fan then I was before and wouldn't miss her next show for the world!!

The Tamar Braxton concert was completely amazing. She gave everything and more when she performed. I was in awe. This was the best concert that I have been to hands down. She sounds just as good live as she does on the CD. We had orchestra seating which was perfect because we could see and we were able to go up to the stage to take pictures. Parking was just down the street for $10 so that was perfect and we did arrive an hour early to make sure we could get parking. I wish she would perform in Buffalo or Rochester NY so that we wouldn't have to drive such a distance to see her but I will admit that it was worth it. All in all I would definitely go again! #Tamartian

Tamar Braxton was excellent. The CD nor Television show does not do her voice justice. She has a powerhouse voice. I utterly enjoyed myself.
