Great show! So happy to have seen super junior and red velvet

It was my first concert ever and it was absolutely amazing to meet the idols and you tubers there.

It was my first KCON ever and I had a blast! The lineup was a bit meh but I enjoyed it nevertheless☺️

We hope this is not the last KCON that Irvine hosts. We hope to see SHINEE at the next one. The food was great. The long lines were a down fall as were the availability of the tickets or passes for fan signing. Confusing. All in all it great fun!!

Had so much fun but all the autograph signings were very unorganized which really disappointed me. the food was way too expensive

The concert part was AWESOME. it was the BEST. but EVERYTHING ELSE was the WORST experience ever. The website said all the ticket holders were able to get the autographs but the day of the event they changed it to first 100 people only. If I knew this the day before, I would have only attended the concert. the 10hrs of being under the sun running around on the asphalt, sleeping under the sun to KILL time, was such a waste of time. and the staffs had no knowledge of their own event. but the concert. oh my god. it was amazing! I almost forgot about all the things that happened at the event earlier. the song selections were great! that was 5 stars out of 5 stars. but sadly I cant give full stars for the rest of the event.

I think the place was too small to have such big event. There're so many loooooong lines for everything, like food, merchandise, just to pick up stuffs that I ordered online. Staffs couldn't answered questions such as how and where to get tickets for autograph session. People were following & surrounding staffs and running all over the place to get tickets for autograph session for hours. My daughter and her friends were not being able to get any tickets for autograph. Very, very disappointed! At the concert, my seats were taken by live camera crane, so they gave me and my daughter TWO SEPARATE tickets to sit apart. Concert was GREAT, I'd love to go if there's any in future. BUT not sure to attend if another Kpop convention happen at the same place.

It was a long day and it was a bit unorganized but it was KCON's first convention and therefore an absolute success. The highlight for us was the concert and it was awesome! All the artists that performed were amazing!

The concert was great, the groups were fantastic. I hope next year there will be a few additional performers tho. It seemed a bit short.

Overall, I would say this event was so worth it! The panel discussions were great and the guests were amazing. My favorite guest was Simon and Martina from Eat Your Kimchi. They rock! The food was good enough, a decent variety of choices and it was enough for the crowd that you did not have to wait forever. As for the give aways, there was less than what I expected =/ The concert tube lights for the audience I think was too expensive. More people would have probably bought them if it were cheaper than $5, maybe like $2? The less expensive, the more people will buy and therefore the more colorful the audience would have been. Now as far as the concert, as expected, the artist performances were excellent! The stage design and lighting was awesome but it would have been better if the lights at the top edge were less bright or not even there so that the amazing lights inside the stage and the audience's tube lights were even more outstanding.

KCON was a good place to meet other kpop fans and listen to panels. There wasn't as much as I thought there would be for merchandise. I understand that the groups were only allotted a small amount of time to sign autographs but the voucher system should have been dealt with in a more organized fashion. The concert at the end was pretty cool, but the sound was off. For the seats in the last area where you actually had a seat you could barely hear the groups singing or talking and the base was too loud. It was nice on the other hand that they moved everyone up who was in the lawn area to the seats since they didn't sell out. Though I'm sure next year KCON will be even better since this was only their first year.

Was an amazing experience, but kinks do need to be worked out for next year, especially with the artist signings. There needs to be signs and knowledgable volunteers. It was not organized well at all, in that respect. It was chaos and nobody knew how it worked unless they heard through the grapevine about the vouchers and then there was no info on where to get the vouchers. However the booths and panels were awesome! Food was good. Concert was amazing. Glow sticks were pretty cool.

The overall event was fun for me. I enjoyed the panels and the dance workshops especially. I didn't mind my seat. I definitely had a great time at the concert. The only real issue I had and what many participants on the event page and at the venue were complaining about was the organization and distribution of the artist signing vouchers. It was like a quest to try and find those people. The worst part was how much money some people spent on merchandise to have their idols sign. I would have been happy if I could have just one item signed by an artist but I wasn't even lucky enough for that opportunity. I think next year there should be a system where people can at least have one item signed by an idol they love. At least that way no one will go away empty handed. Or maybe charge a fee for the signing. Also I don't remember reading anything on the site about vouchers being required for the artist signing. Why post times publicly for the artist signing if not everyone can participate?

The venue was a bit small for everything. They should've utilized the space they had more efficiently. We stood for almost two hours waiting to be seated because rehearsals were still going on which should have been done the night before. Also, we bought a lot of stuff and we should've at least been allowed to go back in and out as we please to put away our merchandise.

I had fun at KCON it was Amazing. I loved the concert at the end of the day. The only thing i did not like was how the autograph signing went it needs o be more and have more time o=for each and a limit of not 100 people but of about 150 to 200 and they should be in different locations through the con and we should be allowed to give the groups our gifts personally. and the prices for the merch was a little to high. I think an actual convention hall with a big space that the concert can be held would be good too. but over all it was planned really well. i plan to again next year

There were too many glaring errors throughout the 'convention' portion of the events to be completely overlooked by the concert in itself. The organizers needed to actually properly plan the event, it felt like kids were behind all the choices because they tried to sell everyone on this amazing idea to get everyone's hopes up. Then when it came to showtime they just didn't provide what they had sold everyone on to begin with.

The 2012 KCON should be split into two totally different parts: the daytime convention and the night-time concert. The AUTOGRAPH Session was a huge commerical lie! For the convention starting from 10am, it was a huge disappointment for almost everyone attended. The biggest reason for this is that on its official website, KCON promoted its AUTOGRAPH session as if everyone can attend it and get the autograph as long as you bought the ticket for the whole day event. HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT TRUE! Only some 100 people (for each group/artist) who got the RANDOMLY distributed voucher were able to get the autograph. If that is the case, why does KCON not clarify it at the first place? They have no idea how many people came a long way and spent so much more money on the airticket, hotel and such just to get close to their idols and maybe say hi to them face to face. Many fans prepared a lot of gifts for the idos as well. But it turned out that the autograph session is such a huge commercial scam. I am positive to say this because there is not a slight hint on the KCON official website telling people that the autograph session had only the capacity of 100 people for each group and the voucher was distributed RANDOMLY by some staff or even security people. Many people could have just watched the online streaming at home and saved hundreds of dollars if they knew it was rather impossible for them to get into the autograph session. Besides the disappointing autograph session, the staff and volunteers were not well trained or informed. Few of them could answer the questions regarding the location of events or the time of events. For the ambitious KCON organizers who want to make it a tradition, please be WELL PREPARED next time and TRAIN YOUR STAFF! We didn't pay for such poorly service and mess. The bottom line is if it will be such a mess next time, don't bother to pay for it. Just stay at home, save money and enjoy the free online streaming. And it's LIVE!

First of all the concert part was GREAT! The stars gave an outstanding performance. Now the part where it got ruined. First this event was pretty much sold on the fact that you will be able to have a chance to meet and greet the stars and be able to get a signed autograph. That being said when the time came the signing event was a TOTAL CHAOS!!! No security, lack of staff knowledge and they were totaly unorganized(felt like it was being run by non-professionals). They then changed the rule in order to get autographs, you now need a voucher and for 100 people then to 50. While it was not stated anywhere nor announced anywhere of this new procedure. I am sure they were aware of how many people are coming and they put the signing in a very small tent. No flow on the convention side...people were wandering around aimlessly, chasing staff around for the coveted vouchers. If it was not for the concert, this would have been a total failure. Check out Kcon facebook and you will see all the unhappy attendees.

Extremely poor planning. Nothing the organizers promised happened the way it was supposed to. Most disorganized kpop event I've ever attended.

I had so much fun seeing how many people Kpop is affecting in such a positive way. It is really taking over the world. The artists really showed there appreciation to us. A not wait for next years event.

Let me preface by saying I did enjoy myself. Good: love the groups! and enjoyed the music What could have been better: 1) I really really appreciate the fan signing but i think they could have been more organized. No one new what to do they said you had to get a voucher in one place but when you go there they said that you were at the wrong place and to go back. You had people going around back and forth. It was chaos. 2) The MCs was really really bad. GNa was really bad and really akward. Sorry both MCs really really brought the energy down. It was hard to listen to them because they didn't flow right.

It was the best experience ever and it was my first concert! We got the best seat and I really enjoyed seeing the groups that performed including nct127 and wanna one! I will never forget this!

I had so much fun at my first KCON. I felt a little sad when it was over. I really want to go next year, so I hope the line up is just as great as this year.

I had a good first impression on Kcon's Concert for 2018. The ticketing process was a little stressful. I had to use a desktop computer to get a ticket for one day and my cellphone to get tickets for the other day. It dint lag a lot but it doesn't work consistently in the same media.

My daughter gave up a trip to Europe to attend Kcon. At first I thought she was going to regret it but I tell you I m 50 years old and I think I enjoyed it more than she did it was amazing ❣️❣️❣️

THE CONCERT WAS SUOER AMAZING!!! felt like if I was at an award show. These K idols lived up the biggest hype ever. They did super duper amazing

I've been to K-Con for two years straight already, going on to my third year, and it has been the best thing ever. Every year I look forward to going to K-Con, no matter who the artist is or what tickets I get for the concert later at night. Although there are some flaws (as every convention has), it will have you leaving with a bunch of smiles and tears of happiness. The conventions are fun! The panels, workshops, and the activities they have set up are all fun to visit. You see people in the convention dancing their hearts out to songs that are playing randomly. You see people dressed up either as their favorite idols or with merch of their favorite idols. You get to experience Korean culture and K-Music with so many people who have such a dedicated interest in it. K-Con even gives chances to higher ticket holders of meeting their favorite idols with scratch cards that include audience watching to high fiving to even seeing the idols strut down the red carpet! They always bring the best artists to the concerts and the night will leave you speechless. You'll definitely want to come back again the next year and even probably bring friends to have fun all together!

THE CONCERT WAS SO AMAZING. I'm so lucky that I actually got the twice hi touch. Im so lucky when i'm in kcon. The first time i went I got free tickets. the second time yuju from g friend took a selfie on my phone and sowon from g friend took my phone but didn't know how to use it so she just gave it back, that was so funny. The 3rd day I got a bag signed by sf9. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KCON ITS SO WORTH THE MONEY

I was concerned about the concert because I didn't know any of the acts. I'm happy to say the concert was a great experience! KCON was a good way to learn more about musicians you aren't familiar with.

I was seated at P3. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the show was great. Very well set up and I loved the interaction between fans and idols.

Loved everything! First time in NY/NJ and was impressed how the stage was set up.

First time KCONer. Really just went to see Twice. The lineup was pretty good. The Twice special stage was a welcomed surprise. I don't know any of the other groups but their sets got me going.Worth it, might go again depending on who comes and try to get closer.

The Kpop groups at this year's KCON NY were phenomenal! My favorite group was CN Blue. Their lead singer, Jung Yong-Hwa is extremely talented, can play almost any instrument, sings beautifully, and works the crowd. One can tell that he loves his fans and what he does. He was the best. Highlight was awesome, too! They were formally Beast and have reinvented their group as Highlight. The groups, the Broadway songs, the stages:it was all so incredible and entertaining to the max! I was so happy that my daughter and I were able to attend. This will always be a special memory for the two of us.

Easy access to everything, reasonable prices, overall fun!

KCON NY17 was a wonderful event, the artists and lineup were spectacular. The stage was made so it could be easily seen by everyone, including those who had GA floor seats and were at the back. You could easily see the stage and artists from all angles and the screens were big enough to actually showcase the artists on a larger scale.

Jun Curry Ahn, 1million Dance Studio, Up10tion, Twice, NCT 127 and CNBlue gave a great show! Can't wait to see who will be in the line-up next year!

Kcon was amazing. I had so much fun meeting all of these people from around the world for kcon. It was amazing and I honestly wish I co ukd go back and do everything over again.

Kcon was such an amazing time and I had so much fun. I met so many youtubers and saw so many artists. The only downsides were that on the first day, the lines for the concert were very unorganized and the red carpet was small and had so many people. It was just a crowd of people and not a lot of people could see what was going on, on the actual red carpet.

The concert was amazing. I just loved it! Highlight and C.N.BLUE were awesome!

If you love k pop you should attend this event. Every year it gets better and better.

My first KCON ever and it was better than I would have ever expected! Loved that Highlight (Beast) did one of their old songs as a kinda reminder to us all that they were BEAST before!

Kcon NY '17 was a bit lacking compared to 2016's in terms of booths because I personally was looking forward to how they were going to add more kbeauty booth since it was supposedly bigger than last year's. However, they didn't have as much as I expected. There was innisfree and another one but I was hoping they'll be a tony moly or face shop booth and more samples because I would definitely buy if they were there. Next year I hope they'll have more booth for kbeauty lovers and more activities booth to introduce people to their products.

Artist lineup this year was such trash minus like 2 groups. So many empty seats it was actually sad. And having to pay for the convention this year i would have been fine with if it was at all amazing. Only real plus was that it was so much more organized than last year. I was thankful for that

The convention was pleasant and peaceful with good people, foods, and entertainment. Hi Touch with VIXX was unbelievable, I love Leo! The overall concert was fun and exciting and I plan on coming back next year.

Kcon complete my life !! Grown up listening to kpop ever since I was little and finally got to see some of my favorite group in real life. Definitely going next year !! Kcon bring bts and exo to newyork next year ok :)

I loved the concert , just too short. Under two hours, and part of that was warmup routines. The outside venue was hot and sticky. There should have been better guidance for the public to know where to go and what to do. Security personnel were having a hard time getting people to the right doors.

Kcon in New York was amazing! For fans of all things Hallyu this was the place to be. Kpop groups don't often come to the U.S. So this was such a special event!! I had a blast, the convention was great, and the concert was absolutely fantastic' I will go back every single year!!!!

We all thought it was going to suck but kcon was full of suprises! People were friendly, all kinds of kpop was played, all kinds of food and merch, and I'm pretty sure everyone is in thr kcon footage. P1 was very worth it too, just wish some groups gaves a little more fanservice since all we could see is their butts when they moved forward to the other platform. My friend wasn't feeling well at the show and the kcon staff, prudential center staff, security, and paramedics were very nice. Also the toyota tent was the best tent and they might want to put up multiple charging stations next year.

My first KCON ever wasn't all that bad!!!! The long lines for booths were confusing but generally once a line started forming, people knew where to go and nobody cut. There were a lot of freebies if you got there right as the convention was open and there were some opportunities to win audience engagement passes to the groups. The line to check in the day of KCON was super fast and so was the swag bag if you decided to get it later in the day. Reason I gave it a 4 is because it seemed as if the line for GA/P1/P2 for the concert was longer than the lines for Seating P2 and the cheaper tickets. That doesn't make sense to me when we were promised quick entrance to the concert. The concert at night was amazing and fun. Problem was KCON said the concert would end at 10 but it ended at 9 instead so I felt cheated out of an hour of the concert. Also, we weren't informed until the day before KCON that SNSD didn't have a fan engagement. Thank god I couldn't get P1 because they were the only reason why I would spend $80 more to get a chance to meet them.

Such an amazing time there. It was way better than last year. All the booths and winning free stuff...LOVE THAT! It was such a great atmosphere of people all screaming and cheering for different people but no one was judgmental. Definitely going again next year!!!^__^ The celebrities they brought and the amazing line up were perfectly awesome for everyone there! Everyone seemed greatly satisfied!

Scored on a Werewolf Boy DVD & movie cards, a deluxe DVD fan meeting & photos of the gorgeous Lee Jun Ki! Ate so much yummy K-food! Got lots of free swag from playing games at the various booths: light up headband, fan cheer towels, thunder sticks, temporary tattoos, k-drama posters, buttons, t-shirts, glow sticks and Kcon swag bag! After the best concert ever (crowd sometime sang so loud you couldn't hear the artists) I was able to buy my favorite K-pop Artists CD's (special sets with fan booklets or picture cards) at reasonable prices! I can't wait for next year! Starting a savings account now for special VIP tickets because you never know if Bi RAIN & KHJ will show up at the next event! ♥~✿♥\u203f♥✿~♥ ヾ(⌐■_■)ノ♪

The entire event was amazing. Two days of just goofing around and having fun was what it was all about. From the artist engagments to the concert itself, it was well worth not only the price but the time as well! I will be going next year for sure!

Loved every single minute of the convention and the concert lobed the performances of GD, Henry and Exo, I'm definitely coming again next year!

I actually did go around to a lot of the booths but made the mistake of loading up on free samples early which I had to haul around for the whole ten hours of the day. Half of the booths weren't even set up to receive people when the gates opened which is not their fault, but I wondered why they weren't given enough time to do that beforehand. The fan signing event was disorganized and disappointing. There no barricades to separate the line and very little security around to control the hoards of crazy fans. People started panicking that they wouldn't see their idols when word of that only 100 people would get signatures and therefore crowded the tent to snap photos. There should be no such thing as sold out pre-ordered merchandise, but they were polite and offered me a refund on my poster. The day was not entirely lost since I made lots of friends (aka line buddies) and enjoyed seeing so much diversity at the venue. There was nowhere to sit and my feet were very sore after standing for ten hours. The only thing that made me forget the pain was the concert. The sun went down, the glowsticks were flickering, and the stage lit up the sky. It was beautiful. Dumbfoundead and the other openers made for a great appetizer and then B.A.P gave everyone an adrenaline rush with "No Mercy" as the first song of the night. I couldn't believe I was actually watching them perform live in front of me. In between my screaming I kept thinking: "Am I really here?" All the bands were amazing on stage and made me forget all about my frustration of having to stand in lines all day and not getting an autograph or a decent photo. Three weeks later and I still get excited watching it on TV. It's their first year so hopefully next the 2013 convention will be better. I'm crossing my fingers that some of my favorites will come back. Thank you MNET for giving me a chance to see my KPop idols up close.

Great event! I took my daughter & her cousin who are big KPOP fans. The convention during the day was an added bonus to the concert in the evening. My suggestion is to include more detailed information on the website on how the meet & greet/signings will be organized. We had no idea tickets were going to be distributed to take part in this and there was no clear direction as to where to pick up these tickets. All we were told was to ask someone in a pink t-shirt. I would also suggest more merchandise booths be set up since this was popular for attendees. I did like the idea of the different panels. Since this event attracted a large number it would be good to eventually make this event a 2-day experience. Verizon Wireless venue was okay, but it would be more comfortable to be in an indoor venue for the convention. Overall it was a good experience, but there are areas where it can be improved. We do plan to attend next year!

This day started off bad. VIP Ticket buyers got in first and were supposed to get breakfast, but we got a piece of bread and a mini muffin and the only drink choice was hot coffee. We were also supposed to get a tour of the grounds and production area but that didn't happen. All in all, VIPs didn't feel like VIPs at all. In order to go to an artist signing, you had to get a voucher, but not very many people were told, so when you went to get in line, they were already given out. It was really unorganized. The panels were pretty great, i just think maybe this location was too small for what they wanted to do. it was pretty packed. Once concert time came around, we got to the pit and man were the VIP tickets worth it!! They had a lot of surprises and all the performances were perfect!!!

KCON knows how to put on an event. I believe the information they provided upon registration was clear and to the point. They had everything mapped out. It was easy as a parent to follow what was going on. The security was so good that you felt completely safe letting your children go to any of the events with their friends. I loved this event. I do hate that though the concert said it was sold out, that not all of the seats were filled on both nights of the event, however, this is because BOTS buy the tickets, I hate that people do this as a way to scam others. I wish there was a better way for ticketmaster to prevent this from happening. I did have to buy tickets for the saturday evening concert on stubhub, which I loathed! it's the first time I've ever had to do that, it was just awful. I'd much rather only use ticketmaster for all of my concert purchases.

going to kcon for the first time, I really didn't know what to expect. I wasn't able to get tickets for both days, only sunday. I didn't know much about the convention and I was going alone so I decided not to get tickets to that either. my hotel was just a few minutes away from the venue so getting there was very convenient and quick. the concert was supposed to start at 7:30 and I arrived around 6:45, figuring I had time to buy some water before I found my seat. I ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes just to get 2 bottles of water for the price of $10. ridiculously expensive, but what can you do. I went to go look for my seat next. once I found my section I approached the security personnel with my ticket already in my hands, but several other people cut me off, demanding to be told where their seats are. everyone's excited so I brushed it off. my seat was right at the edge of the row and I found it without any incident. after that, I was anxiously waiting for the concert to begin, but once 7:30 rolled around, the mc came on stage and processed with the "pre-show" warm-up which took up about a half-hour. had I known about it, I probably would've come a little later, because it really wasn't all that inciting. finally, 8 c'lock arrives and the first act comes on stage, golden child. now the common concert etiquette in the states is to stage up during a concert, so you can imagine my surprise when no one in my section or the sections next to mine stood up. in the sections closer to the stage, there were people standing, but only in clusters here and there. for someone who's attended multiple concerts where everyone is standing the whole time--this was so weird to see. at first I thought maybe it was because golden child isn't as popular as the other acts, but even when wanna one came on stage as the very last act, nearly everyone in my section still stayed seated. I think there could be a couple of reasons for this. one could be because it was the second day of kcon. many tickets are sold as a combo for the two days, so I'm guessing people were tired from the two days of walking around the convention and attending the concert the night before. the second reason could be because of the large screens being used during the concert in the middle of the arena. the camera work was pretty good since it's mnet and you could literally just sit back and watch all of the performances without getting up. during nct 127's performance, I noticed a group of fans in front of me siting down and having dinner they bought. it was like they just paid to watch a show--not actually experience the concert. again, it was so bizarre and unnerving to see. like, this isn't a baseball game you came to watch? why pay so much money to just sit in your seat when you could see these performances on youtube later at your convenience? I just didn't get it and I really dampened the whole experience for me. I like jumping up and down and screaming until my voice goes out during concerts but I felt disheartened to be the only one standing in my section so I didn't. so if you're someone like that too, I suggest getting seats closer to the stage, because that's where the fun seemed to be happening. or go with a friend! I went alone so I didn't want to stand out, but in my section there were a few groups of friends who stood up together and looked like they had a blast all by themselves. other than that, the artists themselves were amazing performers and sounded great live. just wish the whole experience of going was better that's all.

I've been wanting to go to KCON NY for the last few years and I finally got to go this year! I mainly went to see EXID! They put on such a great show!!! EXID are one of my favorite girl groups and to finally see them in person was mind blowing! I got emotional while watching them perform throughout their set. (I wish that they were on stage longer and I wish that all 5 girls were together on stage, but I still had a lot of fun!) The crowd was hyped up and were singing to all the songs. They were also screaming every time certain groups and members from those particular groups were singing/rapping. I was very impressed with NCT 127! They stood out among the other boy groups that performed in my opinion. The other performers were Golden Child, fromis_9, and Wanna One. It was surreal seeing all these different K Pop acts live in person. I enjoyed myself and depending on the line up next year, I would definitely go again!

The concert was an unforgettable experience and I'm so glad I got to see so many artists I love.

Instead of seeing one artist at a normal concert, we were able to see a total of 10 artists! And it also was amazing that I got to see my favorite group (NCT 127) there!

I don't know much about kpop, outside of having lived in Korea for three years. My daughter, now 12, had her first real memories of life fully entrenched in the Korean culture. That may be the reason she was drawn back to kpop about 6-7 months ago. As a gift for graduating to middle school (and because she's an awesome kid), my husband and I decided to purchase tickets to the convention and concert. I went with her while dad stayed behind. I have not seen my sweet girl that excited and happy in a long time. She dragged me from event to event with a few of her friends from home as well as a few new friends from the convention. Then, she went full tween at the concert. We had great seats, but most of the kpoppers were on their feet the entire time, singing and dancing to the choreography. We had such a great time that I was a little sad to leave.

I had such a blast! I ve been a huge KPOP fan for over 12 years and this was my first Kcon experience and I had a blast and can t wait to come back again next year!

The event was incredibly fun! It was my first time going and I plan on going again, Only downfall was the concert portion for when the lines started. That was extremely unorganized and it was left to the concert goers to form the lines which became chaos. Other than that though, one of my favorite memories! The performances were breathtaking and a once in a lifetime opportunity!

KCON NY 2018 is my first experience with KCON. I had a great time. There was enough space during line up for security. I lined up about an hour and a half ahead of time (for seated) and was almost at the front. Bring a portable charger definitely! There were a few food booths outside, expensive but not much compared to the in-stadium food prices. If you want cheap food, there's a Chipotle down the street and a McDonalds down the block. Snacks aren't allowed in the stadium, but you can eat them in line. It wasn't hard finding my seats; the staff is extremely helpful. I had P3 seats and was still satisfied with my seat. I couldn't make out details on their faces, but I could see them and the screen would be zoomed in on whoever was speaking/singing anyway. As the groups singing get more popular, the crowd gets louder. If you know a group is performing a hit song, then don't expect to hear it because the crowd will be chanting along with them (most likely you will be too). The only thing that annoyed me was how loud the fans screamed when the idols were supposed to be talking. Some of them spoke English and there weren't subtitles during then so I couldn't hear them at all. This was my first ever concert and it was completely worth it. Can't wait for KCON NY 2019!

The show was amazing and the venue was nice inside

By far one of the best events I have ever attended....Lots of opportunities to get up close and even meet some of your favorite idols if you get convention tickets as well..

It was my first KCON and I am happy to say that it was amazing. The convention was so fun, and I was never bored. There was always something to do, and every activity was really fun. There was an Honoring Jonghyun panel, and I ll be honest, it was very sad to be talking about him after all these months, but it was good to finally let out emotions that I ve been locking up. But the concert was the best part. Both nights, I was screaming and singing along to the songs I knew, and I ended up losing my voice after Sunday s concert. And we ended up getting better tickets for Sunday, so I got to see the performances even closer. Especially NCT 127, who I was most excited to see. I can t wait to come back next year, and maybe get better tickets.

The line up this year was incredible!! Every artist had an amazing stage performance! Would go again next year!!

The outdoor part of KCON was very nice. I liked it a lot, although it would have been great to have more tents, more Korean food sampling etc. The concert was nice and the KPop groups did a great job, but they only performed four or five songs, in which that was very disappointing. Our seats could have been better, as our view was obstructed.

Amazing show, we loved it! Seats were good for the price but hard to really see the stage.

Vixx was the main reason I went. They were amazing. Teen Top was great as well. I am not a fan of AOA and Girls Generation so I didn't really care for their performances. Was a little bummed that it ended an hour early but Vixx made my night!

The major selling point of KCON is the concert. Make the concert spectacular, and the con can be forgiven. The concert was too short for the money, and the con was almost nothing at all. They should have hit NY hard if they wanted to leave a come back next year impression. They dropped ball on getting good word of mouth from the new people.

This was my daughter's first time attending KCON and she had an amazing time!!! She could not stop singing and dancing the whole day. All of the acts were awesome and very entertaining. The Convention was well organized and had a good variety of vendors present, displaying merchandise and providing information on the Korean culture. It was a great turn out for the first KCON on the East Coast. We will definitely be attending next year!!!!

It was so amazing!! Even my non-kpop friend was jamming and loving it! It was the absolute best.

This was my first concert and I will always remember it. The groups were so amazing and gorgeous. Especially teen top and vixx which are my favorite groups! Hope to see them again

KCON in New York was hands down awesome! It was great to be surrounded and immersed by other individuals who are as passionate about K-pop as I am. The only thing I was sad about was that it stated that the concert was from 7-10, but it ended at 9. Either way, it was still a great time. Great singers, great audience, great times!~ Looking forward to the next one, hopefully in New York and not New Jersey. :)

The dance contest and various booths were awesome. I wish they had more fan interaction times with artists because each group performed with 5 to 6 songs and it was too short time to see my favorite artists. The disappointing point was that, we all wanted our light sticks to represent our own fandom. We expected KCON would either give away the light sticks or notice that we might bring our own light sticks.

Despite the hot weather, I really, really loved and enjoyed KCON. I got to see some of my favorite groups and got some awesome merchandise! I hope they bring it back next year!

I think it was awesome! I wish there was a bit more offered, but I would totally go again!

1- The Location was seedy. 2- After standing on long lines for goodies, there was too much idle time left. 3- There needs to be a quicker way to translate and please use Black lettering. Consider what the artists are wearing!!

I always wanted to go to KCON but have been unable to afford to fly out to LA so I was happy to attend the first event. I had a guess it would be 2 hours instead of 3 like the event mention since only 4 artists (two less than the first KCON in 2012) was coming. I felt like I overpaid for a short show. The planners were unorganized and ignore NY goers questions.

I took my 13 yr old daughter and she loved it it was a very special moment for her. I was there to witness her joy about seeibg these you artists on the stage doing their performances. For me it was a first time experiencing artists singing in a different language, not knowing what they sung but was so entertaining. The groups did awesome performances. The audience was pumped. My lil girl was pump and crying with joy seeing her favorite groups on stage. We will be going to k con 2016 guaranteed. I only wish thete was a neet and greet with them for my daughter tha would really maje her experience unforgettable. She Thanks me every day from the night we went for taking her abd majing her night special.

It's the first KCON in the east Coast so there wasn't as much things but it was still amazing! The convention itself was extremely fun and I was sad that there were some boot he's I couldn't visit. The concert was phenomenal! VIXX, Teen Top, AOA and Gurls Generation were ON POINT. I think they're even better live than in their album! I hope if this happens again next year, that it will be bigger and maybe be as long as KCON LA but fingers crossed :) I will definitely come back though.

The actual convention was a huge let down and seemed way more disorganized than LA kcon... Much less booths and the artist engagement was a huge disappointment (especially since SNSD didn't have one and AOA didn't do the hi-touch because they were scared to be the only girl group to do it)... However the actual concert was very fun and exciting except for the fact that it ended 1 hour earlier than scheduled, so everyone had high hopes that we would get a surprise guest group to perform, but nope, they concluded the concert a 9pm instead of 10pm. They could have done much more with that extra time. I know many people were disappointed that there was not much fan engagement at the actual concert and the groups definitely could have talked to us more than the 3 minutes they spent.

First time getting to KCON on the east coast. I got there by 9am and registration was pretty smooth but getting the EMPTY swag bag (P4) was way on the other end (I did not understand WHY you had to go that far for it. Logistically did not make sense.) Limited vendors but it was outside. Luckily it was not overly hot or humid last Saturday. But the panel/workshops tents had limited seating. There were constant changes. For those who want to swap the fan engagements, should have an area as I felt bad for those walking around asking to switch. (I did not get anything but that is ok.) Free WIFI would have been nice. But then we are at the age of free wifi everywhere pretty much. Not necessary but still nice. Not enough food vendors, more cash and limited choices and long lines for boba. Glad there were some food samples. I ended up taking a rest and hanging out at Marriott Courtyard and eating in Newark. I liked that it was accessible and that the concert ended at 9pm. I had to trek back to NYC and that took 1.5 hours to catch a 12:30am bus (I made with plenty of time to spare and even went to Ktown for 40 minutes too.) Glad I got to catch the KPOP Festival. It was fun that VIXX leader N was a guest judge. Also for the concert---glad I had a seat. So no need to sit to wait to get in for general admission. Even my Kcon fan who loves AOA and SNSD was impressed by VIXX and Teen Top. Everyone brought their A game. Tiffany came out and even Danny from LA too. There was a special stage with 2 from AOA and 2 from Teen Top singing song about NEW YORK. I love how the fans were happy and everyone performed their hearts out. There was some aegyo sightings & some subtitles of what was said (sadly not always consistent) on the big screen. Though it is first time, there are some changes would be helpful but grateful to have gone and attended.

It was absolutely amazing. I never went to a kpop concert or convention before. I love AOA and SNSD. Teen Top and Vixx turned out to be pretty cool too. I was so happy that Jun Curry Ahn was there too :D I really wish other kpop groups also came. Personal request: SISTAR!!!! I love like 8 of the 10 artists at KCON LA. I wish they would come to NY in the future PLEASSSEEEEE MORE KCON
