The concert overall was amazing, I could have wished that the concert would have been on a Friday or Saturday due to the fact that I had school the next morning. I loved all of the performances, all of the artists were very energetic and upbeat. I absolutely loved Calvin Harris's performance it was very intriguing with all of the lights and his upbeat music. I also loved Shawn Mendes, I had specifically gone to see him. I loved all of this songs and how the crowd gathered around and how you could see the lights in the arena as he played. Overall, all of the performances were amazing, although I would've wanted Nick Jonas to have performed and that 5 SOS could have played for a bit longer it was an amazing concert. Also, my seats online were not as I pictured them, we had loge seating and we were almost back stage we could barely see the performers and the only way we did was because of the jumbotrons.

Disappointing to say the least. Some acts of the show were good, but having the main headliner to the concert not show up ruined it. Also would have made some sense to announce that Miley wasn't going to arrive as soon as possible instead of when she was supposed to go on stage.

Very angry I paid for tickets for a concert where the headliner does not show up. There is no excuse for what happened especially when other acts made it there who also performed in NYC the night before. Miley should fulfill her obligations not to mention I had a niece devastated in tears because she couldn't see her favorite singer. Just heartbreaking!!!!!

Overall it was a great night!! Disappointed that Miley Cyrus was a no show!! Especially when they said she was in the building at the beginning of the show. WHY LIE???? Delayed for 7 hours really?? When her band drove.... They had forcast this storm for a week. Everyone else had manged to fly in and make the show. Fifth harmony was TOO rehearsed but other than everyone was great !! Very impressed by Robin Thicke not sure what I expected from him, but he was fantastic!!!

I really am glad I got the cheap seats. While the various performers were all very talented, it seemed almost certain that 80% of them were not singing but lip synced. Which is disappointing. The major exception was Paramor, who was simply phenomenal - I'd go see her independently in a heartbeat. Miley didn't show, nor did Mackelmore (who was listed as a headliner). All in all it was very disappointing. Walking through the snow across the locks over the Charles River in the driving snow, however was a blast! The seats STANK. The stage was larger than usual making visibility very very difficult. Seeing the jumbotron was impossible. The acts rarely, if ever, made use of the wings.

Although the concert was pretty good, we can't get over how horribly Kiss handled Saturday's concert and the Miley situation. Not announcing it until the end, telling us she was there, and not caring that hundreds of teens were left hanging out for rides that weren't scheduled to arrive at least 30 minutes later -- in a huge snowstorm, no less! You clearly knew she wasn't coming earlier that night. What a disgrace! Then to just end the show without an encore of other performers or something else in Miley's place. Heck, you could have Skyped a performance from Miley at the airport and made history. But instead, you clearly didn't care. We've had it with your arrogance and know others feel the same. We are no longer listeners. Grow up, Kiss 108!

I would rate the Kiss 108 Jingle ball as being amazing. I would rate it this way because i was able to hear very well for this concert and it was really awsome because i actually got to see who the radio station Djs were too. I think my favorite act was cher Loyyd because she was attractive. Cher Loyyd was also one of the singers that was very crowd friendly too. I am definately going to go to next years Jingle ball too if i can.

My daughter and I have made going to Kiss108 Jingle Ball a tradition. It is girls night out. I love seeing Matty , Billy and Lisa . The acts amazing. Where else could you go see 12 acts for the price that one woul cost . It's exciting and a great bonding experience.

brought my 9 year old daughter to the jingle ball concert. It was OK. It all seemed disorganized and like no one wanted to be there. we go to a lot of concerts and this was probably the worst show I've ever been to in a very long time. There was zero entertainment. Our seats were really bad. They were almost behind the stage. If they had indicated that they were obstructed view I never would have bought them.

Great concert with lots of performers. Love the rotating stage making time between acts very short . However our seats that we bought through a presale to preferred customers - before tickets went on sale to the general public, were BEHIND THE STAGE !! No views except the backside of the performers from the side. We paid the same price for ticketsw as those who could see. There were screens, but the view was backwards. Most disappointing when you are expecting to be able to see as well as hear a concert. Also, Extremely disappointed that Nick Jonas was there to announce two acts and didn't even sing! They could have scheduled him in for an extra 5 minutes

Fantastic concert. The only thing I can say that was bad is that it was very rushed at the end and 5SOS seemed like they did not have enough time to play. Since they were the headliner they should have been allowed more time. It seemed that this year they played the same amount of time as some of the rest of the bands. TD Garden should not sell obstructed seats behind the stage. They don't do it for other shows (Eagles, Seger, etc) but what should have been a nice for kids had them roaming around the Garden looking for a view.

I loved that this event ran on time.. It was a school night and we had to catch the train so kudos to them for sticking to schedule!! The show was great but the sound was terrible. Everyone was complaining how muffled the sound was. We could not hear any of the discussions or what was being said on the recorded things on the screens. The songs were muffled as well.

The show overall was great, all of the acts were very good. It confused me because a lot of the acts were VERY short, like Jessie J only sang 2 songs while she has albums worth. And the show was running very early, yet they rushed 5 Seconds Of Summer at the end. Plus they said Nick Jonas was "hosting" when he only came on stage a total of 3 times. All in all it was still worth the money, but it was a learning experience, I have been to other jingle ball dates in the past but this is the first one from Kiss 108. Definitely would come back again.

The show was very well run, moved swiftly and the artists were great. However, it was obvious that 90% of the fans (young girls) were there to see Five Seconds of Summer and you put them on last. This was a late show for this age group and it would have been appreciated if this group was on earlier in the night so the kids could get home for school.

Ticketmaster should try sitting in the seats they sell. We bought seats that appeared to be to the side of the stage, but were so far to the side (we were in the last possible sitting area before it's considered behind the stage) we could not see the performers. Speakers and equipment blocked our view. AND, the Closed Circuit TV screens were only facing outward to the people could already see the stage. There were no screens facing the side. Performers only faced outward. While we had a few big names like 5th Harmony, Fall Out Boy, and Camila Cabello, others were lesser known. All the bigger names were at Jingle Ball in NYC. I mean really big names. Is Boston chopped liver? Some were downright boring. You need to get more big names.

First time to this event. We went to the Boston one. Although the show was excellent-each performed played 4-5 songs and it was quick switching between performers- it would have been better if all the same performers played in all the same events. NYC had different performers than Boston and unfortunately some that my son wanted to see did not come to Boston. I tried to google information about the event before hand to see how it was done but could find very little information on it. My son thought Boston was geared more towards women than men for performers.

The show was amazing! They had such a great line-up this year. Arianna's performance was so fun to watch with all the dancing. Plus, she has amazing vocals. Her live performance really blew me away. DNCE was also really fun to watch because they looked like they were having a blast on stage. Would definitely go and see them again. I mean, who wouldn't? JoeJo has been the love of my life since the JoBro days. Ellie Goulding also had an awesome performance; "Love Me Like You Do" was an awesome finish to her performance. Niall was also really sweet and funny. His performance was amazing. Finally, Shawn Mendes killed it. This was my 6th time seeing him live, and I am still impressed with his performance every time. You can really tell how much he cares about his performance and his music. He puts all his heart and soul into every performance. 11/10 would recommend. Overall, Jingle Ball is wicked fun.

It was my first JingleBall I've ever been to and I had an amazing time! I was mostly looking forward to seeing Calvin Harris and The Weeknd since I already saw Nick Jonas and Natalie La Rose over the summer. Nick Jonas was great as always, Demi Lovato was phenomenal, basically all the performers including 5 Seconds of Summer, Hailee Steinfeld, Natalie La Rose, and Tove Lo were good. I'll go again next year depending on the line up.

The people who performed each got about a half hour. This wasn't the issue. The issue was the order in which they performed. I felt that the bigger named people should've gone towards the end, not the beginning. I was so excited to be there, and then I got bored and sat down the rest of the concert

Wow ! perhaps science could harness the power of screaming girls! I tell ya it was very loud! Took my teen girl and she was very happy with the show! We sat in row 1 in lodge 11 great seats. I reccomend the Jingle Ball ! Calvin Harris and the weekend were the stars of the show

The whole time kiss 108 was saying Miley was wearing a red bathing suit and was there in her dressing room when she was in New York! She was the main act and the only reason I bought 3 tickets at 180.00 a piece as Christmas presents for my kids! Something must be done about this!

For the amount of money I paid for these tickets, I am appalled that Miley (headliner) was a no show!! The snow was predictable!!!!! All others made it!!! We should get first rights for her April concert AND discount on tickets!!!!!!!!!

Concert was ok. I was definitely not happy how the handled the whole Miley thing and didn't have the courtesy to come on stage and tell the audience. I think we should be entitled to a refund, that was the whole point my daughter wanted to go to the concert.

The show was decent enough, but Miley Cyrus was the main reason I bought four tickets for my kids and she did not show. I strongly feel that a partial refund should be given to all who attended. She was billed as the headliner and did not appear because of snow (or poor planning, really). While things can happen, we should not pay for her poor judgment. All other performers on the Jingle Ball circuit scheduled for Boston were able to get here on time from New York, despite the snow. The concert organizers really weaseled out of it until the very end, and the audience was stunned that the show was suddenly over when we were expecting her to come on next. They obviously knew at the outset and it was not honest. Matty in the Morning was not even there at his own concert. They handled things very poorly, which makes me unlikely to do it next year. The saving grace of the concert was Flo Rida, who was energetic and fun, despite having flown in from Russia.

The two stars are for Kiss 108 and how they handled Miley not showing up for the concert To just end the concert early with no back up plan was just plain mean and unprofessional. 5 stats to the artists that performed that night.

The show was awesome! I wish some of the artists had more performance time, but all of the artists that were there did great. I was disappointed in the way the show ended. Enrique Iglesias should have done some kind of encore since he ended up being the last artist. Also, the way that Miley Cyrus no-show was announced was not very professional. Someone from Kiss 108 could have at least came out to announce it. I understand why they waited until the end so that none of the fans left, but that part could have been better.

Headliner, Miley Cyrus, cancelled due to the snow storm and KISS 108 decided not to announce it until after the last act ended. Would have loved to leave as soon as they knew she wouldn't be playing so that I could head back to NYC - and not be stuck in Boston for no reason.

The show was a joke. After announcing early in the night that "Myley Cyrus was in the house" she was a no show. Kiss108 don't have the common decency to announce it. They just basically ended the show. Kids were crying. It was a disgrace I wish I could get a refund....
