Was soooo awesome wanna relive it again! Was so surprised with Why do you Love Me and Blood for Poppies! Loved the whole set! Shirley, being in her 50s, is still rockin out! They were all so full of energy, talking to the crowd, and gave it their all! Love their new album name as well, recommend give it a listen!

Garbage is amazing to see live. They were energetic and the hits kept on coming. Shirley is very engaging with the audience and her personality came out. I was sad that Butch Vig wasn't preforming with them at this show. I would have loved to see him at drums. The band played with such energy and fire. I love going to see them whenever they're in Vegas. Shirley is a rock goddess. Keep kicking ass!

This was my first Garbage concert and it was absolutely amazing! Despite Shirley Manson being 50 years old, she has a tremendous stage presence, and her energy on stage puts to shame some performers I've seen, only half her age. The band was tight, energetic, interacted wonderfully with the audience, and their setlist was fantastic with some great performances of songs from every one of their albums. The light show was good and did not detract from the performers or their music. Highly recommended! I will see Garbage again if they come through town.

Garbage took the stage Saturday night at the Palms Casino's Pearl Theater for its first major concert in nearly 7 years. After a couple of warm up gigs in smaller environs in LA in the preceding week, Shirley Manson lead the boys through a 90 minute set of hits, band favorites and a few new songs from the soon to be released "Not Your Kind of People". The capacity crowd screamed and danced their approval and seeing the joy and emotion on the band's faces could only be topped by seeing the smiles and tears of joy in the eyes of their adoring fans. Although the music has a techno component that cannot be denied, Garbage is a guitar-driven earth-mover with one of the world's most accomplished drummers and an incredible singer in the driver's seat.

Shirley has still got it. Vocals were great and she looked amazing. Butch still tears up the drums. Great stage presence and performance. Sound and lighting was effective. They really rocked it that nite. Shirley was sincere and genuine in her heartfelt gratitude for being loyal fans over the years. The whole band is extremely talented. Wonderful show and so glad to see them now that I'm all grown up! Good view. Nice venue. intimate setting.

The band was just as good if not better than they used to be. I really appreciated that there were no theatrics and just the band. It certainly showcased their talent.

Living in Vegas I see many shows. Most artists rely on huge sets, multiple costume changes to keep you entertained. Garbage kept it simple, a minimal set that really left the focus on the artists and their work. Manson worked every angle of the stage and gave one of the best (if not best) performances I have ever seen. Energetic and engaging, Garbage was never gimmicky and let their talent shine throughout a performance people half their age could never imagine attempting. They covered nearly their entire song catalog, unlike some artists that rely heavily on their current release, but gave even their oldest songs a fresh new polish while maintaing their original integrity. I highly recommend seeing Garbage if you ever get the chance.

This show was fantastic! The band was in great form, which is amazing since it is only the 3rd show of the tour, and the first tour in 7 years. I took a friend who is not really familiar with their music, and he was blown away.

Great to see the band back and Shirley's Voice was amazing:))) Pearl at the Palms Hotel is an excellent place to see a concert, no matter where you sit, excellent view!! The seats were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. Garbage played a mix of songs, from each record and 3 new songs: Volcano Blood for Poppies Battle in Me They missed some key songs, wish they would have performed for another hour! Garbage could just do a tour on B-Sides!! Thank you Garbage for bringing great music back to the forefront.

Two years ago i told my son that i would go anywhere to see Garbage if they got back together. Saturday night that wish came to fruition when I witnessed G play to a sold out club/theatre in Las Vegas. All i can say is Shirley and the boys took the stage to a roar which didn't stop. Each tune, new and old, brought the crowd to its feet. Shirley Manson's voice was as sweet and strong and powerful as it ever had been, as she and the boys demonstrated why they are the best kept secret in the history of rock and roll. On "I'm Only Happy When it Rains" they began with a slow musical intro as Shirley sweeted out the title first verse, "I'm only happy when it rains..." and then blasted the song into orbit. "#1Crush" began with the amazing , "ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh AH..." and Shirley was off into what has always been one of my favorite favorites [it's hard to say that any one of their tunes is not a favorites]. "The World Is Not Enough" the title song from the James Bond movie of the same name - and probably their most famous song because of that identification - saw her silky voice in it's dreamy register which penetrates into your mind's eye. Really, every song was a highlight - "Stupid Girl" with it's eternal refrain - "Stupid Girl, aah aah...." and "i can't believe you fake it.... don't believe in love, don't believe in hate...." The band itself is just so tight, evey note and drumbeat is right and purposeful - and every word the glorious Ms. Manson sings blends in with the instrumentals. They work together perfectly. When she came back onstage for the encore, and the audience wouldn't stop applauding and whoo-hooing, it kind of took them all aback. To be a Garbage fan is to love them and they felt that from this audience. Since they did introduce some new pieces i believe we might have them back - for at least awhile. If so, i urge anyone who claims to love rock music to see them if they get a chance. If you hear them i believe you will have to agree that they are totaly unique and really one of the great rock bands of all time

After all this time I wasn't sure what to expect but Garbage has not lost their flavor. Shirley Manson is still on top of her game, strong, gorgeous and talented as ever. The new stuff is just as edgy and tasty as their older material. El Rey is a beautiful venue, I recommend it if you haven't been, if you have its been restored and looks better than before. So glad I was lucky enough to get tickets and thankful they did such a great job of eliminating the scalper problem for the Monday show. Go see them, you won't regret it.

Incredible show! Laura Escude opened the show with a fantastic, modern performance that infused elements of classical music with contemporary dance/electronic/dubstep. Quite an eclectic artist with a remarkable talent. Garbage was remarkable! Shirley Manson hasn't aged in 15 years. They performed a perfect set with a heavy focus on hits from their first two albums, and sprinkled in just a couple of new songs from their forthcoming album. Shirley said it perfectly, "it's been a long time. You've changed. We've changed. You've grown, we've grown. You've hurt, we've hurt." Glancing around at the audience, it was evident that these fans were all spawns of the 90's grunge/rock pop era. During Garbage's prime, we were angsty teens, fighting against the man in any way we could. Now, as we've all grown up, everyone in that room embrace

The show was awesome, they brought down the house! I got there early so I found a spot right next to the stage front, it was great to be that close, a rare treat. I'm so happy to see them back and it was wonderful to see them having fun and enjoying the energy together. It's refreshing to see them back and sounding as good as they have ever been. The music scene desperately needs some changes and new sounds like Garbage to shake things up! I

I bought these tickets for my husband. He has been a big Garbage fan for many years. Seating was general admission and standing room only so we were able to go down to the stage. We were standing front row center stage and Shirley Manson was less than 5 feet away from us! My husband was SO excited!! He couldn't believe that we were able to get that close!!! I too am now a fan!!!

I saw Garbage at the Fillmore! I've seen Garbage play before and they are always great, and this time was no exception! I was as close to stage as I have ever been too. The excitement caused by the intro music was felt throughout the audience. Then the band and Shirley Manson walks out...all sultry and badass...chills! It is difficult to take your eyes of Shirley as she owns the stage and is incredibly energetic! Garbage played a good mix of new and old. For the me, the stand-out song of the night was a cut from "Not Your Kind of People" entitled "Man on a Wire". I recommend checking out Garbage as they are amazing live, and are very appreciative of their fans!

Garbage powered up The Electric Factory on a cold Saturday night in Philadelphia. If you live in the area they are performing in the next 2 weeks STOP READING this and go buy tickets ASAP to their remaining few shows before it's to late. Fans began to line up at 9am in 34 degree weather outside the venue which was a clue how amazing The Garbage legacy and new music sounds live. It s been about 1 year since they performed in Atlantic City, and it couldn t come soon enough. Garbage are touring in support of their Not Your Kind of People release. Which can be found on CD, Vinyl and deluxe with b side releases at their website. Shirley took command of the stage instantly as she always usually does. She had them bow downing to here in seconds. Behind Shirley on drums, producer Butch Vig (Nirvana s Nevermind) , former Jane s Addiction Bass player Eric Avery. Avery is one of those rare bass players who can do power and groove simultaneously and effortlessly. The 2 other founding members Steve Marker and stylish Duke Erikson, split guitar & Keyboard duties. The performed a classic 21 song set rounding out some new songs with oldies & had snippets thrown in as well. One thing for sure is MRS Shirley Manson is back and better then ever. Forget all that X factor, America's Idol, The Voice, the Songwriters shows trying to manufacture female vocalist with no writing ability, week voices ect Manson is the real deal and the sultry songstress will eat the stage up alive !!!!!!

The return of Garbage from their multi-year absence from touring was well worth the wait. Shirley Manson was in excellent voice as she prowled around the stage and then pouncing on the audience with her beautiful voice. The slower songs were amazing, the hits were perfect, the rest of the band's high energy was both uplifting and totally impressive!! It was an amazing experience. I was less impressed with IO Echo. Musically I liked what hey provided, but the lead singers voice was drowned out by the pumped up music being played by her bandmates. I came home and listened to some of their music online and actually enjoyed it in that format.

Garbage were simply amazing! They put on such an awesome show. Their sound, lights, stage presence...all contribute to a completely entertaining live performance! They are one of the favorite bands of my wife and me (primarily for their uncompromising artistic integrity, sticking to their amazing talents in producing electronic alternative rock...they were also one of the bands that we "had in common" when we first met), and this is the 2nd time we've seen them. Shirley and the boys are always awesome live, and Friday night at Terminal 5 was amazing and more. The band played pretty much all of their hits over the last 18 years, and played an incredible cover of Patti Smith's "Because the Night" with this female guitarist wunderkind. Also loved when Shirley covered Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams" at the end. She is still the powerful rock star she always has been.

Tickets were affordable-$35-How cool is that? I drove in from Lynchburg. Parking was easy to find, as was the theatre. The people who directed the flow of customers were very efficient and it was easy to pick up my tickets at will call. I'd never been to a concert before so I was a little nervous. It was a cool old theatre with great lighting design and the sound guys did a really good job. It was loud but my ears didn't bleed. It was really well air conditioned too which was nice because I was in the general admission section and that many bodies packed together can make a place go from warm to sweltering really fast. As for Garbage, they put on such a good performance. I expected nothing less from them. Shirley was beautiful and amazing, and the band members were awesome. Everything-so good. I loved every second of it and I'm returning at the end of November to see a SSPU concert. Oh and their openers, White Mystery, a brother-sister duo out of Chicago. Very good live! And all that flaming red hair, it was like attack of the gingers out there. I would highly recommend Garbage and The National.

The only way that I can describe this concert is WOW! I am not an easily impressed person, but this band and venue far exceeded my expectations. I have been to many concerts in my lifetime, but this was by far the best. Garbage is one of my favorite bands of all time and this is the first time in 17 years that they have been around for me to see them. Pearl at the Palms felt like walking onto the Star Trek Enterprise. The staff was professional, well dressed, and friendly. Shirley Manson is an incredable singer and the sound was the best that I have ever heard. My only complaint is that they don't tour much, but I guess that is what made it such a special experience. I can't really blame her for not wanting to ride around on a tour bus with a bunch of dudes all over the country. However, I know that they live in LA so I hope they do this venue again. I will definitely do it again in a heart beat.

Two words: Simply incredible! After six years of not playing live, Garbage has stepped back into touring without missing a beat. Shirley and the boys were in top form. After a 7 year absence, Garbage is back with new album and tour. Great show and did not disappoint. The whole band was tight as ever. Shirley Manson's vocals were incredible. Duke Erikson & Steve Marker's guitars were screaming. Butch Vig may be the most underatted drummer in modern rock, simply amazing. Also, nice to see Eric Avery of Jane's Addition fame on bass. The worst thing about the venue is they opened the doors at the same time, even though there was a damn line! Everyone just bum rushed it. That being said, this probably was my favorite Garbage show, seen them 6 times. They had some heartfelt moments like for not going to SF for their 20 Years Queer tour. So they performed "Androgony" as their finale, being appropos for SF, and how Shirley noted the city represents the "be whoever you are" motto. Their new album is great and loved the tracks they performed, along with their great hits. They always sound amazing, and Shirley is always vibrant, energetic, and sincere.

Went to see them again after over a decade. Still amazing sound and energy. I loved the simplicity and throw back to real rock and roll. Lots of guitars and drums. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Shirley was awesome and still kicking a$$ at 50! My spouse enjoyed it as well even though he wasn't as familiar with their music and had never seen them before. What a show! It was the last night of this round of touring so they did an extra song or two for us. It was incredible. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the sound was alittle distorted. Maybe it was the Masonic's acoustic that can't handle that much power? But I would go again. Thanks garbage!! Parking was easy if you can pay $35. Getting out of parking was Hard but there is another way at the bottom level. I would go to this venue again.

Simply put, this band sounds as incredible live as they do on their albums. You can't say that for most live acts... South Side is a very good venue, not overcrowded and relatively short lines to booze. 2 big thumbs up.

I will continue to go see Garbage anytime they tour, no matter the city. This time it was the Old National Theatre in Indy. I've been to this venue a few times and it's always a great time. Shirley and the boys put on one hell of a show, even though Butch was in LA with an illness. This is my second favorite band ever and their music has and continues to speak to me after all these years. They're definitely in a good place personally and professionally.

This was a great venue and a great high energy performance. There was a great mix of the classic and the new. They just killed it.

The Garbage concert was fantastic. Shirley sounded better than she ever did. Duke and Steve played with enthusiasm just like they always do. Unfortunately, Butch was absent due to illness, but the fill-in drummer did a good job. Can't wait for them to come back.

This was my first time to the Pageant and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! I went to see my number one favorite band Garbage and not only did I get front row seats by the stage with general admission but I got to meet Shirley Manson outside afterwards along with one of her main guaterist for a photo op. Highly recommend this place it's a great small venue with big name bands.

The reason I give them 5 stars, even with a few technical glitches, is because they brought it & gave 100%. I first saw them 20 years ago & very little has changed. High energy, no medleys, full songs, and well worth your ticket price!

The set list was wonderful because Garbage played a variety of songs from multiple albums. There were minor technical issues that the lead singer addressed and entertained the audience in a professional manner during the show. The only reason why I gave a four instead of a five is due to the ordering site had a discrepancy of stating the doors opened at 6 pn instead of 7 pm. I arrived at apprx 6:30 pm and had to stand around for 30 minutes.

I've seen Garbage about ten times now, as they're one of my favorite bands. But boy, this performance was nearly ruined by the worst sound I've ever heard at any show I've ever seen. The sound engineer should be fired. Whenever the electric bass or bass drum was being played, that's all you could hear. Shirley's vocals weren't hot enough, and sometimes you couldn't hear her at all. Which is a shame, because you could tell the band was putting their all into it. Even Duke and Steve were interacting with the audience more than I've ever seen them do before. But after the show, on our way out the door, the awful sound was all everybody was talking about. It's not the venue: I've heard great shows at the Uptown before. It was the sound guy. I'm told he was off to the side of the stage. I guess the sound was excellent over there.

I've been a fan of garbage even since they first came out and now it's there 20th anniversary of there album. They are simply amazing, the music was spot on! Shirley was absolutely on point and the band rocked! Garbage is and still my #1 Crush!

The show was excellent - Garbage played its entire 1995 debut, associated B-sides and a few later era songs in the encore. The venue is nice, open floor and seating in the back. The one drawback is that parking is a challenge. The guy putting on the bracelets for alcohol said "go ahead and park in the lots that say private property" - but he's not the one trying to get his towed car out of hock at midnight in Westbury. (They didn't tow, BTW)

This was one of the absolute best concerts I have ever been to-and I've been to a lot of shows. Garbage's performance was stellar, the acoustics and base were on point. The venue was great. I had never been to the Space before, but I loved it. Really awesome.

Nice 70's vibe with a firm blast in the past to 1995. Nice collage of B sides.... I've always heard Garbage puts on a good show and never disappoints. For my first show, definitely praise worthy and worth the time and money to spend. This is one concert list item on my bucket list I can proudly cross off for sure!!

The Band 's set list was a dream come true. All of the original 1995 album plus plenty of deep-cuts, B-sides! Band looked great too! The light show was blinding and forced me to often look away and wipe painful tears from my eyes. The Cosmopolitan Boulevard Pool P.A. system sucked! Way too mush bass that wobbled and drowned out Shirley's voice.

I have waited 20 years to see Garbage and they did not disappoint. In the past whenever I tried to get tickets they were, like Depeche Modes', sold out before I could get one. I found out about this concert by a very good friend and was able to get a ticket the day before the concert. The show was electrifying from the first note to the last. It was a treasure to have their first album interspersed with G-sides like #1 Crush & Butterfly Collector. I loved how Shirley embarrassed Steve by asking him to explain one of their g-sides and his thoughts about it. Shirley was on fire and Butch & Steve shredded the place down!!

Shirley and the boys were in great form. I saw their two previous Bay Area shows, which were at the Warfield. Even though Shirley didn't speak until they finished playing the "1st side," it seemed like she had more interaction with the audience and was very relaxed. It was great hearing the B Sides and covers since Shirley had a few stories for those. Be aware that strobe lights are featured heavily during the show. Since my seat was about level with the stage, sometimes it was difficult to watch Shirley since the lights would be directly in my eyes. You might be better off below or above stage level.

After a solid year of touring, I was a bit concerned that they could be a little burnt out. Wow, was I wrong. They had the performance so refined, it was sublime. Shirley never sounded better, and the boys were spot on with their playing.

Garbage did not miss a beat from their hiatus! At the end of the tour , they were tight and looked to be enjoying themselves, including the crowd at the Pageant! Hopefully I won't have to wait so long to see them again!

Shirley sounded good and the band worked hard but REALLY, no Butch Vig?! I get that he was sick, but I shouldn't have had to harangue the woman at the merch table so she would text the stage manager who mentioned it to Shirley who, 5 mins later, finally made an announcement far into the show between songs. Seems like there was going to be no mention of his absence, and that's not cool. #1 Crush was an odd choice for an encore, end-the-show song.
