Great little arena. Very family friendly. Seats where great for a frugal price. Definitely locals, everyone knew everyone. Pretty much everyone was friendly but there was a little tension almost like invading their space :( I would definitely go again and ignore that. Had a great time.

First hockey game ever and was more fun than expected. People I was sitting by made me feel part of Tricities. They helped explain penalties and such great atmosphere at the Toyota Center. Also, have to say I had a 22 inch hotdog there and ate the whole thing. To bad they lost. I will definitely attend another game. The seating was great center ice.

The game was great but the seats were an insult! There was no mention of restricted view & I could not see one of the goals without standing up through half of the game.

The experience was an unforgettable i personally enjoyed it except allot of arguments between opposite players and even physical fighting was involved. As a mother having her children see more than 4 altercations per game left me a bit skeptical but the TCA did win!! but I used the players altercations as a learning experience for my kids as to what not to do or say!

If you like raw hockey and have no intention of getting anything to drink, you would love this stuff. The lines at the Toyota Center are painfully long though.

This was one of the better games the Am's have played in years... there were 4-5 fights few penalty kills several power plays and the Am's won the game 4-3. Hopefully the franchise gets the money to redo the stadium to meet WHL and NHL standards so we can continue to have more games like this one.

The seats are very tight close to the rail you can't move your feet you don't have cup holders and you have to come in to your seat from the row behind when everyone is seated, do to how tight it is. your behind the player which is fun but the other fans are rude had never been to a game there they were very very rude!! Use to go to the Winter Hawks all the time in Portland never had a problem not sure I would go back to another game there.

It was great! very exhilarating. Action packed fun filled night. our seats were perfect, we had a great view of every inch of the ice. Game was very close went in to over time and a shootout. exciting!!

Loved the game. The Americans kicked butt. I did like the fact that there was a fight. Food was amazing. Crowd response was good. And the promotion guy was great there were a lot of give aways.

We have gone to the annual New Year's eve game for several years. As aways the game between the Chiefs and the Americans was Good. This game kinda got outa hand when the ref called off a goal for the Americans. It seem to take the steam out of the Americans. The American's crowd always shows great support for the team and we'll be back next New Year's eve.

The parking was free and close. Getting into the building was easy. This is not the case at all WHL stadiums. The food was generally good, however the nacho chips seemed a bit stale. The view of the game was good. Access to the seats was easy, very few steps.

LOVED it!! It was my fist live hockey game. It was very exciting!! the venue was great other then construction being done on there parking lot. the announcer kept the crowd going. I had a Blast!!
