San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo

First time at the rodeo (semi-finals) which was awesome and fun to watch! But even better was the Star Treatment we received sitting on the rodeo floor (1st row!!) for Jeff Dunham \u2014 WOW! ...Non-stop laughter for 2 hours! Best live show we have EVER seen!

We had a blast! The concert was fun and full of energy by both the band and fans! I am glad I went!

Always an enjoyable rodeo show. From women s barrel racing to the bull riding, great time all the time.

I think the event need a little more direction. There were lines but no one knew where they went. The parking was horrible. They just had you drive around and they never let you into the parking lot. The rodeo was fun, it lasted about 2 hours. Tim McGraw sang some good songs but he did not play for long enough. He should have played 3 or 4 more songs. Maybe he played longer at the night show.

The sound system was pretty bad - but with Tim singing, one could over look that. He has such a smooth voice and great looks, that overcomes anything else.

Lady Antebellum was awesome! The lead male vocalist really is what makes the group. I just wish the music was louder and amplified more.

My Valentine's Day gift was going to see Lady Antebellum. We had ordered the tickets online and picked them up at will call which was quite easy-no hassle. I had forgotten how we would also get to see some of the rodeo events such as the bull riding, barrel riding, etc., before the show. I found it to be an extra treat for me. I enjoyed the fact that I could sit in the warm AT&T center and really enjoy the shows. Lady Antebellum was excellent. The music was loud enough and clear so that I could understand every word which does not always happen when I attend concerts. Overall, my Valentine's Day gift was something I will remember for a long time.

Really enjoyed the show..... great fun and entertaining. Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood seem to enjoy the crowd. I think their music is for the young and old alike.

The rodeo and concert was amazing. We were part of the Rodeo Star Experience and other than the woefully undercooked steak and the cramped dining tent the experience was worth the money. Lady Antebellum is a great group and we are looking forward to them coming back next year.

Lady Antebellum was very good, but the sound system was terrible. Distorted sound and vocals that were very difficult to hear. Just not first-class sound amplification for a first-class group.

The rodeo was fabulous, the staff was amazing, and the concert was unforgettable!

Every year we are filled with pride at our San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo. We never miss and know that there is no better value for the price of a ticket than this event. It is a pure Texas time, and Lady A was the cherry on top of the dessert. Excellent show.

Was an excellent rodeo performance and music by Lady Antebellum. There was a bit of sound problems, but not enough to take anything away from the performance.

Went to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo last night to see Lady Antebellum. What you see in their videos, interviews and hear on their CDS is what you get. Lady Antebellum hit the stage at 9:30 p.m. and the song I Got A Feeling was playing. They sang all of their songs, Luke Bryan's Do since they co-wrote it and sang harmony on it, a Tom Petty song and ended their show with I Run to You. They are audience focused and encourage the audience to sing with them. There are no bright lights or special effects so you can see and hear them so clearly. The accoustics in the AT & T Center are great. Would definetely go see them again in concert ! Leon Coffey was as funny as ever with all of his jokes and comments he had the band and the audience laughing non-stop; The bulls were behaving for him last night.

Have seen them before and the concert this time was much better than last time here at the att center. could here them much better and the big screens were great. thanks for a great night.

Everything was great, from ordering the tickets, to the seating, to the concert. I would do all again.

I love going to concerts but get frustrated when I spend a lot of money on a show only to find out that the "stars" can't really sing. Modern technology has made too many people stars who shouldn't be. Therefore, it is refreshing to go hear a live concert and hear genuinely talented people. Kudos to Lady Antebellum for an an excellent show and for their real talent!

I thought the concert was great. Sound was good everything about them was great.

Well, there is not enough leg room for some people when they sit down. Very cramped. Enjoyed watching the rodeo. The sound system was terrible! I could not understand the words said or sung most of the time. Could hear the musical instruments fine. So, please fix the sound system soon!

Xtreme Bulls comes to San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo for opening day, much to music lovers' dismay. From the opening, when the fire in the dirt refused to completely light, it was an omen that the evening was not going to be as exciting as in the past (the impact of the opening was lost when the fire fizzled and the crew on hand didn t quite know what to do about it). The best vocals of the night go to the singer of the National Anthem, (I believe his name is Mark Jones, but I may be wrong). I look forward to his performance every show we attend. Between Kate Smith and this gentleman, it doesn t get any better. The stock was overall very good quality, the riders were the best of the rest . The Xtreme Bulls gets a very good. However, the ambience and excitement of the crowd had a bunch to be desired. This was the most subdued San Antonio crowd I have seen in years. It seems like there is more excitement at the Rampage games and the butts in the seats are a lot less. Randy Houser is one of my favorite country performers. Not this night. The mix of originals and new songs was good, but the remakes of Hank Williams Jr. tunes along with the Allman Bros. were too much for me and mine to handle. I wish he would have stuck to his own\u2026

We really enjoyed the Xtreme Bulls show because it was exciting from start to end, unlike standard rodeo events. But the two announcers need to pay more attention to the bullriders and less to Leon, etc. Several times, they failed to announce a bullrider before he came out of the gate; they were too busy kidding around with Leon, or making irrelevant small talk. The concert was ok, but there were a number of songs Randy sang that we didn't recognize (excluding his brand new songs). Too bad performers don't dress for performances like they used to. Plain denim jackets and baseball caps are unimpressive and unprofessional.

The bull riding was great with top cowboys from all over the country. Randy Houser and band were awesome. I'm going to buy every CD he has!

Great time lots to do and watch great armbands for rides , great shopping , I've the bull riding and concert plus don't forget to get a red velvet funnel cake!

The rodeo and after concert was an amazing experience! For any planning to go, give yourself a few hours at least to also roam the grounds. Such a fun time!!!!

We had always wanted to go to a rodeo. We were in San Antonio this past weekend & luckily the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo with Pitbull happened to be there. We enjoyed everything, from the animals, events, the little kids riding the sheep and the concert. We had our 2 granddaughters with us (ages 17 & 15) and they really enjoyed it too. If you've never been to a rodeo, this is the one to see.

Jeff Foxworthy was GREAT!!! We had the best time.Hope he comes back soon. First time at the ATT Center and liked it very much. Will go back again.

The singer was amazing and he put on a great show.

We have been to many rodeo's including Cheyenne Frontier Days. The San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo is the best. Entertaining, convenient, well organized, and one thing I Iove is the prayer before the rodeo starts...truly Texan. Your events and concert entertainment is always some of the best anywhere. Keep up the great work! We'll be back....with friends.

Overall it was just amazing! Getting to see over 5,000 people in one arena worshipping God with the help and dedication of the newsboys. It was truly breathtaking. If I could relive this experience I would in a heartbeat!

I felt that for the amount that we paid for the concert tickets, we got way more bang for our buck than expected!! It was great seeing John Legend at the rodeo this year. Definitely hope to see him again soon!

This show was well worth the time and effort to get tickets for my daughter. I am glad I went with her and didn't send a friend instead.

I have only been to one rodeo before attending the San Antonio Rodeo, and it was in Ft. Worth. The San Antonio Rodeo is so much better. The laser light show, the music, the events, and the entertainment following the rodeo make the San Antonio Rodeo spectacular. Pentatonix performed after the rodeo. This was their first concert since winning their Grammy, and it was obvious why they won. Their music, stage presence, and overall sound quality were superb. The quality was a good as a studio recording, and the energy on stage was exhilirating. Pentatonix is going to be in Grand Prairie next month, and I can't wait to attend that show, too.

HAD A BLAST...HUNTER HAYES ROCKED!!! SAN ANTONIO RODEO ROCKED!

I really enjoyed the whole thing. The food was rediculously expensive but I loved their corn dogs. I am so glad y'all had Hunter come because I really wanted him to come from last year's survey, so Thank You very much for granting my wish! I hope y'all bring him back next year! Hunter is so energetic, passionate, and extremely talented! He has the voice of an angel and he made me cry during Wanted! I also liked how he just talked to us and he made such a connection with everyone in the room.

My daughter and I had a great time! Hunter's performance was boot stompin good! His music thrilled! So glad we got to see him!

I had seats in section 226row 2 seat 16, and the place was on fire with Pitbulls music!! I want to go again!

Did the "Star Experience". My seat was good, the dinner was good, two drink tickets good, sitting down "in the dirt" for the Pitbull was epic! My only complaint is no bar access after being escorted to the "dirt". The bars are very understaffed and made me late getting to my seat !

The whole rodeo was very entertaining! The bull riding & mutton busters are my favorite in the rodeo part. The concert was high energy fun! Love that the stage rotates. No one gets a bad seat! Loved it!!!

This was a great way to spend our Valentine's day. These women were amazing!

HEART is a great band, and Ann Wilson's vocals are just amazing. They will give you chills every time. They also ended the set with a 3 song Led Zeppelin set which was great. The only bad part of this event was that the band only played just a few minutes longer than an hour set, which felt like it was over in a flash. The band also did not do an encore. With a band like HEART, you'd expect at least an hour and a half to 2 hours. While great nonetheless, this felt like more like an "appearance" than a legitimate concert.

The experience is worth every penny. The rodeo volunteers are very helpful from beginning to end. They even escort you to your seat from the dinner tent outside the att center. The food was great and if you are a vegetarian like my sister, they wrapped up her steak portion to go. They had a really good salad and rosemary potatoes she can enjoy. Alan Jackson was great up close, I love him! The only thing I had an issue with was the parking. Anytime you park in the att center it's a mess to get out of there. It took 45 min to leave the parking space. overall I would do this again!

Music was very good. AT&T Center didn't meet my expectations.

The rodeo grounds were fun for the kids to see. I enjoyed all the tents of things to do and how warm they were since we went on a freezing night. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The concert was awesome i loved it. And the rodeo was excellent and fun to watch. I had a great time and I'm probably going to come out every year.

Brad Paisley put on a fantastic show. Very in tune with the fans. Went along the rail a couple of times and did selfies. I will go see him again!!

Even though we were seated in the higher levels the concert was great. The rodeo competition was viewable as well.

Our family had a great time at the 2018 San Antonio Rodeo! Calibre 50 was the performing artist and WOW! what a show! Can't wait until next year to join in the fun again!

This guy is amazing! He reminds me of a young Hank Williams Jr. If you get a chance in the future, you gotta buy a ticket.

My daughters and I caught the rodeo performance on the night of the 16th. The rodeo itself was enough to make me come back next year. The Goo Goo dolls were ok, his mic was way low, but he is pretty old at this point. Saturday s rodeo was just as good as the first night. Luke Combs was Amazing! No mic issue and was just a great performer. We hit the grounds after that and never ran out of things to watch, see or shop for. Thank you San Antonio for the memories!

Was really nice to get a Country Music Legend at the Stock Show. We re from Laredo and enjoy spending a week in San Antonio eating out, shopping and attending the Rodeo and Concerts. Just love this place!

Casting Crowns already being in my top 3 favorite bands did an awesome job at the rodeo! They were funny and when they had some technical issues with a guitar they just rolled with it. The music was great! The worship, and testimony was excellent. I would definitely recommend this concert to a friend.

It is totally worth it! It was our first star experience event! We loved it! Getting to see Kip Moore that close up is unforgettable!

1st time at the San Antonio rodeo. Midland put on a unforgettable performance. The band allowed a marriage perposal to be made right in stage! My husband and i got to see these men perform @ the kemah boardwalk with nothing but a picker and the voices of soon to be legends of country music. I can t wait for the new album to be released. Great job boys, keep on rockin!

Next time, getting a better seat. But enjoyed the Rodeo and Brett Eldredge rocked the arena.

The venue is awesome, from the organization of their parking, to the ease of security and getting into the event. We where higher than I liked to be , everything was easy to view with the tron, the rodeo is one for the books , wtg to everyone who participated, Gary Allan concert was over the top , was singing all the old and a few the new .. San Antonio thank you for a great night , we had a great time

The rodeo is awesome and Gary Allan was as well . Verry impressed with the devotional and patriotic opening of the event . Wish there was just a bit more room for my long legs though .

Again my wife and I did the Star experience for the second event on the last day of the rodeo and concert. I can not stop talking about the Volunteer Host with the Star Experience, they were the best. Always there to help in any way they could help you. Again we had front row seats in the stands and on the dirt for concert. The rodeo finals were super, as you would expect. Best rodeo that my wife and I have attended. The San Antonio Rodeo has won the best rodeo in their category for several years in a row. The concert with Josh Turner did not disappoint us.

The San Antonio Rodeo Star Experience was the best. Great Volunteer Host were the best, If you needed anything all you had to do was ask, they were right there. The best feel good experience I have had. The Xtreme Bulls had us on the edge of our seats watching the Riders and the Bulls. After Xtreme Bulls were finished we were escorted on to the dirt to watch one of my favorite country singers AARON WATSON, on the front row, WOW what an experience. First time to see Aaron Watson live and he did not disappoint us, Super Great. The experience was more than I expected. Great seats, good food, free drink tickets, and to be there with my beautiful wife, The Best

There were riders from all over the USA and other countries. Dierks put on a great show and we especially loved the rotating stage. This is an awesome venue!!

Amazing concert we sat all the way on the top section and were able to see everything perfectly.

Traffic near the event was a nightmare. All of the AT&T Center parking was full except for the permit parking lots. By the time we got out of the heavy traffic and managed to find an atm for cash-only private lots, it was 3PM. We missed the rodeo and assume we only missed a few songs (we got there just after 3:30). Chris Janson put on a good show. My wife wanted to buy a concert shirt after the show since we were running late. Unfortunately, the staff had already put away the Chris Janson merch by the time the concert ended. They had already switched to Chase Rice's, which was the next show. Everything was a nightmare except for the performance that Chris Janson and his crew put on.

We really enjoyed getting to see Willie live, he still has a great voice and really felt his affection for our beautiful city. Do see him if you get the chance!

John Fogerty, his son, & the entire group were amazing Mon. nite at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo! At about 72 yrs. old, John had equal energy to a 30 yr. old. I couldn't believe how accurate the music/voice were as if a studio session. The most incredible part is he appreciates his fans so much that they played almost twice as long as a normal rodeo band performance! Thanks to them all!

The rodeo was a great family friendly event that we really enjoyed! We walked around and did some shopping, looked at the exhibits, ate at the food court and sat in he wine garden before the rodeo. Friendly people. The rodeo was great and we were looking forward to a great show by John Fogerty. The stage setup crew sucked! Very disorganized. Took too long!

I have seen Fogerty a year ago but to be able to catch him again during rodeo was another treat. Great songs, great energy, always a good time!

The actual rodeo itself was awesome. Fast paced. No sitting around waiting for the next series of events. We saw the Benatar/Giraldo and it was incredible. But the entire rodeo concert lineup was allstar, I could have gone to each one if I had the time. And of course, the fair, the animals, the wine garden and the shopping - this truly is an all-day event for all. Not to be missed.

This was truly one of the best concert experiences we have had. The stage rotated, so there were absolutely no bad seats. Star Experience included a parking pass, a private catered dinner, excellent seats for the Rodeo, and floor seats for the concert. Chris Stapleton is hands down one of the best sounding live performances I have ever heard. We will definitely look for a concert to go to at the San Antonio Rodeo next year, just for the experience! They even gave us a free SA Rodeo chair to take home!

Everything was so exciting for me and my boyfriend. It was our first time at the San Antonio Stock show and rodeo, PLUS our first time seeing Alan Jackson. There was SO much to do and see, the rodeo was fun, and the concert was unforgettable, even from our seats that were higher up.

Great experience - I've never been to a professional rodeo before and it was a fun and interesting experience. The big draw for us was that Alan Jackson did an hour long concert after the show. We decided to do the VIP experience which included a steak or chicken dinner, 2 drinks, seating in the H-E-B Fan section for the rodeo and floor seats for the concert after the show. Oh right they also gave us a commemorative collapsible camping chair and free admission to the stock show on the grounds. This was well worth the $200 ticket as we wound up in the second row for the concert. Steak dinner was far better than I expected. I will do this again next year. If you're a rodeo fan, this is the largest indoor rodeo on the circuit and includes contestants from all over North America. San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo runs for two weeks thru Feb 28 - GO!!! The MC for the show made it easy to follow what was going on even for a beginner like myself.

The event was very good and entertaining! Allen Jackson was also very good! It was our first rodeo and this was a good one to attend.

Really enjoyed the show, even though I am not a real country fan. I wish the sound was a little better, but that is not Toby's fault. Wounded Warriors were in front row and Toby showed them a lot of respect.

The semi-finals show was great! It was very entertaining , there was not a dull moment. We try to make it out to this rodeo every year and refuse to go to any other! Gary Allan is the best! His show was great, every seat in the house felt and sounded like we were right up front. I would do this every weekend if it was available!

The walk was long but worth being at the rodeo and seeing Toby Keith. The only issue I had were the fences in the front. Wasn't fun getting around and not very attractive. The parking attendants were quick. But once you get to the AT&T center there is lots to do from the Kids carnival, food, drinks, shopping, and a live band befor the rodeo/concert starts. This rodeo was extra special for me because I had a Greet and Meet pass to see and get a picture taken with Toby Keith personally. After that the nosebleed section wasn't bad. You could actually see everything like the lighting affects. Also the military were met with the front seats and thanked by all. As for Toby what can he say. He is just as great in person as he is in pictures. Still looking good and performing with all his heart. If you want a chance to Greet and Meet with Toby see TobyKeith.com and become a Warrior fan. Me and my sister attend annually and we see a different concert performer each year. We saw a "FAN"tastic show by Rodney Atkins from his "It's America" tour. YEE-HAW!!!!!

Selena came out to a thunderous crowd you rocked the arena with great songs, she did let the guests know that she was sick and might not sound good but my opinon she sang every song with heart and energy we exspected from her.

I was concern when the best available seats was up in the 200's but truth is I don't think there was a bad seat in the house. We were in Section 210 and had perfect view of everthing. Of course you can never go wrong with Tim Mcgraw & I loved how his stage moved n circles so there wasn't a wrong side to sit to watch his performance. Shows were great & i loved how they got children 4-6 involved in the sheep riding competitions. It was too cute. Heading back Tuesday for D. Rocker!

I bought these tickets for me and my wife. She is a big Tim McGraw fan! The show was good, but I must say I was dissapointed that after spending $440 (2 Rodeo Experience tickets) to watch this show from the dirt I would have thought that Tim could have a least given folks a chance to touch him - even if it would have been him running through giving high fives! I guess he is too big of a star for the "little people".

I loved everything about the experience. Everyone was nice, the food was great, rodeo was fantastic, shopping was right up my alley, and Lady Antebellum was AMAZING!!!!!!

The Tim McGraw show at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo was wonderful as my wife and I expected. We purchased the Rodeo Star Experience package and were delighted with the whole experience. Sitting "on the dirt" for Tim McGraw's performance was fantastic. It is the best way to see a show at the Rodeo. The meal, which was a fantastic steak dinner, drinks, the seats on the dirt for the entertainment, and the commemorative chairs made it worth every penny. Oh, yea, you also get a free photograph taken of you that day. The people coordinating the Rodeo Star Experience are a wonderful group that bend over backwards to make sure you have a good time. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy the rodeo and entertainment.

for the money,this is by far the best event in the area during the year

It is the best action of the rodeo. We try to go every year. If you like the bull riding this is the day to go.

But it won't be my last! Bull riders and fighters were awesome! Loved that they added a concert too! Great event!
