Howie Mandel

Very funny show! Howie brings about 15 min of material and does 45 min of riffing with the audience. He is so funny at ad libbing and improv, his performance made me think of Robin Williams. Great show.

Was the best night of my life. I loved it!!! He has always been a lifetime favorite and he delivered!!

Howie Mandel was fantastic. He's an incredible performer and is able to think on his feet and deliver comedy even when he's being distracted. If you haven't seen him, you have to go.

Howie Mandel is AWESOME! I would go see him again and again and again. He makes me laugh just by the way he carries himself on stage. He's just a funny, crazy guy. I love him! I took my oldest daughter to see him as a b-day gift and she felt the same way.

I have been to Penns Peak in Jim Thorpe MANY times,this was the first non-music event I attended there. Comedian John Mendoza opened the show and was funny and then Howie came on and did his thing(altho no elastic glove over the head routine).I had a good time,the show ran an hour and a half and it was weird when it was over,because I am so used to music concerts and the ears ringing after the show,but not after this,it felt subdued.

Howie came off as a pleasant, friendly guy. He interacted with the audience and used that interaction for a lot of the one hour on stage. Not many belly laughs. He played some taped footage of him in a hair salon with hidden cameras. Lame. The opening act was good except for the ten minute gimmic of playing a taped singing performance over and over in an attempt to get audience reaction. It got old very quickly--we're not two year olds.

This show was hysterical! I don't even think he practices or has a "script"...he played off the audience in true comedic improv! Worth every penny and the one hour drive!

I must say he truly is a funny guy. If you want nonstop laughter that brings tears to your eyes Howie is a must see comedian. He interacted with audience members and kept the crowd laughing. I wish I would have taken my camera because pictures were allowed despite the tickets saying they were not. I was in the 9th row and had excellent seats. I definitely would love to go see him again.

Too much fun - even in a parking lot! Experience it

I have waited my whole life to see Howie in person. He did not disappoint. He was funny, his material was new and relevant. He did not let his surroundings control the show, (it took place in the parking lot of the casino). He took all the distractions with grace and even integrated them into his act and made them funny.

Howie can take whatever goes on around him and weave it into his act seamlessly. He is a great comedy act.

Our 7 o clock show was cancelled and we decided to stay for the 9 show and it was worth the wait This is my second time I seen him live and would tell anyone to go he is so funny and eye candy

The show was great, just had to wait for the 9:30 show because the 7:00 show was canceled because of problems at Air Port

What surprised us the most about Howie was how damn smart he was - bright - he just picked up the things going on at the venue, people in the audience, the spectators who were outside the wall and watching for free! He reminded me of Robin Williams and how he just adapted and went with the flow. Great show.

You couldn't have asked for more from his performance. Just funny from start to finish. He made it look as though this were the first time he did the material. Interaction with the crowd was great. He's quick, that's all I can say. We would definitely see him again. He's worth the price of the ticket. As for the venue, Valley View Casino was the exact opposite. Got there early and still no options to eat. Buffet and cafe were hours out in waiting. I hear the buffet is great, although we would never know. Nothing to go to in the area as it is in the middle of no where. Finally was able to get some nachos at the snack bar, but that was after standing in line for 45 minutes, then had to snag an open table when it finally opened. As for the seating, it was in the parking lot with shuttle buses passing every 15 minutes. Then there was the horrid smell of the local chicken ranches. Even Howie could not believe it. Getting out was insane. Just as long as the concert. One way out that had to allow for the passing of valet parking. We will never go to another concert here. Other casino venues are far better!!! Either way, we won't let it ruin the great time seeing this very funny guy. Way to go Howie!! Oh and thanks for the Howie Bobblehead!! You are part of the family now.

Recently, Howie Mandel performed at Valley View Casino. He was outstanding. Not only did he have his prepared material but he was also incredibly spontaneous with the audience and events happening around him. It was was one of the best stand up performances I've ever seen. Not the same Howie who appears on Deal or No Deal. A much more intimate entertainer.

Howie Mandel was hysterical! I laughed throughout the entire show. While parts were obviously scripted, he ad libs and is funny just off the cuff. Audience members, young and old, enjoyed his performance.

We've always wanted to see Howie in Vegas but when this local event was offered we had to jump on it. This was one of the best comedy shows we've seen. Howie was all over the place and put on a great show. We've told all of our friends about it. We are trying to get a big group together for the next time we see him. And there will be a next time!!!

we liked Howie from the somewhat eccentric beginning of the show all the way through -- he is fast in his humor and his comments, knows how to improvise playing the public - sometimes pushing the limit on freedom of expression but always funny - a delightful evening it was.

Howie was in good form and his opening act was great too! The venue was poor. It's set up in a parking lot, just outside the Casino. During the performance, shuttle buses and other traffic were allowed to drive around the venue (it was the only access to the front of the casino. It was a distraction to the audience and even Howie made comments about it. In the parking structure, next to the stage, a car alarm went off....another distraction! The "final straw" was the wind change, which sent the odor of a chicken farm not far away, whafting over all of us. Howie's a "germaphobe" and it was obvious he didn't like it! I think he cut the performance short as a result......

This was one of the best events I have been to. I went with 3 other people and we didn't stop laughing all night. We were literally crying we were laughing so hard. One of the people that went with us rarely laughs out loud - and even he was laughing!!! Howie is really quick with his humor. I would absolutely go see his show again.

What a great show! I haven't seen his stand-up act in years and he is just as funny - if not funnier now. We had a great time!!!

Saw him years ago and when I saw he was in my area I had to go again. He is awesome.

The opening act was very funny and once Howie Mandel came on stage he entertained for a good hour. He was very funny.

First off - opening act - John Mendoza! We heard there was an opening act but did not expect the caliber of comedian as John Mendoza. Very funny and highly interactive with the audience. Headliner - Howie Mandel. We were first introduced to Howie many years back as a standup comedian on television. Watched him on 'St. Elsewhere', heard his voice as Gizmo and Bobby, Watched him on 'Deal or No Deal' and 'America's Got Talent'. His performance as a standup comic even more riveting and entertaining than anticipated. Hilarious stories based on his personal experiences and highly audience interactive making it a truly unique experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. Thank you Howie for a barrel of laughs and a VERY enjoyable evening! P.S. to John Mendoza - Next time alert Howie when you've learned there's an 11 year old girl in the front row!

I have been a fan of Howie's since the beginning of his career. He is such a funny guy and it amazes me how he can come up with such funny stuff off the top of his head. I belly laughed from the time he started to sadly enough when the show was over. My one complaint and its not about the show its about the parking situation. I'm sure you've heard it before. There should definitely be venue parking.

3rd time we've seen Howie Mandel, and it is the charm! Laugh out loud. His mind is quicker than ever. Wow! The only downside is seating. Way too tight. Felt that I was sitting in a discount airline without the recliners. But Howie made up for the discomfort.

the very beginning was a film of an older man singing an older song that went on forever.. and ever... the crowd was yelling, I though there would be some reason, joke about it - but NO. Next a "warm" up comedian comes out - and he was NOT funny. Later Howie, who I adore, but was disappointed in his material, he used the audience a lot for a crutch, and used the security guards... way too much.. they seemed uncomfortable.. he kept going back to them. the worst part of the whole show were the loud talking drunks sitting behind us, and one actually approached the stage, yelled to Howie... who acknowledged her... to find out it was her Birthday.. and posed for a pic with her... sooo disappointing all the way around.

Did not get the song played over and over again the first 15 minutes. But the opening act was very funny. Howie Mandel was excellent. Personable, funny as all heck and the time went by way to fast.

Loved Howie Mandel! He had us (as well as the entire audience) laughing from start to finish. He had to deal with some crazy drunk hecklers, and he did it with style & incredible wit! Would totally go see him again and again!

It was a great night of fun - once the opening comic started his routine. We had to listen to a 15 minute video of some guy from the 50s singing a song on a loop in monotone. I almost got up and left. Glad I didn't after that it was great. Not to be missed - well, maybe the first 15 minutes. LOL

2nd time I ve seen Mandel in last 15 years. We were laughing so much we were crying. He was on stage about 1-1/2 hours, great time, great venue.

This was the fifth time we ve seen him perform. He gets better with age!

A group of 4 of us went to the Howie Mandell show at the Sound Board. It was our first time at this venue and we had an awesome time! The venue itself is clean, small but comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Valet Parking was a plus and very convenient! The show was fantastic! There were points in the show I was laughing so hard I had a hard time catching my breath! As we left the show we were already talking about the next show we would like to see at the Sound Board! Thanks for a great night!

I loved seeing this show, so glad Howie chose to come to the wine country. This venue is a great place to see music shows and comedies alike, not a bad seat in the house!

Howie Mandel is a very funny comedian. I have enjoyed his humor for years. I also know that part of his stand-up includes bantering with the audience. However at this show, I felt that some of the bantering was just too much and not that funny after awhile. The rest of the show was great.

This was an amazing show!! Howie was extremely funny and my face and stomach hurt afterwards from laughing so much! Felt like I did 500 sit ups. If you have a chance to see him you really should, you won't be disappointed!

The show started with a video of a singer that sang an annoying song for over 10 minutes until the audience was screaming for Howie to come out on stage. Don't know the purpose of that video as it was never referred to in the show. Then the warm up act came out and he was hilarious! He had the crowd rolling in laughter. Then Howie came out. He was high energy and I liked how he ad libbed so much with the audience (spent more time doing that than prepared material I think). However, he made you chuckle for an hour, not like the warm up act who made you roar.

Howie is even funnier in person than he is on TV. I am so glad I got to see him. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the show. I would definitely recommend seeing him in person!

The entire show was hysterical. I wish I remembered the name of the opening act because he was funny too. I really love how Howie interacts with the audience and his quick wit to ad lib as he goes is amazing!

The show started almost 15 minutes last. The repetitive singing on the overhead tv opening was way too long causing the show to start even later. The opening act was not very good, could have done without him. As for Howie, he was great!!! The show could have been at little longer, Howie was only on stage for a little over an hour.

Love the comic before Howie. Ditch the musical number of the guy singing what looks to be from a Lawrence Welk show. Howies comedy was not as tame as I thought it would be although it was not offensive and kept me laughing. Would recommend him to any whom ask.

Howie Mandel is the greatest of all comedians. He didn't need any material of his own. He played to the audience most of the show!

This was an enjoyable show. It started out REALLY annoying with a video presentation of a monotone singer going on and on for over 10 minutes and that got the audience very upset. There was a beginning comedian that was pretty good and had his moments, but could have done without him. Howie was really good and he really interacted with the audience a lot. He is very good on the fly and making up jokes as he goes along. I would have liked for it to be a bit longer, but it was cool that he actually stayed out on stage after his show was over its allotted time.

Howie Mandel was hilarious! From the minute he hit the stage (and even before, with a funny video gag) he had us doubled over in laughter. And when he gets distracted by audience situations, he's really good about remembering where he was in a story and jumping right back into it. I would HIGHLY recommend going to see him in person at least once in your life. I'll go twice if given the opportunity.

Howie Mandel is the most personable comedian I've ever seen. He Embraces who he is and brings it to the stage with style. Plan on seeing him again and again.

Had so much fun at Howie's show, the guy is fricking hilarious!

This man is simply amazing at his basically ad-lib act! He brought the audience into the act and had fun with their funny little quirks. My guy, Nelson, became part of Howie's act and made the day really special for him since it was his birthday! Also, Howie is almost 60 yrs old and still relevant, limber and a sharp dresser to boot!! LOL!!!

I enjoyed Howie Mandel very much. I would say that he was reasonably "clean", for the most part. It is adult humor, but you are not bombarded with "f" bombs throughout the whole show. His warm-up act was a different story, and that is why I gave it 4 stars out of 5. His warm-up act was, to me, disgusting and a constant bombardment of the "F" bombs which, if you need them to get laughs, you need to change your act (in my opinion!). But Howie Mandel was hysterical !!!

The Howie Mandel show was a blast! He is certainly one hilarious comedian! I haven't laughed so much or so hard in forever! The only thing that I did NOT like was before the show started there was a man singing on a screen that was very nerve racking!!!

Over the years I have seen Howie numerous times and have never been disappointed. He still mantains his own style and unique sense of humor that keeps me laughing. This New Years show was even more uniquely him, Thank You Howie for a wonderful evening. Looking forward to another opportunity to see you perform.

It was wonderful!!!! Howie is the best! I was expecting to pay a lot more for this event since Howie Mandel is such an icon, I couldn't believe that the cost was to get into the fair also. He joked about our small town of Snohomish, but I think he enjoyed being here in the state of Washington. I really hope he comes back and if he does, I am willing to even pay more for the tickets! He is such a down-to-earth kind of guy,good looking, quick witted and warm hearted. I really appreciated the fact that he mentioned his wife and children in his conversations respectfully. He is a great guy. I didn't know who Jaron was, but he was a joy to listen to also. He has a very nice singing voice and is quite a comedian himself.

I love Howie and this was my fourth trip seeing him. he's always good and I love the way he incorporates the audience in his skits. Would see him 40 more times if I could. I love laughing with him :-)

This man is just amazing as he interacted with the audience and the funny lines would come off the top of his head. He was so quick with his jokes and had everyone in stitches the WHOLE show !! I just loved his show. He is truly a comedian because no one else could come up with lines as quickly as he could, every one being as funny as the last !

Howie was very accepting of the audience participation. The venue was medium sized but comfortable and accommodating to my husband with long legs. The show was non stop laughter with Howie's stories and the entrance "song" to the show was HILARIOUS! We definitely recommend this show.

Howie was very funny. Kept the audience laughing for the entire show, which was over an hour. He interacts with the audience and has a quick wit. Comedian before him was good but not great. Basically what you would see at a local comedy club.

Howie was awesome. My face hurts! He ad-libbed with the audience, remembered everyone's name he talked to, what they did for a living, and of course made fun of it all. He only did about 20min. of prepared "stories" because he had us hysterical with just making stuff up. I had seen him back in the 80's when he was just starting out, and very funny even then. He's really come a long way. You go, Howie!

My wife and I go to many comedy shows and Howie Mandel is one of our favorite by far! Non-stop laughter and plenty of energy! The way he interacts with the audience is not to be missed!

I saw Howie 30 years ago and he is still just as funny. I was doubled over laughing. His ability to interact with the audience and come off with hilarious one-liners off the top of that bald head is unmatched.

Show was great. Seating was cramped with bolted narrow chairs. Can't move chair to compensate for above average people. Don't plan to return to this venue.

My wife and I loved the show. Not only was Howie super funny but so was the opener comedian. Only thing that didn't sit well with me was the show started promptly at 7:30 p.m. and we were out the doors by 9 p.m. For what we paid definitely too short of a show. But again, many laughs and a good time for sure.

First off, my friends and I paid the extra money and got great seats on the ground floor, 9th row, dead center, so Howie was right there in front of us. When he first came out, he seemed a little hyper, but then he went right into his monologue and was extremely entertaining! I have watched him for years on America's Got Talent, and did not realize he was so funny. We laughed through the whole show! He is very quick witted. I would definitely recommend going to see him. It was a great show, and well worth the money we spent to see him.

I really like Howie Mandel. Had a good time, but it was a little short. Didn't really care for the opening act. He seemed to need to curse constantly to get a laugh. Howie seemed to improvise the whole act & he was great. Wish he stayed a little longer. Also he stayed to his left a lot & we were sitting on his right. Needs to come the other way more.

Howie for some reason adlibed for the whole performance and was funny as all get go. There was NO profanity, just good clean adult oriented jokes. The crowd interaction was spot on. I would definitely see him again. What a breath of fresh air. Proves you do not have to be raunchy and crude to be funny.
