All bands did a great job, putting on the most energetic shows. Every time I die never disappoints. Taking back Sunday is always fun to dance and sing along to. Modern Chemistry did a great job as well starting the show off. Worth every penny and more

I've seen Taking Back Sunday three times previous to this concert. This was by far their best show yet. It helped that the venue at First Avenue was more intimate. The lead singer Adam literally lights up the stage with his presence. I have never seen anyone twirl a microphone like him! They played a few new songs, yet gave us the good old ones that caused us to fall in love with their sound in the first place. An all around great show!

Overall it was a good show, thanks to TBS and Envy of the coast. I love Anberlin but a poor performance and messing up godspeed just left a sour taste in my mouth. My first time seeing TBS and I was very impressed. 4 stars,

I always love going to Clutch Cargo's. They have the best atmosphere, and the perfect proportions to have a good environment. TBS of course did not disappoint in such a nice intimate setting. Clutch Cargo's is a really good spot to go in general, its just affordable and not hard to get to. As far as the show was concerned, I loved every performance. Anberlin was excellent and TBS lit the place up with a great mix of old and new. If I had one complaint it was that the show ended really early, like 10:30 PM. This seemed uncharacteristic of this type of show. With only 3 groups performing, they could have easily put more songs in. And considering Anberlin and TBS have combined about 7 CD's and some change to their names, a 2.5 hour show just doesnt feel right. But still absolutely awesome and I will remember it well.

While this music isn't entirely my genre anymore, I still have a large amount of both TBS and Anberlin on my ipod. My only problem was that with such a large pool of amazing songs TBS has to offer, they played just about every song that is usually skipped on the cd/mp3 player. I was hoping that my GF and I would be able to sing along the whole show, which sadly wasn't the case. Maybe we're just not that hardcore into TBS? Anberlin played an amazing setlist, thoroughly enjoyed it. The opening band wasn't too bad despite the lead singers quirky mannerisms which almost made him appear to be a cocaine addict haha. That said, it was a mediocre show only because of setlist choice by TBS. Oh fyi...A DAY TO REMEMBER is touring, check them out!!!!!

They were fantastic!! I wasn't sure how they'd sound live, but Taking Back Sunday was perfect, and so were The Menzingers and Let Live. All the bands were great, and TBS actually stopped playing at one point to make sure a girl who go injured crowd surfing was okay (they started again after meeting her and making sure her injuries weren't too serious). It was super considerate, and the performance was perfect all the way through.

Great show, great venue! I have seen this band 4 times and they never disappoint! Their set was a great mixture between old and new; they don't alienate fans of their old material. Instead, they punctuate the show with sings their audience knows all of the words to in order to keep crowd engagement high. Everything about this show was incredible - performance, venue, set, audio, everything.

Over the past 11 years I ve seen Taking Back Sunday from the front row of a 500 capacity non air conditioned,(if it was you couldn t tell) venue in the middle of August in Richmond, VA…to standing broken hearted from the lawn of an amphitheater as I watched them play file in music for a group of pop punk heavy weights in Virginia Beach…to the wrap around balcony of The NorVa in Norfolk, VA. Tuesday night s show was almost 10 years to the day of the first time I saw TBS play at the NorVa, arguably the New York based,(although front man Adam Lazzara won t shy away from his southern roots)quintets best setting. Soaking this concert in from all angles of the venue that was recently voted the best in America by Rolling Stones magazine, from the photo pit, to the sound board, upstairs to the balcony to standing nearly side stage as The NorVa s bar is directly across from the stage. I took the time at the show to reflect on the years I ve been going to see TBS, sometimes by myself and sometimes with my best friends. I ve never had so many people come up to me and ask for my card so they could see the photos soon after the show. Many of these folks my age and I m sure they were reflecting the same way I was…they used to be the kid in the front row of the NorVa singing their hearts out to the music of Taking Back Sunday, that impacted their life in one way or another.

The Electric Factory was a fantastic venue! I loved seeing the city - it was my first time in Philadelphia. Parking wasn't an issuem there were plenty of places along the streets. The concert itself was more than I could have hoped for in so many ways, a fantastic performance by all of the bands! After the show, the staff was very helpful with any questions we had and even directed us outside to the tour buses so that we could meet the bands (which we did have the chance to meet Adam Lazzara and Jack O'Shea!) I will definitely be coming back to this venue for any future concerts I'm interested in.

Transit played their set and they were pretty decent, then Bayside played and seemed to be very popular amongst the crowd, the music and singing was really good, the guitar player really stood out to me and I came away impressed by them. Then TBS took the stage and the venue erupted! Adam was owning the crowd and doing his thing, singing, swinging the mic controllably out of control! AT 1 point there were people sitting down in the seats and Adam made it a point to do a couple songs off of the stage and walking through the crowd to get people up, the show was amazing and the venue was 1 of my favorites that I've ever been to.

Adam climbed from the stage up to the balcony with his trademark corded mic still intact singing as he walked the perimeter of the balcony box sections. he made his way back down. i loved the straylight run cover but my favorite of the set was theres no i in team with adams intro explaining what long island towns inspired different parts of the song.

The concerts was AMAZING!!! It was a night I will NEVER forget. Bad Rabbits is a hilarious band to see perform...they put on a show while singing, it was very entertaining. The Maine was also very good to see. But TBS now that was a concert. Not only did they play new songs but also the classic fan favorites which made it enjoyable even if you didnt know all their songs. Adam was very personable and funny. He engaged the audience several different times and even told personal stories and jokes throughout the concert. Its good to see that the fame hasnt gotten to him. For instance when he was getting closer to the crowd, security tried pulling him back for his safety and Adam told them that he'd go back on stage when he was ready to. But I must admit my favorite part of the night would have to be when he talked to me directly. While it was not a long conversation I was still star struck that he noticed me in a crowd of hundreds of people. I was about to take a picture of him as he walked to the side of the stage I was at, and just as I snapped the photo Adam turned to me and said "Little girl put that down, Im trying to tell a story here" :). I snapped the photo, smiled, and put my camera down. I also liked that when he threw himself into the crowd he didnt just go to the middle like most bands do...he also walked to the left and right sides of the crowd to give everyone a chance to touch him for just a second...which I did :). Overall the show was UNFORGETTABLE! I would highly recommend for people to go see TBS Live...you'll remember it forever :D

I have wanted to see TBS since I was in middle school. Now I am in college, and I finally was able to see them. The first thing I was given was a pass to see them soundcheck since I was there 4 hours early. After the soundcheck, they took pictures with us and gave out autographs. During the actual show, Adam came out to the crowd for 3 songs. He came up to my friend and me and shoved the mic in our face during Cute Without the "e." For a band as big as they are, having the lead singer of Taking Back Sunday enter the crowd, walk over to the bar, sing on top of the bar and consume 2 shots mid-performance was pretty awesome. TBS started the show geniously with the old school spoken version of Great Romances and went right into the classic Cute Without the E so a sick most pit started. Its was a nice mix of old classics and soon to be new favorites. Adam gave the audience a chance to pick a song and they complied by playing another oldie but goodie There's No I In Team. Highly recommended show. We finally were into the building and we quickly realized that this was a nice place, very small and intimate which makes for a great show. We went to the bathroom, took a seat, and waited an hour for Taking Back Sunday to come on. There wasn't much excitement in the crowd as Rufio played for us except the three teenagers girls who ran to the bottom of the Loge when they heard a song they recognized. I don't blame everyone though, they were cliche, didn't have much stage presence, and one of them looked like they barely knew how to play the songs. Then, we saw Adam Lazarra walk out and the crowd goes nuts. The whole Loge starts bouncing up and down like an earthquake when they started playing Cute Without the E. They then introduced themselves and played all of their hits for the next two hours. My brother and I were worried because we haven't listened to their new albums too much. But we knew most of the songs they were playing. They were great on stage and knew how to keep the crowd going. Adam did his famous moves, one of which is kneeling all the way down screaming lyrics into the mic. He swung the mic around brilliantly just as much as his movements around the stage. He lived up to the hype and reputation we created for him all these years. There was this big sign I pointed to earlier in the show that says, "No stage diving, no moshing..." We couldn't read the rest of it because the people bouncing up and down on the floor. Right at the end Adam jumps off the stage, does an inverted flip, and lands in the arms of the crowd still singing the lyrics to their ending song. A perfect finish to a spectacular show. We celebrated by stuffing our faces with fourth meal at the Denny's two stores down from the Wiltern. We all agreed that it would be a good idea to beat the crowd leaving right away. Everyone knows how Denny's goes down so I'll just say puppies, cheese sticks, and Oreo's. I've been listening to Taking Back Sunday for over eight years now; they were one of the bands who jump started me into music. Their first album was one of few albums that I have listened to all the way through. They have seen my darkest hour and then some and have my highest respect for their lyrics. So, it was priceless to be able to see them in concert.

The show started off with Person L. Kenny Vasoli (singer) had amazing energy throughout the entire set and never missed a beat. They weren't exactly my taste but they were entertaining to watch. Taking Back Sunday came on and never stopped rocking it. I saw Taking Back Sunday previously in 2002 and 2009 and their show this year was probably the best. We waited in line for 5 hours to get close to the stage and got in the 2nd line in the mosh pit. Black Tide was okay...although they got more cheering for taking their shirts off than playing. When the All-American Rejects came on everything went insane. They played amazingly, but the mosh pit was too rough to continue. Taking Back Sunday really stole the show with the amzing set they played, and got everyone worked up. It was an amzing concert overall and if you like any of the bands at all, you'd have a great time.

It is in this author's opinion to give great praise to Black Tide, an Orlando original, and All-American Rejects for their great stage performances. However, that cold night in Orlando was all about Taking Back Sunday. You could feel the overwhelming anxiety for the band between the intermission allotted for instrument tuning and set-up. As the crowd slowly pushed into the pit area, there were no longer individual people but a collective mob that emerged. As the band performed, their music impressed upon the crowd to sway. With that in mind, looking from above it seemed as if an ocean wave was taking place in the pit area. Overall, a spot on performance by all the guys. I'd like to especially give praise to Matt Fazzi for going absolutely crazy during some songs, with a boot cast on his leg. Bless that man and whatever pain killer he is on! If you have the opportunity to see these fine gentlemen live, I suggest you get to it post-haste.

AAR has been one of my all-time favorite bands since the first time I saw them back when I was in High School. That show and every one since, they have put on an absolutely amazing show, and the most recent--at the House of Blues in AC, definitely followed suit. Every time out, the AAR boys put on such an entertaining set--full of energy from start to finish. Accompanied by TBS and Anberlin; two other bands whom I also enjoy, the concert this weekend was one of the best I have seen in a while. The House of Blues provided a cool atmosphere in which I could rock out to some of my favorite artists, and I would love to go to another performance at this venue again in the future.

The first two bands were amazing. Anberlin always rocks. And All American rejects were the best...I didn't get to hear taking back sunday because stupid men decided to throw themselves into us...but other than that it was great!

I had never been to a concert before and this was actually my first one. At first they started out with Fun then Gavin Castleton. I was getting ready to leave but decided to stay and here how Anberlin was. It really picked up and it got crazy! It was so much fun. They are very good live and when they were finished, Taking Back Sunday was up next. I stuck around and then suddenly everyone moved up towards the stage. I quickly moved up with the crowd to join in the area of crowd surfing. When TBS started up, it was crazy! People started moshing and pushing all around. It was the best night of my life rocking out with so many strangers.

Taking back Sunday has gone through so many changes, but always seem to prevail! They are sounding better than ever and always put on a great show as if it were there last! Great Band!

Much better than the 2007 concert in Amherst, MA. Envy and Anberlin were unbelievable! Great opening acts. Taking Back Sunday was on their game, deffinately a crowd pleaser! They played a nice mix of the old and new, did a great job interacting with the crowd, and made it an all around fun night. Awesome night of awesome music!

This was my third time seeing Taking Back Sunday--the first time was during their first album when they opened for Saves the Day and was by far my favorite TBS show. The second time during their second album when they opened for blink-182 and I was able to meet them. I loved this show because they're 4 albums in with more songs to play. They played a great mix of songs from each album. Unfortunately it was a small stage so they seemed a bit crowded but it was a good performance overall. Anberlin was amazing, too! Envy on the Coast played a mean TBS cover.

This was one of the top 5 best shows I've ever seen! I have seen alot of shows so I think my opinion holds up. I saw them once before but my seat was a little far and their set was to short. If I didn't have responsibilites as an adult I'd travel the world with them watching every show, it was that great. The venue they played gave me the awesome opportunity to meet the band and take pictures with them. Adam has great teeth by the way. THEY ROCKED!!! I can't wait to see them again and again and again. I would upload all my pix but the MB is to big on most of them so I only uploaded the one that was smaller them 5 MB, ENJOY!!

Top to bottom the show was incredible. During Envy on the Coast's performance, I completely forgot who was opening the show. I thought they were the headliner. But Taking Back Sunday's encore playing of Everything Must Go and Timberwolves made me go home and check to see the next time Taking Back Sunday will end up on the Washingtonian/Maryland/NoVa area. And I hope they end up back at the Sonar, because the sound system and the mix could make any pre-teen band sound blow your mind professional. All in all, one of the best shows I've ever been to! ~R. all three bands were awesome. envy on the coast was cool. then anberlin really brought the house down. Adam, the lead singer of TBS was sick the day before and in the ER but they still put on a spectacular show. i saw them once before 2 summers ago in Project Revolution with Linkin Park and My Chemical Romance and they were better here in a small, general admission venue.

The Electric Factory is one of my absolute favorite venues to attend for a concert. The staff is great, creating an atmosphere that is always a friendly and inviting one. Taking Back Sunday were amazing not only in how they sounded but with their energetic and charismatic performance, as well!

I went into the show waiting to be blown away by such an amazing and popular band, yet I was unimpressed. I enjoyed the opening bands much more than I did TBS. If you're really in love with TBS, I'm sure this show would have been incredibly entertaining.

This concert so far has been the best I have been in the last year...Other than feeling like a sardine in a wet sauna, it was amazing...Envy on the Coast was beyond amazing and of course Anberlin was off the hook. Each band including Taking Back Sunday, I believe gave everything they had. All three bands complimented each other and I wish if I ever see them again, it will be no different than it was at the Ritz. Thank you guys for being such gentlemen too...yes, I said gentlemen!!!

I have always been a HUGE fan of Taking Back Sunday for many years now. I used to go to their shows when they were in small venues. I'm not too much of a fan of large crowds, so when Taking Back Sunday got big, I felt that their shows might not be as much fun. I was wrong. The Grove in Anaheim is not that big of a venue and it was incredible seeing TWO huge bands such as TBS and Anberlin there. I can't describe the feeling of the powerful energy when they come out on stage. It's like one moment you're thinking "I need an energy drink, it's the end of a long day... etc." and then they come out and start playing and it's like something kicks you and makes you refreshed and just want to move around and sing to their songs. This show was especially fun because Anberlin played with them. I have always loved them as well, ever since I saw them play with The Juliana Theory a few years back. They too have some way of making you feel an energetic rush as they come out on stage. I'm not too familiar with their latest cd's lyrics, but even so, it was just an amazing performance that made me want to go back and play their latest again. They did an 80's cover and told everyone to dance eighties style and that was really fun. Also, I had never heard Envy on the Coast before this night, but now that I have, I have to say that they too were an amazing opening band. Over all, this show was one of the best shows I have ever gone to. and I'm so glad that I went. I can't wait for Taking Back Sunday to play in the Los Angeles area again. I will definately be there in the front row singing every lyric to every one of their songs!!

The band sounded great and the stage was awesome. This is the third time I've seen them and they always put on a good show. They played for about an hour and a half. There were a couple songs that I would have liked to hear them play which they didn't like Set Phasers to Stun, but overall they played a lot of their best songs. They played songs from each of the albums included the first one.

First let me set the stage for you. I'm 53 and took my daughter to the show mostly to see The Menzingers. I've been to a lot of shows in my day from real Punk rock to jam bands in all kinds of venues. I found Taking Back Sunday to be posers. I knew the show was doomed the moment I saw the roadies setting up the drum kit on a riser that was at least 5' above the stage. I imagine that if hair or glam bands were still popular TBS would be one of those. The lead singer seemed to be a poser. The few times that he addressed the crowd between songs his comments were at best contrived and really quite fake. His voice was grating and difficult to listen to. The base was up to high. The graphics of the digital display boards had no relation to the music and seemed to be there simply because they were cool. The noise in the time between the perfunctory end of show and the encore was annoying and show a lack or respect for the crowd and masked the fact that much of the crowd wasn't calling them back for more bad performance. At times it felt as though TBS was mailing it in.

Show was amazing. First group that went on LETLIVE put on a hell of a performance. The lead singer came Into the crowd mid song and let everyone just crowd around him which is always cool. Mezzingers who I was very excited to see did not disappoint. I had a blast while they were on,jumping and pushing and singing. Then of course taking back Sunday came on and everyone was singing their hearts out. Great show!

Firstly, before buying tickets for the show I had never heard of letlive nor The Menzingers. letlive's hardcore screamo style typically isn't my favorite. I wouldn't jam out to the them in the car however they did put on an amazing performance. They definitely got the crowd hyped up and ready to have a great night. The Menzingers also performed really well and I would see both bands again. I've been a fan of Taking Back Sunday for years now but this was the first time I had seen them live and they were nothing short of amazing. They started out with Flicker, Fade and that was an awesome way to start the show. I can't wait until they come back to Philly so I can see them perform again.

I thought this was a pretty great show. Taking Back Sunday killed it. I've seen them a lot in the past and it's great that they are still going strong. The only complaint I have (actually two, I lied) is that Letlive. played first and I wish they were the second band. And that the sound during their set was pretty bad. I couldn't hear Jason at all. I was up by the front near the bar so it wasn't like I was all the way in the back. Granted, Jason did cut his mic cable during the show so it was probably a crappy mic, but still it could have been better.

taking back sunday played for about an hr and a half total. all their new stuff with old faves peppered in. Letlive. was a performance like no other. the raw energy and stage presence if Jason butler of letlive. is hard to describe without witnessing it first hand. he threw his mic up to the cat walk of the balcony and proceeded to sing and run around on it like it was an everday occurance! it probably is given his unpredictable nature ha. great show overall couldn't be happier with my experience.
