Great to see quality hockey back in Indianapolis! The Fairgrounds Coliseum renovation is amazing. Plenty of concessions stands, restrooms, souvenir booths. I'd love to sit in a suite sometime! The mascot Nitro's one-on-one interaction with the crowd is fun for the kids and the adults.

Great venue for hockey - every seat is a good seat. PA was way too loud. There's no need for so high a volume you couldn't talk during a stoppage in play.

Job well done Indy Fuel! From the Fun Fest prior to the event, to the enthusiastic workers taking tickets, selling Fuel merchandise, working concessions and showing us to our fabulous seats, every person we came in contact with did an outstanding job. We could not have asked for better seats. Intro show was spectacular. And what a fabulous and exciting game. Can't wait to go to another soon!

This was their innaugural game at home, in the newly renovated IN State Fair Coliseum. The old Coliseum is beautiful inside, very nice looking an made for a great experience. The concoureses could be wider, but they had to work with what was already there, so maybe no room to expand? Very crowded to get to bathrooms and food. Did not detract me from going again, but was tough to move around out there. The pregame was exciting, with United Center anthem singer Jim Cornelison singing, and Gene Honda, the U.C. announcer callingthe game. The Fuel did it up right. The game was awesome, ended in defeat, but went OT and the full rounds of 5 in the shootout and 2 or 3 rounds of sudden death. We had such a good time. Come out for some good hockey and great fan experience! -powderburn

Worst venue for concessions I have ever seen in 45 yrs of going to sporting events!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! With what you've done to the concourse, there needs to be 20 vendors selling food pop beer popcorn peanuts etc..... TERRIBLE

Hard to find elevator horse handicap. No escalators. No concession stands on 3rd level. Not a BAD SEAT IN THE HOUSE. Took forever to order my tickets on line. First order I placed DISAPPEARED before I could print them

In their amazing final preseason game, the Fuel crushed the Icemen 3-0, asserting their place as the Coliseum's Champions. These guys brought everyone to their feet, cheering, singing, screaming, and hitting the barricades wanting more. It is sure to be a mind-blowing inaugural season with our Indy Fuel. Excellent venue and entertainment. We were especially please with the staff and medical team as our 9-year old son took a puck in the chest. He's fine and was well tended too my everyone at the coliseum. We are planning another visit soon!

My first event in the newly remodeled Coliseum. Excellent Seats, Four rows up from the ice. Good lighting, very clean stadium, even the rest rooms. This was my first glimpse on the Indy Fuel (inaugural season), this is going to be a fun year. The lines at the concessions were a little long and kind of slow but when they work out the kinks it will be much better. Prices for concessions are about what I would have expected. $14 for a large popcorn and 2 drinks. Ticket prices were a real bargain.

Seen hundreds of hockey games in dozens of venues. Not many have been more fun than this one. Great job to all involved in the remodel of the coliseum. Neat to have a modern facility inside the footprint of a classic structure. Team did a great job bringing exciting elements from other places like the United Center in Chicago to this game. Hope the team and fans can keep the momentum up as the season continues. I'll definitely try to get back to town to see another game here.

It is minor league hockey so it is what it is but the event was fun. The newly renovated coliseum is the perfect venue for the Fuel and the reno was top notch. We had front row seats in the upper deck in the corner and the seats were perfect. Overall great value.

First time to a Fuel Game and to the Coliseum since the Complete Overhaul. Was a little disappointed that the tribute to the ones that lost their lives in a Explosion at the Coliseum had been removed during the remodel. Felt a little trapped after entering the front doors because the seating wasn't open. Other than that, the game experience was great except for the Refs not allowing a Goal by the Fuel late in the game that may have been needed to win the game, but, wasn't needed. Will take my family back again next Season!

I took my niece and two grandsons to our first ever hockey game. IT WAS AWESOME!!! We sat in section 101 row B in the center of the row. The seats were fabulous and the action was even better. We ALL loved it and will attend games in the future. We don't live in Indy, if we did, we would own season tickets, for sure.

They advertised green beer as a part of the fun St. Patrick's Day celebrations and they ran out before the first period was even over. Who does that?! BUT as always it was a fun experience from the fun cheap seats with a great view. I will say this is the first time we parked in the lot in front of the building and not in the fair grounds and it took forever to get out of the lot. From the look of it the other lot definitely clears out much faster.

This year's brand of hockey is very exciting to watch. The passing, the shooting, and the intensity is top notch for this level of play. Our goalie had a rough night and he was obviously upset. Chin up! The Farmer's Insurance Coliseum is a perfect venue to watch a game.

Been to 3 games this season here. The parking is very questionable in the rain. The refs are daydreaming instead of watching the game. Other than those two things Fuel games are amazing. Funny segways, nostalgic music, and HOCKY. May buy season passes even.

There isn't a bad seat in the house. I have been in both the 200 and 300 sections, and in my opinion, the 300 was just a little bit better in terms of view. The game was intense and having the Fuel win is always an added bonus.

Great venue. Comfortable, well spaced seats. They do a great job on presentation. This particular visit the arena wasnt as full and the mascot seemed disengaged. The refs were lazy about doing their job and missed a lot of obvious calls. Notibly calling a goal for Indy then taking it back. Seemed repeatedly they were being 'fair' to the away team by favoring them once they fell behind.

I attend at least 15-20 games per year. The games and atmosphere are amazing. However, this evening was not the best. Had nothing to do with the Indy Fuel, was a great game to attend. The problem is with the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Got there almost an hour early, and did not get to our seats, until about 10 mins into the game. 40 mins stuck in traffic, 15 mins to get in the door, and just total confusion in the lobby, of people not knowing where to go. It was Blackhawk Night, it was going to be sold out. Have a better plan next time, instead of no plan at all.

I was born and raised in Minnesota, so I love hockey. Game was very slow, big circle skating and afraid to get hit. They played dump and chase all night. I think any division lll college team could beat them. Looks like I will drive a little bit north of Indy and try to go see ND Irish game.

We picked up tickets to show our German exchange student ice hockey - he LOVED it! The game was fabulous, and the crowd was engaged. LOVED the decorated ice and the flaming entrance. Weird note: I ordered our tickets through Ticketmaster & picked a section and asked for 4 tickets. No problem. When we got there, our tickets were in the handicap seats in front of the beer garden. I did not ask for accessible seats and was not prompted that these were. There are very few accessible seats in the arena. I hope we did not cause someone else to decide not to come to the game for lack of accessible seating.

I've been to 5 or 6 games this season and win or lose they are so much fun! The Fuel is a great team to cheer for. Plus the other fans around you really help you get into the game. Especially in section 100. Even if you don't know hockey, its easy to understand and you will just have a blast at these games.

There had to be some bad blood between these 2 teams going into the game. The first fight was 5 seconds into the game and the second was 10 seconds later. After that it was rough hard hitting hockey for the rest of the night with a lot more gloves being thrown down. The score ended up being 3-4 Nailers and it came down to the wire. Very exciting game and one of hopefully many more to come.

Good hockey game. My 1st time to the renovated Coliseum. It seems like a brand new place inside. Hard to believe its the same place as when I watched the Pacers play there when I was a kid. There is not a bad seat in the place, we sat on the upper level for the hockey game and was able to see all the action just fine.

Long-time Chicago Blackhawks and NHL fan. Teams were both surprisingly sharp, and game action was good. Minor league hockey, but had a professional feel to it. Typical in-game promotions, shoot the puck, kiss camera, 50/50 split the pot. Concessions were ample, but pricey. Parking was plentiful and they had a shuttle from outlying parking to Coliseum.

Concessions are reasonable. Be prepared to walk a decent distance to get to game. Staff were friendly. Overall great experience.

The hockey was at a high level and as I remembered, Indy Hockey fans have a high hockey IQ and are great fans....except for a couple fools that banged the glass and screamed at a Florida player who was injured near the penalty box. The facility was great and had nice seats, plenty of restrooms and very good sight lines. The parking was horrible, the rain didn't help matters but it is a long cold and wet walk from just inside the gates at Fall Creek and 38th to the north door, Its like walking to the midway or past the grandstands. There was no one directing foot traffic and once inside you had to find a ticket taker to see where to go. Once there, the ushers huddled in one spot and wasn't helpful in finding your seat, once at the seat finally, we found a dad and 5 kids sitting there. They disappeared to sit in someone else seats after the first period. ESG security and Farmers Fieldhouse was a bit lax and or lazy that night. But the seats and Hockey and spirit was a lot of fun.

This was fun to go see but expensive. They would get more people at the games if the price was closer to $15 like the indians and offer some incentives for kids to go at a cheaper season rate.

Love the venue. Enjoyed the hockey. Only complaint is that the concession lines move very, very slow. I missed almost one full period of hockey waiting in line.

We had a great time at the game. Participated in Chuck a Chuck and won a pizza!! The first goal of the season came in the first period and the Coliseum was rockin'!! I loved our seats. Center ice, mid level. Great entertainment all night. LETS GO FUEL!!!!!!!!!

I had a great time at the game. The whole experience was a blast. We went on opening night so there was all kinds of giveaways and fun stuff to do. The game itself was super fun. Highly recommend the Indy Fuel!! I had a blast.

I love the environment the team in well organized and I enjoy the games. The food selection is ok FUEL has some room for improvement here. Also we can never seem to get close to Nitro.

I took my son to his first hockey game. He loved it! I though he may lose interest after 1st period when they clean the ice... But he didn't.... Loved every minute! I feel like tickets are a little to pricey to go all the time... And concessions were more than an NFL or NBA game, but overall loved watching the Fuel play.
