The Fab Four

The Fab Four

THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts.

The musical talent of these four guys is amazing. Multi musical instruments played by three out of four. In comparison to the Beatles originals, they are very good. The person portraying George Harrison looked the closest to his character. The others, not so much, but after the first few songs, one forgot about that and just enjoyed the show. The Ed Sullivan impersonator was also good. We were expecting a little classier venue for the Chukchansi Resort. The seating was a little uncomfortable with the chairs being so close. The location of our seats were the best!

The Fab Four took us back thru the decades with songs, costumes, and funny banter! They had us singing, dancing, and swaying to the great songs we love! Can't wait for their return!

I took my boyfriend, mom, & dad for his 60th birthday after missing it last year. We were so pleased with how wonderful they were! They sounded just like them! My dad kept leaning over and saying, "this isn't live!" but they continue to tell you so throughout the whole show! The costumes were amazing and the set list was great! The guys' resemblance to the real Beatles is uncanny! There were some songs they did not song that we were looking forward to, but all in all it was a great show and worth every penny! I would suggest any and all to go see this show if you are looking for a fun night! It really takes you back!

Go see these guys, you will not be disappointed. Felt like I was back in the 60's & 70's. Never got to see the real Beatles, but this was pretty darn good version.

A great, (almost) authentic Beatles show. I could have done without Ed Sullivan.

The Fab Four really are the greatest of the Beatles tribute bands. They have the sound to perfection. Great show. This was the first time I had been to the House of the Blues, and I was quite impressed. Super well maintained facility, terrific service on food and drinks. We had a really fun evening. Planning to book new tickets for events there.

I was suprised to hear what I heard! They were great. Costumes great, music and harmonies excellent. Good comedy as well. Missed them in Vegas in December wished I had gone then. I will be going back to see them again!

Three years ago, their performance at the O.C. Fair was excellent - two years ago, it was very good - this year it was disastrous. From the beginning, with the silly "grandfather" stumbling around on the stage and distracting from the music - to the seemingly endless other corny displays (young girls popping in and out, etc.) - to the musical flaws (Ticket To Ride, etc.) - not sure if I'll go to another of their concerts. Believe me...my opinion was shared by a lot of other people, based upon hearing other comments.

Super duper good. Any Beatles fan would have enjoyed it. The only reason I didn't give five stars was due to the bad venue (crowded, poorly set, all one level so you couldn't see if you were behind someone tall).

It was like being back in the 60s. The Fab 4 performed with authenticity and lots of energy. All the chosen songs will bring back magnificent memories. I highly recommend going to see these 4 lads if at all possible.

THIS GROUP IS TOTALLY AMAZING AND PUT ON A SUPERB SHOW FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS WITH THREE COSTUME CHANGES!! I SAW ANOTHER BEATLES TRIBUTE BAND AND PAID TWICE AS MUCH A YEAR AGO AND IT ONLY LASTED AN HOUR.. IF THERE WAS A SECOND NIGHT TO SEE THESE GUYS I WOULD HAVE WENT. MOSTLY SANG EARLY 60'S STUFF, THEN INTO SEARGENT PEPPER, THEN INTO LATE 60'S -70. RON MCNEIL WHO PERFORMS AS JOHN WEARS A WHITE SUIT IN THE LAST OF THE THREE SETS AND TALKS ABOUT LENNON'S UNTIMLEY DEATH AND SINGS IMAGINE. CROWD IS UP AT THE STAGE WAVING PEACE SIGNS WITH FINGERS.. I WAS ONE OF THE FANS!! UNBELIEVABLE!! HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!! NEVER INTEND TO SEE ANY OTHER TRUBUTE BANDS EXCEPT THE FAB FOUR! CANNOT BE COMPARED TO ANYTHING BUT THE REAL GUYS.. NO OTHER TRIBUTE BAND COULD NEVER COMPARE!! THESE GUYS TORE THE HOUSE DOWN AND EVEN MADE TEARS COME OUT OF MY EYES!!

The show was exceptional. However, the "George" character made too many mistakes. Most were muted strings some were forgetting the solo and playing something else in its place. The sound man did a lousy job with the bass guitar...especially the Hofner; it was muddy and too loud for the mix.

WE MADE ANOTHER GOOD MEMBORY OF THE BEATHLES. WE HAVE SEEN RAIN AND THE FAB FOUR AND THE ED SULLIVAN ADDITION TO THE SHOW WAS HYSTERICAL. THEY COMEDICALLY WORKED WELL ALL TOGETHER. GREAT TO SEE THE GROUP HAVING A GOOD TIME AND GETTING ALONG AND HAVING FUN. THE BLOW UP YELLOW SUBMARINE AND THEIR OUTFITTS WERE OUTSTANDING. I THINK THE PAUL AND GEORGE LOOK AND SOUNDED THE MOST LIKE THE TRUE .... I TEARED UP WHEN GEORGE FIRST CAME ONSTAGE, HE LOOKED SO MUCH LIKE HIM. I ALSO THINK THAT THE JOHN LENNON TRIBUTE WAS POINANT ....AS WELL AS THE GREATEST LOVE SONG OF PAUL. WE FEEL BLESSED HAVING BEEN ABLE TO SEE THIS IN AN ORIGINAL SHOW SETTING IN AN INTIMATE STYLE THEATHER THIS MADE YOUR HEART SMILE. THANKS FOR A NEW GOOD MEMORY...AND GOD BLESS.

These boys were amazing. I was such a fan of the Beatles in the 60's and when the curtain at the House of Blues opened and the first chords were played my hand was over my mouth in amzement. It was like going back in time! The mannerisms, looks and sounds were absolutely spot on. Well done boys.

The Fab Four were fabulous! They were very professional in there music delivery .I..once having been a muscician in the 60's and played Beatles music was going to be critcal of their performance as i am a huge Beatles fan. But they were exceptionally good! Each member was good in their respective positions they played. I saw many old timers in the audience a moving and grooving to the sounds of "The Beatles" as played as close to the real group as possible. I could tell they had the thrill of escaping to yesteryear(even if only for a short while!) Tthey reconstructed and played the orchestra background on the keyboards along with their guitars in a perfect way of an otherwise (in studio only) fashion. I observed several of the songs of the chord progressions..and they were consistent with the. originals .I was impressed!!!. Very nice show and well worth the ticket price.

How impressive was this concert? I felt like I went back in time and reliving the actual concerts the Beatle's were performing. The Fab Four actually reproduced the Beatle's music to an authenic "T". I highlyu recommend this tribute to anyone who is a true Beatle's fan. From a distance the group actually look and act like the Beatle's. Ringo's character is the only one that does not resemble him as much, but plays the drums and sings just like him.

My wife and I attended this concert with a friend of ours who saw the Fab Four in Vegas. He siad they rocked there so we decided to join him at this show. The group is great. The songs they played were great and they performed them to nearr perfection. The guy who played Ed Sullivan (same guy from the malt shop/dance scene in Pulp Fiction) was good and very funny. All in all, it was a great show and a great night.

They were very entertaining and got the crowd going but... The show was supposed to start at 7:30 and they went on at 8:30. Stopped at 10:30. So we paid all that $ to see them play for 2 hours?? They should have played longer. What a rip-off. They did not play some of the songs we should have heard, like "Let It Be"

Absolutely stunning recreations of the music, vocals and even personalities of The Beatles. The sound was impeccable, perfect, this is the way the beatles were meant to be heard. Even in the 60's you didn't get this type of quality simply because of the lack of hi-fi soundsystems. The Fab Four were so on point that it suspended disbelief. You could close your eyes and feel as if you were at a real Beatles concert. There are no samples and EVERYTHING is played live. Along with the introduction by an amazing Ed Sullivan impersonator, this experience just cant be beat. I look at it like this 1. Seeing the real Beatles live 2. Paul McCartney live 3. The Fab Four with their amazing attention to detail and love of their craft they nail the true essence of The Beatles and if you are a fan this is not something to miss. I had enormous expectations for this show and i would go as far to say they exceeded them. I hope they never stop and they get all the credit they deserve.

I saw the Beatles live in Liverpool in early 1962 and this was like turning back the clock. The Fab 4 are extremely gifted muscians who have studied the Beatles moves and playing style and have them down solid. A great, great event and incredible performance.

I have seen many Beatles cover bands, but none measure up to The Fab Four. These guys are so tight both musically and vocally, that for a moment you loose the fact that this is 2010 and not the 60's. Recreating Strawberry Fields and Sgt. Pepper's is not an easy task and they stepped right up to the challenge. Individually and collectively, these guys are great. They do a good job of changing look and dress through the evolution of the band. This is a must see for any Beatles fan and truly an entertaining show.

Best couple of hours of my life! The boys were truly amazing and near-perfect replicas of the original Fab Four. I'm in awe of the amount of time that must have been spent perfecting details - singing voices, dialect, mannerisms. The costuming was great, and the guys were beyond talented. I can't recommend this show enough.

Long time Beatle fanatic and these guys are simply AMAZING. They have the look, the voices, the performance and all the nuances only diehard Beatle fans would notice. Have seen them 3 times in three different cities in the last 6 months. Travelled from San Antonio to catch them at the House Of Blues for this concert and if i could, would have gone to Houston too. I've caught two of other more notable Beatle tribute bands - none even come close. Highly recommend The Fab Four and would travel again to catch their show.
