Combichrist

Combichrist is never a disappointment, Whenever they are out on tour, they change up the list of songs to play and the stage set up is always different. They sure do know how to get the crowd going. Fans love the fact on how Combichrist interreacts with their fans while performing at the same time. Even while waiting outside the venue to get in and they recognize you from their past shows, they'll come up to you and hang out with you for a bit, have a conversation and take photos with you while waiting outside the venue. These guys are awesome to see live and everyone at the show has a great time. Thank You Combichrist for an Awesome night.

Overall this was a really good show. I was not as familiar with Davey Suicide or William Control before this. Davey Suicide was ok, might have been better if I knew their music. William Control was really good a great stage presence and overall performance. Combichrist was amazing, made it even better being right up on the barrier in the middle for the whole show. Good crowd interaction and mixing of older material into the set. If you get a chance go and see this tour. I would say one downside was the overall turnout, kind of low for a show like this in ATL.

I absolutely loved it!! All the bands sounded wonderful, we got there at perfect timing! I couldn't wait any longer for New Years Day and William Control to come I was jumping up And down from excitement!! We even got right up front to the stage and all the bands noticed us!! William Control even pulled me up on stage and we danced for a bit!!! I also go to meet them afterwards!!! Unforgettable!!!! LOVED it!! I hope they play there again real soon!!! I'll be there!!!!!!!!

Hi We really enjoyed the show, the 2 opening bands were ok but Combichrist was really awesome. We were quite close and it makes it so much nicer. Lots of gothic looking honeys wearing mini-skirts too which wasn't to displease me.LOL! Patrick

It's been years since I have been to the masquerade and I have never seen Combichrist live before. It was defiantly a night I'm going to remember for a long time to come. Combichrist was great as were the other bands showing with them. Aesthetic Perfection is now one of my favorites along side Combichrist. When either are back in Atlanta, I'm going.

This was the best concert I have ever seen. The bands were amazing and the venue was very cool. We will go again if they come back

Both the opening bands were astounding and Combichrist was just overwhelming. I was a little skeptical while arriving due to the lack of any checking of anything that was on me or my companion. (I'm used to shows at the Roseland Theatre or Mcmenamin's Crystal Ballroom) but all was well. It sounded terrific and the people there were great, the bands rocked and it was simply unforgettable. I'll definately be looking to see God Module; Aesthetic Perfection; and Combichrist again.

Their music is hardcore industrial electronica. I feel that it is reminiscent of early NIN and Marilyn Manson. Both of which, I have been a huge fan of as well; seen them collectively over 15 times. However, both seem to be lacking that hard edge they had in the begining. I've seen Combichrist twice now. Had to give up tickets to see them at Station 4 and Ground Zero because of school commitments. Bummer. I won't be missing another show in MN.

The show was amazing! I had fun dancing the entire time! The tickets weren't that expensive, and the openers were hella good too!

ComiChrist really rocked the wonder ballroom. The sound was clear and the visuals were really cool.. Cant wait until they come back to town..

Technical difficulties on the opening acts, which were numerous and mediocre. When Combichrist finally got on at midnight they only played 6 songs, and it was mostly new stuff which just isn't very good. The attitude just wasn't there and I was really dissapointed, especially having driven from Detroit since nobody seems to want to tour there, despite our massive metal following. Darks Choir was the only redeeming quality, best Dj ever.

I had seen Combichrist before with Mindless Self Indulgence but they were opening band, they were very good then. This show though they headlined, AMAZING. Very awesome setlist with alot of their more well known songs and a super encore. Definitely one of the best shows I've seen live. They guys have amazing stage presence.

This was my first real concert, because I just moved to the US; and I must say, it was AMAZING! It was the most awesome night of my life. I've been a fan of Combichrist for almost two years now; I LOVE their music and was so excited to know that they would be playing here at ATL so I wasted no time in buying a ticket. From start to end, it was amazing. The opening bands were quite remarkable as well, especially iVardensphere; you can really tell that they love their music because they get so into it when they play it! The Masquerade is a great venue because you have the artists right in front of you; I was literally standing less that five feet away from Andy and Abbey, and I got to touch Andy! How awesome is that!? This was the best night of my life so far and I won't hesitate to attend another Combichrist concert whenever they come back to Atlanta (SOON, HOPEFULLY!!!)

OMFG!! This concert was perhaps the best I have ever been to! All the bands were great, each carrying something unique! I'm still hyped over it. I wanna just replay this moment over and over again. Definitely a show worth seeing.

the only bad thing about the night was that the door time advertised by ticketmaster (7pm) was incorrect and that the venue did not accept tickets until 8pm. The same night as Combichrist, another band was playing in the downstairs venue, the other band had door opening at 7, not Combichrist. I've seen Combichrist 6 times so far, including this show, and this one was by far the best of them all. A little over half of the tracks performed were from the new Making Monsters album, and the rest were of Combichrist's signature tracks such as Get Your Body Beat, Electrohead, Rain of Blood, Blut Royal, etc. Aesthetic Perfection put on a great show as well, going on just before Combichrist. I have never seen A.P. before, and will now like to see them perform again and again. The opening band, iVardensphere, was an interesting band that I had (previous to this concert) never seen or heard before. They provided a slow start for the first two songs, but then found their audience by playing some harder industrial EBM tracks... All in all, I believe that they are a good band, and wouldn't say no to seeing them again.

Ive been wanting to see Combichrist and Wednesday 13 since i was in middle/high school, and i was so happy to be able to see them live! My only complaint is that the show had wayyy too much strobe. Im epileptic and just going to the event was like playing with fire. Wednesday 13 s show was really enjoyable and didnt have much strobe, but when Combichrist came on i had to leave after the 3rd song because it was constant strobe and i had to have my eyes covered the whole time. The one band i really wanted to see and i couldnt enjoy it at all or i wouldve ended up in the hospital. I hope next time they come down they tone it down on the strobe lights so i could actually see the show and not just hear it.

From start to finish, this is one of the best combined shows I've seen to date!!! It'll have you dancing, screaming and cheering the whole time!

bands that were good: Combichrist Night Club bands that were interesting... Wednesday 13 bands that were meh Death Valley High bands that were terrible, Prison. while combichrist's show was awesome, 3 out of the 4 other bands weren't that great. was still entertained, and would go again, but i'm that much of a fan of combichrist.

The entire line-up was great. Really enjoyed the band, Prison. The singer had a lot of energy and was very engaging. Enjoyed their music. Combichrist, however, was the reason we were there. Per usual, the band was phenomenal and always is able to get the crowd going. Andy is extremely energetic and never fails to get the whole audience moving and singing along. Vocals are always on point, and even though the size of the band wasn't as many as have been in the past, that didn't hinder the music or the sound. Love, love, love this band. Will go to see them any and every time they are in the New England area. Just wish they would play more gigs around here and much more frequently. Come back again....please!!!!

Combichrist was Awesome as always. But I didn't receive anything. I paid extra for preferred acess and even got insurance. I was told VIP was through the band. I should have just got regal tickets and saved money.

Out of all the tons of concerts I ve been to, this band really had us pumped throughout the night. The energy level never drops a bit. Every song gets better and better and their performance is flawless. They only took one break, which means they play non-stop so you re constantly jumping and rocking out with them. I took my mom to this show and she loved it. A total of 5 bands played this night and Combichrist gave pure performance perfection. Thank you for the craziness!

Combichrist earns its EBM (Electronic Body Music) label at every show, and this was no exception. They tore the place up, and it was great to see them with their new guitarist, fresh from playing with Filter on their most recent tour. And you can always depend on a crazy drum show, with both drummers randomly throwing their kits apart in the middle of things. Combichrist's roadies never get bored!

The show was awesome! So much blood! I loved it! One of the best actual rock shows I been too!!

New Years Day, William Control & Combichrist fantastic awesome lineup. How does one pick just one memory? The bands came out to take pics, sign autographs & generally chat with their fans. The fans brought great energy. William Control on stage with Ashley Costello--brilliant. All in all, another FAN-tastic show

Combichrist has been one of my favorite bands to see live in the last few years. They're energetic live preformances are one-of-a-kind. With two drum sets on stage, a keyboard and DJ equipment and a vocalist the sound is LOUD! This was the first year I saw Combichrist with a live guitarist onstage which added to the loudness of the music. Every time I see Combichrist it makes me appreciate artist like this more and more. The guys from Combichrist are true "rockstars".

Loved the setlist! & the energy!!! I jumped all night and Joey wearing the mule head was soooo awsome!!!

If you have never seen Combichrist before (and I hadn't til now), their live show is a must if you're into high-energy, aggro-industrial music. There live show wore me out as there intensity is something I haven't experienced since seeing old Pantera and Slayer shows. I know its a different music genre but it was the same intensity except with painted up musicians and crazier lighting effects. If you like them and/or this type of music, and they're in your town don't miss them. It won't be long before they're headling large arenas.

It was a good crowd, the line up of bands opening up were all very incredible... Combichrist gave an unforgettable show that you'd only have to experience yourself to know what its truely like! Get up front and watch them tear that stage up :) Andy is insane!!!

The venue was small, but personable. Opening bands were ok, but Combichrist really rocked the house. It was great to see such a show up close and personal, with true appreciation for music and the fans.

The first band I saw left a lot to be desired. The following bands got better and better, building up to Combichrist. When Combichrist came out, the energy filled the room. They were AMAZING! They sounded great, were entertaining to watch and everyone was completly into it. If you're into Industrial music, definitely see this show!

I knew Irving Plaza was the perfect place to see this band. The sound was on point and the beats were intoxicating. Andy is the most evil!

As I had never seen Combichrist in concert before, I was a little uncertain as to what to expect. Well, I can honestly say, that to my surprise...they were AWESOME!!!! The show was great and they played every song that I was hoping for except It's My Rifle....Andy's stage presence and energy were hypnotic, and the rest of the band was terrific too. If you missed the show, make sure you get tickets for another.....I will most definitely be seeing them perform live again as they absolutely ROCKED!!!!

The club was small and Combi took it over completely. They did an absolutely wonderful job of involving everyone, getting everyone moving, and getting our blood going. There were a few pits, a lot of dancers, and more of us who just jumped around a lot. Lots of fun! Thank you guys.

This was THE BEST concert I have ever seen! I am definitely an avid fan and will be waiting for them to return.

I had never heard of Combichrist before, until I saw them open up for Rammstein at Madison Square Garden in New York. They really put on a hell of a show that night, so much so that they made me an instant fan. When I heard that Combichrist were coming to the Norva in Virginia, I purchased a ticket and went out to the show. Again, they proved to be a great band to see live. I was however disappointed by the bands that they had open up for them. I would rate the show 5 stars otherwise. Still, if you want to see a great band, and don't mind waiting for Combichrist to hit the stage after all the other acts, then go out and see these guys.

Andy LePlagua...What more can I say? CombiChrist's performance was without a doubt the BEST musical experience of my life. Andy was involved with the crowd, the atmosphere was amazing, everyone was pumped--never a dull moment! The music was wonderful and skillfully performed. The lighting was awesome too! My sister wasn't really used to the type of music, she'd never really listened to CombiChrist before, so I was worried that she wasn't enjoying herself and having a good time. However, when CombiChrist started playing songs she was familiar with, such as, "Get your body beat" & "What the f*ck is wrong with you?" even SHE got into the show and had a great time by the end of the night.I recommend CombiChrist to everyone! Aesthetic Perfection was wonderful! Lively, fast-paced, and AMAZING! I threw my hand up and gave the international sign for "I love you" to the keyboardist, and he returned it! It was awesome! He even managed to continue playing Keyboard when he was tackled on stage. The show was absolutely amazing! It was worth every penny! If you haven't ever seen CombiChrist----SEE THEM!!! FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!
