This stadium has no bad seats. Even the tip top seats give a good veiw. I was not pleased that I could not buy tickets to sit on the visitor side. Other than that great time!

Williams Brice Stadium is 75 years old but has held up well thanks to continuing renovations. The stadium is clean and well maintained. The Gamecocks 2001 entrance and the halftime show were awesome as was the band. The crowd was one of the loudest, and best behaved, that I have seen. The stadium is in a rather unattractive warehouse area in Columbia. This is a real plus when you need to park your vehicle. Parking within a 10 minute walk to the stadium is around $25.

The Gamecocks pulled off a big win over Ole Miss. The packed stadium roared with excitement. Today, Columbia is quiet as the town sleeps off the big celebration. We enjoyed our ticketmaster seats on the 50 yard-line close to the excitement on the field. My husband, a former high school and college football player, loves to "feel" the pain of the players hitting on the field. Despite sitting on the "visitor's" side, we were surrounded by fellow Gamecocks. Ticketmaster was so easy, and the seats were great. I'll definitely do it again!

My wife and I typically sit in the 905 section of Williams-Brice. Normally, a wonderful experience. This time how ever it was horrible at best. No food was delivered up to the 900 stands. "Was told a new vendor was in place". Water pressure was lost at the start of the first quarter. Toilets were backing up because they couldn't be flushed. My wife and I had to leave at half time because it was too unsanitary for her to use the bathroom. Also due to all the cussing and carrying on by the people because of the same problems. Not what I would expect from a top level SEC program. My wife and I were thinking about purchasing season tickets, but this experience made up our minds. Definitely not worth the money! I am very embarrassed that we hosted another team under those conditions. The Gamecock staff should be as well.

I took my sister and fiancé to the Missouri game. It was the first time any of us had been to Columbia. I wore my aggie gear and they wore buckeye gear. Other than a few strange looks and yells that we must be lost, most of the tailgaters were welcoming and invited us to talk sports and shared food. Great game day experience overall. The only negative was the rooster (crow) sounds. Got annoying after awhile.

I went to the USC/Citadel game and it turned out to be a great game. I was in town for work, so this was a great way to enjoy Columbia. It was pretty easy to get in and out of the stadium, and I enjoyed the overall atmosphere.

This was a great experience. The stadium is massive, the fans are frenzied, and the pregame ritual really amps you up. The only reason this isn't five starts is because SC's opponent (Coastal Carolina) didn't show up to play and got crushed 70-10. It would have been nicer to see a more competitive game. But I would definitely go again. I'm planning on it for next year.

It was military appreciation day for the Carolina game vs. Wofford College. The game was a lot closer than what we wanted to see with most of the scoring occurring in the fourth quarter still a win was a win. The kids that went with us enjoyed military appreciation day and were especially thrillled when the four F-16s flew over the stadium.

This event was fun to go to if you like mobs of people and if you are in good shape for walking. This was a very sunny day and you should take a wide straw hat and not just a baseball hat for better sun protection. Take some water, a camera, a small radio with headphones, sunglasses, and binoculars. Besides the student section, South Carolina fans are hard to motivate and rather quiet when it is time to disrupt the opposing team. People in the seat behind you may bother you with their feet against your backside if they are lazy and don't tuck their feet under themselves when they are seated. The metal backrest is separate from the seat so their shoes can get under it. They also may get careless and bump you during excitement. My seat was section 506, row 6, seat 7 on the 26 yard line on the north side of the 50 yard line. Good view of everything. You can try to get an autograph of some players after the game down by the buses by the south end zone. Tori #81 was the only one nice enough to sign hats for fans. The few others I saw simply got on the bus and ignored us.

My family of four attended the Alabama-South Carolina game. Great atmosphere, William-Brice Stadium is definately the right place to take the family. If your family has never been to a college game, Do them a favor, skip McD's for a month. My youngest daughter hates watching football on tv, After the game she said "I would do this 1000 more times dad, this is Great" I felt like a hero :)

I've been watching the Cocks play on TV, but it was nothing compared to being there in person! The weather was spectacular, the atmosphere in the stadium was electric, and we kicked some serious Razorback tail, as well! Williams-Brice Stadium is an incredible venue - our seats were way up in "nosebleed" territory, yet you could see every play develop and watch every Gamecocks touchdown! The traditions - 2001, Sandstorm, cheering with Cocky - I can't wait to go again next year! GO COCKS!

We were on row 34 of Section 302, so we had a good view of the field. My husband has a sun allergy so next time we will try for seats in the section under press box. The new sound system does not seem to be as good as the old one. It was difficult to hear penalties being explained,

I am from Ohio and, of course, am a Buckeyes fan. Having lived in Charleston for 20 years, I thought it was time to check out the local talent. The Gamecocks did not disappoint. We loved the tailgating, the stadium, the team's entry onto the field. It was all great. Our seats were high in the back corner of the home side, but we were assured that we'd be able to see everything , especially with the new jumbo screen. We were not misled. Our only disappointment was not getting to see Marcus Lattimore play due to his injury against Tennessee. His taped message and the band's tribute were very touching, though. Good job, Gamecocks! Hope to meet you in a bowl game next year.... Get well, Marcus!

The game was a bit of a nailbiter but we pulled out a win in the end. Bummed about Latti's season ending knee injury but I know he'll be back better than ever. Gamecocks Forever! :)

My experience was great. My wife, son, nephew, & I really enjoyed the game up until Mr. Lattimore was injured. We were able to enjoy his touchdown run prior to the injury. Besides that and the windy conditions, we really enjoyed the atmoshere. My seats were not that good but I purchased the tickets a couple of weeks prior and all of the better seats were taken. Overall I loved the experience.

The game was great. Gamecocks won. The only bad thing was Lattimore got hurt. Our prayers go out to him and his family and hope he is better soon. We love Lattimore.

I must say this was the first Carolina game we have attended. We had the best time amongst fellow Gamecock fans. The crowds were excited and constantly yelling chants and cheers. We plan on purchasing season tickets next year!
