Eric Roberson has one of the best live performances I have ever seen! It was great from start to finish and I can't wait to see him perform again!

Amazing show, however, I was disappointed that our tickets said the show would start at 6 pm, and his opening act didn't even go on stage till 10 pm. So we had to wait several hours, which was okay because I ended up right next the stage but I hadn't intended on being there 5 hours before the show. Overall definitely one of my favorite concerts by far.

This concert came as a great surprise to me, since I didn't realize that my favorite band, Tears for Fears, was adding the brand new venue, Daily's amphitheater in downtown Jacksonville, to their tour dates. When I looked it up a couple of months ago, the closest shows were in Atlanta and Orlando. Maybe it was because their keyboard player was announced at the end of the show as being from Jacksonville.........and maybe that is why the show did not include their touring partners, Hall and Oates. In any case, the new amphitheater was an excellent venue for these musical geniuses to get hot in the muggy Florida shade. Besides doing stellar performances of most of their hit songs, starting off with Everybody Wants to Rule the World (intro was a spacey, mechanized, robot-sounding audio enigma, ominously slowed-down to segue into the well-recognizable opening guitar riff), I was especially pleased that they did Badman's Song and Break it Down Again (from the Elemental album recorded without Curt Smith). A very intriguing addition to the set was the cover of Radiohead's "Creep," sung so expertly and authentically by Roland Orzabal, as he accompanied himself at the beginning with just a lone arpeggiated guitar. I was also surprisingly happy that they played Everybody Loves a Happy Ending, in addition to Closest Thing to Heaven and Secret World, but they didn't do Call Me Mellow, which was the major hit off of their last album. Who Killed Tangerine would have been another good one too, for the sing-along aspect, but there are just too many good songs for one show. The sound was great, perfect volume level, perfect mix and perfectly performed....... I was hoping they would have had a new album out to promote, but I heard they are working on one, so hopefully next year! Anyway, it was literally The Closest Thing to Heaven for me as a Lifetime Fan. Get out and see them; you will love it!!! I just looked up the setlist: see below

Despite her (Lil Kim) set being short, she held the crowd and performed well! She definitely killed all the rumors and showed people that she still got it!

Love going to the Greek theatre to hear the artist perform! Sam Hunt was so down to earth and of course the music was amazing. He had other performers open for him and it was good to get introduced to new artists. It's my second time seeing him and he just gets better and better.

I've been a longtime Thursday fan and never had the opportunity to see them in concert. Having recently gotten back together, I was hopeful I would be able to see them at some point. The show didn't disappoint. They absolutely killed their set, and the bands prior to their set were equally as fun and talented. Touche Amore is awesome, and they got a new fan that night.
