Very cool meeting the band before the show - the guys were great! The performance was very good and a lot of fun! Can't wait to see them again.

I personally thought Smallpools was very interactive with the crowd which always make concerts 10x more fun. They are a very talented band and I would love to see them again and can t wait for any new music they make.

My husband and I drove 3 hours to Cleveland so we could see Smallpools live for the first time. All 3 bands played amazingly. Their sets were awesome and their interaction/vibes with the crowd was contagious. Afterwards, we were able to meet with Great Good Fine Ok and Half the Animal. We had such a great experience and I would definitely recommend seeing one or all of the bands that performed. I really hope to see them again in concert!

We enjoyed seeing new bands at the concert, but the way it was presented as Smallpools as the headlining act, I thought they should have had a longer set.

I absolutely love Smallpools, and they are even better live. They interact with the crowd and this was a fantastic venue as well! Magic Man did a nice job before them as well!

I mainly went to see Magic Man and was not disappointed. The show was amazing! My friend and I even got to meet some of the members from Magic Man. All in all it was an amazing show at a great venue!

Smallpools and Magic Man put on an amazing show. It was my second time seeing Magic Man, and my first time seeing Smallpools. Both bands have amazing energy and know how to put on a show. Waters was also there, they were the first band to preform. If you ever get a chance to see them, you should. All three bands were great.

Before this concert, I had never heard of Waters. They were awesome and easily made the show what it was. Their energy was awesome!! Magic Man was great, as always. And Small Pools closed out the show with a lot of fun.

I cannot describe my emotions. The concert was so amazing. Meeting Alex Callow felt like a dream.

The deluxe room is kind of small, but the concert was amazing regardless. Smallpools has such great stage presence and magic man and waters were great as well. Overall it was probably the best show by far.

I had never heard Waters before, but now they are one of my favorite bands! Magic Man was phenomenal as well!! I really enjoyed Smallpools, especially during "Killer Whales" when they passed around the giant blow-up killer whale.

Waters, although I had no idea who they were before, were great! They were great communicating with the crowd, making us laugh and sing a long. I also got their drumstick and got them to sign it which was a HUGE plus. Magic Man I can't even describe in words, they were AMAZING, FANTASTIC, REMARKABLE, FABULOUS. They made the whole thing unforgettable. I loved their music before and they were my favourite band before but now that love has just intensified. Smallpools, although I loved their music, I was a little disappointed with. We waited 30 minutes for them to come on stage, their professional lighting, although amazing - compared to the casual setting of the other bands - was a little out of place. I think they were trying to be funny, however they insulted the crowd more than once and we didn't find it funny. Their keyboard peddle broke and we had to wait, then they walked off to change their shirts before a song was done and their was a 5 minutes drum solo. If it were a little shorter - the drum solo - it would have been okay, but I think 5 minutes was a little long.

Magic Man and Smallpools put on a wonderful show for Louisville

I went to their show in Atlanta and left completely in awe. So I went to the Tennessee concert as well, then I of course had to go to the Kentucky show. Such a passionate group of artists, that truly care about their fans. Concert was so interactive and everyone's stage performance made for an incredible 3 nights. Alex Caplow has such personality and compassion for his band's music and it shows in the emotion in his singing. Sean, from Smallpools, is crazy fun and so humble.

Magic Man, Smallpools, and Waters were awesome! A very fun and lively performance. They interacted with the audience a lot-all three bands. They even interacted with each other onstage which made it really fun. We will definitely see them again.

Had an amazing time dancing along to all three performers. Magic Man blew me away. Awesome show, had a blast.

Magic Man was incredible live. So much energy on stage! Loved Smallpools as well, but Magic Man stole the show!

Waters started if off with a great, energetic set. Magic Man played almost every song they have and sounded awesome. And then somehow Smallpools amped it up even more, playing all of their limited catalog and adding at least six songs from the upcoming albums. Great time. Paradise Rock Club is small but not a mess; it was a fun place for the show (except for the two pillars in the middle of the floor).

Every time I go to see Magic Man, they seem to outdo themselves. There are few bands that are able to make the crowd so loud. Beautiful music, great people. Awesome performances by Waters and Smallpools as well! Only wish Magic Man had gone last and I think the crowd would've agreed. All in all an incredible night

Smallpools was horrible. Totally fake! It was dripping in marketing and they didn't even play their instruments. I'd recommend just staying home and listening to the CD because that's basically what happened at the show. Just add an awkward wardrobe change and some inflatable orcas and you have a Smallpools show.

This show was fantastic. The bands were amazing live. The music was great; the show was fun. They do a great job of interacting with the crowd and everyone had a ton of energy.

The Newport is a great venue close to where I live. My friends and I stood on the level up from the pit and had perfect views. Both bands sang all of their songs except for one which is pretty impressive for bands to do. I love both Magic Man and Smallpools because their both so energetic on stage. I would definately go back to a show like this!

Smallpools was off the hook! Great vocals and beats

I came to this show to see smallpools. I saw that there where 4 other bands but I didn't really think anything of it. I arrived a half hour before the doors opened so I could get a good spot. After more then an hour the first band came out, then another , and then another. By the time smallpools came out I was pooped. But other then that it was a great show! Good acoustics, great crowed and overall fun.

Awesome show! Great crowd, especially for a Monday. Can't wait to see Smallpools again!

Smallpools performed at the University of Iowa just the other day and it truly was a worthwhile experience. Seeing them live is an entirely different experience than from your headphones. They bring so much energy to the show even though it was a Wednesday showing and there weren't many students (~50-60) that could spare the time to witness it. Wow did they miss out. Sean went from singing as he walked along the gate that separated people from the stage, he left stage to change outfits a few times, and he even left the stage, snuck around back behind the crowd and gave high fives as he got the the center of the crowd and proceeded to sing from the center of the crowd. I don't think security enjoyed his antics. The crowd loved it.

This concert was absolutely amazing. Phoebe Ryan, Machineheart, and Smallpools made this night absolutely unforgettable; I started crying because I miss it so much. I love Smallpools, and they are so energetic and fun live. I waited 6 hours outside the theatre to end up on center barricade. Best decision I ever made. Also got to meet everyone after the show, and they were all down to earth amazing people. 10/10 would reccomend.

I actually met up with Alex (the lead singer for Magic Man) after they played and it was great! Smallpools did great and so did Waters! Magic Man had to be my favourite thought because I just genuinely love them. They're all great bands but I just listen to MM religiously. Waters was amazing too. Ugh they were all just so energetic and great to meet

The show was at the Mercury Lounge in Louisville. It was a smaller venue and it felt like an intimate concert, The bands were a perfect line up and we had a blast. The bands also stuck around to sign autographs and take pictures with their fans. It was a great show for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen birthday party. We will never forget it. Ever!

The concert was amazing. The only complaint I would have is that there was a very long break between the first and second group, and I was getting impatient waiting for everything to be set up. I think the process could have definitely been faster. The concert also didn t start until 7:30, but it was supposed to be 7.

I LOVE SMALLPOOLS! They were amazing and played almost all of my favorite songs. The opening band, Half The Animal, was good but they were a little too loud. If you're planning on going to a concert here make sure to get there early so you can stand in the front row and really see the band!

My goodness. The sound guy must have terrible hearing. The bass was turned up wayyyyy too high for Great Good Fine Ok. We had to leave the show early with how painful it was to our ears. The sound was perfect for Half the Animal.

Great show. Would definitely go see them again. In fact, I hope they come back to a Dallas soon! They deserve a bigger venue but so awesome to see them up close and personal.

Showed up early got right up in front of the stage. Went deaf for days but was worth every minute ornate being deaf.

This concert was high energy and provided fantastic performances from each of the groups. They packed quite a bit in the time that they had.

Smallpools were great, interactive, and even sang one song from the middle of the crowd. Stage show was great and everyone loved it. Phoebe Ryan rocked it out and was perfect for the crowd. Machineheart was new for me but I bought their songs as soon as I got back. Loved it all.

I took my boyfriend's daughter (18 yrs. old) as a favor for a paper she needs to write. This was her first experience to a live concert. I must say we left the venue with a smile on our face. Smallpools performance far exceeded the expectation we had for a fairly smaller and intimate venue as the House of Blues. We both did our research and played their music throughout the week. Very good performance from the start. I would have given a full 5 stars but the encore performance was one song only. Overall it was great performance and songs are fun and "Catchy" ..

I discovered this band whilst searching around for bands like Walk the Moon and Grouplove. If you like these two bands or their pop/alt. rock style of music, then you'll definitely love Smallpools. They also put on an entertaining live show with a great, clear sound and some fun extras thrown in.

The show was amazing, the music sounded as if it were the actual recording, and the band members are cool and down-to-earth people. You can't ask for more. They are relatively unknown but I doubt that will be the case for much longer. Phenomenal band, music, and people. A+

This was the first show of the tour... and it was great. My second time seeing the band and my first time at Culture Room, an intimate venue that was the perfect place to start the tour -- great show lighting and sound added to the energy of the band. Small Pools loves what they are doing and it shows!! If you get a chance to catch a show... do it!!

They are amazing live and so fun to watch! Everyone in the crowd was dancing and singing along. They seem like really cool, down-to-earth guys and I would go see them again without a second thought.

Saw them open last April for Grouplove in DC. Loved it and have been listening to them ever since. When their new album dropped, I knew I had to see them again. $20 is a pittance to pay for the show these guys put on. They rocked it for the entire hour and a half/forty-five. Brought 4 friends who hadn't seen them before and everyone left loving it. Do yourself a favor and check Smallpools out. Also, Bowery Ballroom is a nice intimate venue. Acoustics are great and there's a cool basement bar as well as one right in the back of the floor where they keep free cups of water stocked.

Smallpools has so much energy in their songs and the boys make sure that energy carries through even more in their live performances. Always something new to expect. I'm sure this Lovetap! tour will be very sucessful for them.

Vinyl Theatre was the 1st opening act they also happen to be my favorite band ever!! I absolutely loved seeing them for a 3rd time and getting to reunite with them in between acts. Grisfolk was the 2nd to open up, and they were very talented but kind of harshes my hyped up mood becuase their songs were slow. Smallpools came on and it was literally am unforgettable experience. We were all singing every word and dancing around in the front row. They put on an incredible show and leave you with an unforgettable night! They connected with the crowd and made sure everyone was having a great time!

ever since the album came out, its been on repeat every time i have the chance to put in headphones. i saw the show last thursday and I could not have had any more fun!! theyre too real, its was a totally refreshing performance that i will never forget. i'll definitely be seeing them again soon!

I've been to many concerts, from Arcade Fire to Twenty One Pilots to Walk the Moon. Smallpools was the best concert experience I've ever had. The performance was outstanding and the mosh crowd was very chill, unlike some. Blow up whales being bounced around, pulsing lights surrounding the drum set, and their unforgettable performance is going to be hard to beat. Thank you for such a great time! This band is going to go far.

They sounded really good :) And they stayed a really long time afterwards just chilling out and talking to people which was really nice. Beau was super nice to me even though I am extremely awkward teehee.

Vinyl theater and grizfolk were decent, but every song sounded the same to me. They both maybe had one song that was different enough for me to get something fresh from them. But both did a good job in performing and interacting with the crowd. Smallpools was fantastic, sounded perfect, very energetic, and one of the more memorable bands I'll ever have seen live.

Don't get me wrong, Smallpools was amazing! But it seemed like a lot of people, including myself, went to the show to see the very talented Magic Man. Both of these artists have some of the best songs to sing along/dance to and I highly recommend seeing both of them.

Went to the show specifically to see Magic Man, and they were awesome! Smallpools and the opening act, Waters, were just icing on the cake. All three had incredible energy, and really engaged with the audience. Would highly recommend seeing any of the three if they come your way!

I don't understand why Magic Man didn't headline this show. They were way better than Smallpools. Also Smallpools invited their fans to a "meet and greet" at another place after the show, and were less than friendly to their fans. They are a one-hit wonder anyway and will fade into nothingness. I would never go see Smallpools again. Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a show. I missed Panama Wedding but heard from several friends that they are good.
