although this event had more restrictions than any previous ones i have gone to, it was also one of the best. an incredible line up of DJ's! Benny Benassi blew the roof off!!! Kaskade kicked ass!! i know a good rave when my feet hurt the next day! lots of awesome costumes too! downside was not a very good selection of food for sale.

I like this event I got a lot of fun. I would love to go again

It all began on Friday night.. Halloween - ! The music, the costumes, the venue, GREAT We had a great time.. rented rooms for both nights in a Downtown luxury hotel. The lines were long - even for VIP - the bartenders completely under poured the drinks and over charged. As for night two - It was canceled and ruined an entire event - Lots of money spent in preparation for night two - from Hotel rooms, food, drink, costumes - We will never be reimbursed for that stuff.. everyone was so bummed that even an attempt to create an alternate "party" was weak due to the moral. Next year, I won't be so quick to get excited. However - I will say this.. had they kept the event open for Saturday night I am sure the entire weekend experience would have been amazing and worth recommending.

Good line-up. Went just for Infected Mushroom, but some of the smaller shows were mind blowing. Danced all night long. If you love dancing, freaknight is for you.

Freak night was the most amazing thing ever! The main stage dj's were the best, and they all mixed some awesome music. The event had a really positive and very fun vibe, everybody there was fun to dance with and talk to. GREAT event, I'll definitely be getting another ticket next year.

Amazing first experience, amazing crowd, amazing music.

Okay I'll admit when I first saw the lineup I had my doubts, but damn they surprisingly tore it up! 3 stages (2 of them sort of worthless) and 1 main one with large dance floor in front and stadium seats behind. Overall not the BEST but still would make anyone have a good time. Probably going next year but we'll see! Apparently we had specific seat numbers for the show, but I think people were just sitting in any open seat available. I don't know about anyone else, but I could care less where I sat.

All the dj's did what they do best the lights, music ,and stage performers were top notch. Worst part of the night was the end wish it could've gone on all day.

Most mind-blowing DJ set I've ever witnessed. Amazing combination of psy-trance, guitar, and drums; and it's intense.

Lots of acrobatics that really made it entertaining.

FreakNight was the greatest experience of my life! Would love to purchase my tickets now for next year already! Infected absolutely killllllleeeeddddd it!

Some of the bands were sub-par this year. Nero rocked, but Lil Jon just played the same beat over and over. Everyones' costumes were AWESOME though!!! That was probably worth the ticket price!!

unforgettable:D Some friends and I made it to Freaknight around 12ish And although we missed so much I can't think of many experiences that come close to the epic night we had. Definitely going next year! hope to see you there!

I was there for the music and the experience, I very much enjoyed the different stages and types of music, if you wanted to, you could move around easily and it was like going to 3 different shows at once. The carnival games were hilarious, such as skeeball, watergun and ring around the bottle. Everyone was amazing and very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my time there and will go back. I was totally bummed when they canceled the second day, but stuff happens, smile and move on.

I was very upset and disappointed that it got cancelled. I wish they handle the situation more professionally and not wait until last minutes. I was excited for a year for freaknight and I am not sure if I want to try going again next year.

I don't have words for how disappointed I was that the venue cancelled the better of the two nights. Just wish USC had picked a better place to host such a great even. I won't be going back anytime in the next few years.

The first night of FreakNight was absolutely amazing! This was my first time coming to freaknight and the entire atmosphere was incredible! The lights, decorations, performers, set up, everything was great! It was very spread out and not too cramped with the outrageous amount of people that were there. I do however feel very upset on how the second night was handled. It is very heart breaking that some people took this great and wonderful experience too far. Those people ruined it for everyone else. thankfully I didn't travel far. Since the second night was cancelled i felt like there should have been a better way to inform everyone of the news. I heard about it through friends that were standing outside, in the freezing cold, in line for 2+ hours. USC, CenturyLink, or even Ticketmaster should have sent out a massive email, get on all social media: facebook, twitter, instagram, etc. to inform people of what exactly was happening. I am thankful for our reimbursements but it still sucked that we spent money on a hotel, cab fare, food, costumes, etc. I do hope that CenturyLink?WaMu will allow USC events to come back!! Seattle loves you!

I was a bit sketched out at first, never having prior EDM event experience, but my friends who are all avid raveheads swayed me into going to this. The hype is one of the best parts and day 1 did not disappoint. I experienced one of the greatest things ever and I would most definitely go again. It was unfortunate that day 2 was cancelled but whatever. Freaknight is amazing.

Freak night was awesome! I enjoyed it with my closest cousin and I LOVEEDDDDDDDDD THAT THERE WERE RIDES THIS TIME. THANK YOU FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT! But I would like my refund for Saturday please!

First day was great. Second day was canceled. ... 2 hours after it was supposed to start.

Friday night was an unforgettable experience. The acts were uniformly good (although I personally would have preferred more drum and bass in the Bass Asylum), the venue was well laid out, and all of the side attractions were pretty cool too. My chief complaint is that the water stations didn't either provide cups to hold water or direct fountains to drink from, forcing me to buy a $3 bottle and carry it around all night. I'm very disappointed that Saturday was cancelled (especially because I was most looking forward to Saturday's acts!) but the fact that I'm local and getting refunded my ticket price takes the edge off. Still, some sort of email notification would have been nice, I got dressed up and spent ten bucks on a cab only to find an empty venue.

Very unorganized and caused a lot of trouble for out of country visitors.

I want a refund for the second night being cancelled, plus my hotel room for the second night.. I spent an extra $350 for no reason!!

Between what happened at freaknight 2014 and resolution last year I don't feel like ever going to another WaMu event... USC needs to go back to a great one day only freaknight that was the freaknight I had the most fun at in 2012. USC seems to be on a slippery slope lately with booking fresh artist.

It was great... there were problems with people doing drugs so the second night got canceled. Please don't blame usc for this, they are being smart and doing the right thing. Yeah, it sucked. But it was the right thing to do, if they were afraid of a bad batch of molly, they would be risking even more deaths. Which is never worth it. period.

This was the first Freaknight I have been to. Honestly I can say it was the most fun I've had in years. I will never forget it.

The line up and the stages and the organization of everyrhing blew my mind. I've been to a lot of festivals but this was hands down the best I've ever been to. I had the time of my life I even cried when dillon francis played and when destroid played. It was life changing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience thank you soooo much.

When the lineups were finally announced I had high hopes for the two nights. Let me just say that my high expectations were DESTROID. Easily the best back to back nights of music I have ever been a part of. Every artist brought their "A" game and so much energy! I will remember these nights for the rest of my life!

This is my second FreakNight and I was completely satisfied with the event. After waiting in line for over two hours last year I was a bit skeptical but I was pleased to see that USC had fixed the line problem and more. The free water refills was an amazing improvement that I believed helped people stay hydrated and safe. I had zero negative interactions with staff despite the increase in numbers and it was nice to see the "conscious crew" lending a hand in making sure everyone had the best possible experience that they could. Overall this was my favorite festival I have attended over the past 4 years I have been going to this sort of event. Would recommend this festival to anyone! Truly amazing and breathtaking with zero complaints!

Freaknight Festival 2013 was an unbelievable experience. I have been to 5 previous events put on by USCevents and they are a company who always out does themselves but this one was by far their best. Awesome lineup, production, and layout. USC events provided free water so there are no excuses for not staying hydrated. Thanks USC and see you next year.

Freaknight goers know to show up early for this event, its so much fun that people outside the EDM community will attend every year. What can I say about the lineup? Too many good things I'd dislike leaving any particular artist out. Seattle got to dance the night away into the early morning to our favorite djs with our best friends!

I have been to every freaknight since #4 in Centralia Fairgrounds and this was among the most epic year yet if not the most epic. I do however have to coment on the line to get in. This was by far the worst line experience I ever had. I spent 3 hours in line watching the party happen inside which really upset a lot of people considdering the cost of tickets ranged from 100.00 to 200.00 dollars each. In the past the tickets have always been about 45.00. but when I finally got in the price made a little more sense.

Freaknight started off slow because of the line problem getting into the theatre, but once you were in you had a great time with three stages for music and carnival rides. The night could have gone on forever!

Wow...what an amazing night. This was my first time attending this event and it was definitely unforgettable. It was a rather young crowd, but everyone was very friendly and all were there to enjoy the music and do some people watching. I was actually surprised with the costumes people wore. There were some really cool unique costumes, but not much. I expected a lot more creativity then I saw. My husband and I were in some basic pirate costume, which I thought I would have seen a lot of, but that was not the case. A lot of girls were very scantily clad with little covering their bodies. I was one of the more covered ones. The energy of the crowd was just amazing and addicting. The main stage was the best in my opinion as all the DJ's that played we high energy and exciting to watch and listen too. I will definitely be going again, with more friends next time!

FreakNight was the most INCREDIBLE event of the year. USC went above & beyond with the perfect array of artists, interactive rides, games and more. Nothing beats it. Props for a job well done.

Absolutely EPIC! A lot of people say the WaMu has horrible acoustics, well it worked great for the EDM sound. If you got to the main stage early enough to get close and didn't leave, you missed out. The smaller stages were packed but still provided more room than anywhere in the main hall, worth not staying in the main hall if u didn't care about that artist. This event had everything, carnival rides, sword swallowers, contortionists, a bmx ramp, 3 killer stages with independent artists so u can always find one to listen to, hot half naked people (sometimes 3/4 naked) and a bar. The bar was the only downside. Selection was small and pricey. 9.50 for a bacardi and coke that was mostly ice

Great show, amazing music. The venue was perfect for the show.

Paid $200 for VIP tickets and the bathroom stalls were locked open so you had to pee in front of strangers in the bathroom. While the Men's room stalls (per my boyfriend) were able to be closed. Other than that it was a great show.

Freaknight was top notch. Literally second to only Paradiso in my book. The venue was set up and decorated amazingly. The lineup was solid and I dont think I stopped dancing for more than 5 minutes. Didn't hit the rides but they looked like a blast. 10/10 will definitely go again.

Security was inconsistent. Here was way too many people. The venue layout with 3 stages was incredibly poorly designed. Girls restrooms had no working doors while boys restrooms had working doors. There was one sit down zone that was small and completely full. Venue staff would make you get up from sitting even though the chill room was full. Was made to throw away sealed tampons when the website rules stated they'd be allowed. The website also claimed tampons would be provided, which they were not. Security was not clear on the rules. This event was horribly organized and is my first and last Freaknight.

The lady who was supposed to pat me down and check my APPROVED fanny pack, made me throw away my fanny pack. I even took everything out and showed her the empty pockets and she proceeded to tell me she didn t care and that I needed to throw it in the garbage.

Bass stage is always way too small at every USC event.

It was an expensive night. Other than that it was fun to walk through the crowds and see the rides and feel the moment.

Sadly, it wasn't anything I was expecting. I've been living in there area for about 6 years and I always heard great things....I don't know if it was due to the line up for music but I did not get my moneys worth. I was better off going to a club then there. My boyfriend and I ended up leaving early with our friends. We don't recommend anyone to go unless they are just trying to knock it off their bucket list.

Freaknight was amazing as usual, only disappointing part was that it was only day this year! Also, I prefer to have freaknight at the tacoma dome. The set up for the bass stage was really bad, it was more like a hallway and it was impossible to get close to the front.

The show was amazing and tons of fun. However, we paid for pricey VIP tickets, and the gift bags that were promised weren't even handed out.

The DJ's we're amazing, it was awesome that they had food, had rides and in general it looked cool. Cons: the drinks were complete crap, in the bathroom the stall doors were locked to were you couldn't shut the door so you had to have someone stand in front of you to block others from seeing you, going through airport security to get in, can't bring your own purse or any personal belongings unless it was in a small see-through bag, couldn't even take my water out of the designated drinking area...dude it's just water.

This event was absolutely amazing, such a fun time meeting new people and rockin our faces off together.

I attended both days of FreakNight in 2013 and 2014. These were some of the best days of my life and experiences I will never forget. However, I was very disappointed in FreakNight 2015. I'm so disappointed that I don't know if I will return for FreakNight 2016. Luckily, security was pretty fast for day 1. However, I did NOT like how unorganized the list of things that are/are not allowed was. I specifically remember the list saying that you can bring in unopened chapstick and unopened packages of gum, but when I was going through security, they made me throw away my opened package of gum, but I was able to bring in the unopened chapstick. The lineup for day 1 was very average. I think my group of friends and I only liked three people from the entire night. Day 2's lineup was like 10x better than day 1 and I was super excited to go! Unfortunately, due to traffic I arrived 1 hour late (opened at 6pm, got there at 7pm). The lines were crazy long, which was expected, but they were also not moving. There were three entrances that were separated into a girls and guys line. They ended up closing one of the entrances for whatever reason so we waited in line for over THREE HOURS to get in. It was cold, raining and windy. My feet were so cold that I could not feel them and they were in so much pain from being cold and wet that I started tearing up a little bit. And for some reason I was not allowed to bring in my unopened chapstick the second day even though I was allowed to the first day. Overall, I think USC needs to hire more staff and do a better job and communicating with staff members and people attending the event. The least they could do is let us know what is going on. The staff members were a little rude too. I understand that they were probably frustrated too, but it only makes things more difficult if the staff is rude to the people attending the event. I'm very disappointed in FreakNight 2015. I paid a lot of money to attend this event and I ended up missing a lot of amazing artists because I was waiting over three hours in the rain to get inside.

Worst experience at a usc event. We waited over 2 hours in the cold and rain while security took their sweet time patting people down. We arrived at 7:30 pm and did not get in until 10:20pm missing 2 acts. Which was the main reason we attended this even in the first place. At this point I'm highly considering disputing my credit card charge. Letting 4 patrons in every 10 minutes is unacceptable for any event, especially ones as big as this.

Despite the long wait to get in the dome, and the hefty ticket price, it was still very much worth it. The dome provides a unique venue and atmosphere for such an event. With all the people in costume, the intense music, the lights, and space to roam, I've never experienced this much energy in my life. Things I would do differently next time: 1) get a storage locker! It was really annoying having carry even the little stuff I had with me around everywhere 2) bring a good portable cell phone charger, so I could communicate with my friends and take pictures. 3) get there when the gates open. 4) have cool, and comfortable costume to dance in.

Show was amazing, however USC did a terrible job of preparation for the crowd. The lines and wait to get into the show were massive, I personally stood in line for 2 hours before cutting to the front thwn waiting another 40 minutes. Because of this wait I missed adventure club.

Freaknight is by far my favorite show. I have been all over the country. Ultra. edc vegas 4 times. Swedish house mafia in la.... but nothing compares to getting super weird with costumes and friends at the greatest venue wamu.

The wait to get in was absolutely unacceptable for such a pricey ticket. Very disappointed with how wa-mu handled getting people in the door. Music was good, but no one working at the event seemed to know the layout at all, so trying to get to the correct stage to see a certain act could be difficult.

Great music and atmosphere once inside the event. The line getting in was miserable but once inside it was well worth it.

I am very dissatisfied with FreakNight this year. I did enjoy the DJ venue, but I am dissatisfied with my 3.5 hour wait inline. In years past, I have waited in line for a maximum of 30 minutes because crowd control was done right. This year, there was no crowd control, lots of people cutting inline and some friends of mine got knocked over and lost their friends in line because of pushing and shoving. One of my friends dropped her cell phone and it was crushed because of all the people bottleneck near the front. It was so bad that could not even get out of line when you got near the entrance. Of the 8-9 hours of the show, I spent half of that time in line. I really hope that next year will be different if I decide to go to then event

Absolutely worth the money. The line was a little long (took 2 hrs to get in) but totally worth the wait.

The line sucked waited for hrs to get in,missed some of the artists I wanted to see because I was waiting in line, but once I got it it was unreal. The show itself was unforgetable I wish I was still there

Got in line at 8:30pm and got inside at 12:30am. Missed all the artist I came to see. Worst event I have ever attended. Total waste of my time and money.

Freaknight had a huge breakdown in processing the amount of people attending. We stood in line for 2 1/2 hours while the crowd shoved and broke through the barriers of the line to cut ahead of others. The lines to the rides inside were just as unmanageable. The venue was much too small for the amount of tickets sold compromising the overall experience.

Sure once you get inside the event after a 2 hour wait you would think it would be worth it, nope. Inside was just as disorderly and poorly set up as it was outside. I'm definitely not going to waste my money on FreakNight again. Seen way better shows for way less. FreakNight to me? A disappointment.

Once again Freaknight made my year! I travelled all the way from Australia to get to this and it totally lived up to expectations. I would recommend this event to anyone, the whole atmosphere is absolutely thrilling.

I have never had a better time in all of my life and I can't wait to go again next year. Like seriously the best thing I have ever gone to.

The performers were mind-blowing. The atmosphere was awesome. The event staff was maddeningly unhelpful. Clearly stating where everything is and educating the event staff to know where everything is would have gone a long way. Also, next time, distribute the power better so it won't blow. twice.

I arrived at the event at 9pm and did not get into the building until 12:30am. Stood outside in the freezing cold weather. So many people were cutting lines and shoving. They had insufficient staff members to control and manage the line. Worst experience ever.

USC has a rep of not disappointing. This was my third and most enjoyable year at Freaknight. More open space, more room, bigger stages, better lights and sound than every other year. They really upped their game. WaMu did have trouble getting the 22,000 participants through their line in a timely manor. The line was originally sort, so I guessed they only staff a very limited number of people on door. Serveral people had to wait two hours in a mile long line to get in.

I had a great time, the event was awesome. The only complaints I have are that Caspa was cut off in the middle of his set and there were janitors trying to sweep up the confetti before the show ended. Also, the main stage room was too large. A lot of the sound just disappeared. The hallway stage where Laidback Luke played, however, was awesome! Alos...let us bring glow sticks in!!! What kind of concert doens't allow glowsticks!? And caps for water bottles. i was sprayed with water countless times by people who just didn't realize they were doing it because normal people have capped water bottles!

Had a great time, great DJs!! The only horrible part was the ridiculous line to get in! Once onside though it was totally worth it =)

Freaknight was awesome!!!! But way too many people there. I went to Resolution 2012 and that was a much better size. Wamu was understaffed and the line to get in was absolutely ridiculous. Bummer about the sound system for Armin Van Buuren at the end. We just left after the second black out.

Really enjoyed the venue, staffing, but mostly the music!! Time & Time again freaknight lives up the last year. such an amazing show, except for the power going out 20 minutes before the headliner was done, not good for EDM show goers, and I would supposed the artist was a little upset as well.

I had the time of my life. There was a late start and some had to wait in line. Once we got in, it was instant awesomeness..carnival rides..cool stage decorations and side shows..everyone was in a good mood and positive vibes were all around! I danced for a good 8hrs straight! Met tons of rad people! Cant wait for next year!

Gotta work on how fast you are able to let people in but other than that it was awesome

The production value more than compensates for ticket price. I went VIP and could not be happier with my experience. Unfortunately, some of my group went GA and had to wait in line for 2.5 hours. They missed two sets, just because the line would crawl. This is one reason that VIP was worth the price; restrooms had virtually no line, admission was quick and painless, bars where accessible and the boost over the crowd provides a great view of the show. All in all, definitely worth continuing the annual tradition...

I had an amazing time and am definitely coming back next year. music was great, costumes were great, people were great. My only recommendation, and even concern, is about water. I think it is a responsibility of those hosting this event, and others like it, to provide water stations for concert goers. At an event where there aren't a large number of people buying drinks, I understand that water is a main moneymake for concessions. But charging $4 a bottle for water at an event where people are dancing and sweating, many of them on substances that make them dehydrated (even though this is not encouraged by those putting on the event, it is a fact nonetheless), it is unsafe. If freaknight decides not to give away free water, they should at least put up signs showing people where they can get water and note on their website that concert-goers are welcome to bring in empty water bottles. I just think this would add a level of care for people's safety and make this event that much better. Thanks for putting this on and to everyone who came! It was fabulous!

The 5 dollar wristband for the "smoking section" was a waste of time and money. You had to pay 5 dollars to go outside and wait for 3 hours to get back in?!?! People were pushing in the line and it felt like people were ready to riot. The WaMu was extremely understaffed. As for most of the headliners, the sets were sloppy! Their transitions were in no way suspenseful. Nicky Romero freaking killed it though! My ears are still ringing. Overall Freaknight and USC events did, in no way, live up to the type of event that tens of thousands of people were expecting. Triple bogie to eagle. A definite triple bogie.

The most EPIC life changing event ever, period. I recommend getting VIP if you want to avoid the very long lines to get in.
