New York Red Bulls

NY RedBulls are a solid team. The quality of play is fantastic and the RED BULL ARENA atmosphere is top notch. Despite the shotty parking lot across the street, the BULLeVARD is an excellent place to start where the whole family has a great time. There is a beer garden, games, giveaways, and the famous Street Team performing tricks. Inside the beautifully designed 26k capacity stadium are ample restrooms and concessions. Concessions range from craft beers, to chicken and waffles, to street tacos, to sausage and peppers, to a health conscience grilled chicken stand. Something for everyone. We are season ticket holders for LIFE! #REDTOGEHTER

This was our first time to New York red Bulls game. The experience was amazing. If you at all like soccer I recommend taking in a game that Red Bull's Arena.

The level of football (soccer) is lower than what I see in the UK, so don't expect to see the standard of the EPL. The Redbull Arena itself is a nice stadium. The seats are comfortable, with arm rests and plenty of leg room. There are plenty of concession places inside the stadium, nothing outside that I saw. Bring ID if you want alcohol. If travelling from Manhattan on the PATH, leave plenty of time if you want to catch the start of the game, as there are queues at the gates even when the stadium is 4/5 full. We left Port Authority at 5.30pm for a 7pm kick-off and were walking to our seats as the national anthem started. Next time we will be giving it an extra hour to allow for the pre-game atmosphere.

All of the elements of a great match were there; The sun, the rain, the red card, the game winning goal, and of course, sitting near Red Bull Nation.

Took my six-year old son to see Sunday's Red Bulls home game against FC Dallas--his first MLS soccer game ever. Just a terrific match for him to see and way to win for New York--in the 88th minute with a leap-out-of-your-seat shot and goal. What happened down on the pitch was all he cared about, not the season W/L record, or the travails of the coach, or even the rain showers that hit. OK, you got me: he cared about the hot dogs and popcorn too. Was hoping he'd see an exciting game, and catch the soccer bug. And he did. Score one more next generation fan for the Red Bulls and the beautiful game.

The game was great and it was fun to meet the players after!!I like going to the games to see them in person rather than watching them on TV!!

It is a pity that the US audience does not embrace the game more on a professional level. It is great family fun, a quick pace and an exciting day out!

I brought my kid cousins to the game and we enjoyed it. Good soccer, good food, good parking. Win, win for everyone.

Great game! The Red Bulls need to step it up though! Great seats for a fair price. The only negative things were very few fans at the game and too many vendors yelling Soda, Water, Powerade!!!

I was great to see Beckham play, but as far as NY/NJ, they are not very good yet. I would maybe try to go back again next season. Why can't international teams play in the US, that would be awesome!!

THE ONLY COMPLAIN THAT I HAVE IS THAT THE T.V.'S INSIDE THE STADIUM WENT ON TILL 20MINS INTO THE GAME, HOPEFULLY NEXT TIME THEY ARE TURNED-ON AT THE SAME TIME THE GAME BEGINS... BESIDES THAT, THE GAME WAS REALLY GOOD, THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL, SOME WERE EVEN FUN WITH THEIR COMMENTS., THE ATTENDANCE WAS REALLY GOOD COMPARED TO WHAT NORMALLY THE RED BULLS GAME RECEIVED, I THINK GIANTS STADIUM AND THE COORDINATORS OF THE RED BULLS GAME DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

It was a pretty exciting experience! I went with my husband and neither one of us has seen a soccer game before. When we got to the stadium, we were surprised to see how many people were attending. After getting the tickets and getting to our seats, we got to hear the enthusiasm of the fans who were chanting, screaming, all in good fun! The goals scored were great and the players seem to play well. Seeing the big, big fans of the teams and the interaction between the opposite sides made the entire thing a blast. I think seeing a soccer match is great and would love to go again! Got to see some of the famous players also, such as Beckham and Donovan. Loved it and would recommend for anyone who loves sports to attend soccer matches. Awesome!

The game was what i expected, and more. Even though the star (Beckham) did not shine, it was awesome watching him play. Landon donovan was outstanding. Yes I am a Redbulls fan but i was overwhelmed by the galaxy lineup.

It was nice to see 4 gaols. My seat was raw 12, so I had a nice view of these goals. I want to sit in raw 1 next time.

It was an entertaining match between the Galaxy and the Red Bulls with four goals being scored. Being that it was Beckham's first game back you could see he was a little rusty with the interplay with his teammates. As a long time Metrostars/Red Bulls fan this has to be the worst performing team ever. I was a little surprised that only 23,000 fans showed up - perhaps a combination of the lousiness of the Red Bulls team and the fact that Beckham hasn't been playing in the MLS this before this season.

Was a great event. Well managed arena. Will be sad to see Giants Stadium closed. Must see before the end. Looking forward to Redbulls Arena opening next year.

The buzz in the stadium for Beckham reminded me of the old Cosmos days when 75,000 people would jam Giants Stadium for soccer. Beckham and the Galaxy played well; the Red Bulls had their moments here and there but played inconsistently. Red Bulls fans are a passionate fan base; lots of cheering and chants throughout the game. Would go back again but the ticket prices are a little steep; most seats are $40 or $50 but there are special offers available.

coming form europe, i think the supporters of the MLS are someway behind their European counterparts. There should be more organised support for the teams. the home supporters were not chanting their teams to victory, rater, sitting quietly, like watching a DVD at home. This comes down to lack of passion. organizers must look into this problem, to ignite some passion in the fans, which would result in a passionate following to the MLS and contribute to its rapid development.

The game was exciting and my kids loved their first MLS soccer game. Good to see the fan support and hopefully attendance continues to grow. David Beckham, if nothing else, is helping increase awareness of MLS.

Although the home team lost, the game was fantastic. It was great seeing David Beckham's debut on the pitch since returning from Europe. Landon Donovan did a fantastic job for the Galaxy. And the Red Bulls played well -- they seemed to have possession most of the game -- but they were just unlucky when it came to goals. (Must admit the Galaxy keeper was also awesome - making several amazing saves!) All around a good night of talent and entertainment!

The stage was set for an a Beckham comeback to stare down his critics. Instead Beckham's return to the MLS was subtle and purely about the game rather than making much a do about nothing. The game against the Red Bulls was Landon Donavan's game and he made a statement that this is his team and also he is a player worthy of praise. The environment was fantastic and passionate, even with the constant boos everytime Beckham handled the ball or made any of his famous corner kicks. I look forward to seeing the next few games of the Galaxy and see how Beckham meshes with this new and vibrant team. How great is it that the next game they paly is against the team (AC Milan) that Beckham was adamant in staying with. MLS and football is growing!

Good game even though they did not win! :o) Will definitely go to another game!!

The game was fun once we got inside, but it took forever to get in. I read this morning the game only had about 25000 people there and still it took over 45 minutes to get into the stadium once we arrive because they only had a single gate with will call open. Not very smart... We left over two hours in advance (we left at about 5:50 for the 8:00 game) and arrive at the stadium around 7:35. We were at the game and in our seats until about 8:30.

American soccer at its worst + $8 beers = Rippp offf

I hate the fact that men cannot carry in bags even if its a bag full of documents from work. I gave the bag to a female friend who got in no problems with "exactly the same bag" Makes absolutely no sense to me.

In spite of their challenging season, we always enjoy Red Bulls games as a great outing with family and friends. The crowd is family-friendly and well-behaved, the stadium is comfortable and we have a good time. Since we have soccer players in the family they also learn more about the game. Well, this year their confidence in their own ability improved by seeing that even the pro's are not perfect!

We came from Germany to see the The New York Red Bulls. We are often in Stadiums to see Soccer Matches all over the world. This was a good one

Red Bull Arena is the best soccer specific arena in the country. There is not a bad seat in the house.The New York Red Bulls are the most exciting team to watch in the league. The game was amazing, and in true Red Bull style, they made it interesting in the end to virtually clinch first place in the Eastern Conference. Everyone should go to a Red Bulls match at Red Bull Arena at least once in their life.

The team has performed very well . I follow the Red Bulls for 15 years and there is no doubt for me that this is the best team we have since 2001 . But there is a key person for all of this : THE COACH !! Great one , the best in the league .

No hassle to get to in and out of the stadium even if you haven't been there before , good prices at the food cossesions stand and friendly environment.

I was at the Philadelphia Union vs. New York Red Bulls game at Red Bull Arena and it was a good game. The lead went back and forth between the both teams. The Union took a 1-0 lead but then the Red Bulls came back to take a 2-1 lead. Then the Union tied the game at 2-2 before the Red Bulls came back and took the lead at 3-2 and held on for the victory.

Amazing experience, the New York Red Bulls are a amazing team. There is no other MLS team like the Red Bulls . I am looking forward to next season and continuing my support for the New York Red Bulls.

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our trip to New York and possibly the biggest highlight was our trip to Red Bull Arena for this game! Great arena with an amazing pre-game pyrotechnics show. Not a bad seat in the house and will definitely return for another game if we make it out there again.

Although the match was one-sided, we enjoyed ourselves. Stadium is very nice. Our seats had a great vantage point for all the action. Only concern was the visiting team's fans. Their chants were "off color" and may have offended those with small children. Otherwise, a really fun game to attend.

Hi, I went to my first NY Red Bulls game last weekend & it was a 4-1 win vs NYC. It was an amazing stadium, easy to get to, tickets were well priced & the atmosphere was fun & fans where mixed which was good to see. Only negative was $13 for a can of beer which is very excessive. When speaking to others we said it it was a sensible price we would have had more to drink but due to the price everyone was only having 1 for the whole game. Overall i would recommend it & look forward to going again.

give yourself 2 hours extra if driving and planning to park - NJ still cant figure it out

I had an amazing time with my two young sons at the Redbulls game. The atmosphere was great and the stadium is just wonderful! I highly recommend anyone to come and watch a Redbulls game!

The Americans really like to put on a show! Fireworks and the national anthem before the game built the atmosphere nicely. I went in particular to see Bradley Wright-Phillips and he didn't disappoint, scoring a hat-trick! A section of the crowd didn't stop singing which was really good to see! So the game itself I would give an 7/10 for the decent atmosphere and decent football but there were a lot of empty seats (every seat in the house is a great view so there isn't really an excuse). As for the food and drink in there, food is slightly expensive but reasonable for a sports game. However, the drink is outrageously expensive - do not get a beer! Draft is $13 - so just don't! I would give the food a 3/10. Transport to the game is easy enough from NY, just take the PATH from the One World Trade Center to Harrison station. It can be a squeeze because everyone gets it. The machine for the two-way PATH tickets at the station doesn't accept $20 bills but the ATM at the top only gives you $20 bills so make sure you take appropriate change with you. I think it was $5.50. Transport I would give 8/10. The prohibited items list has grown and many backpacks have to be checked in now which is annoying, so if you can take a cordstring bag (they give them out for free inside anyway). Overall I would give it 8/10 because I really enjoyed the day out and the football (it's not soccer) especially, but there is definite room for improvement in some aspects to improve the whole match-day experience.

Everything was way to expensive for how short the game was

I was at the Toronto FC vs. New York Red Bulls game and it was a good game played by New York. Bradley Wright Phillips carried the Red Bulls team by three goals in the First Half to get the Hat Trick so that the New York Red Bulls beat Toronto FC by the score of 3-0. A big victory for the N.Y. Red Bulls.

A lot of fun for the entire family. My wife and son loved the game and we plan on returning very soon.

I was at the New York Red Bulls vs. Houston Dynamo game and it was a crazy game. The Red Bull took a 1-0 lead early in the game. But then they Red Bulls trailed twice in the game 2-1 and 3-2 against Houston before the Red Bulls came back and score two goals to win the game 4-3. It was a good and wild game.

There is a fun, energetic section behind on of the goalies that I was unaware of but wished I had purchased my seats there.

Love going to Red Bull Arena for soccer. It is a fantastic venue. No bad seats in the house. Early season play is poor, and don't expect lightning concessions. Also the cost of parking went up this year. Still it was my nephew's first match and he loved it.

REFS THREW THE GAME GIVING TORONTO A PK and The WIN

Hard to sit through, losing most 50/50 balls, most headers, poor passing, knocked off ball too easily. Should have moved Sam to other side or some other adjustment as he was shut down where he was. Too much finesse attempts instead of shooting at goal. They had our passing lanes blocked, we didn't have theirs. We usually play like we did in the last 5 or so min of the game, Where the XXXX were we?

Relatively easy to get into the parking lot coming from the bridge off Raymond Blvd. Easy to walk to the seats. Relatively good choice of places to buy food. Good viewing from the lower level.

I have had these seats before and I will definitely be buying them again! The food in the Audi Lounge is great! The overall atmosphere at Red Bull Arena is something that will not be forgotten.

I got my tickets thinking that my seats would be perfect At $200/each ticket I thought it was a bit pricey for 90 minutes, but it said VIP Gate on it so I did not know what to expect. It turns out Club Seating also gives you access to the Audi Lounge with free food and non-alcoholic drinks. There was a carving station and some other stations that I did not see. There was a lso normal stadium food (hot dogs, pretzels, chips, sandwiches, popcorn, etc.). It was kind of cold, but there was hot chocolate, coffee, and tea. All the food (especially the desserts) was great! It was great to watch my favorite soccer team, in great seats. I loved my seats so much that I will be buying Club Seating again.

The game was awesome. The stadium is well designed and very well kept. I had such a good time I bought season tickets for next year!!!

This was the first professional soccer game that myself and my family attended. We had a blast! The event staff that we had the opportunity to converse with were friendly and helpful. My oldest son was invited to perform with the Red Bulls Street Team for about 2+ hours before the game. They gave him a jersey and he had a great time. My middle son enjoyed all of the activities especially the 3 v 3 arena they had set up for pick up games. My youngest son enjoyed the festivities too, although he doesn't even play soccer, he was having a great time meeting some of the Red Bulls and getting his hat signe. My wife and I enjoyed everything. The game was great and we got to watch Mike Grella score the fastest goal in MLS history at the 7 second mark. The family thoroughly enjoyed the stadium, game and the overall experience. At the end of the game after winning 4-0 over the Philadephia Union, I caught a ball signed by Luis Robles after he threw it into the stand, which my kids said bumped me up the "one of the coolest dad's ever!" After the match, the family was already talking about coming back again and making it a yearly tradition. Thank you Red Bulls!

Excellent event. No trouble inside and it was great to see the Red Bulls beat NYCFC once again.

Affordable and with excellent security at this match of a now growing rivalry for NY vs NYC teams. Drunks are always present at all sporting events, but this was absolutely family safe and friendly with a LOT of bathrooms (unlike football and baseball stadiums). Security made rival supporting section enter/exit through 1 gate only. A LOT of other families and children attended in every section. Strongly suggested and will return for other matches.

I loved the atmosphere of two football (soccer) clubs coming together to share their love of the game. It was great that the 'new kid on the block' (NYCFC) brought out such an enthusiastic crowd, that was matched by the long-established team (NYRB). The stadium crowds were friendly, even if there were some shared tauntings. I was a 'new kid' supporter -- and those RedBull enthusiasts sitting around me were friendly. I did get a few pitying looks (as in: poor soul, she doesn't know which team is better), but nothing was said. I was disappointed in the NYCFC Third Rail (and other supporters) use of profanity in their cheers. It is unnecessary and low-brow, in my opinion. I only ran into one 'jerk' of a fan. However, that was more than made up for by the stadium workers. When I walked into the gift shop, the young man greeting at the door, quickly pointed out the items that had NYCFC on them. He somewhat apologized that there weren't more items, which I found sweet. (Not that I expected to find ANY purely NYCFC items in the shop, it was nice they had some featuring both teams). Later, when I was on the concourse searching for ice cream, one of their representatives selling season tickets started to point the location out to me, and said "You know! I'll just walk you there!" We had a nice chat about soccer in the couple minutes it took to walk nearly half-way around the stadium. We parted with a handshake. When we ran into each other later in the evening, we greeted each other with a smile and hello! THAT is what sportsmanship is all about ... the love of the game!

Love the team, hate the brand. Been a supporter since 1996. I'm an old timer that can't fathom what this "owner" has done to the team this year. Fires our most successful coach EVER, goes cheap on every angle, no real commitment to market or promote the team, disrespecting and ignoring the past. Having Henry for the past 4.5 years was a true gift and worth every penny of admission alone. The best stadium in the league hands down. But what's the point if the product on field is a step back from the past? Another rebuilding year from being a goal from MLS Cup? How does that make sense? As a season ticket holder, I will no longer go to any matches this year or ever wear any RB gear. Red Bull you will not last in this town much longer. You will bleed money and will hurt where it hurts the most, your wallet! #RedBullOut

This event was a lot of fun. It started off two hours before the game in the parking lot tailgating. It was a very friendly atmosphere with everyone cooking out and playing soccer in the lot. The only bad part of the experience was waiting in line at the will call. It was a mob of people trying to get into about 4 lines. Next time I would definately print my tickets at home and save 30 minutes. By the time we got in the Galaxy had already scored two goals against the Red Bulls! The fans were very diverse and all very friendly even against opposing teams. Overall the event a really cool atmosphere and was a lot of fun. Also, many people set up their tailgating afterwards. I wasn't able to stay for that but it seemed pretty cool.

Fans are very respectful, security is well and the experience is deff unforgettable ... i go hard for this team, specially with the amount of quality signed this season we are going in for the Trophies !!!! Went with my son to our first live CCL game. What a great night for us Red Bulls fans!

Was there for a CONCACAF champions league match, and the atmosphere was tremendous. Although, Red Bulls fan were easily outnumbered 3:1 by the Honduras away fans, it was a great example of the kind of special night possible at Red Bull Arena. The only complaint is that it was pretty obvious they weren't expecting anywhere near the volume they received, as they didn't have enough gates/concession stands open, and lines were painful. But they tried to respond as the night went on.

It was a good game for my birthday and the way Red Bull thanks the fans for their supports

Two rival teams...Great game to see! This was our daughters first real soccer game and she had a blast. We will def come watch another game in the future.

Very disappointed in Red Bull's performance last Saturday in NJ.

I decided to go to this match in order to know the stadium and analyze the current structure for soccer games in the USA. My conclusion is that USA is at the same level as Europe or Brazil in terms of soccer infrastructure. Nevertheless, the teams are not so good, the match was a little bit boring and David Villa do not run anymore. But I think that in less than 10 year from now USA will have a league as good as European, Brazilian or Argentinian's.

5 of us travelled from England to see the first local derby in NYC, as is the case at all soccer/association football games in England a programme is printed for supporters to buy, so as to read profiles of team players and also have the names of players starting the game, we were hugely disappointed that we couldn't buy one as we wanted to be able to compare local lads to some of the foreign players on display, (I think it was a local lad that got sent off) . Your MC was very good but trying to remember the names is difficult for those not blessed with I.Q.s over 150. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the day at Red Bull Stadium.

I would recommend closing the concessions 5 mins before kick off!!

The game was exciting, the atmosphere was electric, the mood upbeat and the stadium modern and comfortable. The kids and adults equally loved it. I would definitely like to attend another game there and would recommend it to the others. The only complaint would be the parking system. It really needs to be refined. The gravel lot is not fitting for such a nice stadium and the exit after the game was too difficult. I know this is the case after most events at arenas and stadiums, but this was particularly exhausting.

They all all the way in new jersey such a hasle travelling there. it costs more money to travel there too you have to pay for path train. And their stadium looks like its in a deserted place. so many abundant factory near by preety scary

I was a Galaxy fan coming here to watch a game..... I only had one run-in with an awful Red Bull fan, but the other Red Bull fans around me were so great! And Everyone else was lovely..... Especially the staff!!! Omg! I cannot say enough about the staff!!! I have never ever met such happy,willing- to - help people! I would go back a million more times!
