The Four Tops

This was an awesome night for me and my family, even my 81 year old mother had a good time. My 21yr old said she had one of the best times she's had at a concert a must do again some time for all.

The concert was most enjoyable! I especially enjoyed the lead singer; he was so engaging!! They involved the audience and it made for a really fun night.

The venue and setting for this show was absolutely fine. The sound company absolutely butchered this show. The Four Tops is a vocal group...and the vocal mix was almost the worst I've ever heard. Every song fell flat because the mic mix was off. It sounded like there was a multi-band compressor being used on a sub-group for the 4 mics...where anything above middle C was pushed down low in the mix...completely unintelligible. Everyone began to leave towards the end. It was a train wreck. Such a travesty.

the show was fantastic and had people out of their seats singing & dancing along with the stars. I thoroughly enjoyed the show and would attend other shows at Soundstage.

The Four Tops were great.The show brought back many memories which provided a most enjoyable evening.

Excellent concert. Can't wait until they come back to Detroit.

Concert was only 1 hour long and that was after a warm up band that played for 1 1/2 hours. The warm up band was bad. The Four Tops was also not good. The did not paly many of their hits and several that they did play they were out of tune. Could not reccomend this to anyone.

Even though only one of the original Four Tops remains, it was so good to hear their music, and we're talking good music, unlike some of the nonsense that exists today! I was also impressed with the full musical accompaniment. They were great!

The concert was excellent, would definitely recommend it to others. It's great to hear music with real meaning with "real" singers!

it was a high energy blast from the past for all us seniors....just like being back in high school. loved it!

The Four Tops were good but we were disappointed that they spent too long talking and singing other people'e songs. They should stick to their favorites as that is what people come to see and hear. Their finale of 'Sugar Pie Honeybunch, I can't help myself' finally got the crowd to its feet The Temptations on the other hand were tremendous, very slick and very polished. They put on a really great show that the whole audience enjoyed. All their old hits and more. Their dance ruotines are legendary and they were as good as ever. Well done

It was okay. The concert was too short (less than 1-1/2 hours). The group is not the same with only one original member.

show was only 1 hour. they only sang 6 songs in original format and 2 Frank Sinatra songs. Was very disappointed.

I traveled through horrible weather to see one of my all time favorite groups and was VERY disappointed that they only played for an hour. They played 2 extra songs. Come on, show weds to last at least 90 minutes then do an encore. Disappointed that Rocksino would schedule this.

Even tho' there was only one remaining original member, it was still a very entertaining event. Loved the outfits and the dancing! And, of course, the great songs of The Four Tops.

Show was great, seats were good view, however if someone large is next to you you end up sharing seat , not bands fault but venues problem!!!

The show started on time and the length of time they were on stage was just right. They really put on a good performance.

The Four Tops were awesome to say the least, felt like I went back into time. Only one of the original members left, Duke. The dance moves and songs were great.

Great music.......excellent performance. Enjoyed the background and update info of the group.

The Four Tops concert was only an hour long. Thank God we bought half price tickets or I really would have been mad. I was also very disappointed that they didn't show clips of the original Four Tops. The Will Call Line was a nightmare! The venue was really nice with enough room to walk down the rows without stepping on people.

My Mother and I enjoyed the entire show from start to finish. Everyone looked good and sexy. Blue is a good color on them. I would buy VIP tickets to see them again, I just wish they had T-shirts for sale and large posters to take pictures with (hey got to prove your Funtime to family and friends).lol. But for real keep safe and God Bless and don't stop bringing joy to your fans. Love you!!!!!

I had the time of my life!! I am a HUGE Four Tops fan and to be able to see an original Top perform was simply amazing. Those men put on an excellent show. I'll admit they kind of danced their own dances at certain times but hey, only the original Four Tops danced in perfect sync. I am praying they come back for another show. I wore myself out singing and dancing!! Love, love, loved it!!!

The Tops were wonderful. they took me back to a time in my life when it was great to hear and see groups like this

Last Sunday my daughter and I made the drive from Dallas the Winstar casino show room for The Four Tops concert. We really enjoy the Sunday afternoon shows. Wonderful show and fair priced tickets. The Four Tops had all the original members until 1997 or 98 but today only have one original member, and it was wonder to get to see the legend Abdul Duke Fakir at the young age of 79 perform. One of the other members is the son of one of the original members. These guys still bring it and perform well. I love the old Motown music. They play all the hits you would expect and a few cover tunes. Each singer takes a solo song, and while I wasn t too impressed with that, as a group though the harmonies are there. The backing band was huge. A 10 piece horn section that I wasn t expecting. The light show was a little better than most shows I see at Winstar. The set was about 80 minutes. I was disappointed that there wasn t any merchandise for sale. An entertaining afternoon show for 15 bucks a ticket. Love them.Hubby and i went to Winstar to see them.Loved the music and the tribute to the ones who had passed.

Great show. Only one original member is left, the son of an original is in the band and they do an awesome tribute to the band. This was well worth the money and the venue was pretty good also!

Super high energy! Loved the fact that though only one member was an original-the rest of the "Tops" were closely related family or friends! Made it seem like we were seeing ALL of the originals! Great show! Worth the drive-just for the show!!!

Loved hearing the old GOOD songs with my guy sitting with me. Loved the setting, sitting and the smoke-free room.

Enjoyed every minute of the concert. It was good hearing the oldies and also getting an update on the group and the tribute to the original deceased members. The venue was good although I thought the chairs were packed too tight not giving you a chance to move with the music.

I enjoyed the concert. I was touched by the tribute. The venue was a bit to warm and the seats were on to close together.

Wow. I was NOT expecting this concert to be so energetic and fun. They are very funny and true to their music. They danced liked they did back in the day on the talk shows and performances. My group had a blast and enjoyed every second of it. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys old school motown jams.

Exciting Show , that brought back plenty of Memories! Great Songs during the period I grew up in; The Sixties. Music has us Dancing in the aisle's. If you have the Chance to go see them do!! They will make you alive all over again.

The music and harmony were awesome and brought back a flood of memories. However, the show only lasted 1 hour and 10 minutes. Felt cheated.

I would definitely recommend seeing The Four Tops show. They play all the great songs and bring you through the years with these wonderful songs, stories, and tributes :)

This was a very good concert! Nice band, nice mix of songs and tribute to original members was excellent!

Recently went to the French Lick Resort with my sister to see The Four Tops. I loved the venue, a very intimate environment with maybe 100 seats. The Four Tops performance was not worth the $95.00 ticket price. The music was a little too jazzy and did not sound anything like the original music.

We really enjoyed the 4 Tops. However, we were a little disappointed that the show only lasted an hour for the price we paid for tickets. Most concerts we attend are longer. Also, at the introduction, the audience was told that there would be a product table available after the show. Immediately following there was nothing set up and most of the crowd moved on. We and several others waited and were told that things would be set up shortly. After considerable time we were told that nothing was going to be available.

We had a group of us that attended the Four Tops show in Thousand Oaks. They had a well choreographed set of fun music we all have loved for years. We enjoyed the show, but all felt a couple of changes would have made the show much more enjoyable. First, their orchestra was way too loud and drowned out many of the vocals. When the orchestra played portions of certain songs at a softer/lighter volume, we all said "Oh, we can hear & understand the singer(s)". The theater just had an over million dollar acoustics improvement done, so we think it was more of the band speakers being set at too high a volume. Second, I think almost all of the audience went to hear their fabulous old hits. They did sing many of their hits, but too many of their favorite hits were very abbreviated versions run together into a medley of several great songs. The time they saved by shortening their hits was used tributes and in solos from each of them on unknown songs. We appreciated that they wanted to honor the original 3 members who have passed on and to especially honor the one remaining member who sang wonderfully that night. But we would have liked that time perhaps shortened and more time spent on getting the audience more into their performance by concentrating on their hits (which is why we came in the first place). We were glad we went, but would not make the effort to go see them again.

Was disappointed they didn't perform more of the 60's Four Tops that, I felt, the majority of the audience came to listen to. When one says they are going to see the Four Tops, they still expect the three new members to reproduce the original Four Top line-up of music. If I wanted to see a Sammy Davis impersonator I would have done so.

The venue was great, lighting, sound and seating. the opening duo was ok but was not to my likening, would have been better if it was more along similar lines to what we came to see.

The Four Tops only have one of the original members. Two of the group are the sons of former members. I give the performance 4 out of 5 starts.

The Four Tops were excellent. Even though three of them are new members, one is a Son of an original member and one is a Brother, these new Tops along with the original "Duke" were amazing.

Truly was a great show! I do think the ticket prices are ridiculous for shows that only last an hour...

It was a great show. We would see it again. The crowd was really into it!!!!

Although there was only one original Four Top, the group was lively and full of energy. They sang all the recognized hits with enthusiasm. Truly enjoyed the concert.

Having seen the Four Tops many times, they continue to be AWESOME!

The Foir Toos and The Temptations were wonderful! Got to hear some of my favorite hits of all time.

I have been a Four Tops and Temptations fan since junior high. Hearing those songs again brought back great memories of a much simpler time. Amazing that after all these years the voices and the songs are still going strong. Just a great time and a great shiw.

What made it forgettable from the start was the sound system. First it was too loud; second we could not understand what they were saying or singing even when we were familiar with the song. Second thing that turned me off, it was too long and it was all the same style music. Generally artists present a variety of music, some loud some soft some fast some slow. Not the case for this show.

Definitely enjoyed this concert. I have seen these 2 groups several times and they never cease to entertain. Their performances will never go out of style. Great and clean performance.

Enjoyed the performance and the original Four Tops songs brought back many memories. Duke Fakir always had the greatest voice and still does. Thanks for a great show.

I purchased 14 tickets for a large party. I was very disappointed in the lack of music relating to the 4Tops history, and also the amount of talking that went on between the band members. At one point,, the original 4Top member decided to sing "I did it my way"??? I felt that the lead singer did not carry that title in his performance. I'm not sure if the microphone wasn't loud enough, or the fact that the vocals were off!! Honestly, I think that it was both. A large number of guests from other tables did leave midway through the performance. The night was had nothing to do with the nostalgic evening that I was hoping to live with my guest!!

Not only were the "Tops" amazing, they were off the chart! One of the best shows I've seen in a long time. My wife and I had great seats and it was a birthday gift from my daughter. After the show we took pictures with the lead singer.

Disappointed with length of show and song selection. Was not worth the price.

very good show,although 3 of the 4 members have passed on,the duke was still there and for his age 80 or so,he was up there still keeping the 4 tops alive for us all to enjoy.great show,great time.

We really enjoyed the show. There is only one original but the gentlemen sang and performed fantastic! Very professional. Although, the show was only about 1 hour 15 minutes. They sang many of the songs we all remember. And the crowd was dancing and having a great time.

Vocals, band, and sound were all great! Loved hearing all those old songs! Also loved that they didn't shine the bright lights on the audience. That hurts my eyes and makes me uncomfortable. They didn't do that and they didn't cuss either! haha! My kind of show! We didn't sit in the seats we bought because my husband was on crutches and we didn't want to bother people getting to our seats. But they let us sit in the back and it was great! There's really not a bad seat at the Lawrenceburg Event Center. Really nice venue!

Great concert with the favorite songs and a touching tribute to the past members of the group. High energy and plenty of room to dance!

The music was great. The shows are too short for the price paid. The shows need to be at least 2 hours long.

Music was good but there is only one of the original 4 Tops still alive and he's 79. I wanted them to only do their songs but they did at least 4 songs not by the 4 Tops. Pretty good though.

The Four Tops sounded okay but was very disappointed with them not completing or singing their top songs. Only heard small bits of a few and others were not touched. For the money, they should have sung more than one hour and 10 minutes! I know they are older but charge half the price for half the singing. Will not pay to see them again unless another group is included for possible monies worth!

My husband & I saw the Four Tops at the Hollywood Casino on Friday night & the show was amazing. They were great! The venue was nice, the seats comfortable and not too squished together. The Four Tops, while even with only one original member still in the group, were wonderful. Two of the new members are sons of the originals members and they sounded great!

Motown shows are my favorite and this one was definitely a trip down memory lane. Unfortunately, the sound system at the venue was not good and did not do the group an justice. It's a must see event and I was left dancing in the aisles!

Really!! Should have done more research, only one still alive. Worst live show we've ever attended. $45. And we sat in folding chairs. Hard rock, really!! We miss you Front Row!!!

It was like seeing a tribute band and not even a good one. Band was excellent, probably to drown out the sub standard vocals. I guess you just can't go back in time, as much as you would like to. Thought the big screens spoiled the whole live concert vibe. Do you try to see over the heads of everyone in front of you, or watch it on the big screen? My neck hurt by the time we left. Maybe because I'm old, but most of the crowd was! Don't think I'll be spending $45 a ticket to see anyone there anytime soon and we live five minutes down the street.

Especially for the amount of money for the tickets, I didn't think the show was really worth it. They didn't entertain for that long and were they weren't really that good. We went the Bobby Vinton show and it was "fabulous". What an entertainer. It was worth every dollar of the price of a ticket.
