Puddle of Mudd was good but Saving Abel was great! Looking forward to attending another event where Saving Abel is the headliner band so I can wear my new SB Creations with a longer set list!

This is and always will be one of my favorite bands. All the guys were just insanely on it for the show. Wes is a born rockstar. My 2 boys were there too and will never forget it.

Tantric and Saving Abel were really good, they need to knock Puddle of Mudd off of the venue until they get rid of Wes and replace him with somebody that won't arrive so stoned that he can't stand. I have never walked out of a concert before, I am so glad they saved Puddle of Mudd for last because after the first couple of songs we left.

My husband and I traveled from Tucson, and my sister traveled from Phoenix, to attend this concert. All three of us were vastly disappointed in this show. In stark contrast to the last show we saw at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, Puddle of Mud started the show late, with threatening skies out by the pool. Dodging drunk concertgoers, we waited, standing on concrete the whole time. When they finally came onstage and started the show, the patronizing comments by the lead singer seemed phony, and "MF" seemed to be the main word in his vocabulary. F-bombs dropped to try to get the crowd to cheer him on, it seemed, I guess because his talent was lacking when not in the recording studio, where he could erase and try over again. If there was one concert in our combined centennial of concerts, this is the one we would want our money refunded!

Nothing is more exciting than general admisson in front of the pool at the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas. Ya just never know what's gonna happen! The band played all of their hits and a few new songs with amazing energy! The crowd sang half of the songs without any prompting and after 3 encores the band called it a night around 11pm.

The songs they played absolutely rocked! Unfortunately, they only played about half their known songs - what the heck? I felt like we were jipped because it was a small show in a small venue. I would've paid more to hear all their songs. No encore, short show. Yet, I paid full price. Ripped off...

as always puddle of mudd put on a great performance. it was so nice to have them come out after the show to hang out with their fans and take photos and sign autographs. they are very gracious guys. the venue however sucked. security was overzealous at best. i witnessed a patron pay a barback $5 to get someone who was a bit intoxicated thrown out. the show was at a BAR...that should be expected and the staff should be more ethical than that.

Tantric and Saving Abel were amazing. Saving Abel put on the best show. The sound quality was awful and I was pretty disappointed by that because it made it pretty hard to make out what they were actually singing at times but I think that may have been a venue issue. Puddle of Mudd was a disaster. He seemed really drunk or high and could barely stand and held onto the microphone the whole time. He wasn't really singing and I'm pretty certain he was lip syncing as I found out he's been known to do in the past. We left 5 songs into their set as did half the venue. Overall though the other two bands made it worth it. The stage set up in-between was also a bit long but we dealt with it.

Opening band YOTL was amazing!!! Tantric and Saving able also did very well, HOWEVER, puddle of mud sucked. I am a HUGE fan of puddle of mud and always wanted to see them live. Well after 3 amazing bands I was expecting greatness and all I got was a stoned singer and a pissed off band at the singer. I still love puddle of mud music but I have to say I will never be seeing them live again. Biggest disappointment out of singer/concert I've ever had. BUT I would deff go see year of the locust, tantric, and saving able again in a heart beat.

Venue was nice & clean.....so that was a positive! Under-crowded & underwelmed! Sound was a little loud & not welled tuned. Hard to hear vocals over band. Year of the Locust was alright for an opening act. Tantric was okay. Saving Abel literally saved the show & Puddle of Mudd was so bad that it should NOT have been the headliner. No sound check was done before opening which really should have been done. They didn't bother hanging their banner & lead singer appeared so inebriated that he was tripping across the stage, unable to sing lyrics in any manner that was understandable. It was so bad & hard to listen to that we chose to leave before set was even completed.

The only reason I am giving three stars and recommending the show is because Year of the Locust, Tantric, and Saving Abel was great! Now, Puddle of Mudd, while the band was outstanding, Wes was HORRIBLE. He was so messed up he ruined the show. This was my daughter's first concert and I can't describe how disappointed she was. While she's 15 and gets the whole rocker lifestyle, she said he could have stayed sober enough to out on a good show. Wes had to hold on to the mic stand to stay upright, when he did let go, he was stumbling and tripping, she knew the words to the songs better than he did. We purchased Puddle of Mudd t-shirts before the show started and when it was over wished we could have gotten a refund on them.

No words can even describe what a joke this show was and only due to Wes I'm sure. Waited over an hour after the 2 opening bands came on so POM didn't even come on until 11:15. When they finally came out, Wes didn't even sing the first song and his microphone stand was the only thing keeping him from falling off stage!! He swayed back and forth while his band mates played great music... feel so sorry for the other band members. Just keep playing great music and find another lead singer!!

Wes was wasted again. Show did not start until midnight and got off to a rough start. Stopped and started 'psycho' 3 times. He did managed to get through a 2 hour set......barely. Only a handful of fans left when it was over......all hoping to hear 'Blurry' which never happened. We knew going in what we could be getting, but it was still disappointing. Sure hope Wes get's the help he needs!

I've seen Puddle of Mudd twice before and loved their Performances both times, so needless to say my husband and I both couldn't wait. 8 seconds venue was a great set up and our seats were fairly close to the stage. Their drinks and food were both reasonably priced. I didn't like how it said on our tickets the show started at 7pm. We got to 8 seconds at 6:45pm and doors weren't open yet. We finally got inside and waited for over 2 hours before the opening band even started. We just sat there waiting and waiting. No one ever made an announcement on how much longer it would be or anything. However the opening act Full Circle played 100 times better than Puddle of Mudd. We were so disappointed we left before Puddle of Mudd even got half way through their set because the lead singer was so messed up. I couldn't believe it! I feel like we wasted our money and time to see Puddle of Mudd. Prolly won't pay to see them again...so disappointed!

First off they started 3 hours late. Then when they got on stage it took the lead singer 3 tries to start the first song. Then every song after that he didn't know the words to he's own music. He was very messed up on something. Huge Disappointment.

This was the worst concert I've seen. The band didn't start until after midnight, doors opened at 7:00. He forgot lyrics several times, and he admitted it, but said he "really didn't f****** care:. They played a song, which I thought I didn't know - but at the very end, I realized I did know the song (just not the horrible way they were performing it.)

They came on one hr late and the sound was so bad I couldn't hear the words or he might've been slurring I'm not sure which. Also people standing on the dance floor blocked the whole view of the stage. I left after half an hour.

What a let down. Wish I had read previous reviews before attending. Lead singer and only remaining original member was late, drunk or high or both.. Wes forgot words to songs, added words to others, missed his timing on songs and left the stage at one time grabbing his backpack , he even took a few beer breaks after a few songs. The other band members did a great job trying to keep him going and covering for him when he forgot words and missed his que! If you stand with the crowd beware of flying beer from Wes! Maybe they sung for an hour, subtracting start overs, breaks, and story telling.. So sad, waste of our time! Read his Wikipedia bio personal file- it's a miracle he's not in jail for life or worse!!

Between the drug induced tirades and the lead singer who could barely stand and they only playing four songs before storming off the stage like angry children this concert was a complete waste of time and money! Do not waste your time or money seeing this band ever again because they are finished as musicians.

Singer (Wes) was obviously high. He left the stage 2 or 3 times and and when he was on stage; he wouldn't sing. He just blamed the sound guy (the opening acts didn't have issues). If I knew it was going to be that awful I wouldn't have bothered spending over 80$ on two tickets. Lead singer needs help.

This was absolutely the worst show I have ever been to!!!! He played 1 1/2 songs and was going through some sort of psychosis during that time yelling at the sound man saying he would bring the mafia after him. I feel everyone should get their money back and they should stop touring since this isn't the first show he had a meltdown at. He should really seek professional help then try and focus on his career. Such a shame and waste of talent. Never again will I waste my money on a Puddle of Mudd show.

If you're into attitude pseudo metal, then you might enjoy your batting glove clad guitar hero belittling the sound crew, spitting on everything like a coked out camel, and eventually walking off stage for your hard earned dollars. Once they actually played a set, it was the music you've come to know.

Was very excited to see some music I've grown up with live in a great intimate setting-the fact that the lead singer Wes could not even stand was pathetic!! He slurred, missed ques, out of tune, and all he bragged about was the line he did before the show and how great the weed is in Big Bear. The band tried caring his lack of performance by stretching out a 3 minute song to 10 minutes so he can maybe try and finish a song! I complained to the venue manager and she greatly apologized and said that Wes didn't even show up for sound check. The lead singer has ruined any fond memories from there music by being a sloppy unprofessional mess-already being wasted on stage he had the utter nerve to ask fans for drinks and shots and maybe he'll stay longer!!! The show shouldn't have happened and I hope the Cave payed the band members and sent Wes home with nothing because he is a big ZERO!!

Here's all you need to know: -90 minutes on-stage, played maybe 10 songs - 2nd song...drum solo - Intermission after the 4th song for the crowd to hit the bar. To Wes' credit, he stayed on stage and mingled with fans during this time. Worst show I've ever been to. Get it together Wes, people still want to hear your music, but as for me, this is the last POM show I will attend for awhile. Show in Feb/March wasn't this bad, but also was not good.

This was the biggest waste of my time and money. The singer was a wasted drunk idiot. He maybe sang like 1 song. He sang to back tracks the entire time. He could barely stand up. He was so jacked up - I felt bad for the guy. Apparently this is his thing. Get so wasted that you can barely play and take people's money. I had always wanted to see POD and finally 15 years later I did. It was really sad and pathetic. Singer threw drinks at the audience and didn't give a %$#*%($#* about anything. I would go see a band that actually cared about their music and their fans. Severely disappointed and wished I had read earlier reviews about this performance. Definitely the worst show I have ever been to. Puddle of Mudd should not book gigs and waste people's time and money.

Puddle of Mudd played at a local venue. Doors opened at 6pm and two local band opened for them. Puddle of Mudd came onto the stage about 10:30 - 11:00pm and were completely trashed and disrespectful. As soon as they took the stage the lead singer had a woman come up onto the stage because she was celebrating her birthday and as soon as she went up onto the stage he started saying negative things to her and told her to "Get on your knees bitch". Very Disrespectful needless to say. Then throughout the first three songs the lead singer would point out different people in the crowd and make fun of the way they looked. Once again...let's stay classy Puddle of Mudd. We were so disguised we left and will never plan on seeing this band again live. It's a shame since I have many of their CD's and now they will be shelved. Adios Puddle of Mudd!! It's time for your band to retire! Stephanie W

This is the second time we have gone to see Puddle of Mudd. The first time was in Las Vegas in June, 2016 then again in Sacramento in January. Yes, they were about 30 minutes late. Yes, Wes appeared to be a little messed up. But we knew and expected that prior to going based on the countless reviews. At both shows, they played between 75 and 90 minutes, or between 10 and 15 songs. Both shows were good and we would go back for a third time. Both venues (Count's Vamp'd and Ace of Spades) are great clubs to see a concert.

Still waiting for Wes to clean the puddle of mud he left in my passenger seat haha. Must of been something on the back of his pants. None the less the band was great. No one was drunk, and lead singer Wes drank water most of the time. He was very receptive to the crowd, and gave me a kiss on the cheek during the concert and told me I reminded him of his manager. He was congenial to the crowd and signed autographs and t-shirts. My girl friends and I had the best time ever. Epic night in the green room just chillin. I wish he lived closer so we could hang out some and get to know each other better. I hope he comes back to the Pub in Stafford as it is only 6 minutes from my home in Sugar Land. Come back Puddle of Mudd, and don't have a flight the next morning for a gig please!

Lzzy Hale of Halestorm was awesome; Incredible voice, her Wonder Women like outfit was fantastic, best front women around today. They are going nowhere but up. Don't miss them if you get the chance. 1st time for Puddle of Mudd; excellent !!! Crowd was heavily into it. Did 3 covers; ACDC, Stones, Radiohead. Puddle of Mudd is one of the best rock bands out there right now. I have been a fan since they first hit the (popular) scene back in 2001. I got to see them in 2007 and then again just a few days ago. The Masquerade is a pretty small venue and makes for an intimate concert experience. My big complaint about this show (and it really has nothing to do with Puddle of Mudd) is that according to the tickets, the show started at 7:00. So that would mean that the doors should have opened at 6:00 and yes, the music SHOULD HAVE STARTED AT 7:00. We rushed to get there by 6:00, got there at about 6:30 and had to stand OUTSIDE in line until they finally opened the doors at about 7:15 or so. Highly annoying. Then we got in and stood around and waited some more...the first band (Shaman's Harvest) (they were ok but not great) did not come out until 8:00. If we had known it was actually going to start at 8:00 we would have gotten there then! I am not sure who is to blame for this glitch but it made for way too much standing and waiting. Anyway, Adelita's Way was the second band and they did a good job. Pretty high-energy and really rocked. I had only heard "Invincible" and had downloaded that track but they piqued my interest and I want to get the rest of the album as well. Then Puddle of Mudd came out, and...WOW. Wes is just such a great frontman. I liked their earlier lineup more than this one but as long as Wes is involved, how bad can they be? He really gets the crowd involved and into it and just seems like such a nice, down-to-earth guy who loves what he does and truly loves the fans. He even announced that they would all be at the merch booth after to sign autographs, etc. He makes the band seem so accessible and I love that about Puddle of Mudd. Not to mention, their songs are excellent! They are so entertaining to listen to and see! Looking forward to seeing them again. A word of warning...when seeing shows at The Masquerade, you may want to double check the start time. I know I will next time.

What a Helluva Night!! Puddle of Mudd and Saliva rocked! House of Blues sound was a little bass and drum heavy drowning out the vocals but was still very clear. The vibe at the club was very upbeat and the crowd was partying, especially on the balcony (anyone who was there knows what I am talking about, lol). Wes was definitely having fun on stage! The Veer Union were great, if you havent heard any of their music, like me, then check them out, they were a surprise. Great group of guys too. Partied with them at the side of the stage while Puddle was on. Wes Scantlin invited my daughter (she's 8) and wife on the bus before the show and was very cool showing my daughter around and joking and being goofy. House of Blues staff were very nice, which is great after dealing with staff at other venues. Overall, it was a night to remember!

POM is my little brothers Favorite Favorite band, and this just so happened to be his very first 16+ show! Not only did we get to meet the band, and get autographs because we were first in line, but we were frnot center the entire show, and my bro caught a guitar pic AND a drum stick!

Line Up: VeerUnion, Burn Halo and Puddle of Mudd Lots of energy with Veer Union as the first band at the Gothic. They got everyone excited and moving. Neil, the drummer, was cool and tossed me a drumstick. We met later and he introduced my friends to the band. He was warm and sweet! Burn Halo was amazing as they continued to amp up the crowd. Although my ears were ringing by this time. Puddle of Mudd was the highlight and much fun to dance to songs that we knew. There was plenty of room in the Gothic to move about and take cool pictures.

Killer Rock show from Burn Halo and Puddle of Mudd. Both were tight and the sound was great at The Gothic. Highly recommended show.

This was my first time seeing Puddle Of Mudd and my first time at the Block. I have to say this show was upbeat, fun, and high energy right from the opening intro "Off to see the Wizard" leading into a furious "Control". They played straight through, 1 hour 15 minutes, of blistering rock and roll. Fabulous drummer Dave Moreno set up Wes and the gang for some furious jams on songs llike "Spaceship", "Already Gone", "Psycho", "She Hates Me" and a fitting ending with big hit "Blurry". These guys left it all out there, playing the music straight from the heart and connecting on many levels with the ecstatic fans. Party time at the Block, a really fun and enjoyable room tucked in the back of Harrah's Philadelphia. Thanks Wes, You rocked it good!

I was a little leary because I had tickets to see Puddle of Mudd before and they never showed; I'm so glad I got the tickets. The opening band Sponge was pretty good. Saving Able and Puddle of Mudd were awesome!! I would definitely go see them again!

A clean and sober Wes & band put on an amazing and totally unforgettable show last weekend! It seriously could not have been better. Wes and the band sounded awesome. After reading many of the reviews here I gave a second, and third, thought to buying tickets, driving 4 hours, and paying for a hotel on my birthday weekend just to see them. I knew there was a real possibility of complete disaster. But, wow! They showed up in a huge way! They played ALL their great songs, and a few of my very favorites by The Stones, Tom Petty and Neil Young. They even donated a signed guitar to their greatest fan - a young boy about the age of 10. It was all very impressive. Fabulous concert worth every minute, mile, and penny spent! If you have the chance to see them - GO!

The first to bands were great. Saving Able was okay. I like the very few song that Headliner, Puddle of Mudd sang in the few minutes that they actually sang. There set lasted maybe 35 minutes with the lead having a very poor performance. Total waste of money. I loved this band. I'm so disappointed.

Really enjoyed the show, second time seeing Puddle of Mudd. Saving Abel rocked out, was funny as hell, and have the upmost respect for our armed forces, the respect they showed really did blow me away. Tantric put on a hell of a show and so did Year of the Locust,

Year of the Locust was good, Tantric and Saving Abel were awesome!!! The members were so nice and friendly, willing to let you get pictures with them. These 3 bands made the night. Puddle of Mudd....lets just say after 4 songs I left. I'm just glad they played last. The band members seemed to have it together, the lead singer, high as f***. Not a pleasurable listening experience. Will never see them again live, EVER!! I'm glad they were not the main reason I bought tickets or I would have been pissed. If POM would have had their act together I would have given a 5 on my review.

Puddle of Mudd lead singer was soo strung out on drugs he was falling all over the stage and walked off 4 songs into the set. Overall terrible show. Wasnt the fault of the casino I know but I wouldn't ever recommend Puddle if Mudd to anyone again.

Wes threw another tantrum and walked off stage after four songs. He is messed up and the band members should fire him. He is not all that great to have that attitude! Second time at harrahs he has acted like a brat! Never again will I pay money for him!

This goes down in history as my worst concert I ever attened. Wes was so wasted and was lip syncing and not good at that. After 4 songs he walked off the stage. Wes blamed it on poor sound and other band members. I was so excited to see him again in concert, but was so depressed when I seen the state he was in I left before he left the stage. Wow, does he need an intervention. I hope he gets better or I fear he might not be with us much longer. Get it together Wes. I seen him in 2003 at VooDoo. First concert they actually had. He totally rocked. Concert was sold out. This time there might have been 200 people at the most.

You could tell from the moment he walked on stage that the concert was not going to go until the end. Lip syncing and no audience involvement. They should have cancelled the show and saved us gas money and hotel reservations.

The band sounded amazing! Wes was wasted out of his mind and was lip syncing most of the night. It was hard to watch. I really hope he gets some help. They ended the show after 6 or so songs claiming "technical difficulty". I felt bad for his band mates. They must have been embarrassed to share the stage that night.

This was a small casino venue. Not many people there which may have upset the band. The opening act was great but when POM came on the singer appeared to be under the influence and struggled to stand. You couldn't hear him the entire time. They did maybe 4 songs and then walked off stage stating technical difficulties. It was a joke!

Opening band was great! Puddle of Mudd came on stage and sang 3 songs that sounded like crap. Wes sounded terrible. The forth song he was hiding at the edge of the stage behind the curtain trying to sing. Then they were done. Great show for your home town. Maybe party after the concert and before you go on stage. I want a full refund.

The sound system stunk. Puddle of Mudd sounded clear but Halestorm was slightly distorted. Adelitas Way was waaay distorted. The band before Adelitas was even worse. It's like the sound was set up just for POM vocals and couldn't be adjusted for the others. Can't complain about the POM performance. Wes had it together that night.

I had general admission tickets, but stayed at the chandelier bar the entire time. It was a great view and the lines for beer were short. I didn't realize there were 5 bands, which I think is too many. My attention and energy were fading by the time the headliner played. We left early.

I have seen POM at least 5 times and this is by far the best show they have done! Wes smiled A LOT!! He rarely has in the past and has always seemed mad. Maybe that is his persona, but the show was much more enjoyable since he looked like HE was enjoying it. Played all of the hits, plus a few covers off the new one, and said they were going to sign anything we wanted back at the merch table. We didn't stay for it, but I heard he made an appearance upstairs at the After Party! Pop Evil was also VERY good. I had seen them once before and they, of course, were better this time than last.

My roommate and I went to the concert for the one purpose of seeing Halestorm. We left after Halestorm was done because Puddle of Mudd hasn't been that great since their Famous album also we wanted to beat the crowd out of KC and get home at a decent time. I would HIGHLY recommend Lansdowne, Black Tide, Adelitas Way and Halestorm. I seen Halestorm at Rockfest 2011 and I fell in love with the band. I will travel all over Kansas, parts of Oklahoma and Missouri to see this band. It's so sad that so many people don't know who they are.

Overall, it was a great concert, but I was disappointed with Puddle of Mudd. They played random songs from other artists like Neil Young and the Rolling Stones. I'm sorry, but I came to see Puddle of Mudd sing their own songs. Other than the boring 20 minutes or so with random people's songs it was good. Halestorm was amazing! As were Lansdowne, Adelita's way, and Black Tide. Even though I didn't really know them it was nice to hear new songs. Great concert glad I went.

Puddle of Mud sounded really good. You can tell he was very happy to be back in his home town of Kansas City. It was real moving. I didn't like all the cover songs he sang. I would much prefer their stuff. Halestorm was good but Lindsey's mic was up way to loud and her voice is way to much for a loud mic. She is a great singer, but wow the mic... Their show was kinda of borning to watch. When I go to concerts I like a show & great music. I could of just listened to their CD and got the same effect. Black Tide was awesome, they tried to put on a good show, but it is hard when the Radio Station promoting the concert doesn't play their music, so they did what they could when no one knew their songs. I've seen Black Tide before and they are great.

Halestorm took the stage requesting no video camera footage to be taken during their play. Then once they were on stage you could only take pics, and if you were to video tape them they said they would leave the stage and not return. Puddle of Mudd, while I have loved their music for years now and this being the third time seeing Les with original members of the band- and now with his ALL new band members, I was very disappointed to see Les somewhat trashed and looking really bad. The music was so-so, and his choice of songs were not all that I expected. I felt like I was watching and listening to a coverband for POM and more. Les recently made a new album of all covers songs, and while some are good others really sucked. I will not go back to see POM at this point, but can say all the other bands that played-Black Tide, Halestorm, and Adelita's Way were exceptionally great.

Missed first band Black Tide was great!! Drummer was phenomenal!!! Hung out along with the firat band in the hall in the lobby for a long time and met with fans!!! Adelita's Way - great!!! High power band. Hung out after their show. Halestorm...Lzzy's voice is off the charts and drum sols was great!!! Didn't see them after their show. Puddle was AWESOME - saw them a few years back with Rev Theory and Wes was kinda boring them. The whole band was very active and had fun with the crowd. Wes was "into" it this time!!!! Great show!!!

I love Puddle of Mudd. They have been one of my favorite bands for years. But I was disappointed Thursday night at the Midland. Wes sounded out of it. He sounded and acted like he was so doped up he didn't know where he was. Wes has always been skinny, but Thursday night, he was wearing "skinny jeans", and they were baggy on him. He looked completely strung out. I read on the internet that he just got divorced, so maybe he was drowning his sorrows or maybe partying a little extra since he was back in his hometown. I was also disappointed to see that Paul Phillips was no longer in the band. The last time PoM came to KC, I saw them at the Beaumont Club. It seemed that Wes was not exactly right that night either, but Paul kept him on the right track and kept the show moving in the right direction. At the time of the concert, Paul has not said why he is no longer in the band, but with Wes acting as odd as he was, you can only speculate. Here is the statement released by Paul on his Facebook page: "So here it is. The bombshell followed by silence. I will not be touring with Puddle on this upcoming run. I won't be airing any dirty laundry in public. That's not who I am. I just want to thank each and every one of you for your support throughout the years at shows and on my facebook page here. It means a lot. I've always tried to make myself accessible to you and have always tried to never let you down when I got up on that stage. However, there is nothing I can do." Whatever was going on Thursday night, something wasn't right. From information found on the web, Wes has been to rehab for alcohol abuse. I sincerely hope he gets well because when they are on their game, PoM is one of the best bands I have seen live... Just not right now.

My husband and I loved the concert. Our seats were great! The music was outstanding! Puddle of Mudd sounded really good. They rocked! Wes Scantlin was spontaneous, interacted with the audience and put on a really good show. The only reason I only gave the review 4 stars is because the food was a little pricey for the quality but the service was outstanding.
